AI Technical Summary
When attaching an inner lid to a container body, the air inside the container cannot escape, leading to increased pressure and causing the inner lid to float, especially when the container is full and there is little air space.
The container design includes an annular seal convex portion on the inner lid that contacts the peripheral wall portion of the container body, creating a gap around a main body convex or concave portion, allowing air to escape and preventing pressure buildup.
This design effectively suppresses the floating of the inner lid by allowing air to escape during lid attachment, maintaining pressure equilibrium and ensuring proper sealing of the container.

Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a container with an inner lid.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, a container with an inner lid configured such that an inner lid is attached to a container body for accommodating contents has been known (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).
[0003] Such an inner lid has a function of accommodating a tool (such as a spatula) for taking out the contents, and also has a function of closely adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the container body when attached to seal the inside of the container body.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] By the way, when attaching this type of inner lid to the container body, when the inner lid starts to closely adhere to the inner peripheral surface of the container body, the air inside the container body cannot escape to the outside. Therefore, as the inner lid is pushed in, the pressure inside the container body increases. For this reason, a phenomenon may occur in which the pushed-in inner lid floats. While the volume of air decreases when the pressure increases, the volume of the contents hardly changes even when the pressure increases. Therefore, particularly when a large amount of contents are accommodated in the container body and the amount of air is small, the pressure easily increases and the inner lid easily floats. In addition, when the contents adhere to the portion where the inner lid and the container body come into contact, the frictional force at this contact portion generally becomes small, and this point also becomes a factor for the inner lid to float.
[0006] An object of the present invention is to solve such problems, and an object thereof is to propose a container with an inner lid that can suppress the floating of the inner lid attached to the container body.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] The present invention is a container with an inner lid including a container body for accommodating contents inside a peripheral wall portion having an upper end opening, and an inner lid attached to the peripheral wall portion, The inner lid has an inner lid peripheral wall portion facing the peripheral wall portion, and an annular seal convex portion that protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface of the inner lid peripheral wall portion and contacts the peripheral wall portion during attachment. The container body is a container with an inner lid, which is located on the upper end opening side of the annular seal convex portion and has at least one main body convex portion protruding inward from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion or at least one main body concave portion recessed outward from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall portion.
[0008] The peripheral wall portion preferably has a reduced diameter portion that reduces in diameter upward at a portion located on the upper end opening side of the portion where the annular seal convex portion contacts during attachment.
Effects of the Invention
[0009] According to the container with an inner lid of the present invention, when the annular seal portion of the inner lid begins to contact the peripheral wall portion of the container body when attaching the inner lid to the container body, a gap is generated between the annular seal portion and the peripheral wall portion around the main body convex portion or the main body concave portion. Therefore, the air inside the container body can escape to the outside through this gap. That is, since the pressure increase inside the container body after attaching the inner lid can be suppressed, the floating of the inner lid can be suppressed. Note that the main body convex portion or the main body concave portion is located on the upper end opening side of the annular seal convex portion, and when the attachment of the inner lid to the container body is completed, the annular seal convex portion comes into close contact with the peripheral wall portion over the entire circumference, so the function of sealing the container body is ensured.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0011] Hereinafter, a container 10 with an inner lid, which is an embodiment of the container with an inner lid according to the present invention, will be described with reference to the drawings. In this specification and the like, the vertical direction is the direction along the illustrated central axis O (the central axis of the container body 1 described later). The radial direction is the direction orthogonal to the central axis O in a plane perpendicular to the central axis O, and the circumferential direction is the direction that circulates around the central axis O in this plane.
[0012] The container 10 with an inner lid of this embodiment includes a container body 1, an inner lid 2, an outer lid 3, and a packing 4. The container body 1, the inner lid 2, and the outer lid 3 are made of a hard synthetic resin and are formed by injection molding in this embodiment. The packing 4 is formed of a relatively soft material such as rubber, elastomer, soft polyethylene (low-density polyethylene).
[0013] The container body 1 has a bottom portion 1a that is circular in plan view with the central axis O as the center. An outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom portion 1a is provided with a cylindrical peripheral wall portion 1b that extends upward. Here, a circular opening provided at the upper end of the peripheral wall portion 1b is referred to as the upper end opening 1c (see FIG. 3). The inner diameter of the upper end opening 1c in the present embodiment is approximately 60 mm. Inside the container body 1, contents (for example, cream-like cosmetics, etc.) not shown are accommodated.
[0014] The peripheral wall portion 1b includes an upper small-diameter portion 1d whose outer peripheral surface has a smaller diameter than the lower portion. A male screw portion 1e is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the upper small-diameter portion 1d.
