Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0024] First, the dispensing lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the dispensing lighting device 1 is installed on a medicine storage shelf 10 in which a plurality of trays T, which are storage parts for storing medicines, are provided in multiple stages and multiple rows.
[0025] The medicine storage shelf 10 includes a shelf body 11 provided with a plurality of trays T and a workbench 12. On the upper part of the shelf body 11, small trays TS are arranged in six stages in the vertical direction and six columns in the horizontal direction. On the lower part of the shelf body 11, large trays TL are arranged in three stages in the vertical direction and four columns in the horizontal direction.
[0026] Below each stage of the tray T in the medicine storage shelf 10, nine dispensing lighting devices 1 are provided along the horizontal direction. Each dispensing lighting device 1 includes a main body part 2 extending along the horizontal direction, a plurality of light emitters 3·3··· arranged at intervals along the horizontal direction in the main body part 2, and a mounting part 4 for attaching the main body part 2 to the medicine storage shelf 10.
[0027] In the dispensing lighting device 1 according to this embodiment, an LED tape using an LED as the light emitter 3 is adopted as shown in FIG. 2. As the attachment portion 4, a double-sided tape adhered to the back surface of the main body portion 2 is adopted. It is also possible to adopt a magnet or an adhesive as the attachment portion 4.
[0028] The dispensing lighting device 1 constitutes a dispensing lighting system S as shown in FIG. 3. The dispensing lighting system S includes respective dispensing lighting devices 1·1···, a control device C for individually controlling the states of the respective light emitters 3 in the dispensing lighting devices 1·1···, and a receiving portion 5 for receiving a control signal from the control device C.
[0029] As shown in FIG. 1, the receiving portion 5 is disposed on the upper surface of the shelf main body 11. The receiving portion 5 includes a communication portion 6 for transmitting the control signal received from the control device C to the respective dispensing lighting devices 1·1···, and a wireless receiving portion 7 for receiving the control signal from the control device C by wireless communication. Each dispensing lighting device 1 is connected in parallel to the communication portion 6 by a communication cable.
[0030] The communication portion 6 is provided with a power supply accommodating portion for accommodating a battery which is a driving power source. Thereby, it is possible to eliminate the need for a power cord for the dispensing lighting device 1. Note that it is also possible to configure the dispensing lighting device 1 to be connected to a power cord and receive power supply from a commercial power source.
[0031] In the dispensing lighting system S, the control signal transmitted by wireless communication from the control device C is transmitted to each dispensing lighting device 1 via the receiving portion 5. Each dispensing lighting device 1 is individually controlled by the control signal from the receiving portion 5. Thus, the dispensing lighting system S can be configured by using a plurality of dispensing lighting devices 1 by the control device C.
[0032] In the dispensing lighting system S, as shown in FIG. 1, among the plurality of trays T, the corresponding lighting emitter 3R emits light at a position below the extraction tray TP that notifies the user of the extraction of the drug. This makes it possible to prevent the user of the drug storage shelf 10 from making an error in extracting the drug.
[0033] In the present embodiment, each emitter 3 is configured to be able to emit light by switching between a plurality of types of colors under the control of the control device C. This makes it possible to change the color of the emitter 3 for each user when a plurality of users use the drug storage shelf 10 at the same time, or to change the color of the emitter 3 according to the type of drug and the order of extraction.
[0034] In addition, the emitter 3 corresponding to one tray T includes a first emitter capable of emitting a first color (for example, red) and a second emitter capable of emitting a second color (for example, green). This makes it possible to emit emitters 3 with different colors according to the type of drug and the order of extraction even when the emitter 3 corresponding to one tray T is made to emit light.
[0035] In addition, each emitter 3 may be configured not to continuously light up but to repeatedly turn on and off to blink. It is also possible to configure the emitter 3 to switch between lighting and blinking according to the type of drug and the order of extraction.
[0036] According to the dispensing lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment, even when the sizes of the shelf body 11 and each tray T are different, it is possible to configure the device to prevent the user from making an error in extracting the drug only by installing the dispensing lighting device 1. In addition, since it is not necessary to manufacture a shelf incorporating a light emitting device, it is possible to suppress the development cost and maintenance cost of the drug storage shelf 10.
