Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] However, in the prior art, the connector of the harness that electrically connects the functional part connected to the control board and the control board is exposed from the closed space, and a measure to prevent the spread of fire is required when the connector catches fire. By separately providing a mechanism for preventing the spread of fire when the connector catches fire, it is possible to prevent the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector. However, by separately providing a mechanism for preventing the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector, there is a risk that the sanitary cleaning device will become larger.
[0005] One aspect of the embodiment aims to provide a sanitary cleaning device that prevents the spread of fire due to the ignition of a connector while achieving miniaturization.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] A sanitary cleaning device according to an aspect of the embodiment has a plurality of functional parts inside a casing. The sanitary cleaning device includes a case plate that is the bottom of the casing, a substrate case provided so as to be orthogonal to the case plate, a control substrate attached to the substrate case, a substrate cover attached to the substrate case and covering at least a part of the control substrate, and a harness electrically connected to the control substrate. The harness includes a connector electrically connected to the functional part. The connector is housed in a closed space formed by at least the substrate case or the substrate cover.
[0007] Thereby, the sanitary cleaning device can prevent the spread of fire in case the connector catches fire without increasing the size of the sanitary cleaning device. Also, the sanitary cleaning device can arrange the connector in the space created by placing the substrate case vertically so as to be orthogonal to the case plate, and effectively utilize the space inside the sanitary cleaning device. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device can be miniaturized while preventing the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector. Also, the sanitary cleaning device can prevent the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector with a less expensive configuration than when separately providing a mechanism for preventing the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector.
[0008] Also, the closed space is formed by the substrate case, the substrate cover, and the control substrate.
[0009] Thereby, the sanitary cleaning device can prevent the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector by housing the connector in the closed space formed by the substrate case, the substrate cover, and the control substrate.
[0010] Also, the connector is arranged along the control substrate.
[0011] Thereby, the sanitary cleaning device can suppress the protrusion of the connector in the front-rear direction, for example, can suppress the protrusion of the substrate cover forward. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device can suppress the length in the front-rear direction.
[0012] In addition, the casing includes a top surface portion that slopes downward toward the front side. The connector is provided on the front side of the control board and below the center line of the board case in the vertical direction.
[0013] As a result, in the upper casing of the sanitary cleaning device, the volume occupied by a part of the functional unit can be reduced. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device can suppress the protrusion of the casing upward and achieve miniaturization.
[0014] The board cover includes a first cover attached to the board case and a second cover detachably provided on the first cover. The closed space is formed when the second cover is attached to the first cover.
[0015] As a result, the sanitary cleaning device can easily form a closed space when the second cover is attached to the first cover. In addition, the sanitary cleaning device can perform maintenance of the connector when the second cover is removed from the first cover. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device can accommodate the connector in the closed space, achieve miniaturization, and improve the maintainability of the connector.
[0016] In addition, one of the first cover and the second cover includes a guide rail for guiding the second cover in the attachment direction of the second cover. The other of the first cover and the second cover includes an engaging portion slidable on the guide rail.
[0017] As a result, the sanitary cleaning device can make the space required for the operation of attaching and detaching the second cover to the first cover more compact, and can be made more compact. Further, since the sanitary cleaning device can attach and detach the second cover to and from the first cover by sliding the engaging portion along the guide rail, the operation of attaching and detaching the second cover to and from the first cover can be facilitated. Further, in the sanitary cleaning device, the guide rail is slid along the engaging portion, and the second cover is attached to the first cover. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device can suppress the occurrence of a gap between the first cover and the second cover, and can improve the fire spread prevention performance.
Effect of the Invention
[0018] According to one aspect of the embodiment, it is possible to prevent the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector while achieving miniaturization.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0020] <Toilet device> First, with reference to FIG. 1, the toilet device 1 including the sanitary washing device 10 according to the embodiment will be described. FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing the toilet device 1 including the sanitary washing device 10 according to the embodiment and the toilet room 100. In FIG. 1, for convenience of explanation, a three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system is illustrated, and in such an orthogonal coordinate system, "front", "rear", "left side", "right side", "upper side" and "lower side" are defined. Note that the coordinate system may also be illustrated in other figures.
