Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a fire hydrant device equipped with equipment such as a fire hose and a fire extinguisher.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, fire hydrant devices have been installed in tunnels such as highways and motorways as emergency facilities in the tunnel. The fire hydrant device includes, for example, a fire hose with a nozzle attached to the tip and valves including a fire hydrant valve stored in a fire hydrant storage section inside a housing equipped with a fire hydrant door, and, inside a housing equipped with a fire extinguisher door, for example, two fire extinguishers are stored in a fire extinguisher storage section. Also, fire hydrant devices are generally installed at intervals of, for example, 50 meters in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel.
[0003] Some fire hydrant devices are integrally provided with an emergency reporting device. As the emergency reporting device, for example, a reporting device door (electrical equipment door) arranged between the fire hydrant door and the fire extinguisher door is provided with a red indicator light, a transmitter, a response lamp, a telephone jack, etc.
[0004] The red indicator light is always on so that the installation location of the fire hydrant device can be confirmed from a distance. When a fire breaks out and the transmitter is pressed to turn on the push-button switch, a fire alarm signal (transmission signal) is sent to a disaster prevention receiving panel installed in an electrical room or the like, and a fire alarm is output. The disaster prevention receiving panel that has output the fire alarm sends a response signal to the emergency reporting device, and the red indicator light blinks and the response lamp lights up, enabling the fire hydrant device to confirm that the fire alarm signal has been received on the disaster prevention receiving panel side (Patent Document 1).
[0005] In addition, since road users are not familiar with the operation of the fire hydrant device, when the fire hydrant door is opened, an operation nameplate that shows the operation method of the fire hydrant device in pictures and words can be confirmed. Also, when using the fire hydrant device, it is assumed that there are urgent situations such as a fire breaking out, and it may be difficult to operate the fire hydrant device while checking the operation nameplate. Therefore, a fire hydrant device with a function of guiding by the operation of an indicator light and voice output that indicates the location of the device to be operated has also been proposed (Patent Documents 2 and 3).

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0007] By the way, in emergency facilities such as tunnels, in order to maintain and manage the monitoring function and reporting function, line state monitoring such as disconnection is performed on the signal line that is drawn out from the disaster prevention receiving board and connected to the transmitter and pump start switch provided in the fire hydrant device.
[0008] Line state monitoring usually measures the line current flowing through the signal line on the disaster prevention receiving board side, and notifies the line state of the signal line including abnormalities such as disconnection and insulation deterioration of the signal line through display, voice, etc. However, on the fire hydrant device side, no notification regarding line state monitoring is performed. Therefore, when an abnormality occurs in the signal line, it is necessary to go to the site where the fire hydrant device is installed. However, when it is desired to check the information regarding the signal line at the site, it is necessary to return to the disaster prevention receiving board to check, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort to check the signal line.
[0009] In addition, regular inspections are carried out on the fire hydrant device, and the regular inspections confirm whether the equipment provided in the fire hydrant device functions properly. However, there remains a problem that there is no way to confirm the past inspection results even if one wants to do so with the fire hydrant device.
[0010] In addition, the operation guidance function is improved by guiding the operation of the fire hydrant device through the operation of the display lamp and voice output. However, there is room for improvement in the guidance method, such as the complication of the configuration of the fire hydrant device due to the installation of the display lamp and the omission of hearing the voice.
[0011] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fire hydrant device that enables easy and simple confirmation of necessary information in the fire hydrant device.

Effect of the invention
[0027] (Effect of the fire hydrant device) The present invention is a fire hydrant device provided with predetermined equipment, and since an image display device for displaying predetermined information related to the fire hydrant device is provided on the screen, information related to the line state (such as disconnection) of the signal line that could not be confirmed in the conventional fire hydrant device, and information related to the fire hydrant device such as past inspection information can be confirmed by the image display device. By being able to confirm information on the fire hydrant device in more detail and easily, it becomes possible to quickly and appropriately take necessary measures and make judgments. In addition, it is possible to dramatically increase the amount of information that can be confirmed by the fire hydrant device.
[0028] (Effect of the image display device provided on the electrical equipment board) In addition, the fire hydrant device is equipped with an emergency reporting device including a transmitter as a predetermined device, and the image display device is provided at a predetermined position on the electrical equipment board where the emergency reporting device is provided. For example, the image display device is provided at the upper part of the electrical equipment board and functions as a red display lamp by displaying a red screen during normal times. Therefore, the red display lamp provided in the conventional emergency reporting device is made unnecessary, simplifying the configuration of the fire hydrant device, and enabling information regarding the fire hydrant device to be confirmed by the image display device. The screen (display unit having a screen) of the image display device is arranged to be located behind the lens (cover) of the conventional red display lamp of the fire hydrant device, and the screen of the image display device can also be used as a light source instead of the light source of the conventional red display lamp. In this case, the image display device can be visually recognized and operated, for example, by opening the electrical equipment door (electrical equipment board having a door structure).
