[0016] In some circumstances, in a toilet with a rotatable waste discharge pipe, the drive motor of the waste discharge pipe and the waste discharge pipe are arranged side by side in the front-to-rear direction, and the axis of the output shaft of the drive motor and the rotation axis of the waste discharge pipe are collinear, so that the size of the toilet expands along the front-to-rear direction, the volume of the toilet is large, and the space it occupies is large.
[0017] An embodiment of the present application provides a toilet waste discharge box assembly, in which a waste discharge pipe of the waste discharge box assembly can be rotated within the waste discharge box to switch between an initial state and a waste discharge state, thereby realizing waste discharge of the toilet in the waste discharge state.
[0018] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, a toilet waste discharge box assembly according to an embodiment of the present application comprises a waste discharge box 1, a waste discharge pipe 2 and a drive device 3, the waste discharge box 1 comprises a waste discharge inlet 11 and a waste discharge outlet 12, the waste discharge pipe 2 is installed in the waste discharge box 1, and the inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is connected to the waste discharge inlet 11.
[0019] The drive device 3 comprises a drive element 31 and a transmission mechanism 32, the drive element 31 is connected to the sewage discharge pipe 2 via the transmission mechanism 32 and is configured to drive the sewage discharge pipe 2 to rotate and switch between an initial state and a sewage discharge state, and the axis 311 of the output shaft of the drive element 31 is not collinear with the rotation axis 22 of the sewage discharge pipe 2.
[0020] In the toilet waste discharge box assembly according to the embodiment of the present application, the function of rotating the waste discharge pipe 2 to switch between an initial state and a waste discharge state is realized by the drive device 3. Figures 2 and 3 show structural schematic diagrams of the toilet waste discharge box assembly according to one embodiment of the present application when it is in the initial state and the waste discharge state, respectively, and the direction of the arc-shaped arrow in the figures indicates the rotation direction of the waste discharge pipe 2 when switching between the initial state and the waste discharge state.
[0021] The waste discharge inlet 11 of the waste discharge box 1 is used as an inlet for external wastewater, and the waste discharge outlet 12 of the waste discharge box 1 is used as an outlet for wastewater flowing through the waste discharge box 1. The waste discharge pipe 2 is installed in the waste discharge box 1 and is used to guide the wastewater entering from the waste discharge inlet 11. The inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is connected to the waste discharge inlet 11, so that the wastewater outside the waste discharge box assembly flows into the pipe lumen of the waste discharge pipe 2 via the waste discharge inlet 11 and the inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2, and finally flows out from the waste discharge outlet 12 of the waste discharge box 1.
[0022] The driving device 3 is used to provide power support for the rotation of the sewage discharge pipe 2 to switch between the initial state and the sewage discharge state. The driving device 3 includes a driving element 31 and a transmission mechanism 32, where the driving element 31 provides a driving force for the switching operation of the sewage discharge pipe 2 between the initial state and the sewage discharge state, and the transmission mechanism 32 is used to transmit the driving force provided by the driving element 31 to the sewage discharge pipe 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the driving element 31 is connected to the sewage discharge pipe 2 through the transmission mechanism 32, and the driving force provided by the driving element 31 is transmitted to the sewage discharge pipe 2 through the transmission mechanism 32. The initial position and the operating range of the driving element 31 and the transmission mechanism 32 may be preset, so that the sewage discharge pipe 2 can be driven to rotate within a defined motion range to realize the switching between the initial state and the sewage discharge state of the sewage discharge pipe 2. This allows the drive device 3 to rotate and drive the waste discharge pipe 2 to switch between the initial state shown in FIG. 2 and the waste discharge state shown in FIG.
[0023] 1, the axis 311 of the output shaft of the drive element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are not collinear, but are set to have a certain distance between them. In contrast, when the axis 311 of the output shaft of the drive element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are collinear, the drive element 31 and the waste discharge pipe 2 are arranged side by side along the direction of the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 (e.g., the front-to-rear direction), and as a result, the size of the toilet in the front-to-rear direction is large, and the volume of the toilet and the installation space it occupies are large. By setting the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 to be non-collinear, the driving element 31 and the waste discharge pipe 2 are avoided from being arranged side by side along the direction of the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2, which is beneficial to reduce the size of the waste discharge box assembly in the direction of the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2, thereby shortening the overall size of the waste discharge box assembly in the direction of the rotation axis 22, saving more internal space of the toilet where the waste discharge box assembly is located, meeting other structural design requirements, and beneficial to reduce the overall size of the toilet in the direction of the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2, reducing the volume of the toilet and the installation space it occupies, and expanding the application range of the toilet.
