Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] However, in the conventional lures as described in Patent Document 1, those in which functional parts can be detachably attached to the body as needed have a complicated attachment / detachment structure, such as a wire shape, etc., and many of them impair the design property. Therefore, there is room for improvement in this regard. In addition, many use a line eye for the attachment / detachment structure, and there is a risk that it becomes difficult to tie the line or the line may be damaged due to the attachment of the functional part.
[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and its object is to provide a lure that can easily attach and detach functional parts to and from the body with a simple attachment / detachment structure, can maintain the line, and can suppress a decrease in design property.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] (1)Aspect 1 of the lure according to the present invention is a lure provided with a functional component detachable from the body, the body being disposed inside through an opening provided on the surface of the body and having a recess wider than the opening width of the opening, the functional component being provided with an engaging portion that can be elastically deformed and can engage with the recess, and the engaging portion being characterized in that it passes through the opening by elastic deformation and engages with the recess.
[0007] According to Aspect 1 of the lure according to the present invention, by a simple structure such as elastically deforming the engaging portion, the engaging portion is detachably engaged with the recess through the opening, so that the functional component can be easily attached to and detached from the body as needed. Further, in the present invention, since the engaging portion of the functional member can be formed into a simple structure capable of elastic deformation, a decrease in the design property as a lure can be suppressed. Further, in the present invention, since it has a detachable structure in which the functional component is engaged with a recess provided at a position different from the line eye, when the line is connected to the line eye, the line does not interfere with the functional component attached to the body, and damage to the line can be prevented.
[0008] (2)Aspect 2 of the present invention is the lure of Aspect 1, wherein the functional component is provided with a linear member having a bent portion at least partially, the engaging portion is provided with a protruding portion protruding in a direction away from the bent portion, and the protruding portion is preferably locked to a stepped surface formed between the engaging portion and the opening of the recess in a state where the engaging portion is engaged with the recess.
[0009] In this case, when attaching and detaching the functional component to and from the recess, the protruding portion can be passed through the opening by elastically deforming the bent linear members in a direction approaching each other. The engaging portion in this case has a simple configuration in which only a bent portion and a protruding portion are provided on the linear member.
[0010] (3)Aspect 3 of the present invention is the lure of Aspect 2, wherein the protruding portion is preferably an externally fitted member fitted outside the linear member.
[0011] In this case, a protruding portion can be formed by a simple structure in which an externally fitted member having a larger diameter than the linear member is fitted to the linear member. In this case, by engaging the externally fitted member with the stepped surface between the opening and the recess, the functional component can be attached to the body in a non-detachable state.
[0012] (4)Aspect 4 of the present invention is characterized in that, in the lure of Aspect 2, the functional component is a snag prevention wire, and the recess is provided on the lower surface of the body.
[0013] In this case, a snag prevention wire having an engaging portion with a simple structure can be attached to the lower surface of the body, and the snag prevention wire can be provided at a suitable position to effectively prevent the lure from snagging.
[0014] (5)Aspect 5 of the present invention is characterized in that, in the lure of Aspect 1, the opening is a slit extending in one direction.
[0015] In this case, since the deformation direction due to the elastic deformation of the engaging portion can be made in one direction, the engaging portion can have a simple configuration.
Advantages of the Invention
[0016] According to the lure according to the present invention, the functional component can be easily attached to and detached from the body with a simple attachment and detachment structure, the line can be maintained, and a decrease in design quality can be suppressed.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of the lure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, the scale of each component may be appropriately changed as necessary to make each component visible.
[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, the lure 1 of the embodiment is used for fishing, is formed of hard plastic, and is an example of a joint-type lure imitating the form of a small fish.
[0020] Here, in the lure 1, the direction in which the head and the tail are connected in a straight line is defined as the front-rear direction X1, the head side is defined as the front, the front side, and the tail side is defined as the rear, the rear side. Also, when viewed from above, the lateral direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction X1 is defined as the left-right direction X2, and the vertical direction when the lure 1 is swimming is defined as the vertical direction X3 and will be described below.
