Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] This invention relates to a twin vacuum packaging device that can shorten the vacuum packaging time and increase speed by arranging multiple vacuum packaging work lines in a straight line and joining them in two rows, while also making the occupied area compact. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, it is known to arrange bagging devices in a substantially straight line so that the bagging process can be automated up to the point where items are stuffed into a zipper bag with the mouth of the bag open (see Patent Document 1). This known technology is a bagging device in which, when clothing is placed on an article holding table, a bag is removed from an adjacent stocker and placed on a setting table, the opening of the zip lock bag is opened and the article holding table is inserted into the bag together with the clothing placed on it, after which only the article holding table is pulled out and the zip lock bag with the clothing inserted is sent from the setting table to the lateral feed table, and as the lateral feed table on which the zip lock bag rests slides sideways, the opening of the zip lock bag is closed by a press roller.
[0003] A vacuum packaging device developed by the present applicant is known which picks up an empty bag from a bag hopper, holds the empty bag open at an angle, bags the packaged items at an inclination, and transports the filled bag in that inclined state, vacuum sealing it for packaging (see Patent Document 2). This known technology is a vacuum packaging device that comprises, in a straight line, a bag supplying section that picks up empty bags from a bag hopper and holds the empty bags open at an angle, a bagging section that supplies the items to be packaged in an inclined state, a vacuum packaging section that transports the filled bags while keeping them in an inclined state and vacuum packages them, and a conveying section that continuously carries out the vacuum-packaged packaging bags. Since all operations are performed in an inclined position, this vacuum packaging device is suitable for filling granular or liquid foods, such as rice, beans, curry, and stew, and the entire device can be made compact.
[0004] It is also known to use two vacuum packaging devices with one vacuum pump (see Patent Documents 3 and 4). Patent Document 3 is a double vacuum packaging device that uses one vacuum pump to alternately draw vacuum inside two pressure-resistant chambers, and Patent Document 4 is a twin vacuum packaging device that can operate two vacuum packaging devices simultaneously with one vacuum pump. [0010] An embodiment of the twin vacuum packaging device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in the partially omitted right side view of FIG. 1, the twin vacuum packaging device of the present invention comprises a packaged item supply and insertion section A consisting of a bucket 1 carrying an item to be packaged and reciprocating back and forth, a pusher 2 arranged diagonally above the bucket 1 and moving up and down and back and forth to push out the item to be packaged placed in the bucket 1, an empty bag supply and opening section B consisting of a bag stocker 3 storing empty bags arranged below the bucket 1 in the forward direction, a suction cup 4 arranged above the bag stocker 3 and moving up and down and back and forth to suck and transfer the empty bags, and a suction cup 5 fixed to the suction cup 4, spreading claws 6 inserted into the openings of filled bags that have been packed and transported at the empty bag supply and opening section B to spread and flatten them left and right, spreading rods 7 for spreading the spreading claws 6 left and right, and a lifting cylinder 8 for moving the spreading rods 7 up and down. The two-row vacuum packaging work line is arranged in a straight line and is composed of a bag mouth expanding and flattening section C consisting of an up-down lifting cylinder 9 fixed to the lifting cylinder 8, a vacuum packaging section D consisting of a bag end sealing member (not shown) that holds the flattened filled bag opening by clamping it from above, a heat sealing member (not shown) adjacent to and downstream of the bag end sealing member (not shown) that clamps the bag flattened opening from above and below and heat-pressures it, and a vacuum chamber 10 that incorporates both of the above-mentioned members, and a filled bag discharge section E consisting of a gate-type moving table 11 that moves forward and backward to slide between the empty bag supply and opening B and the vacuum packaging section D to transport the filled bags, and a reciprocating moving cylinder 12 that moves the moving table 11 forward and backward. These work lines are arranged in a straight line and the opening of the packaging bag is moved while facing backward in the transport direction. In addition, the twin vacuum packaging device of the present invention is constructed so that the entire device can be contained inside a rectangular parallelepiped frame 13, and casters 14 are provided at the four corners of the frame so that it can be moved freely.
[0011] The packaged item supply and insertion section A consists of three rows of parallel buckets 1 into which an operator manually places the packaged items, and three pushers 2 arranged above the buckets 1 for pushing the packaged items placed in the buckets 1. As shown in the partially omitted front view of Figure 2, the buckets 1 are tray-shaped to prevent the packaged items from falling out, and can be reciprocated by a forward / backward movement cylinder 15 provided at the bottom, so that the buckets 1 can be moved forward in the direction of the empty bag supply and opening B. As shown in FIG. 1, a triple pusher 2 is disposed diagonally above the bucket 1 and pushes the packaged items placed in the bucket 1. The triple pusher 2 presses down the packaged items placed in the bucket 1 from above with a cover 20 and moves forward together with the bucket 1, and can push the packaged items out of the bucket 1 with a pressure plate 16 into an empty bag. In addition, the number 31 in FIG. 1 is an article placement table 31 on which the packaged items are placed in order to be placed in the packet 1.