[0021] As shown in FIG. 1, the toilet device 1 is installed in the toilet room 100. The toilet device 1 includes a toilet bowl main body 2 and a sanitary washing device 10. The toilet bowl main body 2 is made of, for example, pottery. A bowl portion 2a is formed in the toilet bowl main body 2. The bowl portion 2a has a shape recessed downward and is a part for receiving the user's excrement. Note that the toilet bowl main body 2 is not limited to the floor-mounted type as shown in the figure, and may be a wall-mounted type.
[0022] The sanitary cleaning device 10 is attached to the rear part of the upper surface of the toilet body 2 and includes a main body part 11, a toilet seat 12, and a toilet lid 13. Note that the sanitary cleaning device 10 may be attached so as to be integrated with the toilet body 2, or may be detachably attached to the toilet body 2. Further, when an operation unit 200 installed on the wall surface of the toilet room 100 is operated by a user, the sanitary cleaning device 10, for example, opens and closes the toilet lid 13, discharges cleaning water for cleaning the user's private parts, and operates various functions. The sanitary cleaning device 10 may be configured without the toilet lid 13.
[0023] Note that, for example, a cleaning water tank for storing cleaning water may be installed at the rear part of the toilet body 2 in the toilet device 1, or a so-called tankless type without a cleaning water tank may be used. Further, the toilet device 1 may be, for example, a so-called siphon type that uses a siphon action to draw in dirt in the bowl part 2a and discharge it from the trap pipe, or a so-called flushing type that flushes dirt by the flowing water action due to the head of the cleaning water in the bowl part 2a.
[0024] <Main body part of the sanitary cleaning device> Next, the main body part 11 of the sanitary cleaning device 10 according to the embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body part 11 includes a casing 20. FIG. 2 is a front view of the main body part 11 of the sanitary cleaning device 10 viewed from the front.
[0025] The casing 20 includes a case plate 21 and a case cover 22. The case plate 21 is attached to the upper surface of the toilet body 2 (see FIG. 1).
[0026] The case cover 22 is formed to protrude upward. The case cover 22 is attached to the case plate 21. A hinge unit 24 is attached to the case cover 22.
[0027] The hinge unit 24 includes a toilet seat rotation unit 24a and a toilet lid rotation unit 24b. Each rotation unit 24a, 24b rotates each rotation shaft 24c, 24d by the drive of a drive source such as an electric motor (not shown), and rotates the toilet seat 12 (see FIG. 1) or the toilet lid 13 (see FIG. 1). The toilet lid rotation unit 24b is disposed, for example, above the substrate cover 32 (see FIG. 5) of the control unit 26 (see FIG. 3). The toilet seat rotation unit 24a is disposed in front of the toilet lid rotation unit 24b.
[0028] The case cover 22 includes a top surface portion 22a that slopes downward toward the front side. Note that a part of the top surface portion 22a may be horizontal or may slope upward toward the front side. That is, the top surface portion 22a only needs to slope downward so that the height thereof decreases overall toward the front side. A harness (not shown) of a toilet seat heater (not shown) provided on the toilet seat 12 is attached to the case cover 22. Note that a seating sensor (not shown) or the like for detecting the user's seating on the toilet seat 12 is provided on the case cover 22.
[0029] A plurality of functional units are provided in the casing 20. The functional units are, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, a heat exchanger unit 23, a vacuum breaker 25, a control unit 26, a nozzle unit 27, and a deodorizing unit 28. That is, the functional units are housed in the space formed by the case plate 21 and the case cover 22. The functional units include a warm air unit. The heat exchanger unit 23, the warm air unit, the vacuum breaker 25, the control unit 26, the nozzle unit 27, and the deodorizing unit 28 are attached to the case plate 21. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the inside of the casing 20.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 4, a vacuum breaker 25 and a heat exchanger unit 23 are disposed in front of the control unit 26. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the arrangement of the heat exchanger unit 23, the vacuum breaker 25, and the control unit 26.
