Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a mounting hardware, a building, and a method for adjusting the position of an exterior wall panel. [Background technology]

[0002] Mounting hardware for attaching exterior wall panels to pillars is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). The mounting hardware in Patent Document 1 includes a first metal fitting (called a frame-side mounting piece in the document) fixed to the pillar (called a frame in the document), a first fastening member (called a frame-side plate fixing bolt in the document), a second metal fitting (called a panel-side mounting piece in the document) attached to the exterior wall panel, and a second fastening member (called a washer-equipped bolt in the document). The first fastening member fixes the first metal fitting to the pillar. The second fastening member fixes the first metal fitting to the second metal fitting.

[0003] In Patent Document 1, the shaft of the first fastening member is inserted into an elongated hole provided in the first fitting, which makes it possible to adjust the position of the exterior wall panel relative to the pillar with the first fastening member loosened. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-207030 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In the structure of Patent Document 1, when adjusting the position of the exterior wall panel relative to the column, the second fastening member is operated from the outside, while the nut that fastens the first fastening member must be operated from the inside of the exterior wall panel. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] (1) A mounting hardware that solves the above problem is a mounting hardware for attaching an exterior wall panel to a pillar, and includes a first metal fitting fixed to the pillar, a first fastening member that fixes the first metal fitting to the pillar, a second metal fitting that is fixed to the first metal fitting and also fixed to the exterior wall panel, and a second fastening member that fixes the second metal fitting to the first metal fitting, wherein the first fastening member extends in a first direction and has a first shaft portion that passes through the first metal fitting and a first operating portion that is operated to fix the first metal fitting to the pillar, and the second fastening member extends in a direction that intersects the first direction. The first fitting has a second shaft portion that extends in a second direction and through which the second fitting is inserted, and a second operating portion that is operated to fix the second fitting to the first fitting, wherein in a front view the first operating portion and the second operating portion are located on a straight line that extends in the vertical direction, and when the first fitting is not fixed to the pillar, the first fitting is movable in the second direction relative to the pillar in a plan view, and when the second fitting is not fixed to the first fitting, the second fitting is movable in the first direction relative to the first fitting in a plan view.

[0007] According to this configuration, the exterior wall panel is movable relative to the column in at least the first and second directions. Therefore, the exterior wall panel can be moved relative to the column by operating the first operating unit and the second operating unit. The first operating unit and the second operating unit are located on a straight line extending in the vertical direction. Therefore, even if the first operating unit and the second operating unit can only be operated through a narrow gap, such as between two exterior wall panels, the position of the exterior wall panel can be adjusted in the first and second directions. Therefore, the mounting hardware can improve the ease of work when adjusting the position of the exterior wall panel.

[0008] (2) In the mounting hardware described in (1) above, the second operating part is located at a different position from the first operating part in the vertical direction.

[0009] According to this configuration, the first operating unit and the second operating unit do not overlap when viewed from the front, so that a space for operating the first operating unit and a space for operating the second operating unit can be secured in the vertical direction.

[0010] (3) In the mounting hardware described in (1) or (2) above, the first hardware has a first insertion hole through which the first shaft portion is inserted, and the width of the first insertion hole in the vertical direction and the width of the first insertion hole in the second direction are larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion.

[0011] With this configuration, the width of the first insertion hole in the up-down direction and the width of the first insertion hole in the second direction are greater than the diameter of the first shank, so when the first fitting is not fixed to the first shank, the first fitting can move relative to the first shank in both the up-down direction and the second direction.

[0012] (4) In the mounting hardware described in any one of (1) to (3) above, the second hardware has a second insertion hole through which the second axial portion is inserted, and the width of the second insertion hole in the first direction is larger than the diameter of the second axial portion.

[0013] With this configuration, the width of the second insertion hole in the first direction is larger than the diameter of the second shank, and therefore, when the second fitting is not fixed to the second shank, the second fitting can move relative to the second shank in the first direction.

[0014] (5) A building that solves the above problem is a building having a wall, the wall comprising a first exterior wall panel fixed to a pillar by a mounting hardware described in any one of (1) to (4) above, and a second exterior wall panel arranged next to the first exterior wall panel, the first hardware of the mounting hardware being fixed to the pillar, the second hardware of the mounting hardware being fixed to the first exterior wall panel, and the first operating unit and the second operating unit being located in the gap between the first exterior wall panel and the second exterior wall panel when viewed from the front.