[0024] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, the toilet waste discharge box assembly has a drive unit 24 that cooperates with the transmission of a transmission mechanism 32 installed on the waste discharge pipe 2, the drive unit 24 is installed opposite the waste discharge inlet 11, and the drive element 31 and the waste discharge inlet 11 are respectively located on opposite sides of the waste discharge pipe 2.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 1, a drive unit 24 that cooperates with the transmission of the transmission mechanism 32 is installed in the sewage discharge pipe 2, a mounting cavity 13 is installed in the sewage discharge box 1, the drive unit 24 is rotatably installed in the mounting cavity 13, and a rotary connection part 4 that connects to the drive unit 24 is further installed in the mounting cavity 13, and the transmission mechanism 32 is connected to the drive unit 24 via the rotary connection part 4.
[0026] An installation cavity 13 for mounting and accommodating the driving part 24 and the rotating connection part 4 is provided at the end of the waste discharge box 1 facing the waste discharge inlet 11, so that the driving part 24 and the waste discharge inlet 11 are disposed opposite to each other. As shown in Figs. 4 to 7, the rotating connection part 4 is provided with a protruding rib 41, and the driving part 24 is a groove that engages with the rib 41. The engagement between the rib 41 and the groove realizes the power transmission connection between the rotating connection part 4 and the waste discharge pipe 2, and the rotating connection part 4 is connected to the transmission mechanism 32, so that the driving force of the driving device 3 is transmitted to the waste discharge pipe 2 to drive the smooth and stable reversal movement of the waste discharge pipe 2, so that the switching between the initial state and the waste discharge state of the waste discharge pipe 2 is smoothly realized.
[0027] In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 8, the driving element 31 and the waste discharge inlet 11 are respectively installed on opposite sides of the waste discharge pipe 2, so that the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are not collinear, which is beneficial to reduce the size of the waste discharge box assembly in the direction of the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2.
[0028] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 and 8, a waste discharge inlet 11 is installed on a first side (e.g., the left side in Figures 1 and 8) of the waste discharge box 1, a protruding waste discharge outlet 12 is installed on a second side (e.g., the lower side in Figures 1 and 8) adjacent to the first side of the waste discharge box 1, the driving element 31 is installed outside the waste discharge box 1 and is located on the second side of the waste discharge box 1, and the driving element 31 is located on the side of the waste discharge outlet 12 away from the waste discharge inlet 11, and the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are parallel to each other.
[0029] As shown in Figures 1 and 8, a wastewater discharge inlet 11 is provided on a first side (e.g., the left side in Figures 1 and 8) of the wastewater discharge box 1, and is used as an inlet for wastewater outside the wastewater discharge box assembly. A protruding wastewater discharge outlet 12 is provided on a second side (e.g., the lower side in Figures 1 and 8) adjacent to the first side of the wastewater discharge box 1, and is used as an outlet for wastewater flowing through the wastewater discharge pipe 2. By providing the driving element 31 outside the wastewater discharge box 1, separation of water and electricity is achieved, and the safety of the driving element 31 is improved. The driving element 31 is located on the second side of the waste discharge box 1, and the driving element 31 is located on the side away from the waste discharge inlet 11 of the waste discharge outlet 12, so that the driving element 31 is stored by utilizing the space on the side away from the waste discharge inlet 11 of the protruding waste discharge outlet 12, which is helpful in reducing the volume of the waste discharge box assembly, and in this case, the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are parallel but not collinear.
[0030] In the embodiment of Fig. 1 and Fig. 8, the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 of the waste discharge box assembly and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are arranged parallel to each other, and the parallel arrangement structure is convenient for arranging the transmission mechanism 32 between the driving element 31 and the waste discharge pipe 2, for example, a general-purpose and ordinary transmission mechanism 32, such as a chain, belt, rack, etc., can be arranged between the axis 311 and the rotation axis 22 to transmit the driving force of the driving element 31 to the waste discharge pipe 2. Therefore, with this structure, the design of the transmission mechanism 32 is simple and low cost, and the size occupied by the transmission mechanism 32 in the direction of the rotation axis 22 is relatively small, and the function of rotating and switching the waste discharge pipe 2 is realized while not occupying much space outside the waste discharge box 1. Therefore, the size of the entire waste discharge box assembly in the direction of the rotation axis 22 can be shortened, and more internal space of the toilet where the waste discharge box assembly is located can be saved, and other structural design requirements can be met.
[0031] In some illustrative embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the transmission mechanism 32 includes a driving wheel 321, a driven wheel 322, and a transmission belt 323, the driving wheel 321 is connected to the driving element 31, the driven wheel 322 is connected to the driving unit 24, and the transmission belt 323 is fitted around the outside of the driving wheel 321 and the driven wheel 322.
