Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] When, as in Patent Document 1, the extension portion for connecting the strap has a structure that is exposed to the outside between the mobile terminal and its cover, when the strap is not connected to the extension portion, it is conceivable that the extension portion sways and hinders the operation of the mobile terminal by the user.
[0005] One aspect of the present disclosure aims to provide a mobile terminal connector capable of suppressing the inhibition of the operation of the mobile terminal by the user.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] A mobile terminal connector according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a sheet body and a connection portion. The sheet body has a sheet-like first portion disposed between a mobile terminal and a cover that covers at least a part of the mobile terminal, and a strip-like second portion that protrudes with the first portion as a base end and is exposed to the outside from between the mobile terminal and the cover. The connection portion is provided at the tip of the second portion of the sheet body and is connected to a strap. The connection portion has a first magnetic body. The first portion of the sheet body has a second magnetic body that generates a magnetic attraction force with the first magnetic body.
[0007] In the above mobile terminal connector, in a state where the strap is not connected, the first magnetic body provided on the tip side of the strip-like second portion is attracted to the second magnetic body of the first portion through the cover. As a result, since the position of the connection portion provided at the tip of the second portion is fixed, the second portion is suppressed from swinging. Therefore, it is suppressed that the second portion hinders the operation of the mobile terminal.
Advantages of the Invention
[0008] According to an aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a mobile terminal connector that can suppress the operation of the mobile terminal by the user from being hindered.

[0010] Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding elements are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions are omitted. Note that a coordinate system having an X direction, a Y direction, and a Z direction may be shown in the drawings, and the coordinate system is referred to as necessary in the description.
[0011] [First Embodiment] FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a mobile terminal connector of an example. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a mobile terminal connector of an example. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. 1. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an example of use of a mobile terminal connector of an example. The mobile terminal connector 1 is a device for connecting the strap 3 to the mobile terminal 50 (see FIG. 4). In one example, the strap 3 connected to the mobile terminal 50 via the mobile terminal connector 1 may be a so-called neck strap that is worn around the user's neck.
[0012] As shown in Fig. 1, the mobile terminal connector 1 includes a sheet body 10 and a connection part 20. At least a part of the sheet body 10 is disposed between the mobile terminal 50 and a cover 60 attached to the mobile terminal 50. In this embodiment, the mobile terminal 50 may be a so-called smartphone. The mobile terminal 50 has a substantially rectangular plate shape, and has a main surface provided with a display (touch screen), a back surface facing the main surface, and a peripheral surface connecting the main surface and the back surface. The peripheral surface may have a charging terminal for inserting a charging cable, a headphone jack for connecting a headphone cable, a speaker for audio output, etc. Hereinafter, when the mobile terminal is viewed from a direction perpendicular to the main surface, the length along the short side of the main surface is called the width, the length along the long side of the main surface is called the height, and the length in the depth direction may be called the thickness.
[0013] The cover 60 is attached to the mobile terminal 50 and covers at least a part of the mobile terminal 50 (see Fig. 4). An example of the cover 60 is configured to cover the back surface and the peripheral surface of the mobile terminal 50. That is, the cover 60 includes a main wall 61 facing the back surface of the mobile terminal 50 and a peripheral wall 62 provided at the periphery of the main wall and facing the peripheral surface of the mobile terminal 50. An opening-shaped portion that communicates the inside and outside of the region surrounded by the peripheral wall 62 is formed in the peripheral wall 62. An example of the peripheral wall 62 has a first opening 62a, a second opening 62b, and a third opening 62c as opening-shaped portions at positions corresponding to the charging terminal, the headphone jack, and the speaker (microphone) of the mobile terminal 50. In the illustrated example, the first opening 62a and the third opening 62c have a rectangular shape with the height direction of the peripheral wall 62 as the short side direction. The second opening 62b has, for example, a circular shape. Note that these opening-shaped portions may have a notch shape.
