[0022] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present application will be described in detail, and examples of the embodiments are shown in the drawings, and the same or similar reference numerals throughout indicate the same or similar parts, or parts having the same or similar functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and are only for interpreting the present application, and should not be understood as limiting the present application.
[0023] Hereinafter, a battery pack 200 according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 13, and the battery pack 200 includes a battery tray 100 and a battery core 201. The battery tray 100 includes a frame 20 and a tray bottom plate 10, the frame 20 defines an installation space 21, and a bottom plate body 11 of the tray bottom plate 10 is attached to the installation space 21. The frame 20 includes side beams 23, and a plurality of side beams 23 are connected to form the frame 20, and the side beams 23 include a side beam body 231.
[0024] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 13, in a battery pack 200 according to an embodiment of the present application, the tray bottom plate 10 has a pressure-receiving area 112 for supporting the battery core 201. As shown in FIG. The pressure-receiving area 112 refers to the area where the orthogonal projection of the tray bottom plate 10 and the orthogonal projection of the battery core 201 overlap in the first direction of the side beam 23 when the battery core 201 is placed on the tray bottom plate 10, or may be understood to be the contact area between the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10 when the battery core 201 is placed on the tray bottom plate 10, and the contact area includes an area where the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10 are in direct contact or an area where the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10 are in indirect contact. For example, when there is an adhesive or a cooling structure between the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10, the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10 are in indirect contact, and when there is no other object between the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10, the battery core 201 and the tray bottom plate 10 are in direct contact, or the area where the weight of the battery core 201 acts directly on the tray bottom plate 10 may be understood to be the pressure-receiving area 112. In the first direction of the side beams 23, the orthogonal projection of the tray bottom plate 10 is also the projection of the tray bottom plate 10 onto a plane perpendicular to the first direction of the side beams 23. In the first direction of the side beams 23, the orthogonal projection of the battery core 201 is also the projection of the battery core 201 onto a plane perpendicular to the first direction of the side beams 23.
[0025] After the battery core 201 is attached in the battery tray 100, the battery core 201 is placed in the pressure receiving area 112, which has an electrode body pressure receiving area 1121 for supporting the electrode body 2011 of the battery core 201. The electrode body pressure receiving area 1121 refers to an area where an orthogonal projection of the tray bottom plate 10 and an orthogonal projection of the electrode body 2011 overlap in the first direction of the side beam 23 when the battery core 201 is placed on the tray bottom plate 10. The side beam 23 has a support portion 22 extending toward the pressure receiving area 112, and the support portion 22 supports the tray bottom plate 10. In a first direction of the side beam 23, the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the pressure receiving area 112 have an overlapping area, and the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure receiving area 1121 have an overlapping area. If the overlapping length in the second direction of the side beam 23 between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure receiving area 1121 is M1, the relational expression 9 mm≦M1 is satisfied, and the first direction of the side beam 23 is perpendicular to the second direction of the side beam 23. Note that when the battery pack 200 is placed along the placement direction in FIG. 13, the first direction of the side beam 23 refers to the up-down direction in FIG. 13, and the second direction of the side beam 23 refers to the left-right direction in FIG. 13. In some embodiments, the first direction of the side beam 23 may be a height direction of the side beam 23, and may coincide with the height direction of the battery pack 200. The second direction of the side beam 23 may be a width direction of the side beam 23, and may coincide with the width direction or length direction of the battery pack 200.
