DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] An embodiment of a vehicle 1 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, the engine compartment side of an instrument panel 3 of the vehicle 1 is referred to as the front side, the interior side of the instrument panel 3 as the rear side, the left side, which is one end in the vehicle width direction when the instrument panel 3 is viewed from the interior side of the vehicle, as the one end side or left side, and the right side, which is the other end in the vehicle width direction, as the other end side or right side. In the drawings, arrow Fr indicates the front in the vehicle longitudinal direction, arrow L indicates the left side when an occupant looks forward, and arrow U indicates the upper side of the vehicle. Furthermore, the outer side in the vehicle width direction or the outer side in the vehicle width direction refers to the outer side of the vehicle interior, and the inner side in the vehicle width direction or the inner side in the vehicle width direction refers to the inner side of the vehicle interior.
[0012] First, a front portion of one end in the vehicle width direction on the interior side of the front structure of a vehicle 1 according to this embodiment will be described using Fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a front portion of one end in the vehicle width direction on the interior side of the front structure of a vehicle 1 according to this embodiment. The front structure of a vehicle 1 according to this embodiment is a vehicle in which a speaker is provided at one end in the vehicle width direction of an instrument panel 3 that is located at the front of the vehicle interior and extends in the vehicle width direction.
[0013] As shown in FIG. 1 , the front structure of a vehicle 1 according to this embodiment includes an instrument panel 3 extending in the vehicle width direction and a front pillar trim 4 disposed at one end of the instrument panel 3 in the vehicle width direction and extending in the vertical direction. The instrument panel 3 includes an upper panel 6 forming a top surface 5 of the instrument panel 3 and a lower panel 7 disposed rearward of the upper panel 6. One end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction is fixed to a dash side panel (not shown) (hereinafter simply referred to as the dash side panel) disposed at one end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction and fixed to the vehicle body. A front portion of the upper panel 6 is fixed to a cowl upper panel (not shown) (hereinafter simply referred to as the cowl upper panel) fixed to the vehicle body. The dash side panel and the cowl upper panel fixed to the vehicle body are made of metal and have higher rigidity than the upper panel 6 made of resin.
[0014] A storage section 12 for attaching a speaker (not shown) is provided at one end of the upper panel 6, and a cover member 30 is arranged in a top opening 15 (described later) formed above the storage section 12. The front pillar trim 4 covers a front pillar (not shown) extending in the vertical direction, and is arranged outward in the vehicle width direction from the cover member 30 and attached to one end of the upper panel 6. The cover member 30 covers the top opening 15 by being attached to the storage section 12. The storage section 12 for attaching a speaker (not shown) is a speaker attachment section of the present invention. Furthermore, the cover member 30 arranged in the top opening 15 (described later) formed above the storage section 12 is a cover member arranged above the speaker attachment section of the present invention.
[0015] Next, the storage section 12 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the storage section 12 provided in the upper panel 6, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing one end side of the storage section 12 provided in the upper panel 6. Note that for ease of understanding, FIGS. 2 and 3 show a state in which the speaker and cover member 30 stored in the storage section 12 have been removed. Also, FIG. 2 shows a state in which the front pillar trim 4 has been removed. The storage section 12 is formed in a concave shape on the top surface 5 of the upper panel 6. In a plan view, the storage section 12 is approximately rectangular and has a peripheral wall portion 13 and a bottom wall portion 14. A step portion 18 extending in the front-rear direction is provided at one end of the storage section 12 in the vehicle width direction, and one end of the peripheral wall portion 13 is open and formed in an inverted C shape in a plan view. The bottom wall portion 14 is formed in an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view. The speaker is attached to the bottom wall portion 14. A generally rectangular top opening 15 is formed on the upper side of the storage section 12, and a generally circular bottom opening 16 is formed in the bottom wall section 14, penetrating the bottom wall section 14. As shown in Fig. 1, a cover member 30 is provided on the top opening 15 to cover the top opening 15. A plurality of through holes 32 are formed in the cover member 30 in a mesh pattern.