[0015] On the inner peripheral side of the peripheral wall portion 1b, a lower inner peripheral portion 1f, an intermediate inner peripheral portion 1g, and an upper inner peripheral portion 1h are provided. The lower inner peripheral portion 1f is a portion that extends such that the inner peripheral surface expands with a slope approximately perpendicular to the upward direction from the bottom portion 1a or with a slope of the draft angle of the mold used in injection molding. The intermediate inner peripheral portion 1g is connected to the lower inner peripheral portion 1f below the upper small-diameter portion 1d and is a portion that extends while curving in an arc shape in a cross-sectional view. And the upper inner peripheral portion 1h is located radially inside the male screw portion 1e and is a portion that extends so as to contract in diameter upward (so as to incline radially inward). The angle at which the upper inner peripheral portion 1h inclines radially inward is approximately 0.5° with respect to the central axis O in the present embodiment. Note that the upper inner peripheral portion 1h corresponds to the "diameter-reducing portion" in this specification and the like.
[0016] As shown in FIG. 3, in the vicinity of the upper end opening 1c in the upper inner peripheral portion 1h, a main body convex portion 1j that protrudes radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h and has an arc shape in a cross-sectional view is provided. One main body convex portion 1j or a plurality of main body convex portions 1j are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction with respect to the upper inner peripheral portion 1h. The protruding amount of the main body convex portion 1j in the present embodiment (the length from the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h to the apex of the main body convex portion 1j) is approximately 0.05 mm. Note that, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, in the state assembled as the container body 1, the main body convex portion 1j is in contact with the middle lid 2 so as to bite radially inward, and the tightening allowance of the main body convex portion 1j with respect to the middle lid 2 in the present embodiment is approximately 0.013 mm.
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1, 2A, and 2B, the middle lid 2 includes a middle lid bottom portion 2a that is circular in plan view with the central axis O as the center. An outer edge portion of the middle lid bottom portion 2a is provided with a middle lid peripheral wall portion 2b that extends upward so as to increase in diameter (so as to incline radially outward). An upper end portion of the middle lid peripheral wall portion 2b is provided with an outer flange portion 2c that extends radially outward and is annular in plan view. Also, an upper end portion of the middle lid peripheral wall portion 2b is provided with an inner flange portion 2d that extends radially inward and has a side closer to the central axis O extending linearly in plan view. A total of two inner flange portions 2d are provided so as to face each other with the central axis O interposed therebetween. And on the upper surface of the outer flange portion 2c, an upper convex portion 2e that protrudes upward and is annular in plan view is provided.
[0018] And as shown in FIG. 3, on the outer peripheral surface of the middle lid peripheral wall portion 2b, an annular seal convex portion 2f that protrudes radially outward and has an arcuate cross section is provided. The annular seal convex portion 2f extends over the entire circumference with respect to the middle lid peripheral wall portion 2b. The protruding amount of the annular seal convex portion 2f in the present embodiment (the length from the outer peripheral surface of the middle lid peripheral wall portion 2b to the apex of the annular seal convex portion 2f) is about 0.1 mm. In addition, in the state assembled as the container body 1 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the annular seal convex portion 2f is in contact with the container body 1 so as to bite into the radially outer side, and the tightening margin of the annular seal convex portion 2f with respect to the container body 1 in the present embodiment is about 0.05 mm.
[0019] The outer lid 3 includes a top wall portion 3a that is circular in plan view with the central axis O as the center. An outer edge portion of the top wall portion 3a is provided with a cylindrical outer lid peripheral wall portion 3b that extends downward. An inner peripheral surface of the outer lid peripheral wall portion 3b is provided with an internal thread portion 3c that is screwed onto the male thread portion 1e.
[0020] The packing 4 is shaped to be circular in plan view with the central axis O as the center. The packing 4 is fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the outer lid 3, and thereby the packing 4 is held by the outer lid 3.
[0021] In the container 10 with an inner lid configured by such a member, in the state shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, since the annular seal convex portion 2f is in contact with the upper inner peripheral portion 1h over the entire circumference, the inside of the container body 1 can be sealed. Further, in the present embodiment, since the upper convex portion 2e of the inner lid 2 is in contact with the lower surface of the packing 4 over the entire circumference, the inside of the container body 1 can also be sealed by the upper convex portion 2e and the packing 4.
[0022] When taking out the contents from the container 10 with an inner lid, from the state shown in FIG. 1, the outer lid 3 is rotated in a direction to loosen the female screw portion 3c with respect to the male screw portion 1e, and the outer lid 3 is removed from the container body 1. Then, for example, by lifting the inner lid 2 by placing a finger on the inner flange portion 2d, the inner lid 2 is removed from the container body 1. After that, the contents accommodated in the container body 1 can be scooped out with an applicator (not shown) and applied to the application destination.