[0014] The sheet body 10 includes a first portion 11 and a second portion 12, each of which has a sheet shape. For example, the first portion 11 may have a substantially rectangular shape. In the illustrated example, the first portion 11 has a rectangular shape with rounded corners at the four corners. Note that the planar shape of the first portion 11 is not limited to a rectangular shape. The first portion 11 may have a circular shape, a polygonal shape other than a rectangular shape, or a shape imitating a specific character. The first portion 11 is a portion disposed between the back surface of the portable terminal 50 and the main wall 61 of the cover 60. Therefore, the first portion 11 has a thickness that can be disposed between the portable terminal 50 and the cover 60.
[0015] In one example, the first portion 11 is configured by laminating a pair of sheets 11a formed of resin. For example, the pair of sheets 11a may be welded to each other or adhered to each other by an adhesive or the like. A magnetic portion is provided in the first portion 11. The magnetic portion is a portion that generates a magnetic attraction with a predetermined member. In one example, the magnetic portion is constituted by a magnetic body 11b (second magnetic body) disposed between the pair of sheets 11a. For example, the magnetic body 11b may be a thin plate-shaped plate made of a metal such as iron that generates a magnetic attraction with a magnet.
[0016] The second part 12 is a part that protrudes outward from a part of the periphery of the first part 11 as a base end. The second part 12 is strip-shaped and flexible. In one example, the second part 12 is integrally formed with the first part 11. That is, the first part 11 and the second part 12 can be formed by processing a sheet that is integrally molded with the same resin material. For example, the resin material forming the sheet body 10 may be nylon, thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), etc., or may be a composite material in which two or more types of single materials are mixed. In this embodiment, the base end side of the second part 12 is formed by laminating a pair of sheets 12a in the same manner as the first part 11. The pair of sheets 12a forming the second part 12 are formed continuously with the pair of sheets 11a forming the first part 11, respectively. The second part 12 is exposed to the outside of the cover 60 through the first opening 62a of the cover 60 from between the mobile terminal 50 and the cover 60 (see FIG. 4).
[0017] The connecting part 20 includes an annular part 15 and a magnetic part 21. The annular part 15 is a part that extends further from the tip of the second part 12 and connects to the strap 3. An example of the annular part 15 is annular. The annular part 15 in the illustrated example is formed into an annular shape by folding back a sheet that extends further from the second part 12. In the drawings, the annular part 15 is drawn to have a rectangular cross-sectional shape, but the annular part 15 does not have to be rectangular as long as a connector C such as a loop for connecting the strap 3 to the inside can be inserted therethrough. For example, the annular part 15 may have a circular cross-sectional shape, an elliptical cross-sectional shape, a polygonal cross-sectional shape, or the like.
[0018] 2, the annular portion 15 has a first step 15a formed in opposing positions toward the inside in the width direction (Y-axis direction) and a second step 15b formed further inward from the first step 15a. An opening 15c is formed between the pair of second step portions 15b. The opening 15c in the illustrated example has a rectangular shape.
[0019] The annular portion 15 is reinforced by the reinforcing member 17. The reinforcing member 17 is disposed inside the annular portion 15 formed at the tip of the second portion 12. The reinforcing member 17 in the illustrated example is formed in a ring shape by connecting the ends of a strip-shaped resin material. The connected ends may form a protruding portion 17d that protrudes outward. The protruding portion 17d may be sandwiched, for example, by a pair of sheets 12a constituting the second portion 12. The width of the reinforcing member 17 may be the same as the width of the annular portion 15. Further, the reinforcing member 17 is formed with a first step portion 17a and a second step portion 17b having the same shape as the first step portion 15a and the second step portion 15b of the annular portion 15, and an opening 17c having the same shape as the opening 15c is formed between the pair of second step portions 17b. The reinforcing member 17 is disposed inside the annular portion 15 such that the first step portion 17a, the second step portion 17b, and the opening 17c overlap the first step portion 15a, the second step portion 15b, and the opening 15c of the annular portion 15. The outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing member 17 may be adhered to the inner peripheral surface of the annular portion 15 with an adhesive or the like.
[0020] The magnetic portion 21 generates a magnetic attraction with the magnetic body 11b of the first portion 11. As shown in FIG. 2, an example of the magnetic portion 21 includes a lower case 22, an upper case 25, and a magnetic body 29 (first magnetic body).