[0032] In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3, the transmission mechanism 32 includes a driving wheel 321, a driven wheel 322, and a transmission belt 323, and the driving wheel 321 and the driven wheel 322 may be gears, and the transmission belt 323 may be a gear belt. Compared with a normal flat belt pulley transmission mechanism, the transmission using gears and gear belts is more stable and less slippery, and has a smaller transmission contact surface, less relative wear, and a longer life. The transmission mechanism 32 uses a pulley, which is relatively low cost, simple in structure, and relatively easy to install and adjust, and is suitable for the waste discharge reversal switching of some small toilet waste discharge boxes with relatively small transmission force.
[0033] The driving wheel 321 is installed so as to be connected to and fixed to the output shaft of the driving element 31, the driven wheel 322 is installed so as to be connected to the driving unit 24 via the rotating connection part 4, and the transmission belt 323 is installed so as to be fitted to the outside of the driving wheel 321 and the driven wheel 322. As a result, the driving element 31 transmits driving force to the waste discharge pipe 2 via the driving wheel 321, the driven wheel 322, the transmission belt 323, the rotating connection part 4, and the driving unit 24, and drives the waste discharge pipe 2 to switch between the initial state and the waste discharge state (as shown in Figures 2 and 3).
[0034] In some other exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 8 to 10, the transmission mechanism 32 includes a driving gear 324, a driven gear 325, and a rack 326, the driving gear 324 is connected to the driving element 31, the driven gear 325 is connected to the driving unit 24, and both the driving gear 324 and the driven gear 325 mesh with the rack 326 to transmit power.
[0035] In the embodiment shown in Figures 8 to 10, the transmission mechanism 32 includes a driving gear 324, a driven gear 325, and a rack 326, and the rack 326 may be a straight rack of national standard, which is relatively low in price and easy to replace and test. The driving gear 324 is connected to and fixed on the output shaft of the driving element 31, the driven gear 325 is connected to the driving unit 24 via the rotating connection part 4, and the rack 326 is on the same side of the driving gear 324 and the driven gear 325, and is installed to be meshed with the driving gear 324 and the driven gear 325 for transmission. Thus, the driving element 31 transmits the driving force to the sewage discharge pipe 2 via the driving gear 324, the rack 326, the driven gear 325, the rotating connection part 4, and the driving unit 24, and drives the sewage discharge pipe 2 to switch between the initial state and the sewage discharge state (as shown in Figures 9 to 10).
[0036] Further, in some exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 11 to 13, a drive unit 24 that cooperates with the transmission of the transmission mechanism 32 is installed in the sewage discharge pipe 2, the drive unit 24 is installed opposite the sewage discharge inlet 11, and the drive element 31 and the sewage discharge inlet 11 are respectively located on opposite sides of the sewage discharge pipe 2.
[0037] A drive unit 24 cooperating with the transmission of the transmission mechanism 32 is installed on the sewage discharge pipe 2, a mounting cavity 13 is installed in the sewage discharge box 1, the drive unit 24 is rotatably installed in the mounting cavity 13, a rotary connection part 4 connecting with the drive unit 24 is further installed in the mounting cavity 13, and the transmission mechanism 32 is connected to the drive unit 24 through the rotary connection part 4. The mounting cavity 13 may be installed at an end opposite to the sewage discharge inlet 11 of the sewage discharge box 1, and is used for mounting and accommodating the drive unit 24 and the rotary connection part 4, so that the drive unit 24 and the sewage discharge inlet 11 are installed opposite to each other. A protruding rib 41 is provided on the rotating connection part 4, and the driving part 24 is a groove that engages with the rib 41. Through the engagement of the rib 41 with the groove, a power transmission connection between the rotating connection part 4 and the sewage discharge pipe 2 is realized, and the rotating connection part 4 is connected to the transmission mechanism 32, so that the driving force of the driving device 3 is transmitted to the sewage discharge pipe 2 to drive the smooth and stable reversal movement of the sewage discharge pipe 2, thereby smoothly realizing the switching between the initial state and the sewage discharge state of the sewage discharge pipe 2.
[0038] In the embodiment shown in Figures 11 to 13, the driving element 31 and the waste discharge inlet 11 are respectively installed on opposite sides of the waste discharge pipe 2, but the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 are not collinear; for example, the axis 311 of the output shaft of the driving element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 may be installed perpendicular to each other, which also contributes to reducing the size of the waste discharge box assembly in the direction of the rotation axis 22.
[0039] In the embodiment shown in Figures 11 to 13, the axis 311 of the output shaft of the drive element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 are installed perpendicularly, and a transmission member for changing the transmission direction, such as a turbo worm, a helical gear, etc., is installed between the drive element 31 and the drive unit 24, thereby enabling the drive device 3 to drive the drive unit 24 and the sewage discharge pipe 2, and thereby the spatial range for the arrangement of the drive element 31 and the transmission mechanism 32, and the type of the transmission mechanism 32 are further expanded, and the axis 311 of the output shaft of the drive element 31 and the rotation axis 22 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 are not necessarily perpendicular.