[0016] The bottom wall 14 is provided with two fixed seating surfaces 17 for fixing speakers. The two fixed seating surfaces 17 are arranged so as to be positioned opposite each other across the bottom opening 16. The step portion 18 has an end-side peripheral wall portion 19 that rises upward from the bottom wall 14 and extends in the front-rear direction, and an end-side bottom wall portion 20 that extends in the front-rear direction from the upper end of the end-side peripheral wall portion 19 toward the outside in the vehicle width direction. That is, the step portion 18 is formed by the end-side peripheral wall portion 19 and the end-side bottom wall portion 20. The upper surface of the end-side bottom wall portion 20 is located between the upper surface of the bottom wall 14 and the top surface 5 of the upper panel 6 in the vertical direction. That is, the upper surface of the end-side bottom wall portion 20 is located higher than the upper surface of the bottom wall 14 and lower than the top surface 5 of the upper panel 6 in the vertical direction.
[0017] Two first engagement holes 21 are formed in the step portion 18 at a predetermined distance in the front-rear direction. A first engagement claw 36 provided on the cover member 30, which will be described later, engages with the first engagement holes 21. The first engagement holes 21 are formed from one end of the bottom wall portion 14 to the end-side bottom wall portion 20.
[0018] Furthermore, the step portion 18 is provided with three support walls 24 extending in the front-rear direction at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction. Of the three support walls 24, the support wall 24 located on the front side is disposed between the front peripheral wall portion 13 and the first engagement hole 21 located on the front side. Of the three support walls 24, the support wall 24 located on the rear side is disposed between the rear peripheral wall portion 13 and the first engagement hole 21 located on the rear side. Of the three support walls 24, the support wall 24 located between the support wall 24 located on the front side and the support wall 24 located on the rear side is disposed between adjacent first engagement holes 21. The support wall 24 extends upward from the end-side bottom wall portion 20, and the vehicle width direction inner surface of the support wall 24 forms the same plane as the vehicle width direction inner surface of the end-side peripheral wall portion 19. The outer surface of the support wall 24 in the vehicle width direction slopes inward in the vehicle width direction as it moves upward from the end side bottom wall portion 20, and the support wall 24 is formed so that its thickness in the vehicle width direction increases as it moves from the upper end toward the end side bottom wall portion 20.
[0019] Three third engagement holes 23 are provided at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction in the end-side bottom wall portion 20. Insertion portions 4d provided on the front pillar trim 4, which will be described later, are inserted into the third engagement holes 23. The third engagement holes 23 are arranged so that at least a portion of each third engagement hole 23 overlaps with the support wall 24 in the front-rear direction.
[0020] Next, the cover member 30 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. FIG. 4 is a bottom view showing the back side of the cover member 30. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the back side of one end of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the back side of the front end of the cover member 30 in the front-to-rear direction. FIG. 7 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view in the vehicle width direction showing one end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction, showing the portion of a first engagement claw 36 (described later) with the front pillar trim 4 removed. In FIG. 4, the right side of the paper surface is the one end in the vehicle width direction, and the top side of the paper surface is the front side in the front-to-rear direction. The cover member 30 is a member used to cover the top opening 15 formed on the upper side of the storage section 12. Therefore, the outer shape of the cover member 30 is the same as the approximately rectangular top opening 15, and is formed in an approximately rectangular shape. As shown in FIG. 4, a grill portion 31 formed in a mesh pattern with a plurality of through holes 32 is provided in the center of the cover member 30. The sound generated by the speaker attached to the storage section 12 is transmitted to the inside of the vehicle cabin through the grill section 31.
[0021] Next, one end side of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction will be described with reference to Figures 4 and 7. An outer inclined wall portion 35 extends in the front-rear direction at the outer end portion 33 of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction, inclining downward and outward in the vehicle width direction. A plurality of first engagement claws 36 extending downward are provided at the lower end of the outer inclined wall portion 35. In this embodiment, there are two first engagement claws 36, which are arranged at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction. Each of the first engagement claws 36 engages with a corresponding one of the first engagement holes 21 formed in the upper panel 6.
