Abstract

To provide a vehicle management system for guiding a user of a vehicle to a repair shop capable of repairing a failure when a sign of the failure of the vehicle is detected, and for supporting repair reservation by the user.SOLUTION: A failure sign detection unit configured to detect a sign of failure of the vehicle based on a detection result of a sensor mounted on the vehicle; a component stock status and a staff vacancy status in a plurality of repair shops are grasped, A vehicle management system comprising: a repair shop network system configured to guide a user of a vehicle to a repair shop at which a repair reservation for a failure can be made, when a sign of a failure of the vehicle is detected by a failure sign detection unit, based on a content of the failure for which the sign is detected and a component stock status and a staff vacancy status at a plurality of repair shops; and a navigation system configured to make a repair reservation for the repair shop to which the user is guided by the repair shop network system, when the user of the vehicle approves the repair reservation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
