Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0008] (Knowledge, etc. on which the present disclosure is based) When the inventors came up with the present disclosure, washing machines were packaged using a packaging device such as cardboard and stored, transported, etc. Here, when a washing machine includes a water tank elastically supported by a housing, generally, the packaging device includes a water tank support member that supports the water tank and cardboard that positions the water tank support member. However, in the conventional packaging device, since the water tank support member is positioned by abutting against the side of the plane of the cardboard, the positioning force of the water tank support member is weak, and the inventors discovered the problem that the water tank that tends to shake during transportation cannot be properly held. In order to solve this problem, the inventors have come to configure the subject matter of the present disclosure. Therefore, the present disclosure provides a packaging device that can suppress displacement of a water tank support member that supports the water tank of a washing machine by cardboard.

[0034] [1 - 1 - 5. Configuration of the First Support Member] FIG. 8 is a developed view of the first support member 80 in Embodiment 1. The first support member 80 is composed of a single piece of cardboard. This single piece of cardboard has a line-symmetric shape with respect to the symmetry line L1. In the description of FIG. 8, the direction in which the symmetry line L1 extends is described as the vertical direction. Also, the direction orthogonal to the symmetry line L1 is described as the horizontal direction.

[0035] The first support member 80 has a rectangular bottom surface portion 81. On one side in the vertical direction of the bottom surface portion 81, a substantially rectangular outer peripheral outer surface portion 82a is formed. On one side in the vertical direction of the outer peripheral outer surface portion 82a, a rectangular outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b is formed. Similarly, on one side in the vertical direction of the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b, an outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c, an inner peripheral bottom surface portion 82d, an inner peripheral outer surface portion 82e, an inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f, and an inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g are formed in this order.

[0036] The outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c, the inner peripheral bottom surface portion 82d, the inner peripheral outer surface portion 82e, the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f, and the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g are each formed in a rectangular shape. Fold lines are formed by the respective boundary portions of the bottom surface portion 81, the outer peripheral outer surface portion 82a, the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b, the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c, the inner peripheral bottom surface portion 82d, the inner peripheral outer surface portion 82e, the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f, and the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g.

[0037] On the other side in the vertical direction of the bottom surface portion 81, a substantially rectangular standing wall surface portion 83 is formed. On the other side in the vertical direction of the standing wall surface portion 83, an opposing surface portion 84 is formed. The respective boundary portions of the bottom surface portion 81, the standing wall surface portion 83, and the opposing surface portion 84 constitute fold lines.

[0038] Here, on the bottom surface portion 81, a substantially L-shaped raised piece portion 85 is formed. A pair of raised piece portions 85 are formed in the horizontal direction. The raised piece portion 85 is formed by a folded portion 85a formed on the outer side in the horizontal direction (the side separated from the symmetry line L1), and punched portions 85b extending from both ends of the folded portion 85a. The raised piece portion 85 has a standing portion 85c that stands up with the folded portion 85a as a base end, and a claw portion 85d formed at the tip of the standing portion 85c and protruding from the standing portion 85c to one side in the vertical direction.

[0039] On the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b, an opening-shaped engagement hole 82b1 is formed. A pair of engagement holes 82b1 are formed in the lateral direction of the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b. The engagement holes 82b1 are formed throughout the longitudinal direction of the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b. On the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c, an opening-shaped partial engagement hole (first engagement hole) 82c1 is formed. A pair of partial engagement holes 82c1 are formed in the lateral direction of the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c. The partial engagement holes 82c1 are formed corresponding to the lateral position of the raised piece portion 85. The partial engagement holes 82c1 are formed biased toward the fold on the side of the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b.

[0040] On the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f, an opening-shaped engagement hole 82f1 is formed. A pair of engagement holes 82f1 are formed in the lateral direction of the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f. The engagement holes 82f1 are formed throughout the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f. The engagement holes 82f1 are formed corresponding to the position of the engagement holes 82b1 on the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b. On the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g, an opening-shaped partial engagement hole (first engagement hole) 82g1 is formed. A pair of partial engagement holes 82g1 are formed in the lateral direction. The partial engagement holes 82g1 are formed corresponding to the position of the partial engagement holes 82c1 on the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c. The partial engagement holes 82g1 are formed biased toward the fold on the side of the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f.

[0041] On the opposing surface portion 84, a raised pushing-in portion 84a is formed. The pushing-in portion 84a is rectangular. A pair of partial engagement holes 82g1 are formed in the lateral direction. The pushing-in portion 84a has a folded portion on the outer side in the lateral direction. The pushing-in portion 84a is formed corresponding to the positions of the engagement holes 82b1, 82f1.