[0015] According to this configuration, the first operating unit and the second operating unit are located in the gap between the first exterior wall panel and the second exterior wall panel when viewed from the front. Therefore, when adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel relative to the column, a worker can operate the first operating unit and the second operating unit from the outer surface of the first exterior wall panel. At this time, because a tool can be inserted through the gap between the first exterior wall panel and the second exterior wall panel, there is no need to remove the first exterior wall panel from the column, and there is no need to move the second exterior wall panel. Therefore, the workability of the exterior wall panel position adjustment work for buildings can be improved.

[0016] (6) In the building described in (5) above, the first exterior wall panel is an exterior wall panel for an outside corner or an exterior wall panel for an inside corner.

[0017] This configuration improves the ease of work when adjusting the position of an exterior wall panel for an outside corner or an exterior wall panel for an inside corner.

[0018] (7) A method for adjusting the position of an exterior wall panel that solves the above problem is a method for adjusting the position of an exterior wall panel in a wall that includes a first exterior wall panel fixed to a pillar by a mounting hardware described in any one of (1) to (4) above, and a second exterior wall panel placed next to the first exterior wall panel, and includes a first step of performing at least one of a first operation of inserting a first tool into a gap between the first exterior wall panel and the second exterior wall panel and loosening the first fastening member of the mounting hardware with the first tool, and a second operation of inserting a second tool into the gap and loosening the second fastening member of the mounting hardware with the second tool, and a second step of adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel relative to the pillar.

[0019] With this configuration, at least one of the first fastening member and the second fastening member is operated by a tool inserted through the gap between the first exterior wall panel and the second exterior wall panel. By loosening at least one of the first fastening member and the second fastening member, the position of the first exterior wall panel relative to the column can be adjusted in at least one of the first direction and the second direction. Therefore, the mounting hardware can improve the ease of work when adjusting the position of the exterior wall panels. [Effects of the Invention]

[0020] According to the mounting hardware, building, and exterior wall panel position adjustment method disclosed herein, the ease of work in adjusting the position of exterior wall panels can be improved. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0022] <Embodiment> A building 10 and a fitting 20 according to an embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 11.

[0023] <Buildings> 1 is a detached house. In this embodiment, the building 10 has a built-in garage BG. The building 10 may also be a facility such as an apartment building, a lodging facility, or an office building.

[0024] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, a building 10 includes a wall 11. The wall 11 includes a column 15 and an exterior wall panel 16 supported by the column 15. The wall 11, which constitutes an exterior wall, has the exterior wall panel 16 attached to the outer side of the column 15. When the wall 11 is an exterior wall, the exterior wall panel 16 is attached to the column 15 using conventional metal fittings. In this case, the metal fittings for fixing the exterior wall panel 16 can be fastened from the inside of the room. However, there are cases where the metal fittings for fixing the exterior wall panel 16 cannot be fastened from the inside of the room. Below are examples of walls 11 for which the metal fittings for fixing the exterior wall panel 16 cannot be fastened from the inside of the room.

[0025] An example of such a wall 11 is a wall provided in a built-in garage BG. Shutters 12 are provided on both sides of the wall 11. In the example of Fig. 1, one shutter 12 is open and the other shutter 12 is closed.

[0026] In a plan view, the wall 11 has exterior wall panels 16 attached to it so as to surround the pillars 15. For this reason, in order to adjust the position of the exterior wall panels 16, it may be necessary to tighten metal fittings from the outside. Therefore, in such a wall 11, one or several of the exterior wall panels 16 are attached to the pillars 15 with mounting hardware 20 that can be tightened from the outside. The specific configuration of the wall 11 will be described below.

[0027] 2, a corner 13 is formed in the wall 11. The corner 13 is formed in a portion of the wall 11 adjacent to the shutter 12.

[0028] Fig. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a portion of the wall 11 in Fig. 2 that is sandwiched between the two shutters 12. The wall 11 includes a pillar 15. In this embodiment, the pillar 15 is made of an H-shaped steel.

[0029] The wall 11 includes a first exterior wall panel 17 fixed to a column 15 by a mounting hardware 20, and a second exterior wall panel 18 disposed adjacent to the first exterior wall panel 17. In this embodiment, the first exterior wall panel 17 is an exterior wall panel for an outside corner. The first exterior wall panel 17 may also be an exterior wall panel for an inside corner.

