The hip-up function can be improved with a simple structure, and a three dimensional and beautiful hip line can be achieved.SOLUTION: A compensating shorts according to an embodiment includes an abdomen covering portion, a buttock covering portion, and a crotch covering portion, the compensating shorts including a lower buttock supporting portion that has a first stretchability and supports gluteus maximus of a wearer from below, and an upper buttock supporting portion that has a second stretchability higher than the first stretchability and supports the gluteus maximus of the wearer from above, wherein a hip-up function can be improved with a simple configuration, and a three dimensional and beautiful hipline can be realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
