[0023] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, the magnetic driving conveying device 100 provided by the present invention comprises a stator module set 110, a guide rail module set 120 mounted on the stator module set 110, and a movable module set 130 slidably mounted on the guide rail module set 120. The sliding of the movable module set 130 on the guide rail module set 120 realizes loading and conveying of a carrier or workpiece.

[0025] Among them, the stator module set 110 is obtained by joining a first straight module set 111 and a first arc module set 112, and the guide rail module set 120 is obtained by joining a second straight module set 121 and a second arc module set 122. For example, the stator module set 110 and the guide rail module set 120 each constitute an infinite loop ring-shaped module set, and the extension directions of the stator module set 110 and the guide rail module set 120 are the same, the second straight module set 121 is provided corresponding to the first straight module set 111, and the second arc module set 122 is provided corresponding to the first arc module set 112. The joint position between the first straight line module set 111 and the first arc module set 112 is shifted relative to the joint position between the second straight line module set 121 and the second arc module set 122. For example, the joint position between the first straight line module set 111 and the first arc module set 112 is position A shown in Figures 2 and 3, and the joint position between the second straight line module set 121 and the second arc module set 122 is position B shown in Figures 2 and 3.

[0026] Conventionally, the joint position between the first linear module set and the first arc module set overlaps with the joint position between the second linear module set and the second arc module set, so when the mover module set passes through the joint position, a large vibration is generated, and the noise during the movement of the mover module set is too large. In addition, the joint position between the first linear module set and the first arc module set overlaps with the joint position between the second linear module set and the second arc module set, so the requirements for the fitting accuracy between the first linear module set and the first arc module set and the fitting accuracy between the second linear module set and the second arc module set are excessive. In the magnetic driving conveying device 100 provided by the present invention, the joint position between the first straight module set 111 and the first arc-shaped module set 112 is offset from the joint position between the second straight module set 121 and the second arc-shaped module set 122. Therefore, when the movable module set 130 passes through the joint position (position A) between the first straight module set 111 and the first arc-shaped module set 112, and when the movable module set 130 passes through the joint position (position B) between the second straight module set 121 and the second arc-shaped module set 122, the movable module set 130 does not resonate at the joint positions. The vibration of the movable module set 130 is weakened when passing through the two joint positions, and the noise during the movement of the movable module set 130 is reduced. The fitting precision between the first straight module set 111 and the first arc-shaped module set 112, and the fitting precision between the second straight module set 121 and the second arc-shaped module set 122 are also reduced.

[0027] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the first straight module set 111 includes a first straight segment 1111 and a second straight segment 1112 spaced apart from each other, and two opposing ends of the first arc module set 112 are respectively joined to the end of the first straight segment 1111 and the end of the second straight segment 1112, i.e., one end of the first arc module set 112 is joined to the end of the first straight segment 1111, and the other end of the first arc module set 112 is joined to the end of the second straight segment 1112. The second straight module set 121 includes a third straight segment 1211 and a fourth straight segment 1212 spaced apart from each other, and two opposing ends of the second arc module set 122 are respectively joined to the end of the third straight segment 1211 and the end of the fourth straight segment 1212, that is, one end of the second arc module set 122 is joined to the end of the third straight segment 1211, and the other end of the second arc module set 122 is joined to the end of the fourth straight segment 1212. In this way, when the mover module set 130 slides on the guide rail module set 120, the mover module set 130 can achieve a turning and conveying operation.

[0028] 1 and 2, the first arc module set 112 includes a first arc segment 1121 and two first straight-line turning segments 1122. The two first straight-line turning segments 1122 are integrally molded at two opposite ends of the first arc segment 1121, for example, the two first straight-line turning segments 1122 are integrally molded at two opposite ends of the first arc segment 1121 by means of extrusion molding, injection molding, etc., and there is no need to connect the first straight-line turning segment 1122 and the first arc segment 1121 with a connecting member, so that the process difficulty of the first arc module set 112 can be simplified, and the precision and structural strength of the first arc module set 112 can be improved, and when the mover module set 130 slides along the first arc module set 112, the movement stability of the mover module set 130 can be increased. The two first straight line switching segments 1122 are respectively joined to the end of the first straight line segment 1111 and the end of the second straight line segment 1112, i.e., the first arc module set 112 has a horseshoe shape (U shape) as a whole, and the joining position between the first straight line module set 111 and the first arc module set 112 is shifted relative to the joining position between the second straight line module set 121 and the second arc module set 122, so that the vibration when the movable module set 130 passes through the two joining positions (positions A and B shown in Figure 2) is weakened, and the noise during the movement of the movable module set 130 is reduced.