[0029] (Effect of the image display device provided on the fire hydrant door) In addition, the fire hydrant device is equipped with predetermined fire hydrant equipment including a fire hose as a predetermined device, and the image display device is provided on the fire hydrant door of the fire hydrant storage unit where the fire hydrant equipment is stored. For example, the image display device is set to display a predetermined operation guidance image showing the operation method of the fire hydrant equipment during normal times. Therefore, the fire hydrant door provided with the image display device has a relatively large door area, enabling an image display device with a sufficiently large screen size to be provided, and enabling information regarding the fire hydrant device to be clearly displayed on a large screen. Also, by displaying a predetermined operation guidance (guidance) image showing the operation method of the fire hydrant equipment during normal times, the installation of an operation nameplate describing the conventional operation method becomes unnecessary, simplifying the configuration of the fire hydrant device. Here, the operation guidance image is not limited to a single still image, but is a concept including guidance displays such as a slide show or a video.
[0030] (Effect of the image display device provided on the fire extinguisher door) In addition, the fire hydrant device is equipped with a fire extinguisher as a predetermined device, and the image display device is provided on the fire extinguisher door of the fire extinguisher storage unit where the fire extinguisher is stored. Thus, similar to the case of the fire hydrant door, it becomes possible to provide a large-screen image display device, and enable information regarding the fire hydrant device to be clearly displayed on a large screen.
[0031] (Effect of the configuration of the image display device) In addition, the image display device includes a display unit having a screen, an operation unit that performs a predetermined display operation on the image display of the screen of the display unit, a control unit that causes the display unit to perform a predetermined image display on the screen based on the operation of the operation unit, and a display information input unit that inputs and stores predetermined image display information to be displayed on the screen of the display unit into the control unit. Therefore, the image display device is configured as a device that inputs and outputs information related to the fire hydrant device independently of the original function of the fire hydrant device, and it is easy to attach the image display device to the fire hydrant device. In addition, the display information input unit enables easy addition of information to be image-displayed on the screen of the display unit.
[0032] (Effect of image display of information related to the line state of the signal line) Further, the image display device is configured to image-display on the screen information (line state monitoring information) related to the line state of a signal line connected to a predetermined device included in the fire hydrant device. For example, as the predetermined device, information related to the line state of a signal line connected to a transmitter, a pump start switch, and a pump start interlock switch is image-displayed. As information related to the line state of the signal line, at least the line current flowing through the signal line and the line state of the signal line including normal, insulation deterioration, or disconnection of the signal line are image-displayed on the screen, enabling confirmation on the fire hydrant device side of information related to the line state (such as disconnection) of the signal line that could not be confirmed by the conventional fire hydrant device and could only be confirmed by the disaster prevention receiving panel.
[0033] (Effect of image display of inspection information) Furthermore, the image display device is configured to image-display on the screen the inspection information of the fire hydrant device. For example, as the inspection information, the image display device is configured to image-display on the screen at least inspection history information including inspection results. Therefore, it is possible to confirm on the fire hydrant device inspection information that could not be confirmed by the conventional fire hydrant device. In addition, as the inspection history information, it is also possible to image-display information that enables grasping of the order and timing of inspections.
[0034] (Effect of Image Display of Operation Guidance Information) In addition, since the image display device displays operation guidance information indicating the operation procedure of the fire hydrant device as an image on the screen, as operation guidance using the image display device, for example, it is possible to display the operation procedure in an easy-to-understand manner by means of a slide show or the like.
[0035] (Effect of Image Display of Operation Training Information) In addition, since the image display device displays operation training information indicating operation instructions according to the operation procedure of the fire hydrant device and operation results for the operation instructions as images on the screen, for example, operators such as users of the fire hydrant device and inspection workers can efficiently acquire each operation of the fire hydrant device.
[0036] (Effect of Image Display of Information Regarding Equipment) In addition, since the image display device displays information regarding the equipment (for example, equipment names) provided in the fire hydrant device as images on the screen, conventionally, equipment names such as "fire hydrant" and "fire extinguisher" that were indicated on display nameplates are now displayed as images by the image display device, and at least a part of the display nameplate can be omitted, simplifying the configuration of the fire hydrant device. Also, it becomes possible to display the type, serial number, manufacturing lot, installation time, etc. of a predetermined piece of equipment provided in the fire hydrant device on the image display device.
[0037] (Effect of Interlocking with Voice Output) In addition, since the image display device is provided with a voice output unit that outputs a predetermined voice corresponding to each of the images displayed on the screen, by combining the image and the voice, it is possible to convey information regarding the fire hydrant device more easily.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0039] Hereinafter, embodiments of the fire hydrant device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited by the following embodiments.
[0040] [Basic Concepts of the Embodiment] First, the basic concepts of the embodiment will be described. The embodiment generally relates to a fire hydrant device equipped with predetermined equipment.
[0041] Here, the "fire hydrant device" is a kind of emergency equipment installed in tunnels of highways or motor vehicle-only roads that are areas to be extinguished. As predetermined equipment, it includes fire hydrant equipment such as fire hoses and valves, a red indicator light, an emergency reporting device equipped with electrical equipment such as a transmitter and a response lamp, and a fire extinguisher, etc.
[0042] Moreover, the fire hydrant device according to the embodiment is characterized in that an image display device for displaying predetermined information related to the fire hydrant device is provided. Here, the image display by the "image display device" is not limited to the display of a single still image, but includes, for example, a concept that continuously displays still images such as a slide show or a video.