[0022] The lower end of the first engagement claw 36 has a first tapered portion 37 that slopes outward in the vehicle width direction as it extends upward from the lower end, and a second tapered portion 38 that slopes upward from the upper end of the first tapered portion 37 toward the inside of the cover member 30, which is the other end side in the vehicle width direction. The cover member 30 is attached to the storage section 12 by inserting the first engagement claw 36 into the first engagement hole 21. When the first engagement claw 36 is inserted into the first engagement hole 21, the first tapered portion 37 first abuts against one end side edge of the first engagement hole in the vehicle width direction, causing the first engagement claw 36 to elastically deform toward the inside of the cover member 30. When the insertion of the first engagement claw 36 progresses and the cover member 30 reaches a predetermined position in the up-down direction, the elastic force of the first engagement claw 36 causes the second tapered portion 38 to abut against one end side edge of the first engagement hole in the vehicle width direction, and the cover member 30 is attached to the storage section 12.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 5 , recesses 40 are formed in a concave shape on the surface (outer surface) of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at one end in the vehicle width direction, at the lower part of the outer inclined wall portion 35 (the upper part of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in FIG. 5 ), on both sides of the first engagement claw 36 in the front-rear direction. A first buffer member 45, which will be described later, is provided in the recesses 40. A pair of protruding portions 41 formed in a convex shape is provided on the lower part of the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the first engagement claw 36 is provided. That is, the pair of protruding portions 41 is provided at the connection portion of the outer inclined wall portion 35 between the first engagement claw 36 and the outer inclined wall portion 35. This increases the rigidity of the base side of the first engagement claw 36, thereby increasing the force with which the second tapered portion 38 abuts against the one end side edge of the first engagement hole in the vehicle width direction, thereby suppressing the generation of rattle noise. As shown in FIG. 6, a reinforcing rib 42 extending in the up-down direction is provided on the surface (inner surface) of the other end side in the vehicle width direction of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the recess 40 is provided.
[0024] Next, a description will be given of the outer peripheral end 47 of the cover member 30 excluding the outer end 33. As shown in FIG. 4 , the outer peripheral end 47 excluding the outer end 33 (hereinafter referred to as the three-side end) has a front end 48 at the front in the vehicle longitudinal direction, an inner end 49 at the other end in the vehicle width direction, and a rear end 50 at the rear in the vehicle longitudinal direction. A back surface of the cover member 30 is provided with a plurality of vertical wall portions 51 extending downward from the back surface of the cover member 30. The vertical wall portions 51 are arranged along edge portions 52 of the three-side end portions 48, 49, and 50 and at predetermined intervals in the direction of the edge portions 52. The vertical wall portions 51 are also arranged offset toward the interior of the cover member 30 from the edge portions 52 of the cover member 30. That is, the vertical wall portions 51 are arranged along the edge portions 52 of the three-side end portions 48, 49, and 50 of the cover member 30, but are not flush with the edge portions 52 and are offset toward the interior of the cover member 30 from the edge portions 52. A plurality of second buffer members 54 are provided on each of the plurality of vertical wall portions 51, covering the plurality of vertical wall portions 51, respectively.
[0025] On the back surface of the cover member 30, a plurality of vertical wall portions 51 are provided along the edges of the three side ends 48, 49, and 50 and at predetermined intervals in the direction of the edges, and are arranged offset inward relative to the edges 52, so that the vertical wall portions 51 are difficult to see from inside the vehicle cabin when the cover member 30 is attached to the storage section 12. In addition, a plurality of second buffer members 54 are provided to cover the vertical wall portions 51, respectively, thereby suppressing the generation of rattle noise.