[0030] The second exterior wall panel 18 of this embodiment is formed so as to extend in one direction in a plan view. The second exterior wall panel 18 is provided with a fixing structure F that is fixed to a column 15. The fixing structure F has, for example, a rail that extends in the up-down direction X3. The rail is formed, for example, by embedding a C-shaped steel beam in the second exterior wall panel 18. The fixing structure F has, for example, a metal fitting that is fixed to the column 15 attached thereto. In the example of FIG. 3 , the metal fitting attached to the fixing structure F (hereinafter referred to as the metal fitting of the fixing structure F) is formed by combining multiple members with bolts or the like. The metal fitting of the fixing structure F has a plate-shaped member M that is fixed to the rail of the fixing structure F with a bolt. The plate-shaped member M is arranged so as to connect the second exterior wall panel 18 and the exterior wall panel 16 adjacent to the second exterior wall panel 18. The plate-shaped member M is fixed to the column 15 via other members of the metal fitting of the fixing structure F, thereby fixing the second exterior wall panel 18 to the column 15. The metal fittings of the fixing structure F are not limited to the configuration shown in Fig. 3. The metal fittings of the fixing structure F are attached to the pillar 15 so as not to interfere with the mounting hardware 20 in the vertical direction X3.

[0031] <Mounting hardware> The mounting hardware 20 shown in Fig. 3 is a hardware for attaching the first exterior wall panel 17 to the pillar 15. In this embodiment, the first exterior wall panel 17 is attached to the pillar 15 by three mounting hardware 20 arranged in the vertical direction X3.

[0032] In this embodiment, the surface of the column 15 to which the mounting hardware 20 is attached is called the column-side mounting surface 15a. In this embodiment, the column-side mounting surface 15a is provided on the inner surface of the flange of the H-shaped steel. In this embodiment, the column-side mounting surface 15a faces the first direction X1. The surface of the first exterior wall panel 17 to which the mounting hardware 20 is attached is called the panel-side mounting surface 17a. The panel-side mounting surface 17a faces toward the column 15. The panel-side mounting surface 17a faces the second direction X2. The second direction X2 is a direction that intersects with the first direction X1.

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mounting hardware 20 includes a first fitting 30, a first fastening member 40, a second fitting 50, and a second fastening member 60.

[0034] <First metal fitting> As shown in Fig. 6, the first fitting 30 is fixed to the pillar 15. The first fitting 30 has a main body portion 31 fixed to the pillar 15 and a support portion 32 that supports the second fitting 50. The main body portion 31 is a plate-like member that is arranged parallel to the pillar-side mounting surface 15a. [0035] 5, the first fitting 30 is formed with a first insertion hole 33 through which the first shaft portion 43 of the first fastening member 40 is inserted. The first insertion hole 33 is formed in the main body portion 31. The first insertion hole 33 penetrates the main body portion 31 of the first fitting 30 in the first direction X1.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 7, the first insertion hole 33 is formed in a rectangular shape. Note that in FIG. 7, the first insertion hole 33 is indicated by a dashed line. A width W1 of the first insertion hole 33 in the up-down direction X3 is larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43. A width W2 of the first insertion hole 33 in the second direction X2 is larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43. A slit 34 is provided in the main body portion 31 from the first insertion hole 33 to the lower end portion of the main body portion 31. A width W3 of the slit 34 in the second direction X2 is larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43.

[0037] 5, the support portion 32 is fixed to an end portion of the main body portion 31 in the second direction X2. The support portion 32 is a plate-like member fixed to the main body portion 31 so as to intersect with the main body portion 31. The support portion 32 is arranged so as to extend along the first direction X1 in a plan view.

[0038] The support portion 32 is formed with a support hole 35 through which the second shaft portion 63 of the second fastening member 60 is inserted. The support portion 32 has a clamping portion 36 that clamps the second metal fitting 50 in the up-down direction X3.

[0039] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a spacer 71 is disposed between the first metal fitting 30 and the pillar 15. The spacer 71 is, for example, a U-shaped metal piece. The spacer 71 is fixed to the pillar 15 by a third fastening member 72. The third fastening member 72 has a nut that engages with the first shaft portion 43 of the first fastening member 40.

[0040] <First fastening member> 4 and 5 , the first fastening member 40 secures the first fitting 30 to the pillar 15. The first fastening member 40 has a first bolt 41 and a first nut 42. The first bolt 41 and the first nut 42 engage with each other to secure the first fitting 30 to the pillar 15. In this embodiment, the first bolt 41 is inserted through the through-hole in the flange of the pillar 15 and the spacer 71, and the first bolt 41 and the first nut 42 engage with each other to secure the first fitting 30 to the pillar 15.