[0043] The location where the image display device is arranged with respect to the fire hydrant device is arbitrary. For example, in the case of a fire hydrant device provided with an emergency reporting device including a transmitter as a predetermined device, the image display device is provided at a predetermined position on the electrical equipment board where the emergency reporting device is provided. Note that the "electrical equipment board" includes a concept of an "electrical equipment door" having a door structure, and since it is a board (door) where the emergency reporting device is provided, it also includes what is called a "reporting device board (reporting device door)".
[0044] In addition, the image display device provided on the electrical equipment board is arranged such that a screen (a display unit having a screen) is located behind the lens (cover) of the conventional red indicator light of the fire hydrant device, for example, at the upper part of the electrical equipment board. By making the screen display red during normal times so as to function as a red indicator light, it is possible to use the screen of the image display device as a light source instead of the light source of the conventional red indicator light, and it is possible to eliminate the red indicator light provided in the emergency reporting device.
[0045] In addition, in the case of a fire hydrant device provided with predetermined fire hydrant equipment including a fire hose as a predetermined device, the image display device may be provided on the fire hydrant door of the fire hydrant storage unit that houses the fire hydrant equipment. Since the fire hydrant door has a relatively large door area, the image display device provided on the fire hydrant door can have a screen with a sufficiently large size, making it possible to display information related to the fire hydrant device on a large screen.
[0046] In addition, the image display device provided on the fire hydrant door can be used to display a predetermined operation guide (guidance) image indicating the operation method of the fire hydrant equipment during normal times, eliminating the need to install an operation nameplate depicting the conventional operation method, and thus simplifying the configuration of the fire hydrant device accordingly.
[0047] In the case of a fire hydrant device equipped with a fire extinguisher as a predetermined device, the image display device may be provided on the fire extinguisher door of the fire extinguisher storage section where the fire extinguisher is stored. Since the fire extinguisher door has a relatively large door area as in the case of the fire hydrant door, the image display device provided on the fire extinguisher door can have a screen of a sufficiently large size, and as information regarding the fire hydrant device, for example, information regarding the operation method and storage state of the fire extinguisher can be displayed on a large screen.
[0048] Further, as a configuration of the image display device, for example, it includes a display section having a screen, an operation section that performs a predetermined display operation on the image display of the screen of the display section, a control section that causes the display section to perform a predetermined image display based on the operation of the operation section, and a display information input section that inputs and stores predetermined image display information to be displayed on the screen of the display section into the control section.
[0049] Here, the "display section" has a screen for displaying predetermined information regarding the fire hydrant device. For example, display panels such as liquid crystal panels, LED panels, and EL panels are used, and a black-and-white image or a color image is displayed on the display surface (screen) of the display panel. It is a concept including displays and modules equipped with these display panels. Further, the "operation section" is not limited to operation switches and operation buttons physically provided outside the screen, and includes, for example, an operation section on the screen realized by a touch panel provided in accordance with the display panel.
[0050] Further, the "display information input section" is provided with, for example, a USB port in order to be able to input predetermined image display information from the outside, and it is possible to obtain the image display information to be displayed on the display section by storing the necessary image display information in a USB memory or the like and connecting it to the USB port.
[0051] In addition, the information regarding the fire hydrant device to be displayed on the image display device is optional. For example, the image display device displays, on the screen, information regarding the line state of the signal line connected to a predetermined device (line state monitoring information). Here, the information regarding the line state of the signal line to be displayed by the image display device is optional. For example, as the predetermined device, information regarding the line state of the signal lines connected to a transmitter (operation switch provided in the transmitter), a pump start switch, and a pump start interlock switch is displayed as an image on the screen. As the information regarding the line state of the signal line, at least the line current flowing through the signal line and the line state of the signal line including normal, insulation deterioration, or disconnection of the signal line are displayed as an image on the screen.
[0052] In addition, the image display device displays, on the screen, inspection information of the fire hydrant device. Here, the inspection information to be displayed by the image display device is optional. For example, as the inspection information, at least inspection history information including the timing of inspection and the inspection result is displayed as an image on the screen. Also, the "timing of inspection" included in the inspection history information is displayed, for example, by year, month, and day, and the "inspection result" is displayed in association with the inspection items, making it possible to grasp the order and timing of inspections.
[0053] In addition, the image display device displays, on the screen, operation guidance information indicating the operation procedure of the fire hydrant device. Here, the operation guidance information to be displayed by the image display device is optional. For example, the operation procedure is displayed by a slide show.
[0054] In addition, the image display device displays, on the screen, operation training information indicating an operation instruction according to the operation procedure of the fire hydrant device and the operation result for the operation instruction. Here, the operation training information to be displayed by the image display device is optional. For example, when it is detected that a correct operation has been performed for each image display of the operation instruction according to the operation procedure of the fire hydrant device in multiple stages, the image display is switched to the next operation procedure. By repeating the operation instruction image and displaying the operation result image, operators such as users of the fire hydrant device and inspection workers can efficiently acquire each operation of the fire hydrant device.
