Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, specifically to provide a condensation channel for a drying device and a drying device. [Background technology]
[0002] Drying equipment refers to a machine that can dry clothes using hot air. Drying equipment mainly includes washer-dryers, clothes dryers, and hair dryers.
[0003] Take a washer-dryer for example. It is an intelligent piece of equipment that combines the functions of rinsing, spin-drying and drying simultaneously. It has special advantages such as good cost performance, high space utilization, and the hassle-free combination of washing and drying, and is therefore widely popular among users in the current home appliance market.
[0004] At present, the problem of self-cleaning lint in washing and drying machines remains a major challenge facing the industry. When clothes are constantly rubbing against each other in the inner tube, lint and fuzz are generated, and these lint impurities circulate and flow through the system together with the airflow, causing them to get caught on and adhere to various parts of the drying system or become clogged. If the lint is not cleaned up in a timely manner, it may cause the air duct and fan to become clogged, reducing the cross-sectional area of the airflow, resulting in a decrease in the airflow and affecting the effectiveness of drying clothes.
[0005] In conventional technology, a filter mesh is often installed in the middle of the air circulation duct to block lint generated from clothes during drying. However, the structural area at the position where the filter mesh is installed is limited, so the filter mesh is not very effective at blocking lint.
[0006] Therefore, the field needs new technical solutions to solve the above problems. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0017] In a second aspect, there is further provided a drying facility including a condensation channel as described above.
[0018] When the above-mentioned embodiment is adopted, the condensation channel in the present invention includes two double helix channels arranged in parallel and independent of each other, and a water-blocking structure is installed on the side wall of the double helix channel to disperse the cooling water flow into water droplets, so that the water droplets can wash the side wall of the double helix channel while performing the drying routine, and can also dissolve the lint in the circulating air flow into water droplets; and a first arc-shaped structure, a second arc-shaped structure and a dividing structure are installed on the front wall, and the left and right walls of the double helix channel are both installed in an arc shape, and the gas entering from the air intake is divided into a first airflow and a second airflow by the dividing structure, and the first airflow and the second airflow can rotate and rise. With this installation, the stroke of the first and second air flows in the condensation channel is lengthened, thereby improving the cooling effect. The two rotating and rising air flows will carry the scattered cooling water droplets to form a "whirlwind" of water droplets in the condensation channel. By controlling the amount of cooling water, a vortex of water droplets with a certain liquid level will be formed in the condensation channel. When the airflow passes through here, the lint will dissolve into the water droplets. At the same time, the constantly changing water droplets can be used to wash the bottom of the condensation channel in real time at the air intake where lint is most likely to accumulate, improving the filtering effect of lint.
[0019] In addition, a cleaning nozzle is installed in the condensation channel, and the nozzle is directed toward the inner wall of the condensation channel. With this arrangement, after drying is completed, the cleaning nozzle injects a stream of cleaning water into the condensation channel to achieve the purpose of cleaning and purifying.
[0020] In addition, the number of the jets is multiple and the jets are jetted in different directions, which can improve the cleaning effect on the inner wall of the condensation channel.
[0021] In addition, the water-blocking structure is also installed on the front wall of the double spiral channel, and is triangular in shape, with its center line overlapping with the center line of the dividing structure, allowing the cooling water to be dispersed evenly. This allows the two spiral airflows to rise with almost equal amounts of cooling water droplets, making dehumidification and filtration more uniform, and further improving the filtering effect on lint and the condensation effect on the airflow.
[0022] In addition, the airflow dividing structure is installed symmetrically, and the center line of the airflow dividing structure overlaps with the center line of the air intake, so that the amount of the first airflow and the second airflow are approximately equal, so that the first airflow and the second airflow do not push each other after meeting near the rear wall, but flow parallel to each other toward the front wall under interaction, and then enter the first and second arc-shaped structures installed on the front wall, respectively.