[0021] The lure 1 is formed in a streamlined shape imitating a fish, and the peripheral portions of a pair of split bodies 10 are joined together by adhesion or welding or the like to be integrally formed. The body 10 is divided into two parts in the front-rear direction X1 into a head body 10A having a head and a tail body 10B having a tail in order from the front to the rear, and the bodies 10A and 10B are provided so as to be swingable in the left-right direction X2. Each of the bodies 10A and 10B forms a hollow portion. Note that the number of divisions of the lure 1 in the front-rear direction X1 is not limited to two divisions as in this embodiment, and can be appropriately changed according to the environment of use, the type of fishing, etc., such as a lure formed integrally or a lure formed in three divisions.
[0022] In FIG. 1, the left side of the drawing is the head side, and the right side of the drawing is the tail side. The lure 1 has a shape in which the cross-section is the largest at the central portion in the front-rear direction X1 (the connecting portion between the head body 10A and the tail body 10B). That is, the lure 1 is thick from the front end portion 10a toward the central portion and tapers from the central portion toward the rear end portion 10b, and the whole forms a smooth curve.
[0023] The head body 10A is formed in a shape simulating approximately the first half of a fish. A line eye 31 is provided at the front end portion 10a of the head body 10A. The line eye 31 protrudes forward from the front end portion 10a of the head body 10A. A first hook eye 32 for connecting a fishing hook 35 for hooking a fish is provided on the lower surface 10c of the head body 10A so as to protrude downward. Note that the configurations such as the positions and quantities of the line eye 31 and the first hook eye 32 can be appropriately changed according to the environment of use and the like. Similarly, the second hook eye 33 described later can also be changed.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, the head body 10A is swingably connected to the tail body 10B in the left-right direction X2 via a connecting portion 40. The head body 10A includes a pair of connecting members 41 that are swingably connected to the tail body 10B.
[0025] The pair of connecting members 41 are arranged at intervals above and below each other with the approximate center in the up-down direction X3 of the lure 1 interposed therebetween. The connecting members 41 are provided so as to be swingable with respect to each of the head body 10A and the tail body 10B. Note that although a pair of upper and lower connecting members 41 are provided, the quantity is not particularly limited. For example, there may be one connecting member 41, or three or more connecting members 41 may be arranged side by side in the vertical direction X3.
[0026] The connecting member 41 swingably supports the tail body 10B so that it can be folded to both left and right sides with respect to the head body 10A. The connecting member 41 is made of, for example, stainless steel (SUS). The connecting member 41 is a long plate-shaped member and is rotatably supported by swing shafts (not shown) that penetrate in the thickness direction at both ends in the longitudinal direction and are provided on the front and rear bodies 10A and 10B. That is, the connecting member 41 is arranged with its longitudinal direction facing the front-rear direction X1 and its surface direction facing the plane direction orthogonal to the vertical direction X3.
[0027] The tail body 10B is formed in a shape simulating the approximate rear half of a fish. On the lower surface 10c of the tail body 10B, a second hook eye 33 for connecting a fishing hook 35 for hooking a fish is provided in a state of protruding downward.
[0028] The tail body 10B is swingably connected in the left-right direction X2 to the head body 10A via a connecting portion 40. The tail body 10B is supported by the above-described pair of upper and lower connecting members 41 that swingably connect to the head body 10A. That is, the connecting member 41 is commonly used for the head body 10A and the tail body 10B.
[0029] Also, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, a detachable anti-snagging wire 50 (functional component) is provided on the front lower surface 10d of the front end portion 10a side of the head body 10A. An opening 11 that opens downward is provided on the surface of the front lower surface 10d of the head body 10A. The opening 11 has a slit shape extending in the left-right direction X2. The opening 11 is arranged at the head of the lure 1 at a position in front of the first hook eye 32. Thereby, the anti-snagging wire 50 can be arranged in front of the first hook eye 32, and the snagging of the fishing hook 35 (see FIG. 1) can be effectively suppressed.
[0030] As shown in Fig. 5, inside the opening 11, there is a recess 13 that communicates with the opening 11 and is wider in the width direction (lateral direction X2) than the opening width (width in the lateral direction X2) of the opening 11. The recess 13 has a size that can accommodate an outer fitting member 52 (described later) in a state where the anti-entangling wire 50 is not elastically deformed. In the recess 13, a step surface 13a is formed where the outer fitting member 52 (described later) engages with the opening 11.
