Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] In the case of the slide deck device for a vehicle described in Patent Document 1, as an attachment structure for attaching the slide deck device for a vehicle to the vehicle, it is necessary to provide bolt insertion holes in the floor surface of the luggage compartment.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0005] A slide deck device for a vehicle for solving the above problems is a slide deck device for a vehicle used in a luggage compartment provided at the rear of a vehicle, and is applied to a vehicle having an attachment portion for attaching vehicle accessories, and is configured to be attachable to the attachment portion in a state where the vehicle accessories are not attached to the attachment portion. The gist is to include a fixing member and a deck board slidable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle with respect to the fixing member.

[0006] According to the above configuration, since the fixing member is configured to be attachable to the existing attachment portion, the vehicle slide deck device can be attached to the vehicle without providing a dedicated attachment structure for the vehicle slide deck device on the vehicle.

[0007] In the above vehicle slide deck device, the fixing member may be configured to be attachable to a left front attachment portion as the attachment portion provided at the left front portion of the cargo compartment, a right front attachment portion as the attachment portion provided at the right front portion of the cargo compartment, a left rear attachment portion as the attachment portion provided at the left rear portion of the cargo compartment, and a right rear attachment portion as the attachment portion provided at the right rear portion of the cargo compartment.

[0008] According to the above configuration, since the fixing member is attached to the vehicle at four locations, namely, the left front, right front, left rear, and right rear of the cargo compartment, the stability of the fixing member is improved. In the above vehicle slide deck device, the deck board may close or open a storage recess provided on the floor surface of the cargo compartment by sliding in the front-rear direction of the vehicle with respect to the fixing member.

[0009] According to the above configuration, it becomes possible to take in and out luggage from the storage recess. In the above vehicle slide deck device, the fixing member may have a fixing frame extending in the left-right direction of the vehicle, and the vehicle slide deck device may include a rotating portion to which the deck board is slidably attached and is rotatably attached to the fixing frame in the up-down direction of the vehicle.

[0010] According to the above configuration, the rotating portion and the deck board attached to the rotating portion are rotatable in the up-down direction of the vehicle with respect to the fixing frame. Therefore, the user can also open the storage recess by lifting the deck board.

[0011] The above vehicle slide deck device may include a cover member that covers a storage recess provided on the floor surface of the cargo compartment. According to the above configuration, since the storage recess is covered by the cover member, when the deck board slides backward on the vehicle, it is difficult for the luggage on the deck board to fall into the storage recess.

[0012] In the above vehicle slide deck device, the fixing member has a fixing frame extending in the left - right direction of the vehicle, and the vehicle slide deck device may include a rotating part to which the deck board is slidably attached, the cover member is attached, and which is rotatably attached to the fixing frame in the up - down direction of the vehicle.

[0013] According to the above configuration, the rotating part, the deck board attached to the rotating part, and the cover member attached to the rotating part are rotatable in the up - down direction of the vehicle with respect to the fixing frame. Therefore, the user can open the storage recess by lifting the deck board. Thus, it becomes possible to take in and out luggage from the storage recess.

[0014] In the above vehicle slide deck device, the vehicle has a support surface for supporting a closing member for closing the storage recess, the closing member is removed from the vehicle, and in a state where the vehicle slide deck device is attached to the vehicle, the fixing member may be supported by the support surface.

[0015] According to the above configuration, since the fixing member is supported by an existing support surface, the stability of the fixing member can be improved without machining the vehicle.

Effect of the Invention

[0016] According to the present invention, the vehicle slide deck device can be attached to the vehicle without providing a dedicated attachment structure for the vehicle slide deck device on the vehicle.

The rear bracket 46 is fixed to the rear body 26 by screwing a rear bolt B2 passing through the rear bracket through hole 46h, the rear spacer 28, and the rear body through hole 26h into the rear nut N2.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 9, in a state where the front fixing portion 51 is fixed to the vehicle 10, the frame body 43a of the fixing frame 43 is supported by the first upper surface 15a of the first protruding portion 15. As shown in FIG. 12, in a state where the front fixing portion 51 is fixed to the vehicle 10, a pair of extending portions 43b of the fixing frame 43 are supported by the second upper surfaces 16a of the pair of second protruding portions 16. Therefore, the front fixing portion 51 is supported by the support surface S.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 8, in a state where the rear fixing portion 42 is fixed to the vehicle 10, the end portions of the fixing plate 45 in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10 are supported by the second bottom surface 14a of the second recess 14.