[0021] The lower case 22 and the upper case 25 can be fitted to each other to form a case body 28 having a space inside. The lower case 22 has a bottom wall 23 and a pair of claw portions 24. The bottom wall 23 is, for example, in the shape of a rectangular plate and has a rectangular recess 23a at the center. The pair of claw portions 24 stand up from the opposing edges of the bottom wall 23. Claws 24a are formed at the tips of the pair of claw portions 24 and face outward.
[0022] The upper case 25 has an upper wall 26 in the shape of a rectangular plate and a peripheral wall 27 connected to the edge of the upper wall 26. The outer surface 26a of the upper wall 26 is formed flat. A rectangular recess 26b is formed on the inner surface of the upper wall 26 (see FIG. 3). The recess 26b may have the same shape as the recess 23a formed in the bottom wall 23. The peripheral wall 27 includes a first wall 27a and a second wall 27b facing each other, and a third wall 27c and a fourth wall 27d facing each other. Rectangular notch-shaped portions 27a1 and 27b1 are formed at the edges of the first wall 27a and the second wall 27b, respectively. The width of the notch-shaped portions 27a1 and 27b1 may be the same as the width of the bottom wall 23. The height of the notch-shaped portions 27a1 and 27b1 is formed to be larger than the thickness of the bottom wall 23. Step portions 27c1 and 27d1 that engage with the respective claws 24a of the pair of claw portions 24 are formed on the inner surfaces of the third wall 27c and the fourth wall 27d.
[0023] The magnetic body 29 is sandwiched between the recess 23a of the lower case 22 and the recess 26b of the upper case 25 in a state of being inserted through the openings 15c and 17c. That is, in the present embodiment, with the bottom wall 23 of the lower case 22 disposed on the inner peripheral side of the reinforcing member 17, and the reinforcing member 17 and the annular portion 15 disposed in the notch-shaped portions 27a1 and 27b1 of the upper case 25, the magnetic body 29 inserted through the openings 15c and 17c is sandwiched between the recess 23a of the lower case 22 and the recess 26b of the upper case 25 and accommodated in the case body 28. The magnetic body 29 generates a magnetic attractive force with the magnetic body 11b. In the present embodiment, the magnetic body 29 may be a magnet.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 4, the mobile terminal connector 1 in the present embodiment is used in a state where the first portion 11 of the sheet body 10 is disposed between the back surface of the mobile terminal 50 and the inner surface of the main wall 61 of the cover 60, and the second portion 12 of the sheet body 10 is pulled out to the outside of the cover 60 through the first opening 62a. The user can attach the strap 3 to the mobile terminal 50 by connecting the connecting tool C to which the strap 3 is connected to the annular portion 15 provided at the tip of the second portion 12 exposed outside the cover 60 (see FIG. 1). For example, the user can hold the mobile terminal 50 by lowering the strap 3 from the neck. Further, the user can use the mobile terminal 50 with the connecting tool C of the strap 3 removed from the annular portion 15. In this case, since a magnetic attractive force is generated between the magnetic portion 21 disposed in the annular portion 15 and the magnetic body 11b disposed in the first portion 11, the magnetic portion 21 of the annular portion 15 can be fixed to the magnetic body 11b of the first portion 11 through the cover 60.
[0025] [Second Embodiment] FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a mobile terminal connector of another example. FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing a part of a mobile terminal connector of another example. FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view showing a part of a mobile terminal connector of another example. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII of FIG. 5. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a usage example of a mobile terminal connector of another example.
[0026] As shown in FIG. 5, the mobile terminal connector 101 includes a sheet body 110 and a connection portion 120. The sheet body 110 has a sheet shape and includes a first portion 111 and a second portion 112. For example, the first portion 111 may have a substantially rectangular shape. The first portion 111 in the illustrated example has a rectangular shape with rounded corners at the four corners. One example of the sheet body 110 is formed of resin. A magnetic portion is provided in the first portion 111. One example of the magnetic portion may be constituted by a magnetic body 111a (second magnetic body) embedded in the first portion 111 having a sheet shape. For example, the magnetic body may be a thin plate-like plate made of a metal such as iron that generates a magnetic attractive force with a magnet.
