Claims
1. An anchor bolt support device that is erected on a foundation surface to support an anchor bolt in a predetermined position, a base portion placed on the foundation surface and including a through hole extending in the vertical direction; a main body portion that is erected on the base portion and supports the anchor bolt at an upper end thereof; a level adjustment unit attached to the base unit, The level adjustment unit an adjustment bolt including a shaft portion inserted into the through hole and a head portion facing upward; and an adjustment fitting including: a flat plate portion disposed below the base portion to support the base portion, the flat plate portion having a threaded hole into which the adjustment bolt is threaded; and a locking portion extending upward from the flat plate portion to lock onto the base portion when the anchor bolt rotates around the shaft portion.
