Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] This invention relates to a formwork material container that stores materials that constitute formwork or materials for supporting formwork used when constructing floors and beams of concrete structures. [Background technology]
[0002] In the assembly of concrete forms, supports are used to support the bottom side of the formwork for slabs and beams. Since such supports need to be installed within a certain distance, a considerable number of them are required, for example, in the construction of a building. If they are not kept together, they will take up space for construction work, and workability and safety will decrease. For this reason, it is necessary to hold multiple supports together.
[0003] Therefore, the applicant proposed the technology described in Patent Document 1. Patent Document 1 discloses a support holder that holds multiple supports, each having a parent pipe formed in a cylindrical shape and erected from a base plate, and an insertion pipe whose base end is slidably inserted into the parent pipe and has a backing plate on its tip end, and that has a holding part having an axial bottom and a pair of side parts erected from both ends of the bottom, and grooves are formed on the inner peripheral surfaces of the bottom and the pair of side parts, into which the base plates and / or backing plates of the multiple supports are inserted. This support holder makes it possible to hold multiple supports together, and even if the supports are lifted as they are, it is possible to prevent the supports from falling off, thereby improving safety. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3229314 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, according to the technology disclosed in Patent Document 1, a holding part is attached to each of the upper and lower ends of the support, and both ends are held by separate holding parts. Therefore, when the support is hung from the holding parts through a hanging member, a twisting force may be applied to the support. Therefore, it is necessary to pass the hanging member through the holding parts or to carefully operate a lifting machine (e.g., a crane) so that the holding parts at both ends do not rotate in different directions.
[0006] The same is true when lifting all the plate materials (e.g., plywood) used in assembling the formwork, and it is desirable to avoid applying a torsional force to the plate materials. Thus, it is desirable to have a formwork material storage device that can move all the formwork materials, such as supports and plate materials, together while reducing the load on the formwork materials when they are moved.
[0007] The present invention has been developed in consideration of such problems, and aims to provide a formwork material storage device that reduces the load placed on formwork materials when they are moved, and enables the formwork materials to be moved and stored stably. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.
[0009] (1) A formwork material container (e.g., formwork material containers 1 and 2) for storing formwork materials, A base portion (e.g., base portion 12, 52) having a rectangular placement area on which the formwork material is placed on the upper surface side; pillars (e.g., pillars 10, 50) standing upright from the four corners of the mounting area; a movement regulating portion (e.g., movement regulating portion 14, 54) extending from the column portion in a direction along the longitudinal direction of the base portion (e.g., the front-to-rear direction) and capable of abutting both ends of the formwork material when the formwork material moves along the upper surface of the base portion in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (e.g., the left-to-right direction).
[0010] According to the invention of (1), since the form materials are placed on the placement area of the base part, when the form material container containing the form materials is moved, the form materials are unlikely to be subjected to a large load from the form material container 1. Furthermore, in the form material container containing the form materials, the form materials tend to move in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (left and right direction), but since the movement of the form materials in the perpendicular direction (left and right direction) is restricted by the movement restricting part, the form materials are unlikely to fall off the base part. In this way, it is possible to provide a form material container that can stably move and store form materials.
[0011] (2) In (1), a long insertion portion (e.g., rail portion 20, 60) is further provided, which is disposed on the underside of the base portion and has a pair of wall surfaces (e.g., inner wall surfaces 20a, 20a) facing each other with a distance allowing the forklift claws to be inserted, the insertion portion is disposed so that a longitudinal direction of the insertion portion is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the base portion; A formwork material storage device characterized in that the pair of wall surfaces are parallel to each other and each are perpendicular to the lower surface of the base portion.
[0012] According to the invention of (2), the form material storage device 1 can be moved by inserting the forklift claws between a pair of wall surfaces of the insertion part. In addition, since the forklift claws come into contact with the pair of wall surfaces at this time, the movement of the form material storage device in the longitudinal direction (front-rear direction) can be restricted. This makes it possible to stabilize the posture of the form material storage device being transported by the forklift.