[0055] Further, the image display device may display, on the screen, information regarding the equipment provided in the fire hydrant device. For example, when the equipment name is displayed as an image by the image display device, it is not necessary to display the equipment name on the display nameplate, and the configuration of the fire hydrant device is simplified. In addition, the information regarding the equipment provided in the fire hydrant device includes, among others, the equipment model, serial number, manufacturing lot, installation time, and the like.
[0056] Further, the image display device may be provided with an audio output unit that outputs a predetermined audio corresponding to each of the images displayed on the screen.
[0057] Hereinafter, specific embodiments will be described. The specific embodiments shown below are separately shown when the "image display device" is provided on the "electrical equipment door", "fire hydrant door", or "fire extinguisher door", and the "information regarding the fire hydrant device that the image display device displays as an image" is "information regarding the line state of the signal line (line state monitoring information)", "inspection information", "operation guidance information", or "operation training information" will be described.
[0058] [Specific Content of Embodiment] The fire hydrant device will be described in more detail. The content will be described separately as follows. a. Fire hydrant device a1. Configuration of fire hydrant device a2. Internal structure of fire hydrant device a3. Detector of fire hydrant device used for image display device b. Image display device c. Image display of information regarding fire hydrant device c1. Menu screen c2. Line state monitoring information screen c3. Inspection information screen c4. Operation guidance information screen c5. Fire hydrant device with image display device provided on fire extinguisher door f. Modification example of the present invention
[0059] [a. Fire hydrant device] First, the fire hydrant device of the embodiment will be described. In this description, refer to FIG. 1 showing the fire hydrant device from the front and FIG. 2 showing the internal structure of the fire hydrant device with the door open and viewed from the front.
[0060] Here, in the description of FIGS. 1 and 2, the X - Y - Z directions are perpendicular to each other. Specifically, when looking at the front of the fire hydrant device provided with various doors, the X direction is the left - right direction, the Y direction is the up - down direction, and the Z direction is the front - back direction. Also, the +X side in the X direction is the right side, the -X side is the left side, the +Y side in the Y direction is the upper side, the -Y side is the lower side, and the +Z side in the Z direction is the front side, the -Z side is the rear side (note that the Z direction is not shown). This is the same in FIGS. 9 and 10.
[0061] (a1. Configuration of the fire hydrant device) The configuration of the fire hydrant device 10 shown in FIG. 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the fire hydrant device 10 has a structure divided into a housing 10a with an internal fire hydrant storage part and a housing 10b with an internal fire extinguisher storage part. Decorative frames 11a and 11b are attached to the fronts of the housings 10a and 10b, and it is installed by being fixedly attached to the pedestal 12.
[0062] The door opening of the decorative frame 11a of the housing 10a is divided vertically with separate doors provided. A forward - tilting fire hydrant door 14 that opens downward by a hinge is provided below the door opening, and a maintenance door 16 that opens upward by a hinge is provided above the door opening. Valve components including a fire hose and a fire hydrant valve as fire hydrant equipment are stored in the internal fire hydrant storage part. A door handle 1410 is provided on the fire hydrant door 14. When a road user puts a hand on the door handle 1410 and pulls it forward, the lock is released and the fire hydrant door 14 can be opened. Also, an operation nameplate 17 with operation instructions drawn on its surface is attached to the surface of the fire hydrant door 14.
[0063] In the door opening of the decorative frame 11b of the housing 10b, separate doors are provided on the left and right. On the left side of the door opening, a fire extinguisher door 18 that opens horizontally to the left by a hinge is provided. In the internal fire extinguisher storage section, for example, two fire extinguishers can be stored. A door handle 1810 is provided on the fire extinguisher door 18. When a road user puts a hand on the door handle 1810 and pulls it forward, the lock is released and the fire extinguisher door 18 can be opened. Also, a viewing window 1820 is provided below the fire extinguisher door 18, and the presence or absence of a fire extinguisher can be confirmed from the outside.
[0064] Also, on the right side of the door opening of the decorative frame 11b, an electrical equipment door (alarm device door) 20 that opens horizontally to the right by a hinge is provided. As electrical equipment, for example, a transmitter 24 and a response lamp 26 are provided on the electrical equipment door 20, and a telephone jack is provided inside the housing 10b of the electrical equipment door 20. In this way, an emergency reporting device is constituted by the transmitter 24, the response lamp 26, and the telephone jack provided on the electrical equipment door 20.
[0065] Also, in the embodiment, an image display device 60 is provided above the electrical equipment door 20. The image display device 60 includes a display unit 62 and an operation unit 64 so that an image displayed from the front of the fire hydrant device can be visually recognized and operated. The display unit 62 includes a display panel for displaying an image. The size of the display panel is arbitrary, but it is a size corresponding to the horizontal width (left - right width) of the electrical equipment door 20. Since the horizontal width of the electrical equipment door 20 is, for example, about 10 centimeters, a display panel of about 3 inches used in a mobile terminal or the like is used. Also, the display panel displays a color image, and a touch panel is arranged on the display panel. As the concept of the operation unit 64, it includes an operation unit on the screen that functions by the touch panel.