[0031] The heat exchanger unit 23 heats the cleaning water supplied to the nozzle unit 27. The heat exchanger unit 23 includes a heater or the like for heating the cleaning water. The vacuum breaker 25 prevents the backflow of the cleaning water when there is an abnormality in the water supply system that supplies the cleaning water to the nozzle unit 27 and a negative pressure is generated.
[0032] The nozzle unit 27 advances and retracts a cleaning nozzle (not shown) with respect to the case plate 21 by driving a drive source such as an electric motor (not shown), discharges the cleaning water toward the user's local area, and cleans the local area. Note that the nozzle unit 27 can discharge the cleaning water heated by a heater (not shown).
[0033] The deodorizing unit 28 sucks in the air in the toilet room 100 (see FIG. 1), collects and decomposes malodorous components and the like contained in the sucked air. Then, the deodorizing unit 28 blows out the air in which the malodorous components and the like have been collected and decomposed. The warm air unit blows out the air heated by a heater (not shown) toward the user's local area.
[0034] Note that the sanitary cleaning device 10 may be configured not to include a warm air unit, for example. Further, the sanitary cleaning device 10 may be configured not to include at least a part of the hinge unit 24.
[0035] <Control Unit> Next, the control unit 26 according to the embodiment will be described. The control unit 26 is provided at the rear end of the case plate 21 (see FIG. 2) and is attached to the case plate 21 so as to be orthogonal to the case plate 21 (see FIG. 2). That is, the control unit 26 is arranged vertically. The control unit 26 controls the heat exchanger unit 23, the hinge unit 24 (see FIG. 2), the toilet seat heater (not shown), the nozzle unit 27, and the deodorizing unit 28.
[0036] The control unit 26 will be further described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the control unit 26. FIG. 6 is a front view showing the state where the substrate cover 32 is removed in FIG. 5. The control unit 26 includes a substrate case 30, a control board 31, and a substrate cover 32.
[0037] The substrate case 30 is attached to the case plate 21 (see FIG. 2) so as to be orthogonal to the case plate 21. The substrate case 30 includes a base portion 33, an upper wall portion 34, a left side wall portion 35, a lower wall portion 36, and a right side wall portion 37. The base portion 33 is provided so as to be orthogonal to the case plate 21, and the control board 31 is attached thereto. Note that the base portion 33 of the substrate case 30 may be slightly inclined from the plane orthogonal to the case plate 21.
[0038] The upper wall portion 34, the left side wall portion 35, the lower wall portion 36, and the right side wall portion 37 are formed so as to project forward from the periphery of the base portion 33. The upper wall portion 34, the left side wall portion 35, the lower wall portion 36, and the right side wall portion 37 are formed along the periphery of the control board 31. That is, the upper wall portion 34, the left side wall portion 35, the lower wall portion 36, and the right side wall portion 37 are formed so as to surround the control board 31.
[0039] The upper wall portion 34 faces the lower wall portion 36. The amount of projection of the upper wall portion 34 forward is shorter than the amount of projection of the lower wall portion 36 forward. Hereinafter, the amount of projection forward may be referred to as "height". A protective cover 60 is attached to the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30. The configuration of the protective cover 60 and the method of attaching the protective cover 60 will be described later.
[0040] A first engaging claw 35a with which a first engaging portion 44 (see FIG. 7) of the substrate cover 32 engages is formed on the left side wall portion 35. The first engaging claw 35a is formed so as to project leftward. A part of the lower side of the left side wall portion 35 is formed so as to project forward.
[0041] On the right side wall portion 37, a second engaging claw 37a is formed with which the second engaging portion 45 of the substrate cover 32 engages. The second engaging claw 37a is formed so as to protrude toward the right. A part of the lower side of the right side wall portion 37 is formed so as to protrude forward.