[0026] Next, the front pillar trim 4 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9. FIG. 8 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view in the vehicle width direction showing the interface between the front pillar trim 4 and one end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction, and shows the recess 40 provided in the outer inclined wall portion 35. FIG. 9 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view in the vehicle width direction showing the interface between the front pillar trim 4 and one end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction, and is a longitudinal cross-sectional view for explaining features of the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment. Arrow A indicated by a dashed line indicates the removal direction of the cover member 30 when removing the cover member 30 from the storage portion 12, and arrow B indicated by a dashed line indicates the removal direction of the front pillar trim 4 when removing the front pillar trim 4 from the upper panel 6. The front pillar trim 4 covers a front pillar (not shown) extending in the vertical direction, and is disposed outward in the vehicle width direction from the cover member 30 and attached to one end of the upper panel 6.
[0027] The front pillar trim 4 has a front pillar trim main body 4a extending in the vertical direction and a lower leg 4b connected to the lower end of the front pillar trim main body 4a. The front pillar trim main body 4a and the lower leg 4b are connected so that the connection between the front pillar trim main body 4a and the lower leg 4b protrudes inward in the vehicle width direction. When the front pillar trim 4 is attached to one end of the upper panel 6, the lower leg 4b is provided adjacent to the outer surface of the outer inclined wall 35 in the vehicle width direction so as to follow the outer surface. Furthermore, when the front pillar trim 4 is attached to one end of the upper panel 6, the connection between the lower leg 4b and the front pillar trim main body 4a is located below the upper surface of the cover member 30. A folded portion 4c is provided at the lower end of the lower leg 4b, which is folded outward in the vehicle width direction, and an insertion portion 4d is provided at the tip of the folded portion 4c, extending downward. The insertion portion 4d is inserted into a third engagement hole 23 provided in the bottom wall portion 20 on the end side.
[0028] Next, with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9 , the connection between the cover member 30 and the front pillar trim 4 at one end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction will be described. When the cover member 30 is attached to the storage compartment 12, the recess 40 provided in the outer inclined wall portion 35 of the cover member 30 is positioned so as to overlap with the position of the support wall 24 provided in the upper panel 6 in the vehicle front-rear direction. As shown in FIG. 8 , a first buffer member 45 is bent into a U-shape and positioned on the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the recess 40 is provided. A portion of the first buffer member 45 bent into a U-shape and covering the inner surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction is positioned between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35. A portion of the first buffer member 45 covering the lower end of the outer inclined wall portion 35 is positioned between the lower end of the outer inclined wall portion 35 and the end-side bottom wall portion 20 of the upper panel 6. A portion of the first buffer member 45 covering the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction is positioned on the outer surface of the recess 40 in the vehicle width direction. That is, the first buffer member 45 covers the vehicle width directional inner surface, lower end, and vehicle width directional outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the recess 40 is provided. The first buffer member 45 is made of elastic felt, and the thickness dimension of the first buffer member 45 is set to be larger than the gap dimension between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35. Therefore, the portion of the first buffer member 45 covering the vehicle width directional inner surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 is disposed between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35, and the cover member 30 including the outer inclined wall portion 35 is biased outward in the vehicle width direction. By biasing the cover member 30 including the outer inclined wall portion 35 outward in the vehicle width direction, the outer inclined wall portion 35 is pressed more strongly against the adjacent lower leg portion 4b along the vehicle width directional outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35, thereby suppressing the generation of rattle noise.
[0029] 6 , a reinforcing rib 42 extending in the up-down direction is provided on the inner surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction at the position where the recess 40 is provided, and the first buffer member 45 is arranged to cover the reinforcing rib 42 on the inner surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction. The first buffer member 45 is arranged to cover the reinforcing rib 42 on the inner surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction, and is arranged at the position where the recess 40 is provided on the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction. This restricts movement of the first buffer member 45 in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle, and also prevents the first buffer member 45 from coming off the outer inclined wall portion 35 when the cover member 30 is removed from the storage portion 12. In addition, since the first buffer member 45 is positioned at a position where the recess 40 is provided on the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction, the first buffer member 45 is less likely to come into contact with the lower leg portion 4b of the front pillar trim 4, making it easier for the outer inclined wall portion 35 and the lower leg portion 4b to come into contact with each other, thereby improving the visibility between the outer inclined wall portion 35 and the lower leg portion 4b.
