[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4623416 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 63-27538 [Patent Document 3] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 63-86289 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in the case of the conventional structure described above, the infrared unit is placed above the snow melting area, and the position of the infrared unit is fixed, so large heavy machinery is required when performing maintenance and inspection of the infrared unit in an upper position, and if the snow melting area is a highway, parking lot, park, etc., safety in working at height is required. Furthermore, because the position of the infrared unit is fixed, the area where snow can be melted is necessarily limited to specific locations, so it is necessary to increase the number of infrared units installed, and large heavy machinery is required when performing maintenance and inspection of the infrared units, which can reduce work safety.Furthermore, there are disadvantages such as the complexity of the structure of the entire device and the reduced cost of maintenance and inspection work. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The present invention aims to solve these inconveniences, and among the present inventions, the invention described in claim 1 is an infrared snow melting device comprising an infrared unit that is installed at the outside of a roadway on a highway, etc., or in a parking lot, park, etc., and that can melt snow accumulated on the snow melting area of the roadway, parking lot, park, etc. by irradiating infrared rays, and an equipment body that holds the infrared unit, wherein the equipment body comprises a horizontal rod member that can hold the infrared unit, a vertical rod member that can position the infrared unit of the horizontal rod member at a position above the snow melting area, and an installation member that can install the vertical rod member at the outside of the roadway, parking lot, park, etc., and the equipment body is equipped with a vertical movement mechanism that moves the horizontal rod member up and down relative to the installation member, and a horizontal rotation mechanism that rotates the vertical rod member horizontally relative to the installation member.

[0006] The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the infrared unit comprises a rod-shaped infrared heater capable of irradiating the infrared rays onto the snow melting area, and a case body in which the infrared heater can be installed, the case body being formed in a rectangular frame shape and the infrared heater being installed and extending in the longitudinal direction of the case body. The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the case body of the infrared unit has an open space through which infrared rays can pass, and the internal space of the case body is divided into multiple partition spaces in the longitudinal direction, and multiple partition reflectors are provided that can reflect the infrared rays toward the open spaces. The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that the infrared unit is provided with an oscillation position adjustment mechanism that can adjust the oscillation position up and down around the longitudinal axis of the case body as the oscillation axis. The invention described in claim 5 is characterized in that the infrared unit is provided with an alternating up and down swing mechanism that can swing up and down alternately left and right around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case body as a fulcrum axis.

[0007] Furthermore, the invention described in claim 6 is characterized in that a plurality of the infrared units are provided on the horizontal rod member, and the invention described in claim 7 is characterized in that a plurality of device bodies holding the infrared units are installed at positions outside the roadway of the expressway, etc., or in parking lots, parks, etc. [Effects of the Invention]

[0008] As described above, in the invention of claim 1, the device body is installed at an outer position of a roadway such as a highway, or in a parking lot, park, or the like, and melts accumulated snow by irradiating infrared rays from an infrared unit onto a snow-melting area on the roadway, parking lot, park road surface, or the like, and the device body comprises a horizontal rod member capable of holding the infrared unit, a vertical rod member capable of arranging the infrared unit of the horizontal rod member above the snow-melting area, and an installation member capable of installing the vertical rod member at an outer position of the roadway, parking lot, park, or the like, and the device body is provided with a mechanism for moving the horizontal rod member up and down relative to the installation member. Since the device is provided with a downward movement mechanism, the horizontal rod member can be moved up and down relative to the installation member by the vertical movement mechanism, and the horizontal rod member can be moved up and down depending on the installation location such as the roadway, parking lot, or park road surface, and the conditions of the snow melting area, etc., thereby increasing the flexibility of use, and the irradiation height from the infrared unit to the snow melting area can be changed, thereby increasing the snow melting efficiency. Furthermore, since the device body is provided with a horizontal rotation mechanism that moves the vertical rod member horizontally relative to the installation member, for example, when the device body of the infrared snow melting device is installed in a position outside the roadway of a highway, etc. In this case, the vertical rod member is rotated horizontally relative to the installation member by the horizontal rotation mechanism, and the infrared unit is rotated horizontally by approximately 90 degrees from an upper position on the roadway to an outer position on the roadway, thereby melting accumulated snow at the outer position on the roadway. After the horizontal rotation, the vertical movement mechanism moves the horizontal rod member up and down relative to the installation member, making it easy to perform maintenance and inspection work on the infrared unit. Also, for example, when the device body is installed in a central reservation strip at the outer position on the roadway of an expressway or the like, the horizontal rotation mechanism rotates the vertical rod member horizontally relative to the installation member, and the infrared By rotating the infrared unit horizontally by approximately 180 degrees from a position above the roadway of one lane to a position above the roadway of the other lane as the opposite lane, it is possible to melt snow on the roadway of the other lane as the opposite lane.Furthermore, for example, when the device body is installed in a parking lot, park, etc., the snow melting area can be expanded by rotating the vertical rod member horizontally relative to the installation member using the horizontal rotation mechanism, or by moving the horizontal rod member up and down relative to the installation member using the up and down movement mechanism, thereby improving snow melting efficiency and increasing the flexibility of snow melting work.Large heavy machinery is no longer necessary, which improves work safety and also simplifies the overall structure of the equipment and improves economic efficiency, including maintenance and inspection work.