[0027] The second portion 112 is a portion that protrudes outward from a part of the periphery of the first portion 111 as a base end. The second portion 112 is strip-shaped and flexible. In one example, the second portion 112 is formed integrally with the first portion 111. That is, the first portion 111 and the second portion 112 may be formed by processing a sheet that is integrally molded from the same resin material. In one example, a tip portion 112a of the second portion is formed in a substantially circular shape (see FIG. 6).
[0028] The connecting portion 120 is a portion for connecting to the strap 3, and is attached to the tip portion 112a of the second portion 112. The connecting portion 120 in one example includes a first connecting portion 121 and a second connecting portion 131. The first connecting portion 121 is fixed to the tip portion 112a of the second portion 112. As shown in FIG. 6, the first connecting portion 121 in one example has a lower case 122, an upper case 125, and a magnetic body 129 (first magnetic body).
[0029] The lower case 122 and the upper case 125 can be joined together to form a case body 128 having a space inside. The lower case 122 has a bottom wall 123 and a peripheral wall 124 provided on the periphery of the bottom wall 123, and has a cylindrical space S1 in the center. A rib-like portion 124a protruding from the inner surface is formed inside the cylindrical space S1. The rib-like portion 124a in one example has a cross shape in a plan view and is formed continuously with the bottom surface and side surface of the cylindrical space S1. The outer surface of the bottom wall 123 of the lower case 122 has a flat surface 123a formed flat and one or more (three in the illustrated example) recesses 123b formed in the flat surface 123a (see FIG. 8). For example, the recesses 123b may be grooves formed along one direction (the Y-axis direction in the illustrated example).
[0030] The upper case 125 has an upper wall 126 and a peripheral wall 127 provided at the periphery of the upper wall 126, and has a cylindrical space S2 in the center so as to face the space S1 of the lower case 122. Inside the cylindrical space S2, rib-shaped portions (not shown) protruding from the inner surface are formed in the same manner as in the lower case 122. The outer surface of the upper wall 126 of the upper case 125 has a flat surface 126a formed flat and one or a plurality (one in the illustrated example) of convex portions 126b formed on the flat surface 126a. For example, the convex portion 126b may be a protrusion extending along one direction.
[0031] One example of the magnetic body 129 is cylindrical and is housed in the space S of the case body 128. This space S is formed by the space S1 of the lower case 122 and the space S2 of the upper case 125. In the present embodiment, the tip 112a of the second portion 112 is housed in the space S of the case body 128 together with the magnetic body 129. In the illustrated example, the members are stacked in the order of the upper case 125, the second portion 112, the magnetic body 129, and the lower case 122, and the tip 112a of the second portion 112 is pushed into the space S2 of the upper case 125 by the magnetic body 129. The upper case 125 and the lower case 122 may be welded or adhered by an adhesive or the like.
[0032] The second connecting portion 131 is configured to be detachable from the first connecting portion 121 and can be connected to the strap 3. As shown in FIG. 7, the second connecting portion 131 has a frame body 132, a bottom plate 140, a lid body 145, and a magnetic body 149 (third magnetic body). The frame body 132 has a rectangular frame shape and has a pair of guide portions 133, and a first side wall 135 and a second side wall 137 connecting the guide portions 133 to each other.
[0033] The pair of guide portions 133 are portions that guide the first connection portion 121 while sandwiching it in the Y-axis direction so that the first connection portion 121 slides in the X-axis direction. The pair of guide portions 133 each have a plate shape and form a pair of flat surfaces 133a facing each other. The pair of flat surfaces 133a are separated from each other by substantially the same width as the width of the case body 128. The pair of guide portions 133 extend along the longitudinal direction (X-axis direction) intersecting the width direction. On one side in the longitudinal direction, protruding edge portions 133b protruding along the Y-axis direction so as to approach each other are formed at the edges in the Z-axis direction of the pair of guide portions 133. At the position where the protruding edge portions 133b are formed, the first connection portion 121 disposed between the pair of guide portions 133 is prevented from dropping outward from between the guide portions 133. On the other hand, at the position where the protruding edge portions 133b are not formed, the first connection portion 121 can be freely inserted and removed between the inner side and the outer side of the pair of guide portions 133.