[0037] Further, according to the dispensing lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment, the receiving unit 5 for receiving a control signal from the control device C for individually controlling the states of the respective light emitters 3 is further provided. Thereby, the dispensing lighting device 1 can cause the light emitter 3 to emit light according to the control signal from the control device C.
[0038] Further, according to the dispensing lighting device 1 according to the present embodiment, the receiving unit 5 includes a wireless receiving unit 7 as a wireless communication unit for receiving a control signal from the control device C by wireless communication. Thereby, wiring or the like for connecting to the control device C becomes unnecessary, the configuration of the receiving unit 5 can be simplified, and thus the degree of freedom in arranging the receiving unit 5 can be increased. Note that it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which communication is performed by wire between the control device C and the receiving unit 5.
[0039] Next, a modified example of the medicine storage shelf 10A including the dispensing lighting device 1 will be described with reference to FIG. 4. As shown in FIG. 4, the dispensing lighting device 1 is installed on a medicine storage shelf 10A in which a plurality of trays T, which are storage portions for storing medicines, are provided in multiple stages and multiple rows.
[0040] The medicine storage shelf 10A includes a shelf body 11 provided with a plurality of trays T and a workbench 12. On the shelf body 11, the trays T are arranged in eleven stages in the vertical direction and six columns in the horizontal direction. On the left side of each column of the trays T in the medicine storage shelf 10A, six dispensing lighting devices 1 are provided along the vertical direction.
[0041] In the medicine storage shelf 10A, as shown in FIG. 4, among the plurality of trays T, the corresponding lighting light emitter 3R emits light at a position to the left of the take-out tray TP that notifies the user of taking out the medicine. Thereby, it becomes possible to prevent the user of the medicine storage shelf 10A from making a mistake in taking out the medicine.
[0042] Thus, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the dispensing lighting device 1 is provided on the shelf body 11 along the vertical direction. That is, even when the configuration of the shelf body 11 is different, by attaching the dispensing lighting device 1, a configuration can be adopted to prevent the user from making mistakes in taking out the medicine.
[0043] Next, with reference to FIG. 5, another embodiment of the dispensing lighting system SA including the dispensing lighting device 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 5, in the dispensing lighting system SA, a plurality of dispensing lighting devices 1 are connected in series by a communication cable. Thus, in the dispensing lighting system SA, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which a plurality of dispensing lighting devices 1 are directly connected to each other.
[0044] [Modification Example] The above embodiment can be appropriately modified as shown in other modification examples described below. Each modification example described in this specification may be applied in combination with other modification examples as long as no contradiction occurs.
[0045] The dispensing lighting device 1 according to the present invention can also be applied to shelves different from the medicine storage shelf 10. For example, it can be applied to the material shelves in a factory or the document shelves in a workplace or school. Further, the shelf to which the dispensing lighting device 1 is applied may be multi-stage or multi-row, and it can also be applied to a multi-stage single-row shelf or a single-stage multi-row shelf.
[0046] In addition, in the dispensing lighting device 1, it is also possible to unify the colors of the light emitters 3. In the dispensing lighting device 1, it is also possible to turn on a plurality of light emitters 3 located within the range (lateral width region or longitudinal width region) of the take-out tray TP. Further, a buzzer may be provided in the dispensing lighting device 1 so that the buzzer sounds while the light emitter 3 is emitting light. Thereby, it is possible to make it easier for the user to recognize the light emission of the light emitter 3.
[0047] In addition, in the dispensing lighting system S, as the control device C, it is possible to adopt a personal computer, a tablet, a mobile phone, other information terminals, etc. When a tablet, a mobile phone, or the like is adopted as the control device C, it is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the light emission of the light emitter 3 in the dispensing lighting device 1 is controlled based on information read by the control device C (for example, information on drugs described in a prescription).