[0042] Also, at both lateral ends of the bottom surface portion 81, extension portions 86a are formed as portions that are longer than each of the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b, the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c, the inner peripheral bottom surface portion 82d, the inner peripheral outer surface portion 82e, the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f, and the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g. Also, at both lateral ends of the outer peripheral outer surface portion 82a, protruding portions 86b that protrude outward in the lateral direction according to the amount of extension of the extension portions 86a are formed. The protruding portions 86b are formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the extension portions 86a. Furthermore, at both lateral ends of the vertical wall surface portion 83, projecting portions 86c that project laterally outward are formed according to the amount of extension of the extension portion 86a. The projecting portions 86c are formed continuously in the longitudinal direction of the extension portion 86a. Also, at both lateral ends of the opposing surface portion 84, upper projecting portions 87 that project laterally outward are formed according to the amount of extension of the extension portion 86a. The upper projecting portions 87 are formed at the other longitudinal end of the opposing surface portion 84.

[0043] [1-1-6. Configuration Regarding Assembly of First Support Member] FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of a method for assembling the first support member 80 in the first embodiment. The first support member 80 is wound from the unfolded state in the direction toward the bottom surface portion 81 by folding it by 90 degrees at each folding line portion, starting from the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g. Thereby, the double-layered multiple winding portion 82 is formed. That is, in the multiple winding portion 82, the outer peripheral outer surface portion 82a and the inner peripheral outer surface portion 82e overlap (see FIG. 13). Also, the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b and the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f overlap (see FIG. 13), the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c and the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g overlap (see FIG. 13), and the bottom surface portion 81 and the inner peripheral bottom surface portion 82d are wound so as to overlap (see FIG. 13).

[0044] At this time, the positions of the partial engagement holes 82c1 of the outer peripheral inner surface portion 82c and the positions of the partial engagement holes 82g1 of the inner peripheral inner surface portion 82g substantially coincide. In this state, when the raised piece portion 85 is raised, the claw portion 85d of the raised piece portion 85 enters the partial engagement holes 82c1 and 82g1. Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for the multiple winding portion 82 to be restored to the unfolded state due to the stiffness of the cardboard. Also, the multiple winding portion 82 can be reinforced by the raised piece portion 85.

[0045] Here, since the raised piece portion 85 is formed such that the folded portion 85a is raised outward, for example, by hooking hands on both longitudinal ends of the bottom surface portion 81 and pushing the raised piece portion 85 with the thumb, it is possible to easily raise the raised piece portion 85 and engage it with the partial engagement holes 82c1 and 82g1.

[0046] Next, the vertical wall surface portion 83 is folded at the fold portion by 90 degrees. At this time, on the bottom surface portion 81 side, the protruding portion 86b and the protruding portion 86c face each other, and the bottom side positioning portion 86 is formed.

[0047] Next, the opposing surface portion 84 is folded at the fold portion by 90 degrees. At this time, the position of the pushing-in portion 84a substantially coincides with the position of the engaging hole 82b1 of the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b and the position of the engaging hole 82f1 of the inner peripheral upper surface portion 82f. In this state, when the pushing-in portion 84a is pushed in, the pushing-in portion 84a enters the engaging holes 82b1 and 82f1 and engages with the multi-wound portion 82. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the outer peripheral upper surface portion 82b to be restored to the unfolded state due to the stiffness of the cardboard. Also, the multi-wound portion 82 can be reinforced by the pushing-in portion 84a.

[0048] As a result, since the opposing surface portion 84 is supported with respect to the bottom surface portion 81 via the multi-wound portion 82, the distance between the opposing surface portion 84 and the bottom surface portion 81 is easily maintained at a predetermined distance. In this way, the first support member 80 can be assembled.

[0049] [1-1-7. Configuration of the Second Support Member] FIG. 10 is a development view of the second support member 90 in the first embodiment. The second support member 90 is composed of a single piece of cardboard. This single piece of cardboard has a line-symmetric shape with respect to the symmetry line L2. In the description of FIG. 10, the direction in which the symmetry line L2 extends is described as the vertical direction. Also, the direction orthogonal to the symmetry line L2 is described as the horizontal direction.

[0050] The second support member 90 has a substantially rectangular bottom surface portion 91. The bottom surface portion 91 faces the bottom surface portion 61 of the bottom body 60 in a state where the second support member 90 is attached to the bottom body 60. On one side in the vertical direction of the bottom surface portion 91, a substantially rectangular vertical wall surface portion 92 is formed. A fold is formed by the boundary portion between the bottom surface portion 91 and the vertical wall surface portion 92.