[0026] The support 22 is installed to support the tray bottom plate 10, and in the first direction of the side beam 23, the orthogonal projection of the support 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure-receiving area 1121 have an overlapping area, the battery core 201 is supported by the side beam 23, the side beam 23 supports most of the weight of the battery core 201, and the tray bottom plate 10 supports almost no weight of the battery core 201 or only a small part of the weight of the battery core 201, thereby greatly reducing the load-bearing requirement of the tray bottom plate 10, and a thinner tray bottom plate 10 can meet the support demand for the battery core 201, the thickness of the tray bottom plate 10 can be reduced, and the tray bottom plate 10 can be manufactured with a material with lower strength and smaller thickness. In some preferred embodiments, the tray bottom plate 10 is installed as an insulating member. In some preferred embodiments, the tray bottom plate 10 is installed as a non-metallic member, and a tray bottom plate 10 made of a lightweight non-metallic composite material may be used. For example, the lightweight non-metallic composite material may be made of resin and glass fiber, and the resin may be epoxy resin or polyurethane, but the present application is not limited thereto. The lightweight non-metallic composite material may be made of other composite materials that play the same role as the resin and glass fiber. In this way, the weight of the tray bottom plate 10 can be reduced, which is advantageous for the lightweight design of the battery tray 100 and the battery pack 200. In addition, while the conventional tray bottom plate 10 is made of aluminum material, the tray bottom plate 10 is made of a non-metallic composite material in the present application, which can reduce the production cost of the tray bottom plate 10, which is advantageous for reducing the production cost of the battery tray 100 and the battery pack 200. In addition, the tray bottom plate 10 made of a non-metallic composite material has excellent electrical insulation performance, and when a serious bottoming accident occurs in the vehicle 2000, there is no high voltage risk such as arc discharge in the battery pack 200.
[0027] In addition, by setting the overlap length between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure receiving region 1121 to 9 mm or more in the second direction of the side beam 23, the support portion 22 can better support the electrode body 2011, and the risk of the electrode body 2011 becoming disabled due to vibration can be reduced, on the premise that the structural strength of the battery pack 200 is guaranteed, thereby reducing the risk of the battery pack 200 becoming disabled due to vibration and further ensuring the safety of the battery pack 200 against vibration. Furthermore, by setting the overlap length between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure receiving region 1121 to 9 mm, on the premise that the support portion 22 is guaranteed to reliably support the electrode body 2011, the material used for the side beam 23 can be minimized, which is advantageous for the lightweight design of the side beam 23 and the battery pack 200, and reduces the manufacturing costs of the side beam 23 and the battery pack 200.
[0028] In some embodiments of the present application, M1≦300 mm, that is, 9 mm≦M1≦300 mm, and thus, the material required to manufacture the side beam 23 can be minimized under the premise of ensuring that the safety of the battery pack 200 against vibration is met, and the risk of the electrode body 2011 becoming inoperable due to vibration can be further reduced, so that the risk of the battery pack 200 becoming inoperable due to vibration can be further reduced and the safety of the battery pack 200 against vibration can be further guaranteed, and the overlap length dimension between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure receiving area 1121 becomes reasonable.
[0029] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 13 , the battery core 201 is placed so as to extend in the left-right direction in FIG. 13 , and the overlap length in the second direction of the side beam 23 between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 in the first direction of the side beam 23 and the orthogonal projection of the battery core 201 in the first direction of the side beam 23 is M2, and the length of the battery core 201 is M3, where 0.1≦M2 / M3≦0.125, and the length direction of the battery core 201 coincides with the second direction of the side beam 23. In this way, the support area for the support portion 22 to support the battery core 201 can be guaranteed, and the support portion 22 can reliably support the battery core 201, thereby further reducing the risk that the battery core 201 will become disabled due to vibration, further reducing the risk that the battery pack 200 will become disabled due to vibration, and further ensuring the safety of the battery pack 200 against vibration.
[0030] In some embodiments of the present application, when the overlap length in the second direction of the side beam 23 between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 in the first direction of the side beam 23 and the orthogonal projection of the pressure receiving area 112 in the first direction of the side beam 23 is M2, the relational expression of 12 mm≦M2≦18 mm is satisfied, and furthermore, M2 is 15 mm. In this way, the support area of the support portion 22 supporting the battery core 201 can be guaranteed, and the support portion 22 can reliably support the battery core 201, so that the risk of the battery core 201 becoming disabled due to vibration is further reduced, the risk of the battery pack 200 becoming disabled due to vibration is further reduced, and the safety of the battery pack 200 against vibration can be further guaranteed.
[0031] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Fig. 13, when the length of the support portion 22 in the second direction of the side beam 23 is M4, the relational expression of 45mm≦M4≦70mm is satisfied, for example, M4 is 60mm. In this way, the length dimension for the support portion 22 to support the electrode body 2011 in the second direction is guaranteed, and the risk of the battery core 201 becoming disabled due to vibration can be further reduced, so that the length dimension of the support portion 22 extending in the second direction becomes reasonable.