[0031] At the central portions in the longitudinal direction of both left and right edges of the opening 11, there are locking grooves 12 that extend outward in the lateral direction X2. The width (length in the front-rear direction X1) of the locking groove 12 is approximately the same as the diameter dimension of a wire 51 (described later) of the anti-entangling wire 50, and is narrower than the length of the opening 11 in the front-rear direction X1. The opening 11 and the pair of locking grooves 12 have a predetermined length from the surface of the front part 10d of the lower surface of the head body 10A to the recess 13. Note that the shapes and sizes of the opening 11, the locking grooves 12, and the recess 13 can be appropriately changed according to the shape of the anti-entangling wire 50.
[0032] As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the anti-entangling wire 50 includes a wire 51 (linear member) having a bent portion 53 bent in a U shape at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction, and an outer fitting member 52 (engaging portion, protruding portion) that fits over the bent portion 53 of the wire 51 and can engage with the recess 13.
[0033] For the wire 51, a metal wire such as a piano wire is employed, for example. The wire 51 has a pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B that extend on both sides sandwiching the bent portion 53. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the bent portion 53 is deformed so that its width (width in the left - right direction X2) becomes narrower due to the elastic deformation of the wire 51. The reference sign P shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 indicates the deformation direction of the wire 51. The width dimension (width in the left - right direction X2) of the bent portion 53 is set such that the outer - fitting member 52 attached to the bent portion 53 can pass through the opening 11 in a state where the wire 51 is elastically deformed, and the outer - fitting member 52 cannot pass through the opening 11 in a state where the anti - snagging wire 50 is not elastically deformed. The bent portion 53 has a shape and size that can be accommodated in the opening 11 and the concave portion 13 in a state where the anti - snagging wire 50 is attached to the head body 10A, and is set not to be exposed outside the head body 10A. That is, for the anti - snagging wire 50, only the pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B are designed to extend from the front lower surface 10d of the head body 10A in a highly decorative configuration.
[0034] The wire 51 has bent portions 51a and 51b between the bent portion 53 and the pair of left - and - right wire bodies 54A and 54B with the bent portion 53 facing upward. That is, the bent portions 51a and 51b are formed in pairs on both sides with the bent portion 53 in between.
[0035] The pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B extend linearly obliquely downward from the bent portions 51a and 51b respectively. Specifically, the pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B are arranged so that the distance between them gradually increases as they extend downward from the bent portions 51a and 51b. That is, the pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B are formed in an inverted V - shape. And the wire 51 is elastically deformable in the direction in which the pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B approach each other with the apex 53a of the bent portion 53 as the reference point. As shown in FIG. 1, the pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B that spread downward in this way can contact the underwater obstacles before the fishing hook 35, and it is possible to prevent the fishing hook 35 from contacting and getting caught on the obstacles. Also, it is possible to prevent the body 10 of the lure 1 from contacting and getting caught on the obstacles.
[0036] As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the outer fitting member 52 is tubular and is fitted outside the bent portion 53 of the wire 51. The inner diameter of the outer fitting member 52 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the wire 51. The outer fitting member 52 has a protruding end portion 52a that protrudes in a direction in which the wire bodies 54A and 54B are separated from each other when fitted to the bent portion 53. The outer fitting member 52 can enter the recess 13 through the opening 11 due to the elastic deformation of the wire 51. In a state where the outer fitting member 52 is housed in the recess 13, the protruding end portion 52a of the outer fitting member 52 engages with the stepped surface 13a, and the left and right wire bodies 54A and 54B are locked in the locking groove 12. Thus, as shown in FIG. 8, the anti-hooking wire 50 is detachably fixed to the head body 10A by the engagement of the outer fitting member 52 with the recess 13. And by engaging the protruding end portion 52a of the outer fitting member 52 with the stepped surface 13a of the recess 13, the anti-hooking wire 50 can be prevented from coming out of the recess 13.
[0037] The outer fitting member 52 is preferably a member having elasticity (flexibility), for example. Since the outer fitting member 52 has elasticity (flexibility), the gap with the opening 11 and the recess 13 can be eliminated, and the generation of rattling can be suppressed.
[0038] In addition, when removing the anti-hooking wire 50 from the head body 10A, such as when replacing the anti-hooking wire 50, as shown in FIG. 7, the wire 51 is elastically deformed in a direction in which the pair of wire bodies 54A and 54B approach each other, and the outer fitting member 52 is passed through the opening 11, so that it can be taken out to the outside of the head body 10A.
