Abstract

To provide a bus bar connection structure that can easily connect a split type bus bar without requiring a large-scale device and can easily disconnect the bus bar.SOLUTION: A concave fitting portion 4 that becomes wider toward the back in plan view is formed at the left end of an A bus bar 2, and a convex fitting portion 6 that becomes wider toward the tip in plan view is formed at the right end of a B bus bar 3. A crushed groove 2c is formed along the outer periphery of the concave fitting portion 4 on the underside of the A bus bar 2, and a pressure-welding protrusion 2d is provided on the inner periphery of the concave fitting portion 4 due to the associated plastic deformation, and a crushed groove 3c is formed along the inner periphery of the convex fitting portion 6 on the upper surface of the B bus bar 3, and a pressure-welding protrusion 3d is provided on the outer periphery of the convex fitting portion 6 due to the associated plastic deformation. As the positions of both bus bars 2, 3 are displaced in the plate thickness direction, the convex fitting portion 6 is fitted into the concave fitting portion 4, and the pressure-welding protrusions 2d, 3d are pressed against the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