[0040] In the embodiment shown in Figures 11 to 13, the transmission mechanism 32 includes a worm 327 and a helical gear 328, the worm 327 is connected to the driving element 31, the helical gear 328 is connected to the driving unit 24, and the worm 327 and the helical gear 328 mesh with each other to transmit power.
[0041] The transmission mechanism 32 includes a worm 327 and a helical gear 328, the worm 327 is connected to and fixedly installed on the output shaft of the driving element 31, the helical gear 328 is connected to the driving part 24 via the rotary connection part 4, and the worm 327 and the helical gear 328 mesh with each other to transmit power. Thus, the driving element 31 drives the waste discharge pipe 2 via the worm 327, the helical gear 328, the rotary connection part 4, and the driving part 24 to realize the reverse switching operation.
[0042] In any of the above exemplary embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 3 and 8 to 13, the sewage discharge pipe 2 is an arc-shaped pipe, the inlet end 21 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 is fitted into the sewage discharge inlet 11, and the rotation axis 22 of the sewage discharge pipe 2 and the central axis of the sewage discharge inlet 11 are collinear.
[0043] The inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is fitted into the waste discharge inlet 11, so that wastewater outside the waste discharge box assembly flows into the waste discharge pipe 2 through the waste discharge inlet 11 and the inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2. The inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2 and the waste discharge inlet 11 are sealed to prevent wastewater leakage. The inlet end 21 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is fitted into the waste discharge inlet 11, so that the rotation axis 22 of the waste discharge pipe 2 and the central axis of the waste discharge inlet 11 are collinear, so that the waste discharge inlet 11 can support the waste discharge pipe 2, so that the waste discharge pipe 2 can rotate around the common central axis of the waste discharge pipe 2 and the waste discharge inlet 11, and when the waste discharge pipe is reversed, it will not come off the waste discharge inlet 11 to cause water leakage.
[0044] In any of the above exemplary embodiments, in the waste discharge state, the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 faces the waste discharge outlet 12, and in the initial state, the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 faces away from the waste discharge outlet 12 and is in a water-sealed state.
[0045] 2-3, 9-10, and 12-13 are schematic structural diagrams of the waste discharge box assembly in the initial state and the waste discharge state. The waste discharge box assembly in Fig. 2, 9, and 12 is in the initial state, the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is separated from the waste discharge outlet 12, at which time the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 faces upward, the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is at or above the height of the water sealing surface in the toilet body 5 (e.g., higher than the height of the water sealing surface), and the waste discharge pipe 2 is in a water sealing state, so that the water in the toilet body 5 does not flow out of the waste discharge box 1, and the odor prevention function by the water sealing is realized. The waste discharge box assembly shown in Figures 3, 10 and 13 is in a waste discharge state, and the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 faces the waste discharge outlet 12, at which time the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 faces downward, so that the wastewater in the toilet body 5 is introduced from the waste discharge inlet 11 and the waste discharge pipe 2, and flows out from the waste discharge outlet 12, thereby realizing the waste discharge function. The waste discharge pipe 2 reverses and switches from the initial state shown in Figures 2, 9 and 12 to the waste discharge state shown in Figures 3, 10 and 13, and reverses and switches from the waste discharge state shown in Figures 3, 10 and 13 to the initial state shown in Figures 2, 9 and 12, which is performed by the driving device 3, and the arc arrow in the figures indicates the rotation direction of the waste discharge pipe 2.
[0046] The process of switching operation between the initial state and the waste discharge state performed by the waste discharge pipe 2 of the waste discharge box assembly is as follows.
[0047] When the waste discharge pipe 2 of the waste discharge box assembly is in the initial state, the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 is away from the waste discharge outlet 12, and the height of the sealing water surface in the toilet body 5 is below the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2, so that the sealing water in the toilet body 5 does not flow out from the waste discharge pipe 2, and the function of water sealing is realized. When the driving device 3 receives a state switching command, the driving element 31 moves the waste discharge pipe 2 to rotate clockwise via the transmission mechanism 32 and the driving unit 24, and the waste discharge pipe 2 reaches the waste discharge state, at which time the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 moves toward the waste discharge outlet 12 and enters the waste discharge state.
[0048] When the waste discharge pipe 2 of the waste discharge box assembly is in the waste discharge state, the outlet end 23 of the waste discharge pipe 2 faces the waste discharge outlet 12, and the wastewater in the toilet body 5 flows into the waste discharge pipe 2 of the waste discharge box assembly and flows out from the waste discharge outlet 12.