[0048] Next, with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7, the dispensing display device according to the present embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the dispensing display device is provided on a dispensing display shelf 20 in which a plurality of trays T, which are storage portions for storing drugs, are provided in multiple stages and multiple rows.
[0049] The dispensing display shelf 20 includes a storage shelf 21 provided with a plurality of trays T and a workbench 22. At the upper part of the storage shelf 21, small trays T are arranged in five stages in the vertical direction and six columns in the horizontal direction. At the lower part of the storage shelf 21, large trays T are arranged in three stages in the vertical direction and four columns in the horizontal direction. The storage shelf 21 in the dispensing display shelf 20 has a plurality of trays T for storing drugs, enabling multiple dispensing operations to be performed simultaneously.
[0050] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the dispensing display device according to the present embodiment includes an aggregated display portion 31 provided on the storage shelf 21 and individual display portions 32 provided for each of the plurality of trays T. The aggregated display portion 31 and the individual display portions 32 are configured to include light emitters capable of emitting a plurality of types of colors such as LEDs simultaneously.
[0051] The aggregated display portion 31 is a cylindrical light-emitting member including a first display portion 31a, a second display portion 31b, and a third display portion 31c. The individual display portion 32 is configured to include a first light-emitting portion 32a, a second light-emitting portion 32b, and a third light-emitting portion 32c.
[0052] In the dispensing display device according to the present embodiment, the first display unit 31a, the first light emitting unit 32a, the second display unit 31b, the second light emitting unit 32b, the third display unit 31c, and the third light emitting unit 32c are configured to emit light simultaneously in the same color (for example, red, blue, green, etc.) with each other.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 7, the individual display unit 32 corresponding to the tray T containing the drugs required for each dispensing action emits light corresponding to one or a plurality of dispensing actions. Specifically, the first light emitting unit 32a corresponding to the first extraction tray Ta required for the first dispensing action emits light. Similarly, the second light emitting unit 32b corresponding to the second extraction tray Tb required for the second dispensing action and the third light emitting unit 32c corresponding to the third extraction tray Tc required for the third dispensing action emit light.
[0054] In addition, when at least one individual display unit 32 emits light, the aggregated display unit 31 emits light corresponding to one or a plurality of dispensing actions. Specifically, when one or more of the first light emitting units 32a corresponding to the first extraction tray Ta required for the first dispensing action emit light, the first display unit 31a emits light. Similarly, when one or more of the second light emitting units 32b corresponding to the second extraction tray Tb required for the second dispensing action emit light, the second display unit 31b emits light, and when one or more of the third light emitting units 32c corresponding to the third extraction tray Tc required for the third dispensing action emit light, the third display unit 31c emits light.
[0055] According to the dispensing display device according to the present embodiment, it is possible to make it easier to recognize the storage shelves 21 used for each dispensing action. Specifically, an operator performing each dispensing action can recognize not only the individual display unit 32 corresponding to the tray T required for his / her own dispensing action, but also the aggregated display unit 31 corresponding to the individual display unit 32 emitting light, so that the necessity of the dispensing action (the necessity of starting or continuing the dispensing action) can be recognized. Specifically, the operator in charge of the first dispensing action can recognize that it is necessary to perform (start or continue) the first dispensing action by recognizing the emission of light from the first display unit 31a together with the first light emitting unit 32a in each first extraction tray Ta.
[0056] As described above, the dispensing display shelf 20 according to the present embodiment includes a dispensing display device including an aggregated display unit 31 and an individual display unit 32, and a storage shelf 21 on which the dispensing display device is provided. That is, according to the dispensing display shelf 20, it is possible for an operator to easily recognize the storage shelf 21 used for each dispensing operation.
[0057] In the present embodiment, the aggregated display unit 31 is disposed above the storage shelf 21. [0070] According to the dispensing display unit 100 according to this embodiment, it is possible to make it easier to recognize which of the plurality of storage shelves 21 are used for dispensing operations. Specifically, for each operator performing a dispensing operation, not only the individual display unit 32 corresponding to the tray T necessary for his or her own dispensing operation, but also the aggregated display unit 31 provided on the storage shelf 21 having the lit individual display unit 32 emits light, so it is possible to easily recognize which storage shelf 21 is being used. Specifically, the operator in charge of the first dispensing operation can recognize the storage shelf 21 for performing the first dispensing operation by recognizing not only the first light emitting unit 32a in each storage shelf 21 but also the light emission of the first display unit 31a provided on the storage shelf 21.