[0039] Next, the operation of the lure 1 configured as described above will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. In the lure 1 according to the present embodiment, an anti-hooking wire 50 that is detachable from the head body 10A is provided. The head body 10A is disposed inside the head body 10A from an opening 11 provided on the surface of the head body 10A, and has a recess 13 that is wider than the opening width of the opening 11. The anti-hooking wire 50 includes an outer fitting member 52 that is elastically deformable and engageable with the recess 13. The outer fitting member 52 engages with the recess 13 through the opening 11 by elastic deformation.
[0040] In this embodiment, by means of a simple structure such as elastically deforming the externally fitted member 52, the externally fitted member 52 is detachably engaged with the concave portion 13 through the opening portion 11, so that the anti-snagging wire 50 can be easily attached to and detached from the head body 10A as needed. Further, in this embodiment, since the externally fitted member 52 of the anti-snagging wire 50 can have a simple structure that can be elastically deformed, a decrease in the design property as the lure 1 can be suppressed.
[0041] Further, in this embodiment, since it is a detachable structure in which the anti-snagging wire 50 is engaged with the concave portion 13 provided at a position different from the line eye 31, when the line is connected to the line eye 31, the line does not interfere with the anti-snagging wire 50 attached to the body 10, and it is possible to prevent the line from being damaged.
[0042] Further, in this embodiment, the anti-snagging wire 50 includes a wire 51 having a bent portion 53 at least partially. The externally fitted member 52 includes an externally fitted member 52 that protrudes in a direction away from the bent portion 53. The externally fitted member 52 is locked to a stepped surface 13a formed between the externally fitted member 52 and the opening portion 11 of the concave portion 13 in a state of being engaged with the concave portion 13. By configuring in this way, when attaching and detaching the anti-snagging wire 50 to and from the concave portion 13, the externally fitted member 52 can be passed through the opening portion 11 by elastically deforming the bent wires 51 in a direction approaching each other. In this case, the engaging portion has a simple configuration in which only the bent portion 53 and the externally fitted member 52 are provided on the wire 51.
[0043] Further, in this embodiment, the externally fitted member 52 is an externally fitted member 52 that is fitted on the outside of the wire 51. By configuring in this way, a protruding portion can be formed by a simple structure in which the externally fitted member 52 having a larger diameter than the wire 51 is fitted on the wire 51. In this case, by engaging the externally fitted member 52 with the stepped surface 13a between the opening portion 11 and the concave portion 13, the anti-snagging wire 50 can be attached to the head body 10A in a non-detachable state.
[0044] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the functional component is the snag prevention wire 50. The concave portion 13 is provided on the lower surface 10c of the head body 10A. By configuring in this way, the snag prevention wire 50 having the outer fitting member 52 with a simple structure can be attached to the lower surface 10c of the head body 10A, and the snag prevention wire 50 can be provided at a suitable position to effectively prevent the snag of the lure 1.
[0045] Also, in this embodiment, the opening 11 is a slit extending in one direction. Thereby, since the deformation direction due to the elastic deformation of the outer fitting member 52 can be made in one direction, the outer fitting member 52 can be configured simply.
[0046] In the lure 1 according to this embodiment configured as described above, the snag prevention wire 50 (functional component) can be easily attached to and detached from the head body 10A with a simple attachment / detachment structure, the line can be maintained, and a decrease in design quality can be suppressed.
[0047] Although the embodiments of the lure according to the present invention have been described above, these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The embodiments can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the gist of the invention. The embodiments and their modifications include, for example, those that can be easily assumed by those skilled in the art, those that are substantially the same, and those within the equivalent range.
[0048] For example, in the above embodiment, the snag prevention wire 50 is adopted as the functional component, but it is not limited thereto. For example, as other examples of the functional component, a weight, a light emitter, a blade, etc. can be adopted. Therefore, it is not limited to the snag prevention wire 50 including the wire 51, the outer fitting member 52, and the bent portion 53 as in this embodiment.
[0049] Also, in this embodiment, the anti-entanglement wire 50 is configured to be attached to the front portion 10d of the lower surface of the head body 10A, but the attachment position is not limited to this position. That is, it is not limited to being the head body 10A, and in short, any body 10 is sufficient.