[0048] As shown in FIG. 9, the rear end portion of the rear fixing portion 42 is supported by the connection surface 17. Therefore, the rear fixing portion 42 is supported by the support surface S. As described above, the support surface S of the present embodiment is inclined so as to be positioned downward as it goes rearward. For this reason, the connection surface 17 is provided at a position lower than the first upper surface 15a of the first protruding portion 15. Therefore, the fixing plate 45 of the rear fixing portion 42 supported by the connection surface 17 is provided at a position lower than the front fixing portion 51 supported by the first upper surface 15a of the first protruding portion 15. The rear end portions of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c are located above the fixing plate 45. The leveling adjuster 54 attached to the rear end portions of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c is placed on the fixing plate 45. The user can adjust the screwing amount of the bolt portion 54b with respect to each of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c so that the rear end portions of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c are positioned at the same height.

[0049] Since the connection surface 17 is inclined so that it is positioned lower as it faces the rear, the upper surface of the fixed plate 45 supported by the connection surface 17 is also inclined so that it is positioned lower as it faces the rear. For this reason, the pedestal portion 54a of the leveling adjuster 54 placed on the upper surface of the fixed plate 45 also tilts. In the leveling adjuster 54 of the present embodiment, the bolt portion 54b is connected to the pedestal portion 54a by a ball joint structure. For this reason, the bolt portion 54b can absorb the inclination of the fixed plate 45 and the pedestal portion 54a by tilting with respect to the pedestal portion 54a. That is, the bolt portion 54b can extend along the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10 even if the fixed plate 45 on which the leveling adjuster 54 is placed is inclined. The user can adjust the inclination of the rotating portion 52 so that the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c become horizontal.

[0050] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the deck board 32 has a flat board body 61 and a rectangular frame-shaped slide frame 62. In FIGS. 7 and 8, the board body 61 is illustrated by a two-dot chain line.

[0051] The slide frame 62 is fixed to the lower surface of the board body 61. The slide frame 62 has a front frame portion 62a, a rear frame portion 62b, a left frame portion 62c, and a right frame portion 62d. The front frame portion 62a and the rear frame portion 62b each extend in the left-right direction X of the vehicle 10. The rear frame portion 62b is positioned rearward of the front frame portion 62a. The left frame portion 62c connects the left end portion of the front frame portion 62a and the left end portion of the rear frame portion 62b. The right frame portion 62d connects the right end portion of the front frame portion 62a and the right end portion of the rear frame portion 62b.

[0052] As shown in FIGS. 7 and 12, the deck board 32 is attached to the slide deck main body 41 via the slide rail 33. In the present embodiment, the deck board 32 is attached to the rotating portion 52 via the slide rail 33. The slide rail 33 has a rail portion 33a and a slide portion 33b that is slidable along the rail portion 33a.

[0053] The rail portion 33a is attached to the rotating portion 52. Specifically, the rail portion 33a is attached to the surface of the second frame portion 52b facing the third frame portion 52c and the surface of the third frame portion 52c facing the second frame portion 52b. The rail portion 33a extends along the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c.

[0054] The slide portion 33b is attached to the surface on the opposite side of the surface of the left frame portion 62c facing the right frame portion 62d and the surface on the opposite side of the surface of the right frame portion 62d facing the left frame portion 62c. When the slide portion 33b slides with respect to the rail portion 33a, the deck board 32 slides in the longitudinal direction Y of the vehicle 10 with respect to the slide deck main body 41. Therefore, the deck board 32 slides in the longitudinal direction Y of the vehicle 10 with respect to the front fixing portion 51 of the fixing member 31.

[0055] Note that the rail portion 33a is attached to the rotating portion 52 of the slide deck main body 41 but not to the front fixing portion 51. For this reason, when the rotating portion 52 rotates in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10, the rail portion 33a rotates in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10 together with the rotating portion 52. When the rail portion 33a rotates, the deck board 32, which is slidably attached to the rotating portion 52 by the slide rail 33, also rotates in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10.