[0051] On one side, on the other longitudinal side of the bottom surface portion 91, a substantially rectangular vertical wall surface portion 93 is formed. On the other longitudinal side of the vertical wall surface portion 93, an opposing surface portion 94 is formed. The respective boundary portions between the bottom surface portion 91, the vertical wall surface portion 93, and the opposing surface portion 94 constitute creases.

[0052] On both lateral sides of the opposing surface portion 94, substantially rectangular outer surface portions 95a are formed. On the outer lateral side of the outer surface portion 95a, a substantially rectangular lower surface portion 95b is formed. On the outer lateral side of the lower surface portion 95b, a substantially rectangular inner surface portion 95c is formed. Creases are constituted by the respective boundary portions between the opposing surface portion 94, the outer surface portion 95a, the lower surface portion 95b, and the inner surface portion 95c.

[0053] Here, on the bottom surface portion 91, a raised portion 96 is formed. A pair of raised portions 96 are formed in the lateral direction. The raised portion 96 has a pair of raised surfaces 96a that are raised in the longitudinal direction and face each other. The raised surfaces 96a are of the same rectangular shape. The raised surfaces 96a of the present embodiment are longer in the longitudinal direction than the longitudinal lengths of the vertical wall surface portions 92 and 93. On both lateral sides of the raised surfaces 96a in the lateral direction, slit holes 96c extending in the longitudinal direction are formed. The slit holes 96c facilitate the raising of the raised surfaces 96a.

[0054] On both lateral ends of the bottom surface portion 91, bottom box claw portions 91a are formed. The bottom box claw portions 91a are formed corresponding to the positions of the slit holes 63b (see FIGS. 5 and 6) of the bottom body 60. On the inner lateral side of the bottom box claw portion 91a, a pushed-in portion 91b formed in a raised shape is formed. On the side of the vertical wall surface portion 93, a bottom box connection hole 91c is formed between the raised portion 96 and the pushed-in portion 91b. The bottom box connection hole 91c is formed corresponding to the position of the connection piece 61a (see FIG. 5) of the bottom body 60.

[0055] At the lateral center of the vertical wall surface portion 92, a claw portion 92a protruding to one longitudinal side is formed. On the opposing surface portion 94, an opening-shaped mounting hole 94a is formed. The mounting hole 94a is formed corresponding to the formation position of the raised portion 96 of the bottom surface portion 91. In the present embodiment, a pair of mounting holes 94a are formed on the left and right according to the number of the raised portions 96. The mounting hole 94a is a rectangular opening. The mounting hole 94a is formed to correspond to the size of the raised surface 96a of the raised portion 96 or to be slightly larger. Specifically, the mounting hole 94a is formed to have a size such that when the opposing surface portion 94 faces the bottom surface portion 91 and the raised surface 96a of the raised portion 96 is raised at a right angle to the bottom surface portion 91, the raised surface 96a abuts against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 94a.

[0056] On the other side in the longitudinal direction of the opposing surface portion 94 and at the central portion in the lateral direction of the opposing surface portion 94, a claw hole 94b is formed. The claw portion 92a of the standing wall surface portion 92 engages with the claw hole 94b. A pair of longitudinal claw holes 94c are formed at both outer end portions in the lateral direction of the opposing surface portion 94. Between the pair of longitudinal claw holes 94c in the longitudinal direction, a pair of longitudinal pushing portions 94d formed in a raised shape are formed. It is desirable that the lateral length of the pushing portion 94d is formed to be slightly larger than the lateral length of the lower surface portion 95b, for example.

[0057] At the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the lower surface portion 95b, an engagement hole 95b1 is formed. The pushing portion 91b of the bottom surface portion 91 engages with the engagement hole 95b1. On the inner surface portion 95c, claw portions 95c1 protruding in the lateral direction are formed. A pair of claw portions 95c1 are formed in the longitudinal direction. The claw portions 95c1 engage with the claw holes 94c of the opposing surface portion 94.

[0058] [1-1-8. Configuration Regarding Assembly of the Second Support Member] FIG. 11 is a diagram showing an example of an assembly method of the second support member 90 in Embodiment 1. Since the second support member 90 has a line-symmetric shape with respect to the symmetry line L2, only one side of the symmetry line L2 is illustrated in FIG. 11. In the deployed state, the second support member 90 is folded at each folding line by 90 degrees in the order of the inner surface portion 95c, the lower surface portion 95b, and the outer surface portion 95a, and is folded toward the opposing surface portion 94 side. When the claw portion 95c1 of the inner surface portion 95c is inserted into the claw hole 94c of the opposing surface portion 94, a single-layer structure winding portion 95 is formed.