[0023] Furthermore, a first arc-shaped guide structure and a second arc-shaped guide structure are installed on the rear wall so that the first airflow and the second airflow can smoothly flow to the first arc-shaped structure and the second arc-shaped structure, respectively. With this installation, under the guiding action of the first arc-shaped guide structure and the second arc-shaped guide structure, the first airflow and the second airflow can be prevented from directly colliding in the forward direction, and when the first airflow and the second airflow meet, the movement tendency of the first airflow and the movement tendency of the second airflow are both toward the front wall, so that after the first airflow and the second airflow meet, they can interact with each other such that the first airflow moves toward the first arc-shaped structure and the second airflow moves toward the second arc-shaped structure.
[0024] In addition, the drying equipment provided by the present invention in the above-mentioned aspects further adopts the above-mentioned condensation channel, and thus has the technical effects of the above-mentioned condensation channel. Compared with conventional drying equipment, the drying equipment of the present invention can better filter lint and has higher drying efficiency. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0026] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Those skilled in the art should understand that the following embodiments are only used to explain the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention.
[0027] For example, although the embodiments described below are described in conjunction with a washer / dryer, the present invention can still be applied to other drying equipment, such as a clothes dryer, a hair dryer, etc., and such adjustments and modifications to the applicable objects do not depart from the principle and scope of the present invention, and all should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
[0028] It is necessary to explain that in the description of the present invention, terms indicating directions or positional relationships such as "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside" and the like are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are merely for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must necessarily have a specific orientation, be constructed and operate in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as limiting the present invention. Furthermore, the terms "first" and "second" are merely for descriptive purposes, and cannot be understood as indicating or implying relative importance.
[0029] It is to be further explained that in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise clearly specified or limited, the terms "installed", "communicated" and "connected" should be understood in a broad sense, for example, they may be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected. They may be directly connected, indirectly connected via an intermediate medium, or internally connected between two elements. Those skilled in the art may understand the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention based on the specific circumstances.
[0030] Specifically, the washer / dryer of the present invention includes a box body, in which an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, a condensation channel, a fan blower, a heater and an air pipe are arranged, the heater is attached within the air pipe, one end of the air pipe is connected to the outer cylinder and the other end is connected to an air outlet of the fan blower, and the fan blower is attached between the condensation channel and the air pipe.
[0031] When the washer / dryer is performing the drying routine, under the action of the fan blower, air can circulate between the outer tube, the condensation channel and the heater. Under the action of the heater, the dry air is heated to dry hot air and then enters the outer tube and the inner tube along the air pipe, exchanges heat with the wet clothes in the inner tube, removes moisture from the clothes, and forms relatively humid hot air, which then enters the condensation channel. Through the condensation action of the condensation channel, the moisture in the relatively humid hot air is condensed into water, the condensed air becomes relatively dry cold air, then enters the air pipe, passes through the heater to be heated to dry hot air and enters the next cycle, and so on until the drying routine is completed.
[0032] It is necessary to clarify that in practical application, an independent condenser is provided, and a condensation channel is formed in the condenser, and the condenser may be attached to the rear wall of the outer cylinder, or a housing and the rear wall of the outer cylinder may jointly surround and form the condensation channel. Such adjustments and modifications to the specific formation form of the condensation channel do not deviate from the principle and scope of the present invention, and all should be limited to the protection scope of the present invention.
[0033] The following takes an independent condenser in which a condensation channel is formed as an example to introduce the technical solution of the present invention.
[0034] First, referring to Figs. 1 and 2, Fig. 1 is a structural schematic diagram (1) of a washer / dryer of the present invention, and Fig. 2 is a structural schematic diagram (2) of a washer / dryer of the present invention.
[0035] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the washer / dryer of the present invention includes a box body, in which are arranged an inner cylinder 4, an outer cylinder 5, a condenser, a fan blower 6, a heater (not shown) and an air pipe 7, the heater is attached inside the air pipe 7, one end of the air pipe 7 is connected to the outer cylinder 5 and the other end is connected to an air outlet of the fan blower 6, the fan blower 6 is attached between the condenser and the air pipe 7, and a condensation channel is formed inside the condenser.