[0023] When attaching the inner lid 2 to the container body 1 after applying the contents, the inner lid 2 is pressed against the container body 1 by inserting the bottom portion 2a of the inner lid into the upper end opening 1c. As the inner lid 2 is pressed, the annular seal convex portion 2f comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h as shown in FIG. 4. As described above, one or a plurality of main body convex portions 1j are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h, and the annular seal convex portion 2f also comes into contact with the main body convex portion 1j. On the other hand, since the main body convex portion 1j is provided partially in the circumferential direction, there is a portion where there is a gap without contacting the annular seal convex portion 2f in the vicinity of the outer side in the circumferential direction of the main body convex portion 1j in the upper inner peripheral portion 1h. That is, in this state, the inside of the container body 1 and the outside communicate with each other through this gap, and when the inner lid 2 moves toward the container body 1, the air inside the container body 1 can be discharged from this gap. Thereby, since the pressure rise inside the container body 1 after attaching the inner lid 2 can be suppressed, the floating of the inner lid 2 can be suppressed.
[0024] When the inner lid 2 is attached to the container body 1 as shown in Fig. 3, the main body convex portion 1j is located above the annular seal convex portion 2f. That is, in this state, since the annular seal convex portion 2f is in close contact with the upper inner peripheral portion 1h over the entire circumference, the inside of the container body 1 can be sealed.
[0025] As described above, the upper inner peripheral portion 1h of the present embodiment extends so as to have a reduced diameter upward. That is, when the inner lid 2 tends to move upward with respect to the container body 1, the resistance exerted by the upper inner peripheral portion 1h on the annular seal convex portion 2f gradually increases. Therefore, when attaching the inner lid 2 to the container body 1, even if the pressure inside the container body 1 is slightly high and the air inside the container body 1 cannot be discharged, the floating of the inner lid 2 can be effectively suppressed.
[0026] Thereafter, the outer lid 3 can be attached to the container body 1 by rotating the outer lid 3 in a tightening direction with respect to the male screw portion 1e.
[0027] Next, with reference to Figs. 5 and 6, a modified example of the container 10 with an inner lid described above will be described. The container 10 with an inner lid of the modified example is provided with a longitudinal groove-shaped main body recess 1k in the vicinity of the upper end opening 1c in the upper inner peripheral portion 1h, in which the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h is recessed radially outward, instead of the main body convex portion 1j described above. The main body recess 1k is provided one or a plurality of at intervals in the circumferential direction with respect to the upper inner peripheral portion 1h. The amount of recess of the main body recess 1k in the present embodiment (the length from the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h to the groove bottom on the radially outer side of the main body recess 1k) is about 0.1 mm.
[0028] When attaching the middle lid 2 to the container body 1 provided with the main body recess 1k, when the middle lid 2 is pressed by inserting the bottom 2a of the middle lid into the upper end opening 1c, as shown in FIG. 6, the annular seal protrusion 2f contacts the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h. As described above, since one or more main body recesses 1k are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the upper inner peripheral portion 1h, there is a gap inside the main body recess 1k that communicates the inside of the container body 1 with the outside. That is, when the middle lid 2 moves toward the container body 1, the air inside the container body 1 can be discharged through this gap, so the pressure increase inside the container body 1 after attaching the middle lid 2 can be suppressed and the floating of the middle lid 2 can be suppressed.
[0029] Also, when the middle lid 2 is attached to the container body 1 provided with the main body recess 1k, as shown in FIG. 5, the main body recess 1k is located above the annular seal protrusion 2f. That is, also in the container body 1 provided with the main body recess 1k, since the annular seal protrusion 2f is in close contact with the upper inner peripheral portion 1h over the entire circumference, the inside of the container body 1 can be sealed.
[0030] As described above, one embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to such a specific embodiment, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the gist of the present invention described in the claims, unless otherwise particularly limited in the above description. For example, the configuration of the above-described embodiment can be appropriately added or deleted, and the configuration of one embodiment can also be provided in another embodiment. Also, the effects in the above embodiments are merely examples of the effects resulting from the present invention, and it does not mean that the effects of the present invention are limited to the above effects.
[0031] For example, the upper inner peripheral portion 1h corresponding to the "diameter-reduced portion" in this specification and the like extended from below the middle lid 2 to the upper end opening 1c in the above-described embodiment. However, the portion corresponding to the diameter-reduced portion may be provided only at a position closer to the upper end opening 1c than the portion where the annular seal protrusion 2f contacts.