[0059] Next, the standing wall surface portions 92 and 93 are folded at each folding line by 90 degrees, and the opposing surface portion 94 is folded so as to face the bottom surface portion 91. When the claw portion 92a of the standing wall surface portion 92 is inserted into the claw hole 94b, the opposing surface portion 94 is held in a state of facing the bottom surface portion 91. At this time, the bottom surface portion 91 and the opposing surface portion 94 are held at a predetermined interval by the standing wall surface portions 92 and 93. In particular, in the present embodiment, the outer surface of the lower surface portion 95b of the winding portion 95 abuts against the inner surface of the bottom surface portion 91. Therefore, the winding portion 95 makes it easier to hold the bottom surface portion 91 and the opposing surface portion 94 at a further predetermined interval.

[0060] Also, at this time, the position of the pushing-in portion 91b of the bottom surface portion 91 coincides with the position of the engaging hole 95b1 of the winding portion 95. Therefore, when the pushing-in portion 91b of the bottom surface portion 91 is pushed into the engaging hole 95b1, the bottom surface portion 91 and the winding portion 95 are engaged. Also, at this time, when the pushing-in portion 94d of the opposing surface portion 94 is pushed in, the pushing-in portion 94d is pushed into the winding portion 95. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the winding portion 95 to be restored to the deployed state due to the stiffness of the cardboard. Also, the winding portion 95 is reinforced by the pushing-in portions 91b and 94d.

[0061] Then, on the bottom surface portion 91, the raised surface 96a of the raised portion 96 is pushed toward the mounting hole 94a of the opposing surface portion 94, so that the raised surface 96a penetrates the mounting hole 94a and protrudes upward. In this way, the second support member 90 can be assembled.

[0062] [1-1-9. Configuration related to the assembly of the packing bottom body] An example of the method for assembling the packing bottom body 51 will be described using the first support member 80 and the second support member 90. In Fig. 5, for example, the bottom body 60 of the packaging bottom body 51 is arranged on the floor surface. At a predetermined position on the bottom surface portion 61 of the bottom body 60, a pair of water tank support members 73 are arranged in a predetermined state. Then, the second support member 90 is arranged toward the bottom body 60 from above the pair of water tank support members 73. At this time, since the raised portion 96 of the second support member 90 is pushed from below by the water tank support member 73, while the raised surface 96a is opened upward, the water tank support member 73 is mounted in the mounting hole 94a.

[0063] Then, for the second support member 90, the bottom box claw portion 91a is inserted into the slit hole 63b. Also, the connecting piece 61a is connected to the bottom box connection hole 91c of the bottom surface portion 91. Thereby, the second support member 90 is arranged on the bottom body 60 of the packaging bottom body 51.

[0064] At this time, the water tank support member 73 is positioned on the second support member 90 while being in contact with the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 94a. In the present embodiment, the water tank support member 73 is directly in contact with the left and right inner peripheral edges of the mounting hole 94a. Also, the water tank support member 73 is in contact with the front and rear inner peripheral edges of the mounting hole 94a via the raised surface 96a. Here, since the water tank support member 73 is held in a state of surface contact with the raised surface 96a, the water tank support member 73 is supported by the raised surface 96a from the bottom surface portion 91 to above the opposing surface portion 94 of the second support member 90.

[0065] Next, the front corner support portion 71 is arranged. The front corner support portion 71 is positioned at the corner formed by the front wall portion 62 and the left and right wall portions 63 by being inscribed in the front wall portion 62 and the left and right wall portions 63 of the bottom body 60. The opposing surface portion 94 of the second support member 90 enters the notch portion 71c of the front corner support portion 71 (see Fig. 7).

[0066] Next, the rear corner support portion 72 is disposed. At this time, it is desirable to also dispose the first support member 80. That is, the first support member 80 is disposed on the bottom body 60 in a state where the bottom positioning portion 86 enters and is positioned in the positioning recess 72d of the left and right corner support portions 72, and the upper protruding portion 87 enters the notch portion 72c of the corner support portion 72. Thereby, the corner support portion 72 is positioned at the corner formed by the rear wall portion 62 and the left and right wall portions 63 by being inscribed in the rear wall portion 62 and the left and right wall portions 63.