[0036] 1 and 2, and then referring to FIGS. 3 to 5, the condenser of the present invention includes a main body 1 and a cooling water pipe 2, an exhaust port 18 is provided at the top of the main body 1, the exhaust port 18 is connected to an air intake port of a fan blower 6, an air intake port 19 is provided at the bottom of the main body 1, the air intake port 19 is connected to an outer cylinder 5 via a bellows tube 8, a condensation channel is formed inside the main body 1, the top of the condensation channel is connected to the exhaust port 18, the bottom of the condensation channel is connected to the air intake port 19, and the cooling water pipe 2 is connected to the condensation channel.
[0037] When the washer / dryer is executing the drying routine, cooling water is provided to the condensation channel by the cooling water pipe 2, and the wet, hot air discharged from the inner cylinder 4 and the outer cylinder 5 enters the condensation channel through the air intake 19 and exchanges heat with the cooling water in the condensation channel, causing the moisture in the wet, hot air to condense into water, and the condensed air becomes relatively dry, cool air, which is then discharged through the exhaust port 18, and the cooling water and condensed water are discharged through the air intake 19 at the bottom.
[0038] With continued reference to FIGS. 3-5, the condensation channel includes two double helix channels arranged in parallel and independent of each other.
[0039] For example, the two double helical channels are arranged in parallel on the left and right, and the two double helical channels are independent of each other, there are two inlets 19, each connected to the two double helical channels, and the gas enters the two double helical channels from the inlets 19, rotates and rises along the double helical channels, does not interfere with each other, and is finally discharged from the outlet 18. Wherein, only one outlet 18 is installed in the condenser body 1, and the top ends of the two double helical channels are both connected to the outlet 18.
[0040] It is necessary to note that in practical application, an independent exhaust port may be installed for each of the two double helix channels, and such flexible adjustments and modifications do not deviate from the principle and scope of the present invention, and all should be limited to the protection scope of the present invention.
[0041] It should be noted that the structures of the two double helix channels are similar, and the following description will continue to take the double helix channel located on the left side as an example.
[0042] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a water-proof structure 10 is provided on the inner wall of the double helix channel. When the cooling water that flows into the double helix channel reaches the water-proof structure 10, it is dispersed into water droplets. The water droplets can wash the inner wall of the double helix channel while performing a drying routine, and can also dissolve the lint in the circulating airflow into the water droplets. After that, the lint flows out from the air intake 19 together with the condensed water, and is finally discharged from the machine through the drain pipe.
[0043] This installation allows the condenser to not only achieve condensation, but also filter lint, reducing the constant circulation of lint in the dryer system, "purifying" the lint-laden airflow, reducing the phenomenon of lint getting caught and adhering to various components in the dryer module, and alleviating the situation where the dryer air duct becomes clogged with lint.
[0044] It is necessary to explain that in actual application, the waterproof structure 10 may be installed as structures such as waterproof ribs, waterproof blocks, waterproof plates, etc., and any adjustments or changes to the specific structural forms of such waterproof structure 10 do not deviate from the principles and scope of the present invention, and all should be limited to the protection scope of the present invention.
[0045] Continuing to refer to Figures 4 and 5, a first arc-shaped structure 11, a second arc-shaped structure 12, and a diversion structure 13 located between the first arc-shaped structure 11 and the second arc-shaped structure 12 are installed on the front wall of the double spiral channel, the diversion structure 13 is located below the water-proof structure 10, and the left side wall 14 and the right side wall 15 of the double spiral channel are both installed in an arc shape, with both ends of the left side wall 14 smoothly connected to the left ends of the first arc-shaped structure 11 and the rear wall 16, respectively, and both ends of the right side wall 15 smoothly connected to the second arc-shaped structure 12 and the right end of the rear wall 16, respectively.