[0041] The first fastening member 40 has a first shank 43 and a first operating portion 44. Specifically, the first shank 43 is the shank of the first bolt 41. The first shank 43 extends in the first direction X1. The first fastening member 40 is inserted through the first fitting 30. A washer 73 is disposed between the first nut 42 and the first fastening member 30. The washer 73 may be square or round. The first shank 43 is inserted through the through hole of the flange of the column 15, the through hole of the spacer 71, the nut serving as the third fastening member 72, the first insertion hole 33 of the first fastening member 30, and the washer 73.

[0042] The first operating part 44 is a part that is operated to fix the first fitting 30 to the pillar 15. The first operating part 44 is the head of the first bolt 41 or the first nut 42. [0043] The first operating portion 44 is provided with a first tool engagement portion 45. In this embodiment, the first tool engagement portion 45 is provided on the side surface of the first nut 42. The first tool engagement portion 45 is, for example, one or more corners with which a tool can be engaged. In other words, the first tool engagement portion 45 is six corners on the side surface of the first nut 42. An example of a tool is a wrench. The central axis of the first nut 42 intersects with the second direction X2.

[0044] When the first fastening member 30 is not fixed to the pillar 15, the first fastening member 30 is movable relative to the pillar 15 in the second direction X2 in a plan view. Furthermore, when the first fastening member 30 is not fixed to the pillar 15, the first fastening member 30 is movable relative to the pillar 15 in the vertical direction X3. The state in which the first fastening member 30 is not fixed to the pillar 15 is a state in which the first fastening member 40 is loose. Specifically, when the first fastening member 40 is loose, the first fastening member 30 is movable relative to the pillar 15 in the second direction X2 and the vertical direction X3 within a range in which the first shank 43 of the first fastening member 40 can move within the first insertion hole 33.

[0045] <Second metal fitting> 6, the second metal fitting 50 is fixed to the first metal fitting 30. The second metal fitting 50 is fixed to the support portion 32 of the first metal fitting 30. The second metal fitting 50 is a plate-like member that is arranged along the panel-side mounting surface 17a.

[0046] 5, the second fitting 50 has a second insertion hole 51 formed therein, through which the second shaft portion 63 of the second fastening member 60 is inserted. The second insertion hole 51 passes through the second fitting 50 in the second direction X2.

[0047] As shown in FIG. 8, the width W4 of the second insertion hole 51 in the first direction X1 is larger than the diameter of the second shaft portion 63.

[0048] As shown in Fig. 4, the second fitting 50 is fixed to the first exterior wall panel 17. The second fitting 50 is fixed to the panel-side mounting surface 17a. Fixing holes 52 are formed in the second fitting 50. The second fitting 50 is fixed to the first exterior wall panel 17 by inserting fixing members such as screws, bolts, or bolts through the fixing holes 52 and fixing them to the panel-side mounting surface 17a of the first exterior wall panel 17. The method of fixing the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second fitting 50 is not limited to the example of the fixing holes 52. <Second fastening member> 4 and 5 , the second fastening member 60 secures the second fitting 50 to the first fitting 30. The second fastening member 60 has a second bolt 61 and a second nut 62. Specifically, the hexagonal hole is provided on the head of the second bolt 61 so that the central axis of the hexagonal hole is aligned with the second direction X2.

[0052] When the second fitting 50 is not fixed to the first fitting 30, the second fitting 50 is movable in the first direction X1 relative to the first fitting 30 in a plan view. A state in which the second fastening member 60 is not fixed to the first fitting 30 is a state in which the second fastening member 60 is loose. Specifically, when the second fastening member 60 is loose, the second fitting 50 is movable in the first direction X1 relative to the first fitting 30 within a range in which the second shank 63 of the second fastening member 60 can move within the second insertion hole 51.

[0053] <Arrangement of the first fastening member and the second fastening member> Fig. 8 is a view of the first exterior wall panel 17 viewed from the outside of the first exterior wall panel 17. In Fig. 8, the position of an end 17b of the first exterior wall panel 17 that is close to the second exterior wall panel 18 in the direction along the first direction X1 is indicated by a dashed line. Also, the position of an end 18a of the second exterior wall panel 18 that is close to the first exterior wall panel 17 is indicated by a broken line.