[0056] As shown in Fig. 9, the cover member 34 is fixed to the first frame portion 52a of the rotating portion 52. The cover member 34 is also fixed to the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c of the rotating portion 52. The cover member 34 covers the first recess 13. In the present embodiment, the cover member 34 is fixed to the rotating portion 52 of the slide deck main body 41 but not fixed to the front fixing portion 51. Therefore, when the rotating portion 52 rotates in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10, the cover member 34 rotates in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10 together with the rotating portion 52.

[0057] As shown in Fig. 8, the user can pull out the deck board 32 into the space behind the vehicle 10 as shown in Fig. 6 by sliding the deck board 32 backward from the state where the deck board 32 is stored in the luggage compartment 11. The user can store the deck board 32 in the luggage compartment 11 by sliding the deck board 32 forward from the state where the deck board 32 is pulled out into the space behind the vehicle 10. By thus moving the deck board 32 between the luggage compartment 11 and the space behind the vehicle 10, it becomes easy to load and unload the luggage on the deck board 32.

[0058] [Operations and Effects of the Present Embodiment] The operations and effects of the present embodiment will be described. (1) The vehicle slide deck device 30 is applied to a vehicle 10 having an attachment portion 20 for attaching a hook 103 which is an accessory for the vehicle. The vehicle slide deck device 30 includes a fixing member 31 configured to be attachable to the attachment portion 20 in a state where the hook 103 is not attached to the attachment portion 20, and a deck board 32 slidable in the front-rear direction Y of the vehicle 10 with respect to the fixing member 31. According to this configuration, since the fixing member 31 is configured to be attachable to the existing attachment portion 20, the vehicle slide deck device 30 can be attached to the vehicle 10 without providing a dedicated attachment structure for the vehicle slide deck device 30 on the vehicle 10.

[0059] (2) The fixing member 31 is configured to be attachable to a left front mounting portion 20a provided at the left front portion of the cargo compartment 11, a right front mounting portion 20b provided at the right front portion of the cargo compartment 11, a left rear mounting portion 20c provided at the left rear portion of the cargo compartment 11, and a right rear mounting portion 20d provided at the right rear portion of the cargo compartment 11. According to this configuration, since the fixing member 31 is attached to the vehicle 10 at four locations, namely the left front, right front, left rear, and right rear of the cargo compartment 11, the stability of the fixing member 31 is improved.

[0060] (3) The vehicle slide deck device 30 includes a cover member 34 that covers a first recess 13 provided on the floor surface 11a of the cargo compartment 11. According to this configuration, since the first recess 13 is covered by the cover member 34, when the deck board 32 slides rearward of the vehicle 10, it is less likely for the cargo on the deck board 32 to fall into the first recess 13.

[0061] (4) The fixing member 31 has a fixing frame 43 that extends in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10. The vehicle slide deck device 30 includes a rotating portion 52 that is rotatably attached to the fixing frame 43 in the up - down direction Z of the vehicle 10. The deck board 32 and the cover member 34 are attached to the rotating portion 52. According to this configuration, as shown by the two - dot chain line in FIG. 9, the rotating portion 52, the deck board 32, and the cover member 34 are rotatable in the up - down direction Z of the vehicle 10 with respect to the fixing frame 43. Therefore, the user can open the first recess 13 by lifting the deck board 32. Thus, it becomes possible to take in and out the cargo with respect to the first recess 13.

[0062] (5) The vehicle 10 has a support surface S that supports a first closing board 101 for closing the first recess 13 and a second closing board 102 for closing the second recess 14. In a state where the first closing board 101 and the second closing board 102 are removed from the vehicle 10 and the vehicle slide deck device 30 is attached to the vehicle 10, the fixing member 31 is supported by the support surface S. According to this configuration, since the fixing member 31 is supported by the existing support surface S, the stability of the fixing member 31 can be improved without performing machining on the vehicle 10.

[0063] (6) When removing the vehicle slide deck device 30 from the vehicle 10, if the hook 103 is attached to the attachment portion 20, it is possible to prevent rainwater and foreign matter from entering through the front trim through-hole 23h and the rear trim through-hole 24h.