[0029] Among them, the first straight line turning segment 1122, the first straight line segment 1111, and the second straight line segment 1112 have the same extension direction. For example, the first straight line turning segment 1122, the first straight line segment 1111, and the second straight line segment 1112 all have the horizontal extension direction as shown in Figure 2, which makes it easy to join the two first straight line turning segments 1122 with the ends of the first straight line segment 1111 and the ends of the second straight line segment 1112.

[0030] 1 and 3, the second arc module set 122 includes a second arc segment 1221 and two second straight redirecting segments 1222. The two second straight redirecting segments 1222 are integrally molded at two opposite ends of the second arc segment 1221, for example, the two second straight redirecting segments 1222 are integrally molded at two opposite ends of the second arc segment 1221 by means of extrusion molding, injection molding, etc., and there is no need to connect the second straight redirecting segment 1222 and the second arc segment 1221 by a connecting member, so that the process difficulty of the second arc module set 122 can be simplified, and the precision and structural strength of the second arc module set 122 can be improved, and when the mover module set 130 slides along the second arc module set 122, the movement stability of the mover module set 130 can be increased. The two second straight line switching segments 1222 are respectively joined to the end of the third straight line segment 1211 and the end of the fourth straight line segment 1212, that is, the second arc module set 122 has a horseshoe shape (U shape) as a whole, and the joining position between the first straight line module set 111 and the first arc module set 112 is shifted relative to the joining position between the second straight line module set 121 and the second arc module set 122, so that the vibration when the movable module set 130 passes through the two joining positions (positions A and B shown in Figure 3) is weakened, and the noise during the movement of the movable module set 130 is reduced.

[0031] Among them, the second straight turn segment 1222, the third straight segment 1211, and the fourth straight segment 1212 have the same extension direction. For example, the second straight turn segment 1222, the third straight segment 1211, and the fourth straight segment 1212 all have the horizontal extension direction as shown in Figure 3, which makes it easy to join the two second straight turn segments 1222 with the ends of the third straight segment 1211 and the fourth straight segment 1212.

[0032] If the mover module set 130 is installed on the guide rail module set 120, the height of the mover module set 130 as a whole will be increased, and the magnetic driving conveying device 100 cannot be applied to working conditions where the conveying space is limited. In view of this, in one embodiment, as shown in Figures 1, 4 and 5, the stator module set 110 includes a stator coil 113. The mover module set 130 includes a base 131, a magnet plate 132 and a number of rollers 133. The base 131 is provided with a mounting groove 134, which is preferably integrally molded with the base 131 by means of extrusion molding, injection molding or the like, thereby simplifying the process of providing the mounting groove 134 on the base 131. The magnet plate 132 and the plurality of rollers 133 are each provided in the mounting groove 134, so that when the mover module set 130 slides along the guide rail module set 120, the plurality of rollers 133 roll and come into contact with the side surface of the guide rail module set 120. In addition, the guide rail module set 120 and the stator coil 113 are each housed in the mounting groove 134, and the mover module set 130 is provided slidably on the guide rail module set 120 by, for example, being suspended or floating.

[0033] In the magnetic drive transport device 100, the rollers 133 roll and contact the side of the guide rail module set 120, and the stator coil 113 generates a traveling wave magnetic field, which cooperates with the magnet plate 132 to generate an interaction force, thereby driving the mover module set 130 to move along the extension direction of the guide rail module set 120. In addition, since the magnet plate 132 and the rollers 133 are respectively provided in the mounting grooves 134, the space required for mounting the magnet plate 132 and the rollers 133 can be reduced, and the overall volume of the mover module set 130 can be reduced. When the mover module set 130 is provided in the guide rail module set 120, the height of the entire mover module set 130 is reduced, making it possible to apply the mover module set 130 to working conditions where the transport space is limited.