[0054] As shown in Figure 8, in a front view, the first operating part 44 and the second operating part 64 are located in the gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18. When viewing the gap G from the front, the first tool engagement part 45 of the first operating part 44 and the second tool engagement part 65 of the second operating part 64 are visible. The first tool engagement part 45 and the second tool engagement part 65 are each capable of engaging with a tool inserted through the gap G.

[0055] In a front view, the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 are located on a straight line L extending in the up-down direction X3. In a front view, the straight line L is located within the gap G. In a front view, the first tool engagement portion 45 of the first operating unit 44 overlaps with the straight line L. In a front view, the second tool engagement portion 65 of the second operating unit 64 overlaps with the straight line L.

[0056] 8, the straight line L is a line that passes through the central axis of the second shaft portion 63 of the second fastening member 60 in a front view. The straight line L may be deviated from the central axis of the second shaft portion 63 as long as it overlaps with the first operating portion 44 and the second operating portion 64 in a front view.

[0057] When looking at the gap G from the front, the second operating part 64 does not overlap with the first operating part 44. The second operating part 64 is located at a different position from the first operating part 44 in the vertical direction X3. The second operating part 64 is located, for example, below the first operating part 44 in the vertical direction X3. The mounting hardware 20 may be configured so that the second operating part 64 is located above the first operating part 44 in the vertical direction X3.

[0058] <Panel receiving material> As shown in Figures 9 to 11, in the building 10, the lower ends of the columns 15 are fixed to the foundation 19. A panel receiving member 80 that supports the lower end of the first exterior wall panel 17 is arranged at the lower end of the column 15. The panel receiving member 80 may also support the lower end of the second exterior wall panel 18. The panel receiving member 80 includes a first member 81, a second member 82, and an axis member 83.

[0059] As shown in FIG. 9 , the first member 81 is fixed to a portion 15b of the lower end of the pillar 15 that connects to the foundation 19 with fixing members such as bolts and nuts. A slit 81a is formed in the upper plate of the first member 81, into which a part of the portion 15b of the lower end of the pillar 15 that connects to the foundation 19 is inserted. The upper plate of the first member 81 is further provided with a third insertion hole 84 that penetrates in the up-down direction X3. The shaft portion of the shaft member 83 is inserted through the third insertion hole 84. The third insertion hole 84 has a diameter larger than the shaft portion of the shaft member 83.

[0060] The second member 82 is disposed above the upper plate of the first member 81. The second member 82 supports the lower end of the first exterior wall panel 17. The second member 82 is formed with a slit 82a into which a part of the portion 15b of the lower end of the column 15 that connects to the foundation 19 is inserted. The second member 82 is provided with a fourth insertion hole 85. The fourth insertion hole 85 is provided with a female thread.

[0061] The shaft member 83 is, for example, a member such as a screw or a bolt. A male thread is cut on the shaft portion of the shaft member 83. The male thread of the shaft member 83 engages with the female thread of the fourth insertion hole 85 of the second member 82. The head of the shaft member 83 is located below the first member 81. The head of the shaft member 83 contacts the upper surface of the foundation 19.

[0062] 10 and 11, as the shaft member 83 rotates, the second member 82 engaged with the shaft portion of the shaft member 83 moves upward or downward. For example, in the state shown in FIG. 10, when the shaft member 83 is rotated so that the position of the second member 82 moves upward, the position of the second member 82 moves upward as shown in FIG. 11. In this way, the position of the second member 82 is adjusted according to the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 in the up-down direction X3.

[0063] <How to adjust the position of the exterior wall panels> 6 to 9, a method for adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 in the wall 11 will be described. The method for adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 is a method for adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 with respect to the pillar 15. In adjusting the position of the exterior wall panel 16, the first exterior wall panel 17 is movable relative to the pillar 15 in three directions: a first direction X1, a second direction X2, and an up-down direction X3. The position adjustment of the exterior wall panel 16 is performed with the second exterior wall panel 18 fixed to the pillar 15.

[0064] The method for adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 includes a first step and a second step. In the first step, at least one of a first operation and a second operation is performed. The first operation is an operation of inserting a first tool into the gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18 and loosening the first fastening member 40 of the mounting hardware 20 using the first tool. The second operation is an operation of inserting a second tool into the gap G and loosening the second fastening member 60 of the mounting hardware 20 using the second tool. In this embodiment, both the first operation and the second operation are performed in the first step. The first tool is a wrench that engages with the corner of the first nut 42. The second tool is a hex wrench that engages with a hexagonal hole formed in the head of the second bolt 61.