[0067] Thereby, the first support member 80 can be positioned at a predetermined position of the bottom body 60. Further, the first support member 80 can be disposed at a predetermined position of the bottom body 60 while preventing misassembly of the first support member 80. In the present embodiment, the multi-wound portion 82 is disposed so as to overlap on the vertical line L0 passing through the control board 42 (see FIGS. 3 and 13). When the rear corner support portion 72 is disposed, the second support member 90 abuts on the front surface (vertical surface) of the rear corner support portion 72 and is held in contact with the rear surface (vertical surface) of the front corner support portion 72. That is, the second support member 90 has a rear surface (vertical surface) along the vertical direction formed by the rear end of the wound portion 95 abutting on the front surface (vertical surface) of the rear corner support portion 72. Further, the second support member 90 has a front surface (vertical surface) along the vertical direction formed by the front end of the wound portion 95 abutting on the rear surface (vertical surface) of the front corner support portion 71. In this way, the packing bottom body 51 can be assembled.

[0068] [1-2. Operation] Regarding the washing machine 10 of the packaging body 100 configured as described above, its operation will be described below.

[0069] In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the washing machine 10 is packaged by the packaging device 50 to form a packaging body 100. The packaging body 100 is, for example, stacked and stored.

[0070] FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the positional relationship between the packaging bottom body 51 of the package 100 and the base frame 12 of the washing machine 10 in the first embodiment. FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XIII-XIII of FIG. 12. FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XIV-XIV of FIG. 12. In this embodiment, for the washing machine 10 of the package 100, the four corner legs 13 are supported by the leg receiving portions 71a and 72a. Further, the base frame 12 is supported by the base frame support portions 71b and 72b of the corner support portions 71 and 72, the opposing surface portion 84 of the first support member 80, and the opposing surface portion 94 of the second support member 90. That is, the rear portion 12b of the base frame 12 abuts against the opposing surface portion 84 of the first support member 80 (see FIG. 13). Further, the left portion 12c and the right portion 12d of the base frame 12 abut against the opposing surface portion 94 of the second support member 90 (see FIG. 14). At this time, the corner support portions 71 and 72 are in a state of being pressed against the bottom body 60 by the load of the washing machine 10 by the legs 13. Therefore, the first support member 80 and the second support member 90 that abut against the corner support portions 71 and 72 are difficult to move in the horizontal direction.

[0071] Furthermore, for the washing machine 10, the outer tub 21 is supported by the water tank support member 73 via the packaging fitting 29 at the bottom. That is, as shown in FIG. 14, the extending portion 29b of the packaging fitting 29 is accommodated in the recess 73a of the left water tank support member 73. The extending portion 29c of the packaging fitting 29 is accommodated in the recess 73a of the right water tank support member 73. The left and right water tank support members 73 are in a state of being mounted in the mounting holes 94a. At this time, the water tank support member 73 is held in a state where at least one of the front portion and the rear portion is in surface contact with the raised surface 96a.

[0072] Generally, in a washing machine in which the outer tub 21 is suspended, that is, a so-called vertical washing machine 10, the outer tub 21 and the inner tub 23 are cylindrical, and it is easy to have a uniform load around the washing and dewatering shaft 27 during rotation. On the other hand, due to the weight of the control board 42 and the drain duct, etc., a bias in the load distribution is likely to occur on the outer peripheral side of the outer tub 21 and the inner tub 23.

[0073] Since the rear side of the washing machine 10 in this embodiment is heavier, in the base frame 12 of the washing machine 10, the rear portion 12b is a location where the load distribution is large. That is, in this embodiment, the load acting on the rear portion 12b of the base frame 12 is likely to be larger than that acting on the front portion 12a, the left portion 12c, and the right portion 12d. On the other hand, the loads acting on the front portion 12a, the left portion 12c, and the right portion 12d are substantially uniform and smaller than that on the rear portion 12b.

[0074] In contrast, in this embodiment, the left portion 12c and the right portion 12d of the base frame 12 are supported by the second support member 90 having the winding portion 95. The rear portion 12b of the base frame 12 is supported by the first support member 80 having the multi-winding portion 82. The multi-winding portion 82 has a multi-layer structure, and the opposing surface portion 84 is difficult to deform, making it easier to appropriately receive the load of the base frame 12. By supporting the rear portion 12b, which is a location with a large load distribution, with the multi-winding portion 82, the posture of the washing machine 10 supported by the packing bottom body 51 is less likely to tilt backward. Therefore, in the packing body 100, the washing machine 10 is packed in a state where it is easily maintained in a predetermined posture.