[0034] The first side wall 135 connects the edge portions on the side where the protruding edge portions 133b of the pair of guide portions 133 are formed and has a plate shape. The height of the first side wall 135 in the Z direction does not reach the positions of the pair of protruding edge portions 133b. As a result, a notch-shaped portion 135a that connects the inner side and the outer side of the pair of guide portions 133 is formed in the first side wall 135. The notch-shaped portion 135a in the illustrated example has, for example, a rectangular shape. The width of the notch-shaped portion 135a may be, for example, the same as the distance between the pair of protruding edge portions 133b, or may be substantially the same as the width of the second portion 112 of the sheet body 110.
[0035] The second side wall 137 connects the end portions on the side opposite to the first side wall 135 of the pair of guide portions 133. That is, in the longitudinal direction of the guide portion 133, the first side wall 135 and the second side wall 137 face each other. The second side wall 137 includes an outer wall 137a disposed at the edge of the pair of guide portions 133, an inner wall 137b disposed closer to the first side wall 135 than the outer wall 137a, and an upper wall 137c connecting the outer wall 137a and the inner wall 137b (see FIG. 8). A holder 138 that holds a ring 138a to which the strap 3 is connected is attached to the outer wall 137a.
[0036] The bottom plate 140 has a bottom wall 141 for closing the opening at the lower end of the frame body 132. By joining the periphery of the bottom wall 141 to the lower end of the frame body 132, the bottom plate 140 and the frame body 132 are fixed to each other. On the upper surface of the bottom wall 141, a housing portion 142 is formed. The housing portion 142 is constituted by, for example, a peripheral wall 143 having a rectangular frame shape. At the upper end of each of the four continuous wall bodies constituting the peripheral wall 143, a claw 143a protruding outward when viewed from the Z direction is formed.
[0037] The lid body 145 corresponds to the housing portion 142 formed in the bottom plate 140. The lid body 145 has a peripheral wall 146 that is slightly larger than the peripheral wall 143 and surrounds the peripheral wall 143, and an upper wall 147 that closes the upper end of the peripheral wall 146. In each of the four wall bodies constituting the peripheral wall 146, a slit 146a corresponding to the claw 143a formed in the four wall bodies of the housing portion 142 is formed. By engaging the four claws 143a of the peripheral wall 143 with the four slits 146a of the lid body 145, the lid body 145 is fixed to the housing portion 142. On the inner surface of the upper wall 147, a holding portion 147a for holding the magnetic body 149 is formed. The holding portion 147a has a rectangular frame shape and protrudes from the inner surface of the upper wall 147. The holding portion 147a is formed at a position in the longitudinal direction where the protruding edge portion 133b is formed (that is, an end portion close to the first side wall 135).
[0038] The outer surface of the upper wall 147 is disposed between the pair of guide portions 133 and extends between the first side wall 135 and the second side wall 137. The outer surface of the upper wall 147 has a flat surface 147b formed flat and one or a plurality (three in the illustrated example) of convex portions 147c formed on the flat surface 147b. The convex portion 147c may be a protrusion extending along one direction. The number of the convex portions 147c may be the same as the number of the concave portions 123b formed on the outer surface of the bottom wall 123 of the lower case 122, and the interval between each of the plurality of convex portions 147c may be the same as the interval between the concave portions 123b. The convex portion 147c is disposed overlapping the position of the holding portion 147a.
[0039] The magnetic body 149 (the third magnetic body) has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is accommodated in the holding portion 147a formed in the lid body 145. The magnetic body 149 of an example may have a rectangular parallelepiped shape according to the shape of the holding portion 147a. The magnetic body 149 generates a magnetic attractive force with the magnetic body 129. In the present embodiment, the magnetic body 149 may be a magnet. In this case, the magnetic pole facing the upper wall 147 side of the magnetic body 149 and the magnetic pole facing the bottom wall 123 of the magnetic body 129 have opposite polarities to each other.