[0066] The image display device 60 displays information related to the fire hydrant device by the display unit 62 and can switch the displayed image by operating the operation unit 64 and the screen of the display unit 62. Usually, however, it functions as a red display lamp indicating the installation location of the fire hydrant device 10 by displaying in red.
[0067] Here, as a technical standard, it is required that "a red light be provided that can be easily identified from a distance of 10 m along a direction at an angle of 15° or more from the mounting surface". For example, by making the entire screen of a 3-inch display panel red, the visibility from the front and sides that meets the technical standard is ensured. Further, the image display device 10 may be arranged such that the display unit 62 and the operation unit 64 are located behind the lens (cover) of the conventional red indicator light of the fire hydrant device, and normally functions as a red indicator light with a red display. By opening the electrical equipment door 20, the display unit 62 can be visually recognized and the operation unit 64 can be operated.
[0068] The image display device 60 creates the same state as the constant lighting of the red indicator light by the normal red display, so that the installation location of the fire hydrant device 10 can be known from a distance. Also, when a fire occurs, when a road user presses the transmitter 24 and the push button switch of the transmitter 24 is turned on, a fire alarm signal (transmission signal) is transmitted from the transmitter 24 to a disaster prevention receiving panel installed in an electrical room or the like, and a fire alarm is output. Along with this, a response signal is transmitted from the disaster prevention receiving panel to the fire hydrant device 10 side, and the response lamp 26 lights up. Incidentally, the image display device 60 may also receive the response signal from the disaster prevention receiving panel and blink, similar to the red indicator light.
[0069] Also, a speaker unit 72 is provided below the electrical equipment door 20. The speaker unit 72 outputs a voice message or a notification sound corresponding to the image display when the image display device 60 displays information about the fire hydrant device as an image.
[0070] (a2. Internal Structure of Fire Hydrant Device) Next, the internal structure of the fire hydrant device will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the interior of the housing 10a that serves as the fire hydrant storage section is divided into a valve storage section 1510 and a hose storage section 1520. In the valve storage section 1510, a water supply pipe 32 drawn from the outside is connected to a water supply tap 34, and branches downward and is connected to a fire hose 42 via a fire hydrant valve 36 and a pressure regulating valve 38. The fire hydrant valve 36 is opened and closed by a fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40. When a road user operates the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to open and close it, the fire hydrant valve 36 is interlocked and opened and closed by a known wire link mechanism, and a pump start interlock switch 58 provided in the operation box is turned on and off. Also, a pump start switch 56 used by the fire department is provided above the right of the water supply tap 34.
[0071] In the hose storage section 1520, a hose storage frame 44 is provided, and the fire hose 42 drawn from the lower side is stored by winding it clockwise or counterclockwise. A nozzle 46 is attached to the tip of the fire hose 42 drawn out through a hose guide (hose outlet) 50, and the nozzle 46 is detachably held by a nozzle holder 48.
[0072] The interior of the housing 10b (on the side of the fire extinguisher door 18) is a fire extinguisher storage section 1830, and two fire extinguishers 52 are stored. On the rear surface of the fire extinguisher storage section 1830, a high-voltage terminal box 30a and a low-voltage terminal box 30b are arranged side by side in the left-right direction.
[0073] The high-voltage (e.g., AC100V) terminal box 30a uses a built-in terminal block to connect a power cable for strong electricity drawn from outside the fire hydrant device 10 to an image display device 60 to supply operating power. The low-voltage (e.g., DC48V) terminal box 30b uses a built-in terminal block to connect a signal cable for weak electricity drawn from outside the fire hydrant device 10, a transmitter 24, a response lamp 26, a telephone jack 28, and a pump start switch 56 and a pump start interlock switch 58 provided in the valve storage section 1510.
[0074] Further, a cable rack 54 is installed at the upper part from near the center of the valve storage section 1510 in the housing 10a to the fire hydrant storage section 1520. The cable rack 54 has a power cable inserted therethrough for connecting a power cable drawn from the outside to the valve storage section 1510 to the terminal box 30a, a signal cable inserted therethrough for connecting a signal cable drawn from the outside to the valve storage section 1510 to the terminal box 30b, and further a wiring cable inserted therethrough for connecting a wiring cable from the pump start switch 56 and the pump start interlock switch 58 to the terminal box 30b.
[0075] (a3. Detector of the fire hydrant device used for the image display device) Next, various detectors provided in the fire hydrant device 10 will be described in order for the image display device 60 to acquire information regarding the fire hydrant device to be image - displayed.
[0076] As shown in FIG. 1, on the fire hydrant door 14, there is provided a fire hydrant door open detection switch 82 that functions as an open detector for detecting that the fire hydrant door 14 is opened. The fire hydrant door open detection switch 82 is a switch that operates when the fire hydrant door 14 is opened. Its structure and type are arbitrary. For example, a limit switch having a switch knob or a switch lever that appears and disappears as the door opens and closes is used. As an example, the fire hydrant door open detection switch 82 is off in the closed state of the fire hydrant door 14 and on in the open state of the fire hydrant door 14.