[0012] The empty bag supply and opening B consists of a triple bag stocker 3 which stores a large number of empty bags and is located below the bucket 1 in the forward direction, a triple suction cup 4 which is located above the bag stocker 3 and moves up and down and back and forth to suck and transfer the empty bags, and a number of suction cups 5 which suck the empty bags fixed to the suction cups 4. The bag stocker 3 can be moved up and down by a motor installed below it when an empty bag sensor detects it, and the suction cup 4 rises by sucking up an empty bag from the bag stocker 3 using an upper and lower cylinder, and transports it to the bagging position where the bucket 1 is inserted. As shown in FIG. 1, a triple jet nozzle 17 is attached to the lower tip of the bucket 1 at a downward angular position so that the bag can be opened. The air is instantly blown onto the tip of the empty bag that has been attracted to the suction cup 4 and moved forward, thereby opening the empty bag. In addition, reference number 21 denotes a rotating gripping claw 21 that rotates to grip the upper side of the opening of the empty bag, and reference number 22 denotes a suction auxiliary device 22 that rises to suction the lower side of the opening of the empty bag.
[0013] The bag mouth spreading and flattening section C consists of three spreading claws 6 which are inserted into the opening of a filled bag transported from the empty bag supply and opening B by a moving table 11 described later and spread and flatten it to the left and right, two spreading rods 7 which spread the spreading claws 6 to the left and right, a lifting cylinder 8 which moves the spreading rods 7 up and down, and an up-down lifting cylinder 9 which fixes the lifting cylinder 8 in place. The spreading claws 6 are connected by a spreading rod 7 fixed to the lifting cylinder 8 so that they can approach and move away from each other along the guide of the spreading member, and the spreading rod 7 moves up and down together with the lifting cylinder 8 which moves up and down, and the lifting cylinder 8 is fixed to an up and down lifting cylinder 9 which also moves up and down via a connecting member 18.
[0014] The vacuum packaging section D is adjacent to the downstream side of the bag mouth expanding and flattening section C and comprises a vacuum chamber 10 incorporating a bag end sealing member (not shown) that clamps and holds the bag opening that has been expanded and flattened by the expanding claws 6 from above, and a heat sealing member (not shown) adjacent to the downstream side of the bag end sealing member (not shown) that clamps the bag flattened opening from above and below and heats and presses it. The filled bags placed on the moving table 11 are spaced apart so as to allow unhindered vertical movement of a bag end sealing member (not shown) that flattens the bag opening and a heat sealing member (not shown) that heats and crimps the bag opening. A vacuum pump 19 is provided under the vacuum packaging section D, and the vacuum pump 19 alternately draws a vacuum inside the vacuum chamber 10. Note that two vacuum pumps 19 may be provided, each of which draws a vacuum inside the vacuum chamber 10. The number 31 in FIG. 3 denotes a vacuum pipe 31 that connects the vacuum pump 19 and the vacuum chamber 10 .
[0015] The stuffed bag discharge section E comprises a gate-type moving table 11 which slides as a whole to move forward and backward, and a reciprocating cylinder 12 which fixedly supports the moving table 11 and moves it forward and backward. As shown in the partially omitted rear view of Figure 3, the movable table 11 is a gate type consisting of a flat top plate portion 23 and legs 24 on both sides of the top plate portion 23, and the entire table slides to move forward and backward between the empty bag supply and opening portion B and the vacuum packaging portion D. An upper and lower sealing member (not shown) which moves up and down is provided at the tip of the top plate portion 23 of the moving table 11 to a position opposite to the bag end sealing member (not shown) of the vacuum chamber 19 of the vacuum packaging section D, and a slide plate 25 which swings by a hinge is extended from the rear end of the top plate portion 23 of the moving table 11, and a guide roller 27 which is guided by a guide 26 fixed to the machine frame 13 is fixed to the underside of the slide plate 25. As shown by the dashed line in FIG. 1, the movable table 11 is moved forward by the reciprocating cylinder 12 to the empty bag supply and opening B, receives the filled bags, and then moves backward to the vacuum packaging section D for vacuum packaging. The control device 28 provided on the upper part of the machine frame 13 in FIG. 2 is operated by a control panel 29 provided on the upper front part.
[0016] Next, the operation of the twin vacuum packaging device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The twin vacuum packaging device of the present invention will be described below with the left side in FIG. 2 being the first line and the right side being the second line. 2, an operator stands between the first and second lines, and in packaged item supply section A of the first line, the operator manually places three packaged items in a row from article placement table 31 into bucket 1. Three buckets 1 are lined up in parallel, and when the packaged items have been placed in bucket 1, bucket 1 moves forward to the empty bag supply and opening B position and waits.