[0032] In some embodiments of the present application, the side beam 23 includes a side beam body 231, the side of the side beam body 231 adjacent to the pressure-receiving area 112 is connected to the support part 22, and when the spacing distance between the pressure-receiving area 112 and one end of the support part 22 remote from the pressure-receiving area (112) is M5, the relationship 33 mm≦M5≦52 mm is satisfied. When the battery core 201 and the battery tray 100 are placed along the placement direction in Figure 13, the gap distance between the right end of the battery core 201 and one end of the support part 22 away from the pressure-receiving area 112 is explained as an example, and the gap distance between the right end of the pressure-receiving area 112 and the one end of the support part 22 away from the pressure-receiving area 112 is M5. In this way, after the battery core 201 is placed in the pressure-receiving area 112, it is ensured that there is a sufficient gap distance between the battery core 201 and the side beam main body 231, collision between the battery core 201 and the side beam main body 231 can be avoided, and the safety of the use of the battery pack 200 can be improved.
[0033] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 10 to 13, the side beam body 231 defines a cavity 2311, the side beam body 231 has a partition portion 232, the partition portion 232 is located within the cavity 2311, and the partition portion 232 is connected at an angle between a top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 and a bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311, and the partition portion 232 can divide the cavity 2311 into a plurality of sub-cavities 235, and further, the plurality of sub-cavities 235 may be understood to be arranged in sequence in the second direction of the side beam 23, and the plurality of sub-cavities 235 may also be understood to be arranged in sequence in the width direction of the side beam 23. When the battery tray 100 is placed in the placement manner in Figure 11, the width direction of the side beam 23 refers to the left-right direction in Figure 11.
[0034] Since the partition portion 232 is connected at an incline between the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 and the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 and the partition portion 232 is supported between the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 and the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311, the structural strength and rigidity of the side beam 23 can be improved, the structural stability of the side beam main body 231 can be improved, and the risk of deformation of the side beam 23 can be reduced, thereby extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100. Furthermore, by arranging the multiple sub-cavities 235 in sequence in the width direction of the side beam 23, if one of the multiple sub-cavities 235 that is away from the pressure-receiving area 112 of the battery tray 100 receives an impact, for example, if the sub-cavity 235 located on the left side in Figure 11 receives an impact, the sub-cavity 235 that received the impact can absorb the impact force, reducing the magnitude of the impact force transmitted to the inside of the battery pack 200 and reducing the risk that the battery core 201 in the battery pack 200 will be hit and broken, thereby improving the safety of the battery pack 200 in use.
[0035] As a result, the side beam 23 of the present application can improve the structural strength, rigidity, and stability of the side beam 23 and reduce the risk of deformation of the side beam 23, thereby extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100. Furthermore, when one of the multiple sub-cavities 235 that is away from the pressure-receiving area 112 of the battery tray 100 receives an impact, the sub-cavity 235 that receives the impact can absorb the impact force and reduce the magnitude of the impact force transmitted to the inside of the battery pack 200. As a result, the risk of the battery core 201 or battery module in the battery pack 200 being hit and broken can be reduced, thereby improving the safety of the use of the battery pack 200.
[0036] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, when the side beam 23 is mounted in the mounting manner in Figure 11, the partition portion 232 is installed in a slanted manner away from the pressure-receiving area 112 of the tray bottom plate 10 in the direction from the upper end to the lower end of the side beam 23, and the partition portion 232 may be understood to be extended in a slanted manner away from the mounting space 21 in the direction from the top to the bottom of the battery tray 100, and the partition portion 232 divides the cavity 2311 into two sub-cavities 235, and the two sub-cavities 235 are arranged in sequence in the width direction of the side beam 23. In this way, the structural strength of the side beam 23 can be improved and the stability of the side beam 23 can be improved, so that the ability of the side beam 23 to support the battery core 201 can be improved, and the risk of deformation of the frame 20 can also be further reduced.
[0037] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, the cross-sectional shape of each sub-cavity 235 is triangular or trapezoidal, thus improving the structural stability of the side beam 23 and further reducing the deformation risk of the side beam 23, thereby further extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100.