[0040] As shown in FIG. 9, the portable terminal connector 101 is used in a state where the first portion 111 of the sheet body 110 is disposed between the back surface of the portable terminal 50 and the inner surface of the main wall 61 of the cover 60, and the second portion 112 of the sheet body 110 is pulled out to the outside of the cover 60 through the first opening 62a. A first connection portion 121 is attached to the tip portion 112a of the second portion 112 exposed outside the cover 60. By connecting the first connection portion 121 and the second connection portion 131, the strap 3 is attached to the portable terminal 50. The first connection portion 121 is inserted between the guide portions 133 of the second connection portion 131 and is connected to the second connection portion 131 by being slid to the first side wall 135 side (see FIG. 5). When sliding the first connection portion 121, the user can easily slide the first connection portion 121 by hanging a finger on the convex portion 126b formed on the upper wall 126 of the upper case 125.
[0041] Conversely, the user can remove the first connection portion 121 from the second connection portion 131 by sliding the first connection portion 121 to the second side wall 137 side. A magnetic body 129 is disposed on the first connection portion 121 removed from the second connection portion 131. Since a magnetic attractive force is generated between the magnetic body 129 and the magnetic body 111a disposed on the first portion 111, the first connection portion 121 can be fixed to the magnetic body 111a of the first portion 111 through the cover 60. In the example of FIG. 9, the bottom wall 123 of the lower case 122 of the first connection portion 121 is in contact with the cover 60.
[0042] [Third Embodiment] FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a mobile terminal connector of still another example. FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view showing a part of the mobile terminal connector of the example of FIG. 10.
[0043] As shown in FIG. 10, the mobile terminal connector 201 includes a sheet body 210 and a connection portion 220 (hook). The sheet body 210 has a sheet shape and includes a first portion 211 and a second portion 212. For example, the first portion 211 may have a substantially rectangular shape. In the illustrated example, the first portion 211 includes a resin sheet portion 211a having a rectangular shape with R-shaped corners, a covering sheet 211d having the same shape as the resin sheet portion 211a and joined to the resin sheet portion 211a, and a magnetic body 211b (second magnetic body) and a magnetic shielding sheet 211c (magnetic shielding material) disposed between the covering sheet 211d and the resin sheet portion 211a.
[0044] The magnetic body 211b may be a thin plate-like plate made of a metal such as iron that generates a magnetic attraction with a magnet in the same manner as the magnetic body 11b. The magnetic shielding sheet 211c reduces or blocks the magnetic force from the outside to the region covered by the magnetic shielding sheet 211c. The magnetic shielding sheet 211c may be made of a material containing a soft magnetic metal such as nickel, copper, or ferrite. As an example, the magnetic shielding sheet 211c may be formed of a composite material of a soft magnetic metal and a resin. In the illustrated example, the magnetic shielding sheet 211c may be a thin plate-like or sheet-like member having the same size and the same planar shape as the magnetic body 211b. Note that the magnetic shielding sheet 211c may be formed larger than the magnetic body 211b.
[0045] Between the covering sheet 211d and the resin sheet portion 211a, the magnetic body 211b and the magnetic shielding sheet 211c are overlapped and arranged such that their edges overlap each other. In the present embodiment, in the stacking direction, the covering sheet 211d, the magnetic body 211b, the magnetic shielding sheet 211c, and the resin sheet portion 211a are stacked in this order so that the magnetic body 211b is close to the covering sheet 211d and the magnetic shielding sheet 211c is close to the resin sheet portion 211a. When the first portion 211 is disposed between the back surface of the mobile terminal 50 and the inner surface of the main wall 61 of the cover 60, the back surface of the mobile terminal 50 and the resin sheet portion 211a may be in contact with each other, and the inner surface of the cover 60 and the covering sheet 211d may be in contact with each other. In this case, the magnetic shielding sheet 211c is disposed between the mobile terminal 50 and the magnetic body 211b.
[0046] The second portion 212 is a portion that protrudes outward with a part of the periphery of the first portion 211 as a base end. The second portion 212 has a strip shape and has flexibility. An example of the second portion 212 is integrally formed with the first portion 211. That is, the first portion 211 and the second portion 212 may be formed by processing a sheet integrally molded with the same resin material. An example of the second portion is folded back at the center in the longitudinal direction, and the tip portion 212a, which is the folded-back portion, is formed in an annular shape. In a portion closer to the first portion 211 than the tip portion, the overlapping second portions 212 may be joined to each other.