[0042] The lower wall portion 36 protrudes forward. The height of the lower wall portion 36 is higher than the height of electronic components provided on the control board 31, such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, etc. On the front end of the lower wall portion 36 and a part of the left end of the lower wall portion 36, a standing wall 36a protruding upward is formed.
[0043] The control board 31 is attached to the base portion 33 of the substrate case 30. That is, the control board 31 is arranged so as to be orthogonal to the case plate 21.
[0044] On the control board 31, a CPU (Central Processing Unit), resistors, capacitors, etc. are provided, and a circuit for controlling each unit, the toilet seat heater, etc. is formed.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 6, on the control board 31, a primary side circuit 31a to which a high voltage (for example, 100V) is applied and a secondary side circuit 31b to which a voltage lower than that of the primary side circuit 31a (for example, 24V or 5V) is applied are formed. The primary side circuit 31a is formed below the secondary side circuit 31b.
[0046] The primary side circuit 31a includes, for example, a circuit for supplying power to a heater (not shown) of the heat exchanger unit 23 and a toilet seat heater (not shown). The primary side circuit 31a is covered with a potting material (not shown) for moisture protection.
[0047] Also, a harness 31c is electrically connected to the primary-side circuit 31a. The harness 31c is provided with a connector 31d that is electrically connected to functional units such as the heat exchanger unit 23. The connector 31d is connected to a harness (not shown) of a functional unit such as the heat exchanger unit 23. That is, the primary-side circuit 31a is electrically connected to a functional unit such as the heat exchanger unit 23 by the connector 31d.
[0048] The connector 31d is arranged along the primary-side circuit 31a (control board 31). Specifically, the connector 31d is arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the connector 31d is substantially parallel to the surface of the primary-side circuit 31a. For example, the connector 31d is arranged such that the longitudinal direction of the connector 31d substantially coincides with the left-right direction. Note that the longitudinal direction of the connector 31d may be slightly inclined with respect to the surface of the primary-side circuit 31a.
[0049] Also, the connector 31d is provided in front of the primary-side circuit 31a (control board 31). Further, the connector 31d is provided below the center line P of the substrate case 30 in the vertical direction.
[0050] Also, the primary-side circuit 31a is covered by the substrate cover 32 and the substrate case 30 as shown in FIG. 5 from above the potting material to prevent the spread of fire in case of ignition.
[0051] The secondary-side circuit 31b includes, for example, a circuit (not shown) for driving an electric motor (not shown) such as the nozzle unit 27. The secondary-side circuit 31b also includes a connector 31e to which a seating sensor (not shown) etc. is connected. Note that the secondary-side circuit 31b is covered with a potting material for moisture protection, similarly to the primary-side circuit 31a.
[0052] Thus, the control board 31 includes a potting material. The potting material is filled so as to cover components with a low height on the control board 31, for example, low-height electronic components included in the primary-side circuit 31a and the secondary-side circuit 31b, and metal lead portions of the electronic components.
[0053] The substrate cover 32 is a cover for preventing the spread of fire and is attached to the substrate case 30 as shown in FIG. 5. The substrate cover 32 includes a first cover 40 and a second cover 50.
[0054] Next, the first cover 40 and the second cover 50 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10. FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the substrate cover 32. FIG. 8 is an exploded view of the substrate cover 32. FIG. 9 is a plan view of the first cover 40. FIG. 10 is a bottom view of the second cover 50.
[0055] The first cover 40 is a cover for preventing the spread of fire and is attached to the substrate case 30 (see FIG. 5). The first cover 40 is formed so as to protrude forward. An engaging portion 41a that engages with the engaging claw 51a of the second cover 50 is formed on the front wall portion 41 of the first cover 40. The engaging portion 41a is formed so as to extend upward. Note that the front wall portion 41 includes the wall portion of the first cover 40 that is orthogonal to the front-rear direction.