[0038] According to one specific embodiment of the present application, the multiple sub-cavities 235 include a first sub-cavity 2351 and a second sub-cavity 2352, the first sub-cavity 2351 is located on a side of the second sub-cavity 2352 close to the pressure-receiving area 112, the cross-sectional shape of the first sub-cavity 2351 is a triangle, and the triangle is an isosceles triangle or an equilateral triangle, and the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 constitutes a triangular bottom wall, thus further improving the structural stability of the side beam 23 and further reducing the deformation risk of the side beam 23, and further extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100.
[0039] In some preferred embodiments, the included angle between the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 and the partition portion 232 is configured as a base angle of a triangle, and when the angle of the base angle is β1, the relationship 50°≦β1≦70° is satisfied, for example, β1 is a value such as 50°, 60°, and 70°. In this way, the structural stability of the side beam 23 can be further improved and the deformation risk of the side beam 23 can be further reduced, so that the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100 can be further extended.
[0040] In some preferred embodiments, when the apex angle of the triangle is α1, the relationship 50°≦α1≦70° is satisfied, for example, α1 is a value such as 50°, 60°, 70°, etc. In this way, the cross-sectional shape of the first sub-cavity 2351 can be set to an equilateral triangle, which can further improve the structural stability of the side beam 23 and further reduce the deformation risk of the side beam 23, thereby further extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100.
[0041] According to another specific embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 11 and FIG. 12 , the plurality of sub-cavities 235 include a first sub-cavity 2351 and a second sub-cavity 2352, the first sub-cavity 2351 is located on a side of the second sub-cavity 2352 adjacent to the pressure-receiving area 112, the cross-sectional shape of the first sub-cavity 2351 is set to be trapezoidal, and further, the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 forms a trapezoidal bottom wall, and the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 forms a trapezoidal bottom wall. and the partition portion 232 is configured as the base angle of the trapezoid of the first sub-cavity 2351, and if the angle of the base angle is β2, the relational equation 50°≦β2≦70° is satisfied, for example, β2 is a value such as 50°, 60°, 70°, etc. In this way, the structural stability of the side beam 23 can be further improved and the risk of deformation of the side beam 23 can be further reduced, thereby further extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100.
[0042] In some preferred embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12 , when the included angle between the two legs of the trapezoid of the first sub-cavity 2351 is α2, the relationship 50°≦α2≦70° is satisfied, for example, α2 is a value such as 50°, 60°, 70°, etc. In this way, the structural stability of the side beam 23 can be further improved and the deformation risk of the side beam 23 can be further reduced, so that the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100 can be further extended.
[0043] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 12 , the cross-sectional shape of the second sub-cavity 2352 is trapezoidal, the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 constitutes the trapezoidal top wall of the second sub-cavity 2352, and the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 constitutes the trapezoidal bottom wall of the second sub-cavity 2352, thus further improving the structural stability of the side beam 23 and further reducing the risk of deformation of the side beam 23, thereby further extending the service life of the side beam 23 and the battery tray 100.
[0044] In some embodiments of the present application, the side beam 23 is configured as an integrally molded product. Furthermore, the side beam 23 may be manufactured from an aluminum material, and the side beam 23 may be manufactured from a steel material, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the side beam 23 may be manufactured from other metal materials that perform the same role as the steel material, for example, the side beam 23 may be manufactured from a steel material, the side beam 23 may be roll-pressed from the steel material, or the side beam 23 may be extruded from the steel material. By making the side beam 23 an integrally molded product, the load-bearing capacity of the side beam 23 can be improved and the risk of deformation of the side beam 23 can be reduced.
[0045] As shown in Figures 6 to 13, the tray bottom plate 10 includes a bottom plate main body 11 and an extension portion 12, and the bottom plate main body 11 defines a mounting groove 111 in which a battery core 201 or a battery module is placed. In this application, an example is described in which the battery core 201 is placed in the mounting groove 111. Furthermore, a bottom wall 113 of the mounting groove 111 has a pressure-receiving area 112 for supporting the battery core 201. When the battery core 201 is attached to the battery tray 100, the battery core 201 is located within the pressure-receiving area 112 of the mounting groove 111, and the extension portion 12 extends along the periphery of the bottom plate main body 11. Furthermore, the extension portion 12 is configured as a ring-shaped structure. Specifically, the extension portion 12 is configured as a closed ring-shaped structure.
