1. A cardboard packaging material that can be attached to a pallet and can accommodate goods inside, wherein the packaging material is composed of a skirt that can be attached so as to surround the pallet, a sleeve that can be disposed inside the skirt, and a cap that covers the upper opening of the sleeve.

2. The packaging material according to claim 1, wherein a skirt fixing material is attached to the inner surface of the skirt so as not to fall off from the pallet.

3. The cap is composed of a rectangular top surface portion and two pairs of edge surface portions extending downward from the periphery of the top surface portion, wherein a cap fixing material is attached to the inner surface of the top surface portion of the cap so as to form a predetermined gap between one pair of the two pairs of edge surface portions, and the predetermined gap has a dimension that allows the upper end portion of the side surface portion of the sleeve to enter. The packaging material according to claim 1.

4. The packaging material according to claim 1, wherein the skirt and the sleeve can be folded and accommodated between the pallet and the cap.