[0030] With the cover member 30 attached to the storage compartment 12, the protrusion 41 provided on the outer surface of the lower part of the outer inclined wall portion 35 abuts against the lower leg portion 4b of the front pillar trim 4, as shown in Fig. 8. The first buffer member 45, which is disposed between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35, biases the outer inclined wall portion 35 outward in the vehicle width direction, so that the protrusion 41 presses more firmly against the lower leg portion 4b of the front pillar trim 4. This makes it possible to suppress rattle noise.
[0031] Next, with reference to FIG. 9 , features of the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment will be described. An outer inclined wall portion 35 that slopes downward and outward in the vehicle width direction extends in the front-rear direction at the outer end portion 33 of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction. A lower leg portion 4b is provided at the lower portion of the front pillar trim 4, adjacent to the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 so as to follow the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction. Therefore, when removing the cover member 30 from the storage portion 12 (speaker mounting portion), the cover member 30 can be removed in the direction indicated by arrow A, which is the inner side in the vehicle width direction. When removing the front pillar trim 4 from the lower panel 7, the front pillar trim 4 can be removed in the direction indicated by arrow B, which is the inner side in the vehicle width direction. Therefore, when removing the front pillar trim 4, it is not necessary to remove the cover member 30 from the storage portion 12, improving the workability when removing the front pillar trim 4.
[0032] The portion of the first buffer member 45 that covers the vehicle width directional inner surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 is disposed between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35, and biases the cover member 30, including the outer inclined wall portion 35, outward in the vehicle width direction. This increases the pressure of the cover member 30 against the lower leg portion 4b of the front pillar trim 4, improving visibility. In addition, when the front pillar trim 4 is attached to one end of the upper panel 6, the lower end of the front pillar trim main body portion 4a, to which the lower leg portion 4b is connected, is disposed below the upper surface of the cover member 30. This further improves visibility, and the attachment structure between the front pillar trim 4 and the upper panel 6 at the lower part of the front pillar trim 4 is not visible from inside the vehicle cabin.
[0033] Next, with reference to FIGS. 10A and 10B , a first buffer member 45 disposed on an outer inclined wall portion 35 provided on the outer end portion 33 on one end side of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction, and a second buffer member 54 disposed on a plurality of vertical wall portions 51 provided on a portion of the outer peripheral end portion 47 of the cover member 30 excluding the outer end portion 33, will be described. FIG. 10A is a perspective view showing one end side of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction, and FIG. 10B is a perspective view showing the front side of the cover member 30 in the front-rear direction. The first buffer member 45 disposed on the outer inclined wall portion 35 is disposed in a recess 40 provided in the outer inclined wall portion 35. The second buffer member 54 is disposed on the vertical wall portion 51. Both the first buffer member 45 and the second buffer member 54 are formed by being bent into a U-shape. The dimension from the lower end of the outer inclined wall portion 35 to the upper end of the recess 40 at the position where the recess 40 is provided is set to be smaller than the dimension from the lower end of the vertical wall portion 51 to the lower end of a rib provided on the vertical wall portion 51. Therefore, the vertical dimension of the first buffer member 45, which is bent into a U shape, is set to be smaller than the vertical dimension of the second buffer member 54, which is also bent into a U shape. This makes it possible to prevent the first buffer member 45 and the second buffer member 54 from being placed incorrectly in the recess 40 and the vertical wall portion 51 provided in the outer inclined wall portion 35, respectively.