[0077] Also, as shown in FIG. 2, on the nozzle holder 48 arranged below the valve storage section 1510, there is provided a nozzle removal detection switch 84. The nozzle removal detection switch 84 is a switch that operates when a road user removes the nozzle 46 from the nozzle holder 48. Its structure and type are arbitrary. For example, a limit switch having a switch knob or a switch lever that appears and disappears according to the attachment and detachment of the nozzle 46 to the nozzle holder 48 is used. As an example, the nozzle removal detection switch 84 is off while the nozzle 46 is held by the nozzle holder 48, and turns on when the nozzle 46 is removed from the nozzle holder 48.
[0078] Also, as shown in FIG. 2, a remote control box of the fire hydrant valve 36 is provided with a fire hydrant valve opening / closing detection switch 86. The fire hydrant valve opening / closing detection switch 86 is a switch for detecting the opening and closing of the fire hydrant valve 36, and its structure and type are arbitrary. For example, an open detection limit switch that turns on at the open position of the fire hydrant valve 36 and a close detection limit switch that turns on at the closed position are provided.
[0079] [b. Image display device] Subsequently, the image display device provided in the fire hydrant device will be described. In this description, reference is made to FIG. 3, which is a block diagram showing the functional configuration of the image display device.
[0080] As shown in FIG. 3, the image display device 60 includes a display unit 62, an operation unit 64, a display information input unit 66, an audio output unit 68, a control unit 70, and a power supply unit 65, and is integrally incorporated in, for example, a flat housing having a waterproof structure.
[0081] The display unit 62 includes a display panel having a screen. For example, the display panel is a liquid crystal panel that displays color images, has a built-in drive circuit, and a touch panel is arranged on the display panel.
[0082] The operation unit 64 is provided with, for example, operation switches for performing various necessary operations in order to display necessary information regarding the fire hydrant device 10 on the image display device 60. For example, a power switch, a startup switch for switching from a normal screen to a screen for displaying necessary information, a brightness adjustment switch for adjusting the brightness of the screen, a volume adjustment switch for adjusting the volume from the speaker unit 72, etc. are provided. Also, it is possible to perform a predetermined screen operation by the touch panel arranged on the display panel.
[0083] The display information input unit 66 is a means for inputting the image display information generated outside the image display device 60 for display by the image display device 60. For example, it has a USB port, and by connecting a USB memory storing the image display information to the USB port, it is possible to read the image display information and store it in the memory or the like of the control unit 70.
[0084] The voice output unit 68 corresponds to the image display on the display unit 62 and outputs a voice message or a notification sound from the speaker unit 72 as necessary.
[0085] The control unit 70 is composed of a computer circuit equipped with a CPU, a memory, and various input / output ports. By executing the control program stored in the memory, it realizes the control function of displaying necessary information regarding the fire hydrant device 10 on the display unit 62 as an image and outputting a predetermined voice message or a notification sound from the speaker 72 unit.
[0086] The necessary information regarding the fire hydrant device 10 for image display and voice output by the control unit 70 is arbitrary. However, in the embodiment, for example, the line state monitoring information of the signal line connected to devices such as the transmitter 24, the inspection information of the fire hydrant device, the operation guidance information of the fire hydrant device, and the operation training information of the fire hydrant device are displayed as images and output as voices.
[0087] Also, as a detection unit for image display and voice output of the line state monitoring information, a transmitter line current detection unit 74 for monitoring the line state of the signal line (transmitter line) connected to the transmitter 24 and a pump start line current detection unit 76 for monitoring the line state of the signal line (pump start line) connected to the pump start switch 56 and the pump start interlock switch 58 are provided, and each detection unit is connected to the switch port of the control unit 70.
[0088] Here, for example, four fire hydrant devices are arranged at intervals of 50 meters as one section, and the transmitter 24, the response lamp 26, the pump start switch 56, and the pump start interlock switch 58 of each fire hydrant device are connected to the signal line drawn out from the disaster prevention receiving board.
[0089] The transmitter line current detection unit 74 monitors the line state of the transmitter line, which consists of, for example, a signal line and a common line to which the transmitter 24 is connected, among the signal lines drawn from the disaster prevention receiving panel. The transmitter line current detection unit 74 detects the transmitter line current (line state monitoring current) determined by a predetermined terminal resistance connected to the end of the transmitter line and outputs it to the control unit 70. The control unit 70 can generate line state monitoring information of the transmitter line based on the detection result from the transmitter line current detection unit 74.
[0090] Similarly, the pump start line current detection unit 76 monitors the line state of the pump start line, which consists of, for example, a signal line and a common line to which the pump start switch 56 and the pump start interlock switch 58 are connected, among the signal lines drawn from the disaster prevention receiving panel. The pump start line current detection unit 76 detects the pump start line current (line state monitoring current) determined by a predetermined terminal resistance connected to the end of the pump start line and outputs it to the control unit 70. The control unit 70 can generate line state monitoring information of the pump start line based on the detection result from the pump start line current detection unit 76.