[0075] Also, in the packing body 100, the washing machine 10 is in a state where it is difficult to tilt, and the upper surface of the packing body 100 is also easily maintained in a horizontal state, making it easier to stack the packing bodies 100. The multi-winding portion 82 also makes it easier to appropriately receive the load accumulated when the packing bodies 100 are stacked. Therefore, it is easier to secure the storage space for the packing body 100. Also, the workability during storage of the packing body 100 and the workability during transportation of the packing body 100 are likely to be improved.

[0076] Further, the package 100 is transported, for example, in an upright state. Therefore, during transportation, vibrations and the like act on the washing machine 10 of the package 100, and a force that attempts to move horizontally acts on the outer tub 21. In contrast, the washing machine 10 of the present embodiment is packaged by the packaging device 50, and the packaging fitting 29 is supported by the water tub support member 73. Therefore, the outer tub 21 is suppressed from swaying back and forth, left and right with respect to the housing 11. Further, since the packaging fitting 29 is supported by a pair of left and right water tub support members 73 separated in the left - right direction, and the water tub support member 73 abuts against the lifting surfaces 96a provided in a pair on the left and right, the outer tub 21 and the packaging fitting 29 are also suppressed from rotating.

[0077] As described above, in the packaging bottom body 51 of the packaging device 50 of the present embodiment, the sizes of the corner support portions 71, 72 and the water tub support member 73 made of styrofoam can be easily minimized by the first support member 80 and the second support member 90 made of cardboard, and the amount of styrofoam used can be easily reduced.

[0078] [1 - 3. Effects, etc.] As described above, in the present embodiment, the packaging device 50 is a packaging device 50 that packages the washing machine 10 including the housing 11, the outer tub 21 elastically supported by the housing 11, and the base frame 12 provided at the lower part of the housing 11. The packaging device 50 includes a second support member 90 made of cardboard that supports the bottom of the washing machine 10 and a water tub support member 73 that supports the outer tub 21. The second support member 90 includes a bottom surface portion 91, an opposing surface portion 94 disposed opposite to the bottom surface portion 91, and vertical wall surface portions 92, 93 and a winding portion 95 that hold the bottom surface portion 91 and the opposing surface portion 94 at a predetermined interval. An attachment hole 94a through which the water tub support member 73 is mounted in an upward - penetrating state is formed in the opposing surface portion 94. A raised portion 96 that is raised from the bottom surface portion 91 toward the attachment hole 94a is formed in the bottom surface portion 91. The raised portion 96 abuts against the water tub support member 73 while abutting against the inner edge of the attachment hole 94a. According to this configuration, when the water tank support member 73 is mounted and positioned in the mounting hole 94a of the second support member 90, the raised portion 96 contacts the water tank support member 73 in a state of contacting the inner edge of the mounting hole 94a. For this reason, the water tank support member 73 is supported laterally with a length greater than the distance between the bottom surface portion 91 and the opposing surface portion 94, and movement of the water tank support member 73 can be suppressed. Therefore, by suppressing displacement of the water tank support member 73 that supports the outer tank 21 of the washing machine 10 with cardboard, it is possible to provide a packing device 50 that can suppress damage due to interference between the housing 11 and the outer tank 21 during transportation.

[0079] As in the present embodiment, the bottom surface portion 91, the curled portion 95, and the opposing surface portion 94 may be formed of a single piece of cardboard. According to this configuration, since the bottom surface portion 91, the curled portion 95, and the opposing surface portion 94 have an integrated structure, displacement between the bottom surface portion 91 and the opposing surface portion 94 is suppressed, and the raised portion 96 of the bottom surface portion 91 can be accurately raised toward the mounting hole 94a of the opposing surface portion 94.

[0080] Also, as in the present embodiment, the raised portion 96 may penetrate the mounting hole 94a and protrude above the opposing surface portion 94. According to this configuration, while being supported by the inner edge of the mounting hole 94a, the raised portion 96 protrudes upward, so that the water tank support member 73 can be supported laterally with a longer length. For this reason, since the stress acting on the water tank support member 73 from the second support member 90 can be dispersed, deformation of the water tank support member 73 can be suppressed.

[0081] Also, as in the present embodiment, the water tank support member 73 supports the packing fitting 29 attached to the lower portion of the outer tank 21, the raised portion 96 has a pair of raised surfaces 96a raised to face each other, and the pair of raised surfaces 96a may be provided in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the packing fitting 29. According to this configuration, the side surface of the water tank support member 73 is supported by the inner edge of the mounting hole 94a of the second support member 90 and the raised surface 96a, so that it is easy to limit the horizontal movement of the water tank support member 73 accompanying the movement of the outer tank 21.