[0009] In the invention of claim 2, the infrared unit comprises a rod-shaped infrared heater capable of irradiating the infrared rays to the snow melting area, and a case body capable of housing the infrared heater, the case body being formed in a rectangular frame shape, and the infrared heater extending in the longitudinal direction of the case body and housed inside. Therefore, when the infrared snow melting device is installed outside the roadway of a highway or the like, in a parking lot, park, etc., the infrared unit can be placed along the path of the roadway or sidewalk, allowing for efficient snow melting on the roadway or sidewalk. In addition, in the invention of claim 3, an open space through which infrared rays can pass is formed in the case body of the infrared unit, and the internal space of the case body is divided into a plurality of partition spaces in the longitudinal direction. Since the case is provided with a plurality of partition reflectors that can form a partition and reflect infrared rays toward the opening space, the infrared rays from the infrared heater are radiated toward the snow melting area through the opening space and the plurality of partition spaces that divide the internal space into a plurality of sections.Even if cold wind tries to blow into the case body through the opening space, the opening space is formed into a plurality of partition spaces, so the blowing in of the cold wind is suppressed, and it is possible to prevent the cold wind from being blown onto the surface of the infrared heater located at the back of the case body or from escaping warm air near the infrared heater. This suppresses a drop in the surface temperature of the infrared heater of the infrared unit, thereby improving snow melting efficiency.

[0010] In addition, in the invention described in claim 4, a swing position adjustment mechanism is provided that allows the infrared unit to be adjusted in swing position up and down around the longitudinal axis of the case body as the swing axis, thereby increasing the flexibility of the infrared radiation position on the snow melting area and improving snow melting efficiency. In addition, in the invention described in claim 5, an alternating up and down swing mechanism is provided that allows the infrared unit to be alternately swung up and down left and right around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case body as the fulcrum axis, thereby increasing the flexibility of the infrared radiation range on the snow melting area and improving snow melting efficiency.

[0011] In addition, in the invention described in claim 6, a plurality of the infrared units are provided on the horizontal rod member, so that infrared rays can be irradiated from the plurality of infrared units onto the snow melting area to melt the snow, thereby improving snow melting performance. In addition, in the invention described in claim 7, a plurality of device bodies holding the infrared units are installed on the outside of the roadway of the expressway, etc., or in parking lots, parks, etc., so that infrared rays can be irradiated from the plurality of infrared units onto the snow melting area to melt the snow, thereby improving snow melting performance. [0017] In this case, as shown in Figures 9, 10, 11 and 12, the infrared unit 1 is attached to the horizontal rod member 3 by an attachment mechanism E so that its position can be adjusted freely, and further provided is a swing position adjustment mechanism K which can adjust the swing position of the infrared unit 1 up and down around the longitudinal axis of the case body 1b as the swing axis O1, and an alternating up and down swing mechanism Y which can swing the infrared unit 1 up and down alternately left and right around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case body 1b as the fulcrum axis O2.