[0065] In the second step, the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 is adjusted relative to the pillar 15. The position of the first exterior wall panel 17 is adjusted in three directions: the first direction X1, the second direction X2, and the up-down direction X3.

[0066] After the position adjustment of the first exterior wall panel 17 is completed, a first tool is inserted into the gap G, and the first fastening member 40 of the mounting hardware 20 is tightened by the first tool. Also, a second tool is inserted into the gap G, and the second fastening member 60 of the mounting hardware 20 is tightened by the second tool.

[0067] When the first exterior wall panel 17 is attached to the column 15 by a plurality of mounting hardware 20, in the first step, the first fastening member 40 and the second fastening member 60 of each of the plurality of mounting hardware 20 are loosened. In the second step, the inclination of the first exterior wall panel 17 is adjusted.

[0068] In the second step, the height of the second member 82 of the panel receiving member 80 may be adjusted in accordance with the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 in the up-down direction X3.

[0069] <Operation of this embodiment> The operation of this embodiment will be described. The attachment portion between the column 15 and the first exterior wall panel 17 may be difficult to see from the outside. In such cases, adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 requires work through a narrow gap G, such as between two exterior wall panels 16. With the mounting hardware 20, the first operating portion 44 of the first fastening member 40 and the second operating portion 64 of the second fastening member 60 are positioned on a straight line extending in the vertical direction X3 when viewed from the front. Therefore, by inserting a tool through the gap G, both the first fastening member 40 and the second fastening member 60 can be operated.

[0070] <Effects of this embodiment> The effects of this embodiment will be described. (1) The mounting hardware 20 is a hardware for attaching the first exterior wall panel 17 to the column 15. The mounting hardware 20 comprises a first fitting 30, a first fastening member 40, a second fitting 50, and a second fastening member 60. The first fitting 30 is fixed to the column 15. The first fastening member 40 secures the first fitting 30 to the column 15. The second fitting 50 is fixed to the first fitting 30. The second fitting 50 is fixed to the first exterior wall panel 17. The second fastening member 60 secures the second fitting 50 to the first fitting 30. The first fastening member 40 has a first shaft portion 43 and a first operating portion 44. The first shaft portion 43 extends in the first direction X1. The first shaft portion 43 is inserted through the first fitting 30. The first operating portion 44 is operated to secure the first fitting 30 to the column 15. The second fastening member 60 has a second shaft portion 63 and a second operating portion 64. The second shaft portion 63 extends in a second direction X2 that intersects with the first direction X1. The second fitting 50 is inserted through the second shaft portion 63. The second operating portion 64 is operated to secure the second fitting 50 to the first fitting 30. In a front view, the first operating portion 44 and the second operating portion 64 are located on a line L that extends in the up-down direction X3. When the first fitting 30 is not fixed to the pillar 15, the first fitting 30 is movable relative to the pillar 15 in the second direction X2 in a plan view. When the second fitting 50 is not fixed to the first fitting 30, the second fitting 50 is movable relative to the first fitting 30 in the first direction X1 in a plan view.

[0071] With this configuration, the first exterior wall panel 17 is movable relative to the column 15 in at least the first direction X1 and the second direction X2. Therefore, the first exterior wall panel 17 can be moved relative to the column 15 by operating the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64. The first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 are located on a straight line L extending in the up-down direction X3. Therefore, even if the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 can only be operated through a narrow gap G, such as between two exterior wall panels 16, the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 can be adjusted in the first direction X1 and the second direction X2. Therefore, the mounting hardware 20 improves the ease of work when adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17.

[0072] (2) The second operating unit 64 is located at a different position from the first operating unit 44 in the up-down direction X3.

[0073] With this configuration, the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 do not overlap when viewed from the front, so that space can be secured in the vertical direction X3 for operating the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64.

[0074] (3) The first fitting 30 is formed with a first insertion hole 33 through which the first shaft portion 43 is inserted. The width W1 of the first insertion hole 33 in the vertical direction X3 and the width W2 of the first insertion hole 33 in the second direction X2 are larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43.

[0075] According to this configuration, the width W1 of the first insertion hole 33 in the up-down direction X3 and the width W2 of the first insertion hole 33 in the second direction X2 are larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43. Therefore, when the first fitting 30 is not fixed to the first shaft portion 43, the first fitting 30 can move relative to the first shaft portion 43 in both the up-down direction X3 and the second direction X2.