[0017] When the bucket 1 carrying the packaged items moves forward and moves to the position for empty bag supply and opening B, the pusher 2 descends and the cover 20 presses down on the packaged items from above while the pressure plate 16 presses down on the rear of the packaged items. Meanwhile, as suction cup 4 descends, suction cup 5 adsorbs the empty bag from bag stocker 3, and as suction cup 4 rises, suction cup 5 adsorbs and holds the empty bag and rises to the packaged item insertion position and waits. In this state, bucket 1 carrying the packaged items moves forward, and spray nozzle 17 instantly blows air onto the tip of bucket 1 as it moves forward, widening the empty bag, and bucket 1 and pusher 2 move forward together, so that bucket 1, packaged items, and pusher 2 are inserted into the bag. Next, only the bucket 1 is moved backward, the packaged item is left in the bag by the pusher 2, and then the pusher 2 is moved backward.
[0018] At this time, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 1, the entire moving table 11 slides forward and waits below the suction cups 5. When the pusher 2 retreats, the suction cups 5 stop suction and the filled bag W with the packaged article inserted therein is placed on the moving table 11. After the stuffed bags W have been loaded, the moving table 11 as a whole moves backward, and moves backward to the vacuum packaging section D as shown by the solid line in FIG.
[0019] In the bag mouth expanding and flattening section C, as shown in FIG. 1, the expanding claws 6 are moved away along the guide of the expanding member by an expanding rod 7 fixed to a lifting cylinder 8, thereby flattening the bag mouth. In the vacuum packaging section D, the bag opening flattened by the spreading claws 6 is clamped from above and below and pressed with a bag end sealing member (not shown), and the vacuum chamber 10 is lowered to form an airtight space with the moving table 11. Vacuum suction is performed by operating the vacuum pump 19, and heat compression sealing is performed using a heating sealing member (not shown). At the filled bag discharge section E, the moving table 11 waits with a filled bag W that has been heat-sealed and pressed on it placed on it, and when the suction cups 5 adsorb the empty bag and lift it up at the empty bag supply and opening B of the first line, the entire moving table 11 slides forward, and the slide plate 25 connected to the rear of the moving table 11 rotates and becomes horizontal as it moves forward, and the bag end sealing member (not shown) holds the bag down, transferring the sealed filled bag W to the slide plate 25 at the rear of the moving table 11. In the state of the first line (right side in FIG. 3), the stuffed bag W remains placed on the slide plate 25 of the moving table 11.
[0020] Meanwhile, while vacuum packaging operations are being performed in the vacuum packaging section D of the first line, an operator stands between the first and second lines in Figure 2, and in the packaged item supply section A of the second line, the operator manually places three packaged items in a row from the item loading table 31 into the bucket 1. When the items to be packaged have been placed in the bucket 1, the bucket 1 advances to the position for empty bag supply and opening B and waits. Thereafter, the same operation as in the first line is carried out, and the first and second lines as a whole are caused to carry out the vacuum packaging work alternately by the control device 29, thereby shortening the vacuum packaging time and achieving speedup. As shown in the second line (left side of FIG. 3), the filling bag W is vacuum-packaged when the moving table 11 retreats to the vacuum packaging section D from the slide plate 25 of the moving table 11, and the guide rollers 27 move down along the guides 26 on both sides of the machine frame 13 to tilt the slide plate 25, sliding the filling bag W placed on the slide plate 25 and discharging it onto the transport conveyor 28, etc. In this way, the filling bag W is vacuum-packaged and discharged alternately in the first line in the same manner.
[0021] The twin vacuum packaging device of the present invention has a two-row vacuum packaging work line consisting of a packaged item supply and insertion section A consisting of a bucket 1 and a pusher 2, an empty bag supply and opening section B consisting of a bag stocker 3, a suction cup 4 and a suction cup 5, a bag mouth expanding and flat section C consisting of an expanding claw 6, an expanding rod 7, a lifting cylinder 8 and an up and down lifting cylinder 9, a vacuum packaging section D consisting of a bag end sealing member (not shown), a heat sealing member (not shown) and a vacuum chamber 10, and a filled bag discharge section E consisting of a moving table 11 and a reciprocating cylinder 12, which are arranged in a straight line and move while the opening of the packaging bag is facing backward in the transport direction. A vacuum pump 19 is provided in the vacuum packaging section D, and the vacuum pump 19 alternately draws a vacuum inside the vacuum chamber 10, thereby shortening the vacuum packaging time and increasing the speed, and making the occupation area compact.
