Abstract

To provide novel compositions and methods for modulating GR receptors. [Solution] The present invention provides an octahydrocondensed azadecalin compound and a method for using the compound as a glucocorticoid receptor modulator. In some embodiments, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound of the present invention and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. In some embodiments, the present invention provides a method for modulating a glucocorticoid receptor, the method comprising the step of contacting the glucocorticoid receptor with the compound of the present invention, thereby modulating the glucocorticoid receptor.