[0018] In this case, in the mounting mechanism E, the swing position adjustment mechanism K, and the alternating up and down swing mechanism Y, as shown in Figures 9, 10, 11, and 12, the square tubular horizontal rod member 3 is clamped between mounting pieces 3a and a mounting frame 3b, the mounting frame 3b is connected to the mounting pieces 3a with mounting bolts 3c, the mounting pieces 3a are fixed to the horizontal rod member 3 with fixing bolts 3d so that their positions can be adjusted freely, a rotating shaft 1i having a rotation axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case body 1b is rotatably installed laterally on the mounting frame 3b, and the rotating shaft 1i is swung forward and backward by a predetermined swing angle θ by the mounting frame 3b. A swing motor YM is attached, a support frame 1j is attached to the rotating shaft 1i, a connecting frame 1k is attached to the upper surface of the case body 1b, the connecting frame 1k and the support frame 1j are supported by a swing shaft 1l, and a fixing mechanism 1m with a nut structure is provided at both ends of the swing shaft 1l, so that the infrared unit 1 can be swung up and down KS around the axis of the swing shaft 1l as the swing axis O1, making it possible to adjust the swing position, and the rotation axis of the rotating shaft 1i as the fulcrum axis O2 as the infrared unit 1 can be swung up and down alternately left and right YS.

[0019] Since the first embodiment has the above-described configuration, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, the device body 2 of the infrared snow melting device M is installed at an outer position of a roadway R of a highway or the like, or in a parking lot, park, or the like, and the accumulated snow S is melted by irradiating infrared rays L from the infrared unit 1 onto a snow melting area W on the roadway R, the road surface of the parking lot, park, or the like. The device body 2 includes horizontal rod members 3 capable of holding the infrared unit 1, vertical rod members 4 capable of arranging the infrared unit 1 of the horizontal rod members 3 above the snow melting area W, and installation members 5 capable of installing the vertical rod members 4 at an outer position of the roadway R, or in a parking lot, park, or the like. The device body 2 is provided with a vertical movement mechanism D for moving the horizontal rod members 3 up and down relative to the installation member 5, so that the horizontal rod members 3 can be moved up and down relative to the installation member 5 by the vertical movement mechanism D, and the horizontal rod members 3 can be moved up and down depending on the installation location such as the roadway R, parking lot, or park road surface, and the conditions of the snow melting area W, thereby increasing the flexibility of use, making it possible to change the irradiation height from the infrared unit 1 to the snow melting area W, and improving snow melting efficiency. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when the device body 2 of the infrared snow melting device M is installed at an outer position of a roadway R such as an expressway, the horizontal turning mechanism T causes the vertical rod member 4 to perform a horizontal turning operation TR relative to the installation member 5, and the infrared unit 1 performs a horizontal turning operation TR of approximately 90 degrees from an upper position of the roadway R to an outer position of the roadway R, thereby melting accumulated snow S at the outer position of the roadway R as the snow melting area W. After the horizontal turning operation TR, the vertical movement mechanism D causes the horizontal rod member 3 to perform a vertical movement DU relative to the installation member 5, Maintenance and inspection work of the device 1 can be easily performed, and for example, although not shown, when the device body 2 is installed in a central reservation strip at the outer position of the roadway R of a highway or the like, the horizontal rotation mechanism T performs a horizontal rotation operation TR of the vertical rod member 4 relative to the installation member 5, and the infrared unit 1 is rotated horizontally by approximately 180 degrees from a position above the roadway R of one lane to a position above the roadway R of the other lane as the opposite lane, thereby melting the accumulated snow S on the roadway R of the other lane as the opposite lane, and for example, although not shown, when the device body 2 is installed in a parking lot, park, etc.,By using the horizontal rotation mechanism T to rotate the vertical rod member 4 horizontally relative to the installation member 5 (TR), or by using the vertical movement mechanism D to move the horizontal rod member 3 up and down relative to the installation member 5 (DU), the snow melting area can be expanded, snow melting efficiency can be improved, the versatility of snow melting work can be increased, large heavy machinery is not required when maintaining and inspecting the infrared unit 1, work safety can be improved, and further, the structure of the entire device can be simplified and the cost efficiency can be improved, including maintenance and inspection work.