[0082] Also, as in this embodiment, the water tank support member 73 includes a left water tank support member 73 that supports the left end in the longitudinal direction of the packing fixture 29 and a right water tank support member 73 that supports the right end in the longitudinal direction of the packing fixture 29. The mounting hole 94a has a left mounting hole 94a on which the left water tank support member 73 is mounted and a right mounting hole 94a that is formed separately from the left mounting hole 94a and on which the right water tank support member 73 is mounted. The raised portion 96 may be provided according to each of the left mounting hole 94a and the right mounting hole 94a. According to this configuration, since the water tank support member 73 has a shape separated in the longitudinal direction of the packing fixture 29, it is easy to appropriately receive the force acting on the end of the packing fixture 29, and it is easy to limit the rotational movement of the water tank support member 73 accompanying the movement of the outer tank 21.

[0083] Also, as in this embodiment, the spacing holding portion includes a wound portion 95 formed by winding cardboard, and the base frame 12 may be placed above the wound portion 95. According to this configuration, even when the base frame 12 is placed on the second support member 90 and the load of the washing machine 10 is applied to the cardboard, the wound portion 95 can easily receive the load of the washing machine 10, so that the second support member 90 is difficult to be crushed.

[0084] Also, as in this embodiment, it includes a rectangular container-shaped bottom body 60 and corner support portions 71, 72 arranged to be inscribed in the corners of the bottom body 60. The legs 13 of the washing machine 10 are placed on the corner support portions 71, 72, and the vertical surface of the bottom support member 90 and the vertical surfaces of the corner support portions 71, 72 may be in contact. According to this configuration, the vertical surface of the second support member 90 abuts against the vertical surfaces of the corner support portions 71, 72 in a state where the load of the washing machine 10 is applied and pressed against the bottom body 60, so that it is easy to suppress the horizontal movement of the second support member 90.

[0085] (Other embodiments) As described above, as an example disclosed in the present application, Embodiment 1 has been described. However, the technology in the present disclosure is not limited to this, and it can also be applied to embodiments with changes, replacements, additions, omissions, etc. In addition, it is also possible to combine the components described in Embodiment 1 above to form a new embodiment. Therefore, other embodiments will be exemplified below.

[0086] In Embodiment 1, a configuration in which the first support member 80 is arranged rearward has been described, but a configuration in which the first support member 80 is arranged forward may also be used. That is, for example, when the operation panel 41 and the control board 42 are arranged on the front side and a large load acts on the front side, a configuration in which the first support member 80 having the multi-wound portion 82 is arranged on the front side of the bottom surface portion 61 of the bottom body 60 may also be used.

[0087] In Embodiment 1, the control board 42 has been exemplified as an example of an electrical component that is likely to have weight, and a configuration in which the multi-wound portion 82 is arranged on the vertical line L0 passing through the control board 42 has been described. However, the position where the multi-wound portion 82 is arranged is not limited to the position of the vertical line L0 passing through the control board 42. For example, when an electrical component heavier than the control board 42 is provided, the multi-wound portion 82 may be arranged on the vertical line passing through the electrical component. The electrical component is, for example, a liquid agent automatic injection device that automatically injects a liquid agent stored inside.

[0088] In Embodiment 1, it is desirable that the first support member 80 is composed of a single cardboard in terms of the number of parts and ensuring the positional relationship between the bottom surface portion 81, the multi-wound portion 82, and the opposing surface portion 84, but it may also be composed of a plurality of cardboards. For example, the bottom surface portion 81, the multi-wound portion 82, and the opposing surface portion 84 may each be composed of different cardboards.

[0089] In Embodiment 1, it is desirable that the second support member 90 be composed of a single cardboard in terms of the number of parts and in terms of ensuring the positional relationship among the bottom surface portion 91, the curled portion 95, and the opposing surface portion 94. However, it may be composed of a plurality of cardboards. For example, the bottom surface portion 91, the curled portion 95, and the opposing surface portion 94 may be composed of different cardboards respectively.

[0090] In Embodiment 1, it is desirable that a pair of raised portions 96 be provided on the left and right of the second support member 90. However, only one raised portion 96 may be provided. Also, three or more raised portions 96 may be provided in the left-right direction.

[0091] In Embodiment 1, it is desirable that the raised surface 96a of the raised portion 96 of the second support member 90 penetrate upward through the mounting hole 94a and protrude above the opposing surface portion 94. However, it is not limited thereto and may not protrude upward. That is, the tip of the raised surface 96a may be formed to abut against the inner peripheral edge of the mounting hole 94a.