[0091] Note that the transmitter 24 is connected between the signal line and the common line of the transmitter line. When the push button switch is turned on by pressing the transmitter 24, a line current flows through the transmitter line, and a fire alarm signal (transmission signal) is transmitted to the disaster prevention receiving panel, and a fire alarm is output. Also, the pump start switch 56 and the pump start interlock switch 58 are connected in parallel between the signal line and the common line of the pump start line. When either one of the switches is turned on, a line current flows through the pump start line, and a pump start signal (transmission signal) is transmitted to the disaster prevention receiving panel, and the fire extinguishing pump facility is started to supply fire extinguishing water. Further, the disaster prevention receiving panel switches and connects the state monitoring unit to the signal line at a predetermined cycle, and monitors the line state of the signal line by flowing a line current (line state monitoring current) through the signal line.
[0092] In addition, a fire hydrant monitoring unit 80 is provided to display operation training information and operation guidance information. The fire hydrant monitoring unit 80 includes the fire hydrant door opening detection switch 82, nozzle removal detection switch 84, and fire hydrant valve opening / closing detection switch 86 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and each switch is connected to the switch port of the control unit 70.
[0093] [c. Image display of information related to the fire hydrant device] Subsequently, the image display of information related to the fire hydrant device by the image display device will be described. In this description, reference is made to FIG. 4 showing the menu screen, FIG. 5 showing the line state monitoring information screen, FIG. 6 showing the inspection information screen, FIG. 7 showing the operation guidance information screen, and FIG. 8 showing the operation training information screen. Note that FIG. 6(A) shows the top screen of the inspection information, and FIG. 6(B) shows the detailed screen of the inspection information.
[0094] (c1. Menu screen) The menu screen of the image display device 60 will be described. When the start switch provided on the operation unit 64 of the image display device 60 is operated or the screen of the display panel is touched, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display from the red display in the normal state to the menu screen 94 shown in FIG. 4.
[0095] On the menu screen 94, a line state monitoring information selection button 96, an inspection information selection button 98, an operation guidance information selection button 100, and an operation training information selection button 102 are displayed. When any of the selection buttons is operated, for example, by touch operation, the screen transitions to an information screen that displays the information corresponding to the operated selection button.
[0096] (c2. Line state monitoring information screen) First, a line state monitoring information screen that displays line state information as an image will be described as the destination screen. When the line state monitoring information selection button 96 is touched on the menu screen 94 in Fig. 4, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display to the line state monitoring information screen 104 shown in Fig. 5. On the line state monitoring information screen 104, for example, as the transmitter line information 106 at the current time, "Line state monitoring current 4.8 mA" and "Line state normal" are displayed, and as the pump start line information 108, "Line state monitoring current 5.0 mA" and "Line state normal" are displayed, indicating that there are no abnormalities including disconnection in the transmitter line and the pump start line.
[0097] Also, for example, when a disconnection occurs in the transmitter line, "Line state monitoring current 0.0 mA" and "Line state disconnection" are displayed as the transmitter line information 106. Also, for example, when insulation degradation has occurred in the transmitter line, "Line state monitoring current 9.6 mA" and "Line state abnormal" are displayed, and it can be confirmed from the line state monitoring information screen 104 that there is an abnormality in the signal line.
[0098] Therefore, with the image display device 60 of the fire hydrant device 10, as shown in Fig. 5, it is possible to easily and simply confirm the line state monitoring information and take necessary measures. Note that as the line state monitoring information, not only the latest state but also the line state monitoring information may be stored as history information regularly, for example, every hour, and the line state monitoring information for a predetermined period may be displayed in a list format or a time change graph as needed.
[0099] (c3. Inspection information screen) Next, an inspection information screen that displays inspection information as an image will be described. When the inspection information selection button 98 is touched on the menu screen 94 in Fig. 4, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display to the inspection information screen 110 shown in Fig. 6(A). On the inspection information screen 110, the inspection information history 112 that has been performed so far is displayed in a list format so that the "year, month, day" of the inspection can be known, and it can be scrolled by operating the scroll part 114.
[0100] On the inspection information screen 110, when, for example, "Inspection on 2023 / 01 / 15" is selected by a touch operation, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display to the inspection information details screen 116 shown in FIG. 6(B). On the inspection information details screen 116, the inspection details information history 118 is displayed in a list format. In the inspection details information history 118, for example, the inspection items of the fire hydrant device and their inspection results are displayed in correspondence, and in the remarks column, for example, the work content such as "cleaning" performed during the inspection is described. Also, when the inspection items do not fit on one screen, they are scrolled and displayed by operating the scroll section 120. Further, the inspection details information history 118 may be displayed together with time information expressed in year, month, and day in the same way as the inspection information history 112 so that the order and timing of inspections can be grasped for each inspection item, or it may be sorted in chronological order.
[0101] The inspection details information displayed as the inspection details information history 118 is created by an operator who inspects the fire hydrant device 10, for example, using a mobile terminal, stored in a USB memory, etc., and after the inspection is completed, the USB memory, etc. is set in the display information input section 66 of the image display device 60 and read in, so as to be added to the inspection history information displayed as the inspection details information history 118.
[0102] Therefore, when an abnormality is confirmed in a specific device during a regular inspection of the fire hydrant device 10 or the like, the inspection history information of past regular inspections is image-displayed on the image display device 60 of the fire hydrant device 10 as shown in FIG. 6, making it possible to appropriately judge the deterioration state of the device and the like.