[0076] (4) The second fitting 50 is formed with a second insertion hole 51 through which the second shaft portion 63 is inserted. The width W4 of the second insertion hole 51 in the first direction X1 is larger than the diameter of the second shaft portion 63.

[0077] According to this configuration, the width W4 of the second insertion hole 51 in the first direction X1 is larger than the diameter of the second shaft portion 63. Therefore, when the second fitting 50 is not fixed to the second shaft portion 63, the second fitting 50 can move relative to the second shaft portion 63 in the first direction X1.

[0078] (5) The building 10 includes a wall 11. The wall 11 includes a first exterior wall panel 17 and a second exterior wall panel 18. The first exterior wall panel 17 is fixed to a column 15 by a mounting hardware 20. The second exterior wall panel 18 is disposed adjacent to the first exterior wall panel 17. A first fitting 30 of the mounting hardware 20 is fixed to the column 15. A second fitting 50 of the mounting hardware 20 is fixed to the first exterior wall panel 17. In a front view, the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 are located in a gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18.

[0079] According to this configuration, the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 are located in the gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18 in a front view. Therefore, when adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 relative to the column 15, a worker can operate the first operating unit 44 and the second operating unit 64 from the outer surface of the first exterior wall panel 17. At this time, because a tool can be inserted through the gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18, there is no need to remove the first exterior wall panel 17 from the column 15, and there is no need to move the second exterior wall panel 18. Therefore, the building 10 can improve the ease of work when adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17.

[0080] (6) The first exterior wall panel 17 is an exterior wall panel for an outside corner or an exterior wall panel for an inside corner.

[0081] This configuration improves the ease of work when adjusting the position of an exterior wall panel for an outside corner or an exterior wall panel for an inside corner.

[0082] (7) The method for adjusting the position of a first exterior wall panel 17 is a method for adjusting the position of a first exterior wall panel 17 in a wall 11 that includes a first exterior wall panel 17 and a second exterior wall panel 18. The first exterior wall panel 17 is fixed to a column 15 by a mounting hardware 20. The second exterior wall panel 18 is placed next to the first exterior wall panel 17. The method for adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 includes a first step of performing at least one of a first operation and a second operation, and a second step of adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 relative to the column 15. The first operation is an operation of inserting a first tool into a gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18 and loosening a first fastening member 40 of the mounting hardware 20 with the first tool. The second operation is an operation of inserting a second tool into the gap G and loosening a second fastening member 60 of the mounting hardware 20 with the second tool.

[0083] According to this configuration, at least one of the first fastening member 40 and the second fastening member 60 is operated by a tool inserted through the gap G between the first exterior wall panel 17 and the second exterior wall panel 18. By loosening at least one of the first fastening member 40 and the second fastening member 60, the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 relative to the column 15 can be adjusted in at least one of the first direction X1 and the second direction X2. Therefore, the mounting hardware 20 can improve the ease of work when adjusting the position of the first exterior wall panel 17.

[0084] <Modification> The above-described embodiment is an example of the possible forms of the building 10 and the mounting hardware 20, and is not intended to limit the forms. The building 10 and the mounting hardware 20 may take forms different from those illustrated in the above-described embodiment. Examples of such forms include forms in which part of the configuration of the embodiment is replaced, modified, or omitted, or forms in which a new configuration is added to the embodiment. Modified examples of the embodiment are shown below.

[0085] FIG. 12 shows a configuration example of a modified mounting hardware 20. In the embodiment, the column-side mounting surface 15a and the panel-side mounting surface 17a face in different directions. However, the mounting hardware 20 may also be used when the column-side mounting surface 15a and the panel-side mounting surface 17a face each other. As shown in FIG. 12 , in this modification, the first bolt 41 of the first fastening member 40 is inserted directly into the column 15. In the embodiment, the first bolt 41 may be fixed to the column 15 using a configuration similar to the rail of the fixing structure F that fixes the second exterior wall panel 18 to the column 15. A hexagonal hole is formed in the head of the first bolt 41. The hexagonal hole in the head of the first bolt 41 faces the first exterior wall panel 17. The support portion 32 of the first fitting 30 is fixed to the main body portion 31 so as to intersect with the main body portion 31. The support portion 32 is disposed in a slit 34 of the main body portion 31. The second fitting 50 is formed of an L-shaped plate member. The second fitting 50 includes a first plate portion 53 supported by the support portion 32, and a second plate portion 54 fixed to the panel-side mounting surface 17a of the first exterior wall panel 17. The second plate portion 54 extends so as to intersect with the first plate portion 53, and is connected to the first plate portion 53.

