1. a lower locking plate having a lower insertion hole through which a container having a mouth is inserted; an upper locking plate connected to an end of the lower locking plate, folded squarely relative to the lower locking plate to be positioned closer to the opening than the lower locking plate, and having an upper insertion hole through which the container is inserted; a holder including a gripping plate connected to an end of the upper engaging plate opposite to the lower engaging plate and folded back relative to the upper engaging plate;