[0046] The extension portion 12 extends along the outer periphery of the bottom plate body 11, the bottom plate body 11 is attached to the side beams 23, the extension portion 12 is located above the side beams 23 in the height direction of the battery pack 200 and is installed on the side beams 23. The bottom plate body 11 is attached within the mounting space 21, the extension portion 12 is located outside the mounting space 21, the extension portion 12 is located above the frame 20 in the height direction of the battery tray 100 and is installed on the frame 20, and further, the extension portion 12 and other structures of the frame 20 are also installed correspondingly, the side beams 23 of the frame 20 have support portions 22 extending toward the pressure-receiving area 112, the support portions 22 support the tray bottom plate 10, and further, the support portions 22 support the pressure-receiving area 112 of the tray bottom plate 10. As shown in Figures 6, 8 and 11, the present application describes an example in which the battery tray 100 is placed along the vertical direction, and after the bottom plate main body 11 is attached within the mounting space 21, the extension portion 12 is installed outside the mounting space 21, and in the vertical direction of the battery tray 100, the extension portion 12 is installed corresponding to the frame 20. Specifically, as shown in Figure 11, the extension portion 12 is located above the frame 20 and is installed opposite the frame 20, and in the vertical direction of the battery tray 100, the extension portion 12 can shield the entire upper surface of the frame 20.
[0047] As shown in FIG. 11 , when the battery core 201 is attached in the mounting groove 111, the battery core 201 is located in the pressure-receiving area 112, the support portion 22 supports the pressure-receiving area 112, and the weight of the battery core 201 is supported by the frame 20. At the same time, the frame 20 may be formed by metal tailored blank welding, and after being formed by welding, it is only necessary to ensure the strength of the welded structure and the required product flatness, and the efficiency of tailored blank welding is high, improving the production efficiency of the battery tray 100, and the tray bottom plate 10 plays the role of sealing, and there is no need to grind the weld bead and inspect the airtightness, and there is no risk of sealing failure due to welding. The tray bottom plate 10 may be press-formed with composite materials, and the production efficiency of the tray bottom plate 10 is high and the mold precision is high, so that a high flatness can be obtained and the dimensional requirements of the battery core 201 can be reduced.
[0048] Furthermore, in the conventional battery tray 100, the two functions of load-bearing and sealing are not distinguished in terms of product structure, and it is necessary to consider whether the overall load-bearing and sealing requirements are met simultaneously when manufacturing the battery tray 100, resulting in low manufacturing efficiency and yield rate of the battery tray 100. In the present application, the two functions of load-bearing and sealing are distinguished, with the frame 20 mainly performing the load-bearing role and the tray bottom plate 10 mainly performing the sealing role for the battery tray 100, thereby improving the manufacturing efficiency and yield rate of the battery tray 100.
[0049] As a result, through cooperation between the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20, the frame 20 supports most of the weight of the battery core 201, while the tray bottom plate 10 supports only a small portion of the weight of the battery core 201, and the tray bottom plate 10 mainly plays a sealing role. A tray bottom plate 10 made of a lightweight composite material can be used, which is advantageous for the lightweight design and cost reduction of the battery tray 100 and battery pack 200. In addition, after the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20 are assembled together, there is no risk of the sealing of the battery tray 100 being lost due to welding, and there is no need to grind the weld beads and inspect the airtightness of the battery tray 100, which improves the production efficiency of the battery tray 100.
[0050] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 11 , when the battery tray 100 is placed in the loading manner in FIG. 11 , in the height direction of the battery tray 100, the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the pressure-receiving area 112 have an overlapping area, and in this way, after the battery core 201 is placed in the loading groove 111, it can be ensured that the support portion 22 supports the battery core 201, and it can be ensured that the frame 20 mainly supports the weight of the battery core 201.
[0051] In some embodiments of the present application, it may be understood that a pressure-receiving area 112 is formed on the bottom wall 113 of the mounting groove, and the pressure-receiving area 112 is installed on the bottom wall 113 of the mounting groove. As shown in FIG. 11, when the battery tray 100 is installed in the mounting manner in FIG. 11, the support portion 22 is located below the bottom plate body 11, and the support portion 22 is supported by the bottom wall 113 of the mounting groove. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the support portion 22 is supported below the pressure-receiving area 112, further ensure that the support portion 22 supports the battery core 201, and further ensure that the frame 20 mainly supports the weight of the battery core 201, so that the installation position of the pressure-receiving area 112 is reasonable.