[0071] In addition, when configuring the dispensing display unit using a plurality of dispensing display shelves, it is also possible to configure the aggregated display unit as one unit. It is also possible to install an aggregated display unit for each group of a plurality of dispensing display shelves grouped together.
[0072] Next, with reference to FIG. 10, a dispensing display device according to another embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 10, the dispensing display device is provided on a dispensing display shelf 40 in which a plurality of trays T, which are storage parts for storing drugs, are provided in multiple stages and multiple rows.
[0073] The dispensing display shelf 40 includes a storage shelf 41 provided with a plurality of trays T and a workbench 42. In the storage shelf 41, a plurality of trays T are arranged in six stages in the vertical direction and four columns in the horizontal direction. The storage shelf 41 in the dispensing display shelf 40 has a plurality of trays T for storing drugs, enabling multiple dispensing operations to be performed simultaneously.
[0074] As shown in FIG. 10, the dispensing display device according to this embodiment includes an aggregated display unit 51 provided on the storage shelf 41 and individual display units 52 provided for each of the plurality of trays T. The aggregated display unit 51 is configured to include a light emitter capable of emitting a plurality of types of colors such as LEDs. [0075] The aggregated display unit 51 is a cylindrical light-emitting member including a first display unit 51a, a second display unit 51b, and a third display unit 51c. The individual display unit 52 is configured to be able to emit light by switching between a first light-emitting unit 52a, a second light-emitting unit 52b, and a third light-emitting unit 52c.
[0076] In the dispensing display device according to the present embodiment, the first display unit 51a and the first light-emitting unit 52a, the second display unit 51b and the second light-emitting unit 52b, and the third display unit 51c and the third light-emitting unit 52c are configured to emit light in the same color (for example, red, blue, green, etc.) as each other.
[0077] As shown in FIG. 10, the individual display unit 52 corresponding to the tray T in which the drugs necessary for each dispensing action are stored emits light corresponding to one or more dispensing actions. Specifically, the first light-emitting unit 52a corresponding to the tray T necessary for the first dispensing action emits light. Similarly, the second light-emitting unit 52b corresponding to the second extraction tray Tb necessary for the second dispensing action and the third light-emitting unit 52c corresponding to the third extraction tray Tc necessary for the third dispensing action emit light.
[0078] In addition, when at least one individual display unit 52 emits light, the aggregated display unit 51 emits light corresponding to one or more dispensing actions. Specifically, when one or more of the first light-emitting units 52a corresponding to the tray T necessary for the first dispensing action emit light, the first display unit 51a emits light. Similarly, when one or more of the second light-emitting units 52b corresponding to the tray T necessary for the second dispensing action emit light, the second display unit 51b emits light, and when one or more of the third light-emitting units 52c corresponding to the tray T necessary for the third dispensing action emit light, the third display unit 51c emits light.
[0079] According to the dispensing display device according to this embodiment, it is possible to make it easier to recognize the storage shelves 41 used for each dispensing operation. Specifically, for each operator performing a dispensing operation, not only the individual display unit 52 corresponding to the tray T required for their own dispensing operation, but also the aggregated display unit 51 corresponding to the individual display unit 52 emits light, so that the necessity of the dispensing operation can be recognized. Specifically, the operator in charge of the first dispensing operation can recognize that it is necessary to perform the first dispensing operation by recognizing the light emission of the first display unit 51a together with the first light emitting unit 52a in each tray T.
[0080] [Modification Example] The above embodiment can be appropriately modified as shown in other modification examples described below. Each modification example described in this specification may be applied in combination with other modification examples as long as there is no contradiction.
[0081] The dispensing display device according to the present invention can also be applied to shelves different from the dispensing display shelf 20.