[0046] Continuing to refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the air inlet 19 is installed on the rear wall 16 of the double helix channel, and the airflow dividing structure 13 faces the air inlet 19. With such an arrangement, the gas entering through the air inlet 19 collides with the airflow dividing structure 13 exactly, and the airflow is divided into two airflows by the airflow dividing structure 13, which are referred to as a first airflow and a second airflow. The first airflow flows approximately tangentially to the first arc-shaped structure 11 and then flows through the first arc-shaped structure 11. The first airflow enters the first arc-shaped structure 11, and under the driving force of the subsequent airflow, the first airflow can rotate counterclockwise and rise along the first arc-shaped structure 11, the left side wall 14, and the left portion of the rear wall 16; and the second airflow enters the second arc-shaped structure 12 approximately along the tangential direction of the second arc-shaped structure 12, and under the driving force of the subsequent airflow, the second airflow can rotate clockwise and rise along the second arc-shaped structure 12, the right side wall 15, and the right portion of the rear wall 16.
[0047] The double helix channel includes two gas channels: a first gas channel consisting of the first arc-shaped structure 11, the left side wall 14 and the left portion of the rear wall 16, and a second gas channel consisting of the second arc-shaped structure 12, the right side wall 15 and the right portion of the rear wall 16. After gas enters the double helix channel from the intake port 19, it is divided into a first air flow and a second air flow by the flow dividing structure 13. It may be understood that the first air flow can rotate and rise along the inner wall of the first gas channel, and the second air flow can rotate and rise along the inner wall of the second gas channel.
[0048] In the condenser of the present invention, a splitting structure 13 is creatively installed on the front wall of the double helix channel. The splitting structure 13 splits the gas entering from the intake port 19 into a first airflow and a second airflow, and the first airflow and the second airflow rotate and rise respectively. By making the first airflow and the second airflow rotate and rise, the stroke of the first airflow and the second airflow in the condensation channel is lengthened, and the cooling effect is improved.
[0049] In addition, the two rotating and ascending air currents will carry the scattered cooling water droplets and form a "whirlwind" of water droplets in the condensation channel. By controlling the amount of cooling water, a vortex of water droplets with a certain liquid level will be formed in the condensation channel. When the air current passes through, the lint will dissolve into the water droplets. At the same time, at the intake port 19 where lint is most likely to accumulate, the constantly changing water droplets will be used to wash the bottom of the condensation channel in real time, improving the filtering effect against lint. After the routine running becomes stable, the amount of cooling water entering and exiting the condensation channel will reach a dynamic balance.
[0050] 6 and 7, the waterproof structure 10 is preferably installed near the top end of the flow dividing structure 13. By installing the waterproof structure 10 near the top end of the flow dividing structure 13, the cooling water can encounter two spiral air currents immediately after being dispersed, which can provide better filtering and condensation effects on lint.
[0051] Furthermore, such an installation allows the water-blocking structure 10 to be separated from the exhaust port 18, preventing water droplets from flying out from the exhaust port 18 to the fan blower, and also prevents water droplets from being carried by the airflow into the inner tube 4, resulting in a decrease in drying efficiency.
[0052] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, it is preferable that the diversion structure 13 includes a first arc-shaped diversion section 131 whose left end is smoothly connected to the first arc-shaped structure 11, and a second arc-shaped diversion section 132 whose left end is smoothly connected to the right end of the first arc-shaped diversion section 131 and whose right end is smoothly connected to the second arc-shaped structure 12.
[0053] The gas entering through the air intake 19 collides with the diversion structure 13 and is divided into a first air flow and a second air flow, with the first air flow flowing along the first arc-shaped diversion section 131 to the first arc-shaped structure 11 and the second air flow flowing along the second arc-shaped diversion section 132 to the second arc-shaped structure 12.
[0054] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, it is preferable that the airflow dividing structure 13 is installed symmetrically, and the center line of the airflow dividing structure 13 overlaps with the center line of the air intake port 19.
[0055] This installation makes the amounts of the first and second air flows approximately equal, so that after the first and second air flows meet at a position close to the rear wall 16, they do not push each other away, but instead flow together in parallel toward the front wall under interaction, and then each enters the first arc-shaped structure 11 and the second arc-shaped structure 12 installed on the front wall.