[0047] The connecting portion 220 is a portion for connecting the sheet body 210 and the coupler C (see FIG. 1), and is attached to the tip portion 212a of the second portion 212. An example of the connecting portion 220 has a main body portion 225 and a magnetic body 229 (first magnetic body).
[0048] The main body portion 225 has a connection portion 226 disposed within the tip portion 212a and an annular portion 227 integrally formed with the connection portion 226 and formed in an annular shape. The connection portion 226 in the illustrated example has a width greater than the width (length in the Y-axis direction) of the second portion 212 and exhibits a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape. The connection portion 226 has a recess 226a that opens in the Z-axis direction. The space defined by the recess 226a exhibits, for example, a rectangular parallelepiped shape. Note that the shape of the recess 226a corresponds to the shape of the magnetic body 229 and is not limited to a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The main body portion 225 of an example may be formed of a material that transmits magnetism, such as a metal like aluminum or a resin like polycarbonate.
[0049] The magnetic body 229 exhibits a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is housed within the recess 226a of the connection portion 226. The magnetic body 229 may be fitted into the recess 226a or fixed within the recess 226a by an adhesive or the like. The recess 226a is closed by a lid body 228 in a state where the magnetic body 229 is housed. The lid body 228 may be a plate body having the same shape as the opening of the recess 226a. For example, the lid body 228 is constituted by a resin such as polyethylene terephthalate and may exhibit a sheet shape. The magnetic body 229 is constituted by, for example, a magnet and generates a magnetic attraction with the magnetic body 211b while being housed in the recess 226a and covered by the lid body 228. For example, one polarity (e.g., N pole) of the magnetic body 229 may be the surface facing the lid body 228, and the other polarity (e.g., S pole) of the magnetic body 229 may be the surface facing the bottom surface of the recess 226a.
[0050] Similar to the mobile terminal connector 1, the mobile terminal connector 201 is used with the first portion 211 disposed between the mobile terminal 50 and the cover 60. In this case, the second portion 212 is drawn out from the first opening 62a of the cover 60 to the outside of the cover. The annular portion 227 of the connection portion 220 provided at the tip of the second portion 212 can be connected to the connector C to which the strap 3 is connected. When the connection portion 220 is removed from the connector C, the magnetic body 229 of the connection portion 220 is fixed to the magnetic body 211b of the first portion 211 through the cover 60.
[0051] As described above, the mobile terminal connectors (1, 101, 201) include a sheet body (10, 110, 210) and a connection portion (20, 120, 220). The sheet body (10, 110, 210) is disposed between the mobile terminal 50 and a cover 60 that covers at least a part of the mobile terminal 50, and includes a sheet-like first portion (11, 111, 211) and a strip-like second portion (12, 112, 212) that protrudes with the first portion (11, 111, 211) as a base end and is exposed to the outside from between the mobile terminal 50 and the cover 60. The connection portion (20, 120, 220) is provided at the tip of the second portion (12, 112, 212) of the sheet body (10, 110, 210) and is connected to the strap 3. The connection portion (20, 120, 220) has a magnetic body (29, 129, 229). The first portion (11, 111, 211) of the sheet body (10, 110, 210) has a magnetic body (11b, 111a, 211b) that generates a magnetic attraction with the magnetic body (29, 129, 229).
[0052] In the above mobile terminal connector, in a state where the strap 3 is not connected, the magnetic body (29, 129, 229) provided on the tip side of the strip-like second portion (12, 112, 212) is attracted to the magnetic body (11b, 111a, 211b) of the first portion (11, 111, 211) through the cover 60. As a result, the position of the connection portion (20, 120, 220) provided at the tip of the second portion (12, 112, 212) is fixed, so that the second portion (12, 112, 212) is suppressed from swinging. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the second portion (12, 112, 212) from interfering with the operation of the mobile terminal 50 by the user.
[0053] The first portion 11 may be configured by laminating a pair of sheets 11a formed of resin. The magnetic body 11b may be disposed between the pair of sheets 11a. In this configuration, the magnetic body 11b can be easily disposed on the sheet-like first portion 11.