[0064] (7) When the user already owns the vehicle 10 having the attachment portion 20 in advance, the vehicle slide deck device 30 can be attached to the vehicle 10 only by performing the operation of replacing the hook 103 with the vehicle slide deck device 30. Therefore, it is easy to introduce the vehicle slide deck device 30 into the existing vehicle 10.

[0065] (8) For example, it is conceivable to provide a dedicated attachment structure for the vehicle slide deck device 30 in all the vehicles 10 in advance. However, in this case, unnecessary costs will be incurred for the vehicles 10 without the vehicle slide deck device 30 attached. On the contrary, in the present embodiment, since the existing attachment portion 20 is used, the vehicle slide deck device 30 can be attached to the vehicle 10 without increasing the cost of the vehicle 10.

[0066] (9) The support surface S is inclined so as to be positioned downward as it goes toward the rear of the vehicle 10. For this reason, among the fixing members 31 supported by the support surface S, the rear fixing portion 42 is provided at a lower position than the front fixing portion 51. Further, the rear fixing portion 42 is inclined so as to be positioned downward as it goes toward the rear of the vehicle 10.

[0067] In this embodiment, the rotating portion 52 is attached to the front fixing portion 51 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10. The rear end portions of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c of the rotating portion 52 are supported by the rear fixing portion 42 via the leveling adjuster 54. Thereby, the user can adjust the leveling adjuster 54 so that the heights of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c are the same. Further, the leveling adjuster 54 has a pedestal portion 54a and a bolt portion 54b connected to the pedestal portion 54a by a ball joint structure. Thereby, the inclination of the rear fixing portion 42 can be absorbed by the leveling adjuster 54. Therefore, the user can adjust the inclination of the rotating portion 52 so that the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c of the rotating portion 52 become horizontal. As a result, since the deck board 32 slidably attached to the rotating portion 52 also becomes horizontal, the luggage on the deck board 32 is less likely to roll.

[0068] [Modification example] Note that the above embodiment can be implemented with the following modifications. The above embodiment and the following modification examples can be implemented in combination with each other as long as they do not technically conflict with each other.

[0069] ○ The method of attaching the fixing member 31 of the vehicle slide deck device 30 to the attachment portion 20 of the vehicle 10 is not limited to the screwing of the front bolt B1 and the front nut N1 and the screwing of the rear bolt B2 and the rear nut N2. The configuration of the attachment portion 20 may be changed according to the method of attaching the fixing member 31 to the attachment portion 20.

[0070] ○ The vehicle accessory is not limited to the hook 103. The attachment portion 20 is not limited to the attachment portion for attaching the hook 103. For example, when the vehicle 10 is a vehicle model having a three-row seat specification and a two-row seat specification, regardless of the specification, all vehicles 10 may be provided with a seat attachment portion as an attachment portion for attaching a third-row seat as a vehicle accessory. For this reason, in the vehicle 10 in which the two-row seat specification is selected, the third-row seat cannot be attached to the seat attachment portion. Also, the arrangement space of the third-row seat constitutes a part of the luggage compartment 11. In this case, the fixing member 31 of the vehicle slide deck device 30 may be configured to be attachable to the seat attachment portion.

[0071] ○ The vehicle slide deck device 30 may have a left extending portion extending leftward from the rear end portion of the second frame portion 52b of the rotating portion 52 and a right extending portion extending rightward from the rear end portion of the third frame portion 52c instead of the rear fixing portion 42. The left extending portion may be configured to be attachable to the left rear attachment portion 20c. The right extending portion may be configured to be attachable to the right rear attachment portion 20d.

[0072] ○ The rear fixing portion 42 may not have a pair of rear brackets 46. That is, the rear fixing portion 42 may not be configured to be attachable to the left rear attachment portion 20c and the right rear attachment portion 20d. The rear fixing portion 42 may, for example, just be placed on the second bottom surface 14a of the pair of second recesses 14, or may be sandwiched in the left-right direction X of the vehicle 10 by a pair of deck side trims 22.