[0056] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a first arc-shaped guide structure 161 and a second arc-shaped guide structure 162 are installed on the rear wall 16 of the double spiral channel, and it is preferable that under the guiding action of the first arc-shaped guide structure 161, the first air flow can flow smoothly to the first arc-shaped structure 11, and similarly, under the guiding action of the second arc-shaped guide structure 162, the second air flow can flow smoothly to the second arc-shaped structure 12.
[0057] With this installation, under the guiding action of the first arc-shaped guide structure 161 and the second arc-shaped guide structure 162, the first airflow and the second airflow can be prevented from directly colliding in the forward direction. When the first airflow and the second airflow meet, the movement tendency of the first airflow and the movement tendency of the second airflow are both toward the front wall, so that after the first airflow and the second airflow meet, they can interact with each other so that the first airflow moves smoothly toward the first arc-shaped structure 11 and the second airflow moves smoothly toward the second arc-shaped structure 12.
[0058] It is worth mentioning that in order to ensure that the first and second airflows can rotate and rise independently, a partition may be provided in the double helix channel, the front of which is smoothly connected to the first and second arc-shaped structures 11 and 12, respectively, and the rear of which is connected to the left and right parts of the rear wall 16, respectively. By providing the partition, the double helix channel can be divided into two independent chambers, and the first airflow can rotate and rise along the inner wall of the left chamber, and the second airflow can rotate and rise along the inner wall of the right chamber.
[0059] More preferably, the rear wall 16 of the double helix channel is also arcuately configured. Exemplarily, as shown in Fig. 5, the rear wall 16 includes two arcuate portions, the two ends of the left arcuate portion being smoothly connected to the left wall 14 and the first arcuate guide structure 161 respectively, and the two ends of the right arcuate portion being smoothly connected to the right wall 15 and the second arcuate guide structure 162 respectively.
[0060] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, a main water guide tank 171 and a sub-water guide tank 172 are installed on the front wall of the double spiral channel, and it is preferable that the number of sub-water guide tanks 172 is two, the top ends of the two sub-water guide tanks 172 are both connected to the bottom end of the main water guide tank 171, and the bottom ends of the two sub-water guide tanks 172 are respectively connected to two water-proof structures 10 located in the double spiral channel.
[0061] When the washer / dryer is executing the drying routine, cooling water is supplied to the double helix channel by the cooling water pipe 2, and after entering the main water guide tank 171, the cooling water flows downward along the main water guide tank 171 and then flows into the two sub water guide tanks 172 respectively, and thus flows into the two double helix channels. When the cooling water flows to the waterproof structure 10, it is dispersed into water droplets.
[0062] As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the water-shielding structure 10 is also installed on the front wall of the double spiral channel, and is triangular in shape, with its apex aligned with the bottom end of the sub-water guide tank 172 and its center line overlapping with the center line of the diversion structure 13, preferably to ensure that the cooling water is distributed evenly.
[0063] This arrangement allows the two spiral air currents to rise with roughly equal amounts of cooling water droplets, making dehumidification and filtration more uniform, and further improving the filtering effect on lint and the condensation effect on the air current. Of these, it is preferable that the water-blocking structure 10 is a water-blocking protrusion formed on the front wall.
[0064] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the condenser of the present invention further includes a cleaning nozzle installed in the condensation channel, and it is preferable that the nozzle 31 of the cleaning nozzle 3 faces the inner wall of the condensation channel. After drying is completed, the cleaning nozzle 3 injects a stream of cleaning water into the condenser to achieve the purpose of cleaning and purifying.
[0065] More preferably, there are a plurality of jetting ports 31, each of which jets in different directions, as shown in Fig. 8. By providing a plurality of jetting ports 31 each of which jets in different directions, the cleaning effect on the inner wall of the condenser can be improved.
[0066] Up to now, the technical solution of the present invention has been described in conjunction with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but those skilled in the art can easily understand that the protection scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principles of the present invention, those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications or replacements to the relevant technical features, and all such modified or replaced technical solutions are included within the protection scope of the present invention.