[0056] A first guide rail 42a is formed on the left side wall portion 42 of the first cover 40. The first guide rail 42a is formed along the vertical direction. The first guide rail 42a is formed so as to protrude leftward from the left side wall portion 42. Note that the left side wall portion 42 includes the side wall portion of the first cover 40 that is orthogonal to the left-right direction and is on the left side of the center of the first cover 40 in the left-right direction.
[0057] A second guide rail 43a is formed on the right side wall portion 43 of the first cover 40. The second guide rail 43a is formed along the vertical direction. The second guide rail 43a is formed so as to protrude rightward from the right side wall portion 43. Note that the right side wall portion 43 includes the side wall portion of the first cover 40 that is orthogonal to the left-right direction and is on the right side of the center of the first cover 40 in the left-right direction.
[0058] The first cover 40 has an open lower end and an open rear end. The lower end of the first cover 40 is closed by the lower wall portion 36 of the substrate case 30 or the like.
[0059] In addition, an opening 40a is formed in the first cover 40 that opens forward and upward. The opening 40a is closed when the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40. The opening 40a is formed so that maintenance of the connector 31d (see FIG. 6) accommodated in the first cover 40 is possible when the second cover 50 is not attached to the first cover 40.
[0060] A first engaging portion 44 that engages with the first engaging claw 35a (see FIG. 6) of the substrate case 30 is formed on the first cover 40. The first engaging portion 44 is formed to extend rearward. Also, a second engaging portion 45 that engages with the second engaging claw 37a (see FIG. 5) of the substrate case 30 is formed on the first cover 40. The second engaging portion 45 is formed to extend rearward. By the first engaging portion 44 engaging with the first engaging claw 35a of the substrate case 30 and the second engaging portion 45 engaging with the second engaging claw 37a of the substrate case 30, the first cover 40 is attached to the substrate case 30.
[0061] The second cover 50 is a cover for preventing the spread of fire and is attached to the first cover 40. The second cover 50 is detachable from the first cover 40. The second cover 50 is slidable in the vertical direction with respect to the first cover 40. An engaging claw 51a that engages with the engaging portion 41a of the first cover 40 is formed on the front wall portion 51 of the second cover 50. The engaging claw 51a is formed to project forward.
[0062] In addition, a first engaging portion 52a that engages with the first guide rail 42a is formed on the left side wall portion 52 of the second cover 50. Specifically, the first engaging portion 52a is formed on the inner wall of the left side wall portion 52. The first engaging portion 52a is formed to be slidable on the first guide rail 42a. The first engaging portion 52a is formed by providing a groove along the vertical direction.
[0063] Further, on the right side wall portion 53 of the second cover 50, a second engaging portion 53a with which the second guide rail 43a engages is formed. Specifically, the second engaging portion 53a is formed on the inner wall of the right side wall portion 53. The second engaging portion 53a is formed so as to be slidable on the second guide rail 43a. The second engaging portion 53a is formed by providing a groove along the vertical direction.
[0064] When the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40, as shown in FIG. 11, a closed space 70 is formed by the first cover 40, the second cover 50, the substrate case 30, and the control substrate 31. Specifically, the closed space 70 is formed by the first cover 40, the second cover 50, the substrate case 30, and the potting material of the control substrate 31. Note that the closed space 70 is a space that is blocked to the extent of preventing the spread of fire when the primary side circuit 31a ignites. Note that the closed space 70 may include a sealed space. The harness 31c connected to the primary side circuit 31a is accommodated in the closed space 70. Further, the connector 31d connected to the harness 31c is accommodated in the closed space 70. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view when the control unit 26 is cut along a plane orthogonal to the left-right direction.
[0065] <Attachment and detachment of the second cover> When the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40, alignment between the first engaging portion 52a and the first guide rail 42a, and alignment between the second engaging portion 53a and the second guide rail 43a are performed. Specifically, the second cover 50 is disposed above the first cover 40 such that the first guide rail 42a engages with the first engaging portion 52a and the second guide rail 43a engages with the second engaging portion 53a.