[0052] In some embodiments of the present application, there are a plurality of side beams 23, and among the plurality of side beams 23, two side beams 23 installed opposite to each other along the width direction of the battery pack 200 each have a support portion 22, and the width direction of the battery pack 200 refers to the left-right direction in Fig. 1, or among the plurality of side beams 23, two side beams 23 installed opposite to each other along the length direction of the battery pack 200 each have a support portion 22, and the length direction of the battery pack 200 refers to the front-rear direction in Fig. 1. This can ensure that each battery core 201 is supported by the support portion 22, further ensure that the support portion 22 supports the battery core 201, and further ensure that the frame 20 mainly supports the weight of the battery core 201, so that the installation position of the support portion 22 becomes reasonable.
[0053] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figs. 6 and 8, the frame 20 may further include a front beam 24 and a rear beam 25, and the side beam 23, the front beam 24, and the rear beam 25 are connected to each other to form a mounting space 21, and the side beam 23 has a support portion 22. The number of side beams 23 may be two, and the support portion 22 is installed on at least one of the two side beams 23. The number of rear beams 25 and the front beam 24 may be one, and the interconnection of the two side beams 23, the front beam 24, and the rear beam 25 includes a direct connection and an indirect connection. For example, the connection between the side beam 23 and the front beam 24 is described as an example, and the side beam 23 and the front beam 24 may be directly connected, or the side beam 23 and the front beam 24 may be indirectly connected via another beam. 8, the two side beams 23 are spaced apart in the left-right direction in FIG. 8, and the front beam 24 and the rear beam 25 are both connected between the two side beams 23, and the front beam 24 and the rear beam 25 are spaced apart in the front-rear direction of the frame 20, so that the front beam 24, the rear beam 25 and the two side beams 23 together define the mounting space 21. In addition, when the battery cores 201 are placed extending along the left-right direction in FIG. 8, the support parts 22 are installed on the side beams 23 to ensure that each battery core 201 is supported by the support parts 22, which further ensures that the support parts 22 support the battery cores 201, and further ensures that the frame 20 mainly supports the weight of the battery cores 201, so that the installation position of the support parts 22 is reasonable. As can be understood, when the battery tray 100 is attached to the vehicle 2000, the width direction of the battery tray 100 may coincide with the vehicle width direction, and the length direction of the battery tray 100 may coincide with the vehicle length direction. Naturally, the width direction of the battery tray 100 may coincide with the vehicle length direction, and the length direction of the battery tray 100 may coincide with the vehicle width direction.
[0054] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 8 , the frame 20 further includes a support beam 26, and the support beam 26 is connected between the two side beams 23, or the support beam 26 is connected between the front beam 24 and the rear beam 25, or the support beam 26 is connected between the front beam 24 and the side beam 23, or the support beam 26 is connected between the rear beam 25 and the side beam 23, thus improving the structural strength of the frame 20 and thereby improving the structural strength of the battery tray 100.
[0055] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, the battery tray 100 further includes an expansion beam 27, which is installed on the side of the tray bottom plate 10 away from the frame 20. When the battery tray 100 is mounted in the manner shown in Figures 5 and 6, the expansion beam 27 is installed above the tray bottom plate 10, and the expansion beam 27 is attached to the support beam 26 by a bolt. When the battery core 201 expands after being mounted in the mounting groove 111, the expansion beam 27 can limit the position of the battery core 201 and improve the safety of the battery core 201 in use.
[0056] Furthermore, there are multiple support beams 26, and the multiple support beams 26 are installed in sequence at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the side beam 23, where the longitudinal direction of the side beam 23 refers to the front-to-rear direction in Figure 6, and there are multiple expansion beams 27, and the multiple expansion beams 27 are installed in sequence at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the side beam 23, and the multiple expansion beams 27 and the multiple support beams 26 are installed in a one-to-one correspondence, and by attaching one expansion beam 27 to one support beam 26 with a bolt, the expansion beam 27 can be firmly attached to the frame 20.
