Claims

1. A topical skin or hair care composition comprising a mixture of hexylresorcinol and ethyl linoleate.

2. 2. The external skin or hair care composition according to claim 1, wherein the mixture of hexylresorcinol and ethyl linoleate is present in an amount of 0.01 to 20.0% by mass.