[0013] (3) In (1) or (2), a plurality of rod-shaped members (e.g., pedestal portions 22, 22, steel pipes 52b) are arranged on the upper surface of the base portion so that the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped members is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base portion, A formwork material storage device characterized in that, when the formwork material is placed on the multiple rod-shaped members, a space is formed between the formwork material and the upper surface of the base portion into which the tines of a forklift can be inserted.
[0014] According to the invention of (3), by installing a rod-shaped member on the upper surface of the base, a space is formed between the formwork material and the upper surface of the base, into which the claws of a forklift can be inserted. This makes it possible to use a forklift to move the formwork material stored in the formwork material storage device upward to make it easier to remove, or to place the formwork material inside the formwork material storage device and place it on the rod-shaped member. Effect of the Invention
[0015] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a formwork material storage device that allows for stable movement and storage of formwork materials. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0017] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0018] [Embodiment 1] Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a form material container 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which contains a support 100. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the form material container 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0019] [Configuration of formwork material storage device 1] The formwork material storage device 1 is capable of storing supports 100, which are examples of formwork materials, and plywood 300 (see Figure 7) described below, and as shown in Figure 1, it is equipped with a column portion 10, a connecting portion 11, a base portion 12, a movement control portion 14, a horizontal portion 16, a rail portion 20, a pedestal portion 22, a net 30, and a hanging ring 40.
[0020] The column portion 10 is made of a long steel pipe in a rectangular cylindrical shape. The connecting portion 11 is made of a rectangular column-shaped steel material fixed to one end of the column portion 10. One half of the connecting portion 11 is fixed inside the column portion 10, and the other half is exposed to the outside from the end of the column portion 10. By inserting another column portion 10 into the other half of the connecting portion 11, the two column portions 10, 10 can be connected into a single rod.
[0021] The base portion 12 is composed of two rectangular column-shaped steel pipes 12a, 12a, two rectangular column-shaped steel pipes 12b, 12b that are shorter than the steel pipe 12a, and two rectangular column-shaped steel pipes 12c, 12c that are longer than the steel pipe 12a.
[0022] The steel pipes 12a, 12a and the steel pipes 12b, 12b are fixed to a portion slightly toward the other end of the column portion 10 from one end to which the connecting portion 11 is not fixed. As a result, the steel pipes 12a, 12a and the steel pipes 12b, 12b are connected to form a rectangle. The steel pipes 12c, 12c are fixed to the corners of the steel pipes 12a and 12b located diagonally of the rectangle. The steel pipes 12c, 12c intersect at the center of the rectangle formed by the steel pipes 12a, 12a and the steel pipes 12b, 12b. That is, the steel pipes 12c, 12c function as braces for the base portion 12, improving the rigidity of the base portion 12.
[0023] For the convenience of the following description, the columns 10 arranged at the four corners of the rectangular base portion 12 will be referred to as columns 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d. Steel pipes 12a are arranged between columns 10a and 10b, and between columns 10c and 10d, respectively, and steel pipes 12b are arranged between columns 10a and 10d, and between columns 10b and 10c, respectively. Also, for the convenience of the following description, the direction in which the column 10 extends will be referred to as the up-down direction, the direction in which the steel pipe 12a extends will be referred to as the front-rear direction, and the direction in which the steel pipe 12b extends will be referred to as the left-right direction. In particular, in the columns 10a to 10d, the side to which the connecting portion 11 is fixed will be referred to as the upper end side, and the side to which the connecting portion 11 is not fixed will be referred to as the lower end side.
[0024] The lower ends of the pillars 10a to 10d are placed on the ground and the upper ends are directed vertically upward. The base 12 is disposed at a position slightly away from the ground.
[0025] The movement restricting portion 14 is a member in which two steel pipes are connected in an L-shape, and one end is fixed to the upper end of the column portion 10, and the other end is fixed to the base portion 12. For convenience of the following description, the movement restricting portion 14 fixed to the column portion 10a will be referred to as the movement restricting portion 14a. Similarly, the movement restricting portion 14 fixed to the column portion 10b will be referred to as the movement restricting portion 14b, the movement restricting portion 14 fixed to the column portion 10c will be referred to as the movement restricting portion 14c, and the movement restricting portion 14 fixed to the column portion 10d will be referred to as the movement restricting portion 14d. The other ends of the movement restricting portions 14a and 14b are fixed to the steel pipe 12a connected to the column portions 10a and 10b. The other ends of the movement restricting portions 14c and 14d are fixed to the steel pipe 12a connected to the column portions 10c and 10d. The movement restriction parts 14a, 14b and the movement restriction parts 14c, 14d are positioned point-symmetrically to each other. In this way, the movement restriction parts 14a, 14d extend backward from the pillar parts 10a, 10d in a frame-like shape. Similarly, the movement restriction parts 14b, 14c extend forward from the pillar parts 10b, 10c in a frame-like shape.