[0073] ○ The support surface S may not be inclined so as to be positioned downward as it goes rearward. For example, the support surface S may be a horizontal surface. For example, the second bottom surface 14a of the second recess 14 and the connecting surface 17 may be horizontal surfaces. In this case, since the upper surface of the fixing plate 45 becomes a horizontal surface, the connecting structure between the pedestal portion 54a and the bolt portion 54b in the leveling adjuster 54 does not have to be a ball joint structure.

[0074] ○ The leveling adjuster 54 may be omitted. That is, the rear end portions of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c may be directly placed on the fixed plate 45.

[0075] ○ In the slide deck body 41, the front fixing portion 51 and the rotating portion 52 may be directly connected without passing through the hinge 53. That is, a part of the slide deck body 41 may not be configured to be rotatable in the vertical direction Z of the vehicle 10.

[0076] ○ The vehicle slide deck device 30 may not include the slide rail 33. For example, grooves may be provided on the surface of the second frame portion 52b facing the third frame portion 52c and on the surface of the third frame portion 52c facing the second frame portion 52b, respectively. Both end portions of the deck board 32 in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10 may be inserted into the grooves of the second frame portion 52b and the third frame portion 52c and slide along the grooves.

[0077] ○ The vehicle slide deck device 30 may not include the cover member 34. In this case, since the first recess 13 is not covered by the cover member 34, when the deck board 32 slides backward of the vehicle 10, the first recess 13 is opened. That is, the deck board 32 closes or opens the first recess 13 by sliding in the front - rear direction Y of the vehicle 10 with respect to the fixing member 31. Therefore, it becomes possible to take in and out luggage from the first recess 13.

[0078] Specifically, when the user takes in and out luggage from the first recess 13, the user opens the first recess 13 by sliding the deck board 32 backward of the vehicle 10. Also, when the user does not take in and out luggage with respect to the first recess 13, the user closes the first recess 13 with the deck board 32 by sliding the deck board 32 forward of the vehicle 10.

[0079] In this embodiment, the fixing member 31 may have a fixing frame 43 extending in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10. The vehicle slide deck device 30 may include a rotating portion 52 to which the deck board 32 is slidably attached and is rotatably attached to the fixing frame 43 in the up - down direction Z of the vehicle 10. In this case, the user can also open the first recess 13 by lifting the deck board 32. Therefore, as a method for opening or closing the first recess 13, the user can select according to the situation from two methods: "sliding the deck board 32 in the front - rear direction Y of the vehicle 10" or "rotating the deck board 32 in the up - down direction Z of the vehicle 10".

[0080] ○ A handle for the user to grasp when sliding or rotating the deck board 32 may be provided on the lower surface of the deck board 32. ○ The frame body 43a may be configured such that the dimension of the frame body 43a in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10 can be adjusted. In this case, the vehicle slide deck device 30 can correspond to a plurality of vehicle models with different intervals between the left front mounting portion 20a and the right front mounting portion 20b in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10.

[0081] ○ The fixing plate 45 may be configured such that the dimension of the fixing plate 45 in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10 can be adjusted. In this case, the vehicle slide deck device 30 can correspond to a plurality of vehicle models with different intervals between the left rear mounting portion 20c and the right rear mounting portion 20d in the left - right direction X of the vehicle 10.

[0082] ○ The second frame portion 52b may be configured such that the dimension of the second frame portion 52b in the front - rear direction Y of the vehicle 10 can be adjusted, and the third frame portion 52c may be configured such that the dimension of the third frame portion 52c in the front - rear direction Y of the vehicle 10 can be adjusted. In this case, the vehicle slide deck device 30 can correspond to a plurality of vehicle models with different intervals between the left front mounting portion 20a and the left rear mounting portion 20c, and different intervals between the right front mounting portion 20b and the right rear mounting portion 20d in the front - rear direction Y of the vehicle 10.

[0083] ○ The floor surface 11a of the cargo compartment 11 may not be provided with the first recess 13 and the second recess 14. ○ The vehicle 10 may not have the support surface S.

[0084] ○ Among the second bottom surfaces 14a of the second recesses 14, the surfaces on which the fixing plates 45 are not placed may be covered with decorative boards. In this case, the appearance of the cargo compartment 11 is improved. [Appendix] The technical idea understood from the above-described embodiments and modification examples is described below.