[0057] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 11 , the support portion 22 is installed adjacent to the lower end of the side beam 23, and the support portion 22 is installed adjacent to the end of the side beam 23 away from the tray bottom plate 10, and after the bottom plate body 11 is installed in the mounting space 21, by installing the support portion 22 adjacent to the end of the side beam 23 away from the tray bottom plate 10, it can be ensured that the support portion 22 is supported below the bottom plate body 11, and it can also be ensured that the bottom plate body 11 is installed in the mounting space 21.
[0058] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Fig. 5 to Fig. 7 and Fig. 11, when the battery tray 100 is mounted in the mounting manner in Fig. 11, the upper end of the mounting groove 111 is opened, and the battery core 201 can be inserted into the mounting groove 111 from the open end of the mounting groove 111. In addition, the extension part 12 extends along the open end of the mounting groove 111, and as shown in Fig. 11, the extension part 12 is connected to the upper end of the bottom plate body 11. In this way, after the bottom plate body 11 is mounted in the mounting space 21, the extension part 12 is installed outside the mounting groove 111, and it can be ensured that the extension part 12 is installed corresponding to the frame 20 in the up-down direction of the battery tray 100, so that the sealing of the battery tray 100 can be ensured.
[0059] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 8, 10 and 11, the surface of the support portion 22 adjacent to the tray bottom plate 10 is configured as a plane, that is, as shown in Figure 11, the upper surface of the support portion 22 is installed on a plane, thus ensuring the support area between the support portion 22 and the bottom plate body 11, and allowing the support portion 22 to better support the battery core 201.
[0060] In some embodiments of the present application, the tray bottom plate 10 is glued to the frame 20. In addition, the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20 are glued together by applying an adhesive (e.g., a structural adhesive) between them, and the thickness of the adhesive is controlled to eliminate the dimensional tolerance of the frame 20, and the tray bottom plate 10 has good flatness, and the adhesive's characteristics of being able to eliminate the tolerance are utilized to reduce the manufacturing requirements of the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20. In addition, when the conventional tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20 are welded together, the tray bottom plate 10 is easily deformed during welding, which increases the dimensional requirements for the battery core 201 during the subsequent assembly of the battery pack 200, and affects the assembly efficiency of the battery pack 200. In the present application, by connecting the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20 by adhesive bonding, a welding connection between the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20 can be avoided, deformation of the tray bottom plate 10 can be prevented, the dimensional requirements for the battery core 201 during the subsequent assembly of the battery pack 200 can be reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the battery pack 200 can be improved.
[0061] In some embodiments of the present application, the tray bottom plate 10 is constructed as a one-piece molded product, and the tray bottom plate 10 is press-molded with a lightweight composite material. During the press molding, after the resin melts, flows and hardens, the tray bottom plate 10 forms good airtightness, and the mold molding can ensure that the tray bottom plate 10 has good flatness and dimensional accuracy, and ensure the sealing function of the tray bottom plate 10.
[0062] In some embodiments of the present application, the frame 20 is configured as a metal member, and may be manufactured from an aluminum material, or may be manufactured from a steel material, but the present application is not limited thereto, and the frame 20 may be manufactured from other metal materials that perform the same role as the steel material, for example, the frame 20 may be manufactured from a steel material, the frame 20 may be roll-pressed from the steel material, or the frame 20 may be extruded from the steel material. By using the frame 20 as a metal member, the load-bearing capacity of the frame 20 can be improved and the risk of deformation of the frame 20 can be reduced.
[0063] In some preferred embodiments, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, in the width direction of the side beam 23, the cavity 2311 has a first side wall 236 located away from the mounting groove 111, the first side wall 236 is connected between the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 and the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311, and the first side wall 236 is connected to the partition portion 232. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 11 , a first connection portion 238 extending toward inside the cavity 2311 is connected to the lower end of the first side wall 236, and the first connection portion 238 is located on the side of the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 facing the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311, and the first side wall 236 is connected to the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 and the partition portion 232 via the first connection portion 238, and the first connection portion 238 is fixedly connected to the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311, for example, the first connection portion 238 is welded and connected to the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311, and in this way, the structural strength of the side beam 23 can be further improved, and the stability of the side beam 23 can be further improved.