[0086] The mounting hardware 20 shown in Fig. 13 can also be used when the column-side mounting surface 15a and the panel-side mounting surface 17a face each other. As shown in Fig. 13, in the mounting hardware 20 of this modified example, the spacer 71 is fixed to the column 15 by a fastening member 91 that is different from the first fastening member 40. The first fitting 30 is fixed to the spacer 71 by the first fastening member 40. The first bolt 41 of the first fastening member 40 of this modified example is arranged so that the shank of the first bolt 41 is aligned in a direction parallel to the column-side mounting surface 15a in a plan view.

[0087] In the embodiment, the second operating unit 64 was located at a different position from the first operating unit 44 in the vertical direction X3, but the second operating unit 64 may be located at the same position as the first operating unit 44 in the vertical direction X3. For example, when viewed from the front through the gap G, the first operating unit 44 is located behind the second operating unit 64. Even with this arrangement, the first operating unit 44 can be operated by inserting the first tool above or below the second operating unit 64, thereby improving the ease of work in adjusting the position of the exterior wall panel 16.

[0088] In the embodiment, both the width W1 of the first insertion hole 33 in the up-down direction X3 and the width W2 of the first insertion hole 33 in the second direction X2 are larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43. Only one of the widths W1 and W2 of the first insertion hole 33 may be larger than the diameter of the first shaft portion 43. In this modification as well, when the first fitting 30 is not fixed to the pillar 15, the first fitting 30 is movable relative to the pillar 15 in either the up-down direction X3 or the second direction X2. In addition to the movement of the second fitting 50 in the first direction X1 relative to the first fitting 30, the position can be adjusted in at least two directions.

[0089] In the embodiment, the width W4 of the second insertion hole 51 in the first direction X1 is larger than the diameter of the second shaft portion 63, but the width W4 of the second insertion hole 51 may be the same as the diameter of the second shaft portion 63, and the width of the second insertion hole 51 in the vertical direction X3 may be larger than the diameter of the second shaft portion 63. In this modification, when the second fitting 50 is not fixed to the first fitting 30, the second fitting 50 is movable relative to the first fitting 30 in the vertical direction X3.

[0090] In addition to the width W4 of the second insertion hole 51 in the first direction X1, the width of the second insertion hole 51 in the up-down direction X3 may also be larger than the diameter of the second shaft portion 63.

[0091] In the embodiment, the mounting hardware 20 is used to attach the first exterior wall panel 17 used in a corner to the column 15. However, the use of the mounting hardware 20 is not limited to this example. The mounting hardware 20 can be used not only for the first exterior wall panel 17 used in a corner, but also for ordinary exterior wall panels. Here, ordinary exterior wall panels are panels that do not form an outside corner or an inside corner, but are formed to extend in one direction in a plan view. For example, the second exterior wall panel 18 in the embodiment may be fixed to the column 15 by the mounting hardware 20.

[0092] The first operating portion 44 of the first fastening member 40 and the second operating portion 64 of the second fastening member 60 may be operable from the inside of the exterior wall panel 16. For example, by changing the mounting position of the mounting hardware 20 on the H-shaped steel column 15, the first operating portion 44 can be operated from the inside of the exterior wall panel 16. For example, by orienting the head of the second bolt 61 of the second fastening member 60 toward the inside of the exterior wall panel 16, the second operating portion 64 can be operated from the inside of the exterior wall panel 16. Specifically, when attaching the exterior wall panel 16 to the column 15 from the indoor side, the mounting hardware 20 of this embodiment is used when the column 15 and beams, etc., interfere with fastening the exterior wall panel 16 with hardware. In this case, the head of the second bolt 61 of the second fastening member 60 faces inward.

[0093] In the method for adjusting the position of the exterior wall panel 16 in the embodiment, both the first operation and the second operation are performed in the first step, but only one of the first operation and the second operation may be performed. In this modified example, in the first step, only one of the first fastening member 40 and the second fastening member 60 is loosened. In the second step, the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 relative to the column 15 is adjusted in the direction corresponding to either the first fastening member 40 or the second fastening member 60. After the second step, the other of the first fastening member 40 and the second fastening member 60 is loosened, and the position of the first exterior wall panel 17 relative to the column 15 is adjusted again.