[0026] The horizontal portion 16 is made of a steel pipe of the same length as the steel pipe 12b. Two horizontal portions 16 are provided, one of which is fixed so as to span between the upper end of the column portion 10a and the upper end of the column portion 10d. Similarly, the other horizontal portion 16 is fixed so as to span between the upper end of the column portion 10b and the upper end of the column portion 10c.
[0027] The rail portion 20 is made of a long steel material with a U-shaped cross section. The rail portion 20 has a length from the outer surface of the column portion 10a to the outer surface of the column portion 10d, and is made of a rectangular central portion and rectangular side portions extending at right angles from both sides in the width direction of the central portion. The length of the side portions in the direction perpendicular to the central portion is set to the length from the lower end of the column portion 10 to the base of the base portion 12. The width of the inner wall surfaces 20a, 20a of both side portions is set to a length that allows the claws of a forklift to be inserted. The rail portion 20 is fixed with the outer surfaces of both ends of the central portion abutting against the lower surfaces of the pair of steel pipes 12a, 12a.
[0028] Furthermore, two rail portions 20 are fixed to the base portion 12 in parallel to the steel pipes 12b. When the base portion 12 is viewed from below, the two base portions 12 are set in a position that is symmetrical with respect to an imaginary bisector that bisects the steel pipes 12a, 12a and allows a pair of forklift claws to be inserted. The corners of both ends of the inner longitudinal direction of the rail portion 20 are chamfered, and this chamfering forms both inner ends of the rail portion 20 into convex curved surfaces.
[0029] The pedestal portion 22 is a rod-shaped member made of a long steel material in the shape of a rectangular pillar. The pedestal portion 22 has the same length as the rail portion 20. The height of the pedestal portion 22 is set to be longer than the thickness of the claws of a forklift. Two pedestal portions 22 are arranged on the base portion 12, parallel to the steel pipe 12b, on the sides of the movement restriction portions 14a and 14d and on the sides of the movement restriction portions 14b and 14c, respectively. The distance between the two pedestal portions 22 is set to a distance that allows a pair of claws of a forklift to be inserted between the pedestal portions 22, 22.
[0030] The net 30 covers the space on the side of the form material container 1 so as to prevent the supports 100 contained in the form material container 1 from falling to the outside. The net 30 is attached so as to cover the rectangular space surrounded by the columns 10a, 10d, the steel pipe 12b, and the horizontal section 16, the space surrounded by the columns 10b, 10c, the steel pipe 12b, and the horizontal section 16, the space surrounded by the column 10a, the movement restricting section 14a, and the steel pipe 12a, the space surrounded by the column 10b, the movement restricting section 14b, and the steel pipe 12a, the space surrounded by the column 10c, the movement restricting section 14c, and the steel pipe 12a, and the space surrounded by the column 10d, the movement restricting section 14d, and the steel pipe 12a. This makes it possible to prevent the support 100 stored in the formwork material storage device 1 from slipping down between the pillars 10a, 10d, etc., and falling downward when the support 100 is suspended by a lifting machine or the like.
[0031] The suspension rings 40 are ring-shaped metal fittings and are attached to the upper parts of the columns 10a, 10b, 10c, and 10d, respectively. By passing a suspension member (such as a sling wire) 200 through these four suspension rings 40 and hanging the suspension member 200 on a hook (not shown) of a lifting machine, the form material storage device 1 can be suspended from the lifting machine.
