6. The hinged lid pack according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the label is provided with a fragile line and is configured to separate along the fragile line, allowing the lid to rotate to the open position for the first time.
7. The hinged lid pack according to claim 6, wherein the label is affixed to the pack such that the label is bridged to the bonding line in a direction extending across the length of the label, and the fragile line extends along the width of the label.
8. The hinged lid pack according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the fragile line comprises an opening tape formed on the label.
9. The hinged lid pack according to claim 8, wherein the opening tape is provided with a tab that allows the opening tape to be torn off.
10. A hinged lid pack according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the joint line is straight and the fragile line of the label is not straight.
11. The hinged lid pack according to claim 10, wherein the weak line comprises a zigzag or winding path that repeatedly crosses the joint line.
12. Collation of parallelepiped hinged lid packs for a delivery system, wherein each pack has a base and a lid, and the lid is rotatable relative to the base between an open position and a closed position in which the lid and the base meet at a joint line. The parallelepiped-shaped packs are arranged within the collation such that the faces of each pack abut the faces of adjacent packs along the contact plane, and a portion of the joint line between the lid and the base of each pack is exposed on the non-contact surface of the pack. A label is affixed to the non-contact surface of each pack so as to bridge the exposed portion of the joint line of each pack, and the label has a first fragile line aligned with the contact plane between adjacent packs. A collation of parallelepiped hinged lid packs, wherein the labels are configured to separate along the first fragile line between adjacent packs when one of the packs is removed from the collation.
13. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to claim 14, wherein the label comprises a second fragile line, and the label is configured to separate along the second fragile line, allowing the lid of the pack to rotate to the open position around the hinge for the first time after being removed from the collation, and providing a visual indication that the lid has previously rotated to the open position when the lid is subsequently closed.
14. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to claim 13, wherein the label has parallel edges and the second fragile line is parallel to the edges.
15. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to claim 14, wherein the second fragile line is offset so that it is closer to one edge than to the other edge.
16. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to any one of claims 13 to 15, wherein the second fragile line comprises an opening tape formed on the label.
17. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to claim 16, wherein the opening tape is provided with a tab that allows the opening tape to be torn.
18. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to any one of claims 13 to 17, wherein the exposed portion of the joint line is linear and the second fragile line of the label is non-linear.
19. Collation of a parallelepiped hinged lid pack according to claim 18, wherein the second weak line comprises a zigzag or winding path that repeatedly crosses the exposed portion of the joint line.
