Abstract

The provided aptamers include a polynucleotide sequence consisting of SEQ ID NO: 7, a fragment thereof, or functionally equivalent variants thereof, comprising at least 10 chemically modified nucleotides, having a length of 40 to 100 nucleotides, and possessing the ability to specifically bind to TLR-4 and inhibit TLR-4 activation. Chemically modified aptamers derived from SEQ ID NO: 7 or its variants exhibit increased stability, as well as positive effects in breast cancer and inflammatory autoimmune neuropathies, such as Guillain-Barré syndrome.