[0092] Note that the above-described embodiments are for exemplifying the technology in the present disclosure. Therefore, various changes, replacements, additions, omissions, etc. can be made within the scope of the claims or the equivalent scope thereof.

[0093] (Supplementary Note) With the description of the above embodiments, the following technology is disclosed.

[0094] (Technology 1) A packing device for packing a washing machine including a housing and a water tank elastically supported by the housing, the packing device including a bottom support member composed of cardboard for supporting the bottom of the washing machine and a water tank support member for supporting the water tank, the bottom support member including a bottom surface portion, an opposing surface portion disposed to face the bottom surface portion, and a spacing holding portion for holding the bottom surface portion and the opposing surface portion at a predetermined interval, an opening being formed in the opposing surface portion for mounting the water tank support member in a state of penetrating upward, a raised portion being formed in the bottom surface portion that is raised from the bottom surface portion toward the opening, and the raised portion abutting against the water tank support member in a state of abutting against the inner edge of the opening. According to this, when the water tank support member is mounted and positioned in the opening of the bottom support member made of cardboard, the raised portion raised from the bottom surface abuts against the water tank support member in a state of abutting against the inner edge of the opening. Therefore, the water tank support member is supported laterally with a length greater than the distance between the bottom surface and the opposing surface, and movement of the water tank support member can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to provide a packaging device that can suppress displacement of the water tank support member that supports the water tank of the washing machine by cardboard. Therefore, it is possible to provide a packaging device that can suppress damage due to interference between the housing and the water tank during transportation.

[0095] (Technology 2) The packaging device according to Technology 1, wherein the bottom surface portion, the distance holding portion, and the opposing surface portion are formed of a single piece of cardboard. According to this, since the bottom surface portion, the distance holding portion, and the opposing surface portion have an integrated structure, displacement between the bottom surface portion and the opposing surface portion is suppressed, and the raised portion of the bottom surface portion can be accurately raised toward the opening of the opposing surface portion.

[0096] (Technology 3) The packaging device according to Technology 1 or 2, wherein the raised portion protrudes above the opposing surface portion through the opening. According to this, while being supported by the inner edge of the opening, since the raised portion protrudes upward, the water tank support member can be supported laterally with a longer length. For this reason, since the stress acting on the water tank support member from the bottom support member can be dispersed, deformation of the water tank support member can be suppressed.

[0097] (Technology 4) The packaging device according to any one of Technologies 1 to 3, wherein the water tank support member supports a packaging fitting attached to the lower portion of the water tank, the raised portion has a pair of raised surfaces raised to face each other, and the pair of raised surfaces are provided in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the packaging fitting. According to this, the side surface of the water tank support member is supported by the inner edge of the opening of the bottom support member and the raised surface, so that horizontal movement of the water tank support portion accompanying movement of the water tank can be easily restricted.

[0098] (Technique 5) The water tank support member includes a first water tank support member that supports one longitudinal end of the packing fitting, and a second water tank support member that supports the other longitudinal end of the packing fitting. The opening has a first opening where the first water tank support member is mounted, and a second opening that is formed separately from the first opening and where the second water tank support member is mounted. The lifting part is the packing device according to Technique 4 provided according to each of the first opening and the second opening. According to this, since the water tank support member is separated in the longitudinal direction of the packing fitting, it is easy to appropriately receive the force acting on the end of the packing fitting, and it is easy to limit the movement in the rotational direction of the water tank support part accompanying the movement of the water tank.

[0099] (Technique 6) The spacing holding part includes a wound part formed by winding cardboard, and the table frame is placed above the wound part. The packing device according to any one of Techniques 1 to 5. According to this, even when the table frame is placed on the bottom support member and the load of the washing machine is applied to the cardboard, it is easy to receive the load of the washing machine with the wound part, so it is difficult to crush the bottom support member.

[0100] (Technique 7) It includes a rectangular container-shaped bottom body and a corner support part arranged to be inscribed in the corner part of the bottom body. The legs of the washing machine are placed on the corner support part, and the vertical surface of the bottom support member and the vertical surface of the corner support part are in contact. The packing device according to any one of Techniques 1 to 6. According to this, the vertical surface of the bottom support member can easily suppress the horizontal movement of the bottom support member by contacting the vertical surface of the corner support part in a state where the load of the washing machine is applied and pressed against the bottom body.

Industrial Applicability

[0101] The present disclosure provides a packing device that can suppress displacement of a water tank support member that supports a water tank of a washing machine with cardboard. Therefore, the present disclosure is useful for storing and transporting washing machines.