[0066] Next, the second cover 50 is moved downward along the first guide rail 42a and the second guide rail 43a. Then, the engaging portion 41a of the first cover 40 engages with the engaging claw 51a of the second cover 50, whereby the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40.
[0067] When the second cover 50 is removed from the first cover 40, the engagement between the engaging portion 41a of the first cover 40 and the engaging claw 51a of the second cover 50 is released. Next, the second cover 50 is moved upward along the first guide rail 42a and the second guide rail 43a. Then, the engagement between the first engaging portion 52a and the first guide rail 42a and the engagement between the second engaging portion 53a and the second guide rail 43a are released, so that the second cover 50 is removed from the first cover 40.
[0068] In this way, the second cover 50 is attached to and detached from the first cover 40 by being moved in the vertical direction. In front of the control unit 26, other functional parts such as a vacuum cleaner 25 are provided. Therefore, the space in front of the control unit 26 is narrow.
[0069] Even when the space in front of the control unit 26 is narrow, in the sanitary cleaning device 10, the second cover 50 can be attached to and detached from the first cover 40 by moving the second cover 50 in the vertical direction.
[0070] When the second cover 50 is removed from the first cover 40, as shown in FIG. 12, maintenance of the connector 31d housed in the first cover 40 becomes possible. That is, by removing the first cover 40, maintenance of the connector 31d becomes possible. FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a state in which the second cover 50 is removed from the control unit 26.
[0071] <Attachment of the protective cover> The protective cover 60 is formed in a plate shape. As shown in FIG. 13, the protective cover 60 is formed with a first engaging portion 61 that protrudes downward. FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the protective cover 60 viewed from the lower side. For example, four first engaging portions 61 are formed. The first engaging portion 61 is formed so that the right end side is open. Further, the protective cover 60 is formed with a second engaging portion 62 that extends rightward from the right end.
[0072] The first engaging portion 61 engages with the protruding portion 34a of the substrate case 30 shown in FIG. 14. The protruding portion 34a is formed on the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30. The protruding portion 34a is formed to protrude forward or backward. FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a part of the control unit 26 in a state where the protective cover 60 is not attached. The second engaging portion 62 engages with the engaging claw 34b formed on the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30. The engaging claw 34b is formed to protrude upward.
[0073] The protective cover 60 is detachable from the substrate case 30. When the protective cover 60 is attached to the substrate case 30, the protective cover 60 is disposed on the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30 and is slid to the right so that the first engaging portion 61 is inserted into the protruding portion 34a of the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30. Then, by engaging the second engaging portion 62 with the engaging claw 34b of the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30, the protective cover 60 is attached to the substrate case 30. The protective cover 60 attached to the substrate case 30 protects a part of the connector 31e of the secondary side circuit 31b.
[0074] When the protective cover 60 is removed from the substrate case 30, the engagement between the second engaging portion 62 and the engaging claw 34b of the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30 is released. Then, by sliding the protective cover 60 to the left, the engagement between the first engaging portion 61 and the protruding portion 34a of the upper wall portion 34 of the substrate case 30 is released. Thereby, the protective cover 60 is removed from the substrate case 30.
[0075] <Effect> The sanitary cleaning device 10 has a plurality of functional units such as a heat exchanger unit 23, a vacuum breaker 25, and a control unit 26 inside a casing 20. The sanitary cleaning device 10 includes a case plate 21 that is the bottom of the casing 20, a substrate case 30 provided so as to be orthogonal to the case plate 21, a control board 31 attached to the substrate case 30, a substrate cover 32 attached to the substrate case 30 and covering at least a part of the control board 31, and a harness 31c electrically connected to the control board 31. The harness 31c includes a connector 31d electrically connected to the functional unit. The connector 31d is housed in a closed space 70 formed by at least the substrate case 30 or the substrate cover 32.