[0034] The front structure of a vehicle 1 according to this embodiment includes an upper panel 6 that forms a top surface of an instrument panel 3 that extends in the vehicle width direction, a storage section 12 (speaker mounting section) that is provided at one end of the upper panel 6 in the vehicle width direction and that is used to mount a speaker, a cover member 30 that is disposed above the storage section 12, and a front pillar trim 4 that is connected to the upper panel 6 on the outer side of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction and that covers the front pillar, and an outer inclined wall section 35 that slopes downward and outward in the vehicle width direction extends in the front-rear direction at the outer end of the cover member 30 in the vehicle width direction, and the outer inclined wall section 35 At the lower end of the front pillar trim 4, a first engagement claw 36 extending downward is provided which engages with a first engagement hole 21 formed in the upper panel, and at the lower part of the front pillar trim 4, a lower leg portion 4b is provided adjacent to the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction so as to follow the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35, a support wall 24 is provided in a portion of the upper panel 6 that is more inward in the vehicle width direction than the outer inclined wall portion 35, and a first buffer member 45 is provided that covers the inner surface and lower end of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction, and the portion of the first buffer member 45 that covers the inner surface is positioned between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35 to urge the outer inclined wall portion 35 outward in the vehicle width direction.
[0035] In conventional vehicle front structures, vibrations due to sound from speakers or vibrations during driving are relatively high frequency, causing the cover member 30 to vibrate up and down, raising concerns about rattle noise due to contact noise with the upper panel 6. Similarly, even if the support wall 24 is present, gaps can occur between the support wall 24 and the outer inclined wall portion 35 due to molding variations and other factors, raising concerns about contact noise (rattle noise). Similarly, there is also concern about rattle noise due to contact noise between the lower leg portion 4b of the front pillar trim 4 adjacent to the outer inclined wall portion 35 and the outer inclined wall portion 35. However, in the front structure of the vehicle 1 of this embodiment, the first buffer member 45 not only absorbs vibrations but also fills gaps and prevents contact between the resin upper panel 6 and the cover member 30, thereby resolving the above concerns. Furthermore, the support wall 24 and the first buffer member 45 increase the pressure of the cover member 30 against the front pillar trim 4, improving visibility. In addition, by biasing the cover member 30 including the outer inclined wall portion 35 outward in the vehicle width direction, the outer inclined wall portion 35 is pressed more strongly against the adjacent lower leg portion 4b along the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction, thereby suppressing the generation of rattle noise.
[0036] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and further modifications and changes are possible based on the technical concept of the present invention.
[0037] In the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment, the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 is provided with a recess 40 formed in a concave shape at the bottom, but the recess 40 is not necessarily an essential component. However, in order to prevent the first buffer member 45 from shifting position, it is desirable to provide the recess 40 formed in a concave shape on the outer surface of the outer inclined wall portion 35 in the vehicle width direction.
[0038] In the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment, the first buffer member 45 covers the inner surface, lower end, and outer surface in the vehicle width direction of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the recess 40 is provided, but this is not necessarily limited to this. As long as the first buffer member 45 covers the inner surface, lower end, and outer surface in the vehicle width direction of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the recess 40 is provided, the first buffer member 45 does not have to cover the outer surface in the vehicle width direction of the outer inclined wall portion 35 at the position where the recess 40 is provided.
[0039] In the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment, a grill portion 31 formed in a mesh pattern with a plurality of through holes 32 is provided on the center side of the cover member 30, but the grill portion 31 provided on the cover member 30 is not necessarily a required component. In some vehicles, a speaker may not be selected as an option, and in that case, a speaker is not provided in the storage section 12, so that a cover member 30 without a grill portion 31 formed in a mesh pattern with a plurality of through holes 32 may be placed above the storage section 12. Even in this case, the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment has the same effect.
[0040] Furthermore, in the vehicle 1 according to this embodiment, the protrusion 41 and the reinforcing rib 42 are provided, but the protrusion 41 and the reinforcing rib 42 are not necessarily essential components. However, it is desirable that the protrusion 41 and the reinforcing rib 42 are provided. [Explanation of symbols]