[0054] The connecting portion 20 may include an annular portion 15 extending from the tip of the second portion 12. In this configuration, the annular portion 15 can be easily integrally formed with the second portion 12.
[0055] The connecting portion 120 may include a first connecting portion 121 and a second connecting portion 131. The first connecting portion 121 is fixed to the second portion 112 and includes a magnetic body 129. The second connecting portion 131 is a portion connected to the strap 3 and is configured to be detachable from the first connecting portion 121. In this configuration, the mobile terminal 50 and the strap 3 can be detached by detaching the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 131.
[0056] The second connecting portion 131 may have a pair of guide portions 133 that guide the first connecting portion 121 by sandwiching it at least from the Y-axis direction (second direction) so that the first connecting portion 121 slides along the X-axis direction (first direction). When the first connecting portion 121 sandwiched between the pair of guide portions 133 is at one end in the X-axis direction, the first connecting portion 121 is held by the second connecting portion 131, and when the first connecting portion 121 sandwiched between the pair of guide portions 133 is at the other end in the X-axis direction, the first connecting portion 121 can be removed from the second connecting portion 131. In this configuration, it is possible to operate the attachment and detachment between the first connecting portion 121 and the second connecting portion 131 only by sliding the first connecting portion 121 with respect to the second connecting portion 131.
[0057] The second connecting portion 131 may be disposed between the pair of guide portions 133 and may have a wall body (upper wall 147) extending along the first direction so as to contact the sliding first connecting portion 121. The wall body may have a magnetic body 149 that generates a magnetic attraction force with the magnetic body 129. In this configuration, the first connecting portion 121 disposed between the pair of guide portions 133 can be easily held at a predetermined position between the pair of guide portions 133. In the illustrated example, since the magnetic body 149 is disposed at the position where the protruding edge portion 133b is formed (near the first side wall 135), the first connecting portion 121 can be held inside the protruding edge portion 133b. Note that, at the position where the magnetic body 149 is disposed, a convex portion 147c is formed on the upper wall 147. By engaging the concave portion 123b formed in the first connecting portion 121 with the convex portion 147c, unnecessary sliding of the first connecting portion 121 can be suppressed.
[0058] The first portion 211 may have a magnetic shielding sheet 211c disposed so as to overlap the magnetic body 211b. In this configuration, the magnetic force of the magnetic body 229 fixed to the magnetic body 211b by magnetic attraction is suppressed from affecting the portable terminal 50.
[0059] As described above in detail, it is obvious to those skilled in the art that the present embodiment is not limited to the embodiments described in this specification. The present embodiment can be implemented as a modified and changed form without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the description of the claims. Therefore, the description of this specification is for the purpose of illustrative explanation and has no restrictive meaning for the present embodiment.
[0060] For example, although an example in which the magnetic bodies 11b, 111a, and 211b as the second magnetic bodies are plates such as iron has been shown, the second magnetic body may be constituted by a magnet (including a magnet sheet). In this case, the magnetic bodies 29, 129, and 229 as the first magnetic bodies may be constituted by members such as iron, or may be constituted by magnets arranged so as to generate a magnetic attraction force with the magnets constituting the second magnetic body.
[0061] In addition, the configuration of the mobile terminal connector 1 and the configuration of the mobile terminal connector 101 may be mutually diverted within a range where no technical contradiction occurs. For example, although an example in which the sheet body 10 is formed by laminating a pair of sheets has been shown, the sheet body 10 may be formed of a single resin sheet. In this case, the magnetic body 11b may be adhered to the sheet body or may be embedded in the sheet body. Further, the first portions 11, 111 may further include a magnetic shielding sheet.
[0062] In addition, although the usage example in which the connection portions 20, 120, 220 are connected to the strap has been described, the connection portion only needs to have a configuration capable of being connected to the strap, and does not need to be constituted by a connection member dedicated to the strap.
[0063] In addition, although an example in which the sheet body is made of resin has been shown, the present invention is not limited thereto. The sheet body may be formed of a material other than resin as long as it is thin enough to be disposed between the mobile terminal and the cover, can pass through the first opening 62a, has a predetermined flexibility, and can transmit magnetic force. For example, the sheet body may be formed of a metal material, or may be formed of paper, cloth, or the like.