[0076] Thereby, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can prevent the spread of fire when the connector 31d ignites without increasing the size of the sanitary cleaning device 10. Further, the sanitary cleaning device 10 arranges the connector 31d in the space generated by placing the substrate case 30 vertically so as to be orthogonal to the case plate 21, and can effectively utilize the space inside the sanitary cleaning device 10. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can be miniaturized while preventing the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector 31d. Also, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can prevent the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector 31d with a cheaper configuration than when separately providing a mechanism for preventing the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector 31d.
[0077] Also, the closed space 70 is formed by the substrate case 30, the substrate cover 32, and the control board 31.
[0078] Thereby, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can prevent the spread of fire due to the ignition of the connector 31d by housing the connector 31d in the closed space 70 formed by the substrate case 30, the substrate cover 32, and the control board 31.
[0079] Also, the connector 31d is arranged along the control board 31.
[0080] As a result, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can suppress the protrusion of the connector 31d in the front-rear direction. For example, it can suppress the protrusion of the board cover 32 forward. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can suppress the length in the front-rear direction.
[0081] Further, the casing 20 includes a top surface portion 22a that slopes downward toward the front side. The connector 31d is provided on the front side of the control board 31 and below the center line P of the board case 30 in the vertical direction.
[0082] As a result, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can reduce the volume occupied by the control unit 26 in the upper casing 20. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can suppress the protrusion of the casing 20 upward and achieve miniaturization.
[0083] Further, the board cover 32 includes a first cover 40 attached to the board case 30 and a second cover 50 detachably provided on the first cover 40. The closed space 70 is formed when the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40.
[0084] As a result, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can easily form the closed space 70 when the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40. Also, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can perform maintenance on the connector 31d when the second cover 50 is removed from the first cover 40. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can accommodate the connector 31d in the closed space 70, realize miniaturization, and improve the maintainability of the connector 31d.
[0085] Further, the first cover 40 includes a first guide rail 42a and a second guide rail 43a that guide the second cover 50 in the attachment direction of the second cover 50. The second cover 50 includes a first engaging portion 52a on which the first guide rail 42a can slide. The second cover 50 includes a second engaging portion 53a on which the second guide rail 43a can slide.
[0086] As a result, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can make the space required for the operation of attaching and detaching the second cover 50 to the first cover 40 compact, and can achieve further miniaturization. Further, since the sanitary cleaning device 10 can attach and detach the second cover 50 to and from the first cover 40 along the first guide rail 42a and the second guide rail 43a, the operation of attaching and detaching the second cover 50 to and from the first cover 40 can be facilitated. Further, in the sanitary cleaning device 10, the first engaging portion 52a is slid on the first guide rail 42a, and the second engaging portion 53a is slid on the second guide rail 43a, so that the second cover 50 is attached to the first cover 40. Therefore, the sanitary cleaning device 10 can suppress the occurrence of a gap between the first cover 40 and the second cover 50, and can improve the fire spread prevention performance.
[0087] The sanitary cleaning device 10 according to the modification may be configured such that the second cover 50 can be attached to and detached from the first cover 40 by moving the second cover 50 in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction. In this case, each guide rail and each engaging groove are formed in accordance with the moving direction of the second cover 50.
[0088] In the sanitary cleaning device 10 according to the modification, the closed space 70 for accommodating the connector 31d may be formed by the board cover 32. For example, the closed space 70 may be formed by the first cover 40 and the second cover 50. Further, the closed space 70 for accommodating the connector 31d may be formed by the board case 30.
[0089] In the sanitary cleaning device 10 according to the modification, the first guide rail 42a and the second guide rail 43a may be formed on the second cover 50, and the first engaging portion 52a and the second engaging portion 53a may be formed on the first cover 40.
[0090] Further effects and modifications can be easily derived by those skilled in the art. Therefore, the broader aspects of the present invention are not limited to the specific details and representative embodiments described and represented as above. Accordingly, various changes can be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