[0034] In order to improve the conveying efficiency of the magnetic drive conveying device 100, the guide rail module set 120 is generally provided with a plurality of movable module sets 130 spaced apart from each other. Although the plurality of movable module sets 130 can realize batch conveying of carriers or workpieces, there is a possibility of a collision between two adjacent movable module sets 130. In view of this, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the movable module set 130 further includes at least one bumper 135. The bumper 135 is provided to protrude from one side of the base 131. For example, two bumpers 135 are provided, and the two bumpers 135 are provided on opposite sides of the base 131, respectively, and protrude toward the side approaching the adjacent movable module set 130. When multiple mover module sets 130 slide synchronously on the guide rail module set 120, the bumper 135 can protect the mover module sets 130 by avoiding violent collisions between two adjacent mover module sets 130, thereby improving the reliability of the transport of the magnetic drive transport device 100 to the carrier or workpiece.

[0035] In this embodiment, the bumper 135 has flexibility to absorb the impact force of the mover module set 130 during a collision, so as to prevent the mover module set 130 from being damaged by an excessive impact force.

[0036] 1, the magnetically driven conveying device 100 further includes at least one position detection member (not shown), which is provided on the stator module set 110 or the guide rail module set 120 and is used to detect the position and speed of the mover module set 130. In this embodiment, the position detection member is a position sensor. Of course, in other embodiments, the position detection member may be a photoelectric sensor, a proximity sensor, or other detection member capable of sensing the position and speed of the mover module set, and the present invention is not limited to the specific type of the position detection member.

[0037] 1, the magnetic driving transport device 100 further includes a magnetic driving card (not shown), which establishes an association between the transported carrier or workpiece and the magnetic driving transport device 100, thereby realizing the transport of the magnetic driving transport device 100 for a specific carrier or workpiece. The magnetic driving card is detachably installed in the stator module set 110 or the guide rail module set 120, and by replacing magnetic driving cards of different types or specifications, the adaptability between the magnetic driving transport device 100 and different carriers or workpieces can be improved, and after the magnetic driving card is damaged, the magnetic driving card only needs to be replaced to resume the transport operation of the carrier or workpiece, which can save the subsequent repair and use costs of the magnetic driving transport device 100.

[0038] Preferably, the magnetic drive card is installed on the side of the stator module set 110 or the guide rail module set 120, thereby reducing the overall volume of the magnetic drive transport device 100, reducing the required installation space of the magnetic drive transport device 100, and further expanding the application scenarios of the magnetic drive transport device 100.

[0039] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the first linear module set 111 is obtained by joining a plurality of first linear modules 114, and the second linear module set 121 is obtained by joining a plurality of second linear modules 123. Since the conveying length of the magnetic driving conveying device 100 may change under different working conditions, for the first linear module set 111 and the second linear module set 121 of different lengths, different numbers of first linear modules 114 are joined to form the first linear module set 111, and different numbers of second linear modules 123 are joined to form the second linear module set 121, so that the lengths of the first linear module set 111 and the second linear module set 121 can be changed to realize flexible design of the first linear module set 111 and the second linear module set 121.

[0040] 1, the first linear module 114 is integrally formed by means of extrusion molding, injection molding, etc., and the second linear module 123 is also integrally formed by means of extrusion molding, injection molding, etc. The first linear module 114 and the second linear module 123 do not need to be connected by a connecting member inside, so that the process difficulty of the first linear module 114 and the second linear module 123 can be simplified, and the precision and structural strength of the first linear module 114 and the second linear module 123 can be improved. When the mover module set 130 slides along the guide rail module set 120, the first linear module 114 and the second linear module 123 do not interfere with the movement of the mover module set 130, and the movement stability of the mover module set 130 is increased.

[0041] The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be combined in any manner, and for the sake of brevity, not all possible combinations of the technical features of the above-described embodiments are described, but as long as there is no contradiction in the combinations of these technical features, all should be considered within the scope of this specification.

[0042] The above examples merely represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description is specific and detailed, but should not be interpreted as a limitation on the scope of the present invention. It is pointed out that those skilled in the art can make some modifications and improvements without departing from the spirit of the present invention, all of which are within the scope of protection of the present invention. Therefore, the scope of protection of the present invention shall be subject to the scope of the attached claims. [Explanation of symbols]