Furthermore, as shown in Figure 11, a second connection part 239 extending toward the inside of the cavity 2311 is connected to the upper end of the second side wall 237, and the second connection part 239 is located on the side of the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 facing the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311, and the second side wall 237 is connected to the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 and the partition part 232 via the second connection part 239, and the second connection part 239 is connected to the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311 and the partition part 232 of the cavity 2311. 2311, for example, the second connection portion 239 is welded to the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311, and the top wall 233 of the cavity 2311, the bottom wall 234, the first side wall 236 and the second side wall 237 of the cavity 2311 together define the cavity 2311, thus further improving the structural strength of the side beam 23 and further improving the stability of the side beam 23.
[0065] In some preferred embodiments, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the second side wall 237 has a support 22 connected to its lower end, and the second side wall 237 is connected to the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 via the support 22. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12 , in the width direction of the side beam 23, the bottom wall 234 of the cavity 2311 has a structural reinforcement portion 2341 extending below the support portion 22, and the structural reinforcement portion 2341 may be understood as being connected to the end of the support portion 22 close to the tray bottom plate 10, and the structural reinforcement portion 2341 extends below the support portion 22 and is connected to the end of the support portion 22 close to the mounting space 21, and further, the structural reinforcement portion 2341 has a boss structure 2391 protruding toward the support portion 22, and the boss structure 2391 is connected to the support portion 22, thus further improving the structural strength of the side beam 23 and further improving the stability of the side beam 23.

[0067] In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, a lug structure 30 is connected to the frame 20, and mounting holes are provided in the lug structure 30, and the lug structure 30 is attached to the vehicle 2000 by a fastener (e.g., a bolt), thereby achieving the purpose of attaching the battery pack 200 to the vehicle 2000.
[0068] 1 to 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the battery pack 200 further includes a lid body 40. The lid body 40, together with the tray bottom plate 10, defines a mounting cavity 41 in which the battery core 201 is mounted, and the lid body 40 is connected to the side beams 23. Furthermore, the lid body 40 is installed so as to cover the open end of the mounting groove 111 to define the mounting cavity 41, and the extension portion 12 is interposed between the lid body 40 and the frame 20, and a bolt penetrates the lid body 40, the extension portion 12, and the frame 20 to integrally assemble the lid body 40, the tray bottom plate 10, and the frame 20. Furthermore, a sealing member 203 (e.g., a seal ring) is interposed between the extension portion 12 and the lid body 40, and the sealing member 203 can seal the mounting cavity 41. The lid body 40 and the tray bottom plate 10 define a sealed insulating cavity (i.e., the mounting cavity 41). After the battery core 201 is placed into the mounting cavity 41, the battery core 201 and the frame 20 can be completely isolated. The battery core 201 is in a completely insulated environment, and there is no risk of leakage current in the battery pack 200.

The tray bottom plate 10 is mainly responsible for sealing. The tray bottom plate 10 made of a lightweight composite material can be used, which is advantageous for reducing the weight and reducing the costs of the battery tray 100, the battery pack 200, and the vehicle 2000. Furthermore, after the tray bottom plate 10 and the frame 20 are assembled together, there is no risk of the sealing of the battery tray 100 being lost due to welding, and there is no need to grind the weld beads and perform airtightness inspection of the battery tray 100, thereby improving the production efficiency of the battery tray 100 and the vehicle 2000. In addition, the tray bottom plate 10 made of a composite material has excellent electrical insulation performance, and in the event of a serious bottoming-out accident in the vehicle 2000, there is no risk of high voltage such as arc discharge in the battery pack 200, thereby improving the safety of the vehicle 2000.
[0071] Furthermore, by setting the overlap length between the orthogonal projection of the support portion 22 and the orthogonal projection of the electrode body pressure receiving area 1121 to 9 mm or more, the support portion 22 can better support the electrode body 2011, while ensuring the structural strength of the battery pack 200, and the risk of the electrode body 2011 becoming inoperable due to vibration can be reduced, thereby reducing the risk of the battery pack 200 becoming inoperable due to vibration and further ensuring the safety of the battery pack 200 against vibration.