[0020] 1, the infrared unit 1 comprises a rod-shaped infrared heater 1a capable of irradiating the snow-melting area W with the infrared rays L, and a case body 1b in which the infrared heater 1a can be housed, the case body 1b being formed in a rectangular frame shape, and the infrared heater 1a being housed and extending in the longitudinal direction of the case body 1b. Therefore, when the device body 2 of the infrared snow melting device M is installed at a position outside the roadway R of a highway or the like, in a parking lot, park, or the like, the infrared unit 1 can be placed along the path of the roadway R or the sidewalk, and snow can be efficiently melted on the roadway R or the sidewalk. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 9, 11, and 12, an opening space 1c through which the infrared rays L can pass is formed in the case body 1b of the infrared unit 1, and the internal space 1d of the case body 1b is divided into a plurality of partition spaces 1e in the longitudinal direction. Since the infrared heater 1a is provided with a plurality of partition reflectors 1f·· that can reflect infrared rays L toward the opening space 1c, the infrared rays L from the infrared heater 1a are radiated toward the snow melting area W through the plurality of partition spaces 1e·· that divide the internal space 1d into a plurality of sections and the opening space 1c, and even if cold wind tries to blow into the case body 1b through the opening space 1c, the opening space 1c is formed with a plurality of partition spaces 1e··, so the blowing in of the cold wind is suppressed, and it is possible to prevent the cold wind from being blown onto the surface of the infrared heater 1a located at the back of the case body 1b and to prevent the warm air near the infrared heater 1a from escaping to the outside, thereby suppressing a drop in the surface temperature of the infrared heater 1a of the infrared unit 1 and improving snow melting efficiency. In this case, as shown in Figure 9, the multiple partition reflectors 1f... are inclined at a predetermined angle relative to the longitudinal direction of the infrared heater 1a, so that the infrared rays L from the infrared heater 1a can be irradiated over a wide area, thereby expanding the irradiation area and improving the snow melting efficiency.

[0021] In this case, as shown in Figures 9, 10, 11 and 12, an oscillation position adjustment mechanism K is provided that can adjust the oscillation position of the infrared unit 1 up and down around the oscillation axis O1, which is the longitudinal axis of the case body 1b. This increases the flexibility of the irradiation position of the infrared rays L relative to the snow melting area W, thereby improving the snow melting efficiency. In this case, as shown in Figures 9, 10, 11 and 12, an alternating up and down oscillation mechanism Y is provided that can swing the infrared unit 1 up and down alternately YS left and right around an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the case body 1b, which is the fulcrum axis O2. This increases the flexibility of the irradiation range of the infrared rays L relative to the snow melting area W, thereby improving the snow melting efficiency.

[0022] The second embodiment of FIG. 13 shows a different structure, in which a plurality of infrared units 1 (two in this case) are provided on the horizontal rod member 3.

[0023] In this second embodiment, multiple infrared units 1, in this case two, are attached to the horizontal rod member 3 using an attachment mechanism E, so that infrared rays L can be irradiated from the multiple infrared units 1 to the snow melting area W to melt the snow, thereby improving snow melting performance.

[0024] The third embodiment example in Figure 14 shows a different structure, in which multiple device bodies 2 holding the infrared units 1 are installed, in this case three, at positions outside the roadway R of the expressway, etc., or in parking lots, parks, etc.

[0025] In this third embodiment, a plurality of device bodies 2 holding the infrared units 1, in this case three, are installed at positions outside the roadway R of the expressway, etc., or in parking lots, parks, etc., so that infrared rays L can be irradiated from the plurality of infrared units 1 to the snow-melting area W to melt the snow, thereby improving snow-melting performance.

[0026] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and the structures of the infrared ray L, vertical movement mechanism D, horizontal rotation mechanism T, oscillation position adjustment mechanism K, alternating vertical swing mechanism Y, infrared unit 1, infrared heater 1a, case body 1b, opening space 1c, internal space 1d, partition space 1e··, partition reflector 1f··, device body 2, horizontal rod member 3, vertical rod member 4, and installation member 5 may be modified and designed as appropriate.

[0027] As described above, the intended purpose can be fully achieved. [Explanation of symbols]