[0103] (c4. Operation guidance information screen) Next, the operation guidance information screen for image-displaying operation guidance information will be described. When the operation guidance information selection button 100 is touched on the menu screen 94 of FIG. 4, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display to the operation guidance information screen 122 shown in FIG. 7.
[0104] On the operation guidance screen 122, a slide show button 124 is displayed. When the slide show button 124 is touched, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the display of the slide show of the operation guidance of the fire hydrant device 10 pre-stored in a memory or the like. The slide show of the operation guidance is optional. For example, the following operation guidance images (1) to (5) are switched and displayed every time a predetermined time elapses. (1) Operation guidance image for fire alarm by the transmitter 24 (2) Operation guidance image for opening the fire hydrant door 14 by the door handle 1410 (3) Operation guidance image for taking out the nozzle 46 from the nozzle holder 48 (4) Operation guidance image for operating the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to the open position to start water discharge and further pulling out the fire hose 42 (5) Operation guidance image for operating the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to the closed position to stop water discharge
[0105] Therefore, on the image display device 60 of the fire hydrant device 10, it is possible to switch the operation guidance images as a slide show composed of (1) to (5) and display them in an easy-to-understand manner. Also, the detection results by the transmitter line current detection unit 74, the pump start line current detection unit 76, the fire hydrant door open detection switch 82, the nozzle removal detection switch 84, and the fire hydrant valve opening / closing detection switch 86 may be used to switch to the next operation guidance image. Also, the display of the operation guidance image is not limited to a slide show, and it may be a video or a single still image depicting all the operation guidance.
[0106] (c5. Operation training information screen) Subsequently, an operation guidance information screen for displaying operation training information as an image will be described. When the operation training information selection button 102 is touched on the menu screen 94 of FIG. 4, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display to the operation training information screen 126 shown in FIG. 8.
[0107] On the operation training information screen 126, a slide show button 128 is displayed. When the slide show button 128 is touched, the control unit 70 performs control to switch the display to a slide show of the operation training of the fire hydrant device 10 pre-stored in a memory or the like. The slide show of the operation training is optional. For example, control is performed to switch to the next operation instruction image based on the detection of the operation result of the operation instructed by the operation instruction image, for an operation instruction image according to the operation procedure of the fire hydrant device 10.
[0108] For example, on the first operation instruction screen of the operation training, the control unit 70 performs control to display a first operation instruction image that instructs a fire alarm by operating the transmitter 24 and opening the fire hydrant door 14 after the fire alarm is made.
[0109] Assuming that the trainer performs an opening operation on the fire hydrant door 14 in response to the opening instruction of the fire hydrant door 14 on the first operation instruction screen, the opening of the fire hydrant door 14 is detected by the fire hydrant door opening detection switch 82, and the control unit 70 performs control to switch the image display to a second operation instruction image that instructs the operation of removing the nozzle 46 as the subsequent second operation instruction screen.
[0110] At this time, when the trainer is not operating the transmitter 24, since there is no change in the transmitter line current (line state monitoring current) detected by the transmitter line current detection unit 74, the control unit 70 detects that the transmitter 24 is not being operated, and for example, outputs an operation instruction voice from the speaker unit 72 to prompt the operation of the transmitter 24, and performs control to output an operation instruction voice from the speaker unit 72 in addition to the operation instruction display by the first operation instruction image.
[0111] After the output of the operation instruction voice for the transmitter operation, when the trainer operates the transmitter 24, there is a change in the transmitter line current detected by the transmitter line current detection unit 74, the control unit 70 detects that the transmitter 24 has been operated, stops the operation instruction voice for the transmitter operation, and performs control to switch the image display to the second operation instruction image.
[0112] When the trainer removes the nozzle 64 in accordance with the instruction to remove the nozzle 46 on the second operation instruction screen, the removal of the nozzle 46 is detected by the nozzle removal detection switch 84, and the control unit 70 switches the image display to a third operation instruction image that instructs the trainer to operate the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to the open position to start water discharge and further instructs the pulling out of the fire hose 42 as the subsequent third operation instruction screen.
[0113] When the trainer operates the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to the open position in accordance with the instruction to open the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 on the third operation instruction screen, the operation to the open position is detected by the fire hydrant valve opening / closing detection switch 86, and the control unit 70 switches the image display to a fourth operation instruction image that instructs the operation of the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to the closed position as the subsequent fourth operation instruction screen.
[0114] When the trainer operates the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 to the closed position in accordance with the instruction to close the fire hydrant valve opening / closing lever 40 on the fourth operation instruction screen, the operation to the closed position is detected by the fire hydrant valve opening / closing detection switch 86, and the control unit 70 switches the image display to a training end image as the subsequent training end screen. On the training end screen, the required time and evaluation results in the operation training from the first operation instruction screen to the fourth operation instruction screen are displayed.
[0115] In this way, by being able to perform operation training using operation instruction images on the image display device 60 of the fire hydrant device 10, it becomes possible for operators such as users of the fire hydrant device and inspection workers to efficiently acquire each operation of the fire hydrant device. Also, the display of the operation instruction images is not limited to a slide show and may be a video or a single still image depicting all the operation instructions.
[0116] [d.
