The disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein the back sheet is folded back along both widthwise edges of the front and rear portions of the absorbent body, and a margin portion is formed widthwise outward of both widthwise edges of the middle portion, in which the non-skin side portion of the back sheet and the folded-back skin side portion are overlapped without the absorbent body in between.

11. 2. The disposable diaper according to claim 1, wherein the outer cover member is formed in a pants shape having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings.