[0032] [Support 100 Configuration] The support 100 includes a parent pipe 101 and an insertion pipe 102. The parent pipe 101 includes a plate-shaped base plate 110 and a cylindrical parent pipe body 111 that stands upright from the base plate 110. The insertion pipe 102 includes an insertion pipe body 121 formed in a cylindrical shape, the base end of which is slidably inserted into the parent pipe body 111, and a receiving plate 120 provided on the tip side of the insertion pipe body 121. The entire length of the support 100 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the insertion pipe 102 that protrudes from the parent pipe 101. It is desirable to adjust the length of the support 100 so that it can be inserted from above into the form material container 1 when storing it inside the form material container 1. This makes it easier to store the support 100 in the form material container 1.
[0033] The support 100 is accommodated in the form material accommodation tool 1 by being placed on the base portion 22 so that the long dimension direction is along the front-rear direction.
[0034] [Support 100 Containment] Next, the operation of storing the support 100 in the form material storage tool 1 will be described. It is preferable to have a plurality of workers, including a transport worker who takes the supports 100 to the form material container 1 and a storage worker who receives the supports 100 inside the form material container 1 and places them on the pedestal 22. This allows the support 100 to be efficiently stored in the support placement area of the base 12 surrounded by the four pillars 10.
[0035] Specifically, the storage worker receives the supports 100 from the transport worker, carries them from above the form material container 1 into the space surrounded by the four pillars 10, and places the supports 100 on the base 22 with their longitudinal directions facing forward and backward. The storage worker then carries the supports 100 one by one into the inside of the form material container 1 and places them side by side on the base 22 in the left-right direction. After the supports 100 are lined up on the base 22, the storage worker further loads the newly carried supports 100 on the supports 100. As a result, the supports 100 are stored inside the form material container 1, as shown in FIG. 1.
[0036] The form material storage device 1 with the supports 100 stored therein is suspended from a lifting machine by passing the hanging members 200 through the hanging rings 40 and hanging the hanging members 200 on a hook of the lifting machine. This allows the form material storage device 1 to be moved, for example, to a storage location for the supports 100 or to the loading platform of a truck by operating the lifting machine.
[0037] Also, by passing a hanging member 200 through the rail portions 20, 20 shown in Figs. 1 and 2 and hanging the hanging member 200 on a hook of a lifting machine, the form material container 1 can be suspended from the lifting machine.
[0038] Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken in the vertical direction including an imaginary line dividing the rail portion 20 in the width direction in Fig. 1. The form material storage device 1 can also be suspended from a lifting machine by passing a hanging member 200 through the rail portions 20, 20 and hanging the hanging member 200 on a hook of the lifting machine as shown in Fig. 3. Since the corners of both longitudinal ends of the rail portions 20, 20 are chamfered, damage to the hanging member 200 at the corners of the rail portions 20, 20 is reduced.
[0039] 4 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the claws F of a forklift are inserted into the rail portion 20 of the form material storage tool 1. A worker operates the forklift to insert the claws F into the rail portion 20 of the form material storage tool 1 that stores the support 100. Then, the claws F are moved upward to lift up the form material storage tool 1, thereby allowing the form material storage tool 1 to be moved.
[0040] 5 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which the claws F of a forklift are inserted between the upper surface of the base part 12 of the form material storage tool 1 and the supports 100. The multiple supports 100 placed on the pedestal parts 22, 22 of the form material storage tool 1 are fixed together by, for example, a band (not shown). A space is formed between the upper surface of the base part 12 and the supports 100 large enough to allow the claws F of the forklift to be inserted. A worker operates the forklift and inserts the claws F into this space. Then, by moving the claws F upward, the multiple supports 100 fixed together by the bands can be lifted up.
[0041] In this way, since the form material container 1 can be moved using a lifting machine or a forklift, a large number of supports 100 can be moved all at once while being stored in the form material container 1. This makes it easy to move a large number of supports 100 to a storage location or to a work site.
[0042] [Stacking of formwork material container 1] Fig. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which form material containers 1 accommodating supports 100 are stacked. By inserting the lower ends of the four pillars 10 of another form material container 1 into the connecting parts 11 (see Fig. 1) fixed to the upper ends of the four pillars 10 of one form material container 1, the form material containers 1 can be stacked in two layers as shown in Fig. 6. This makes it possible to effectively use the space in the storage area by stacking form material containers 1 on top of each other when moving the form material containers 1 accommodating supports 100 to a storage area using a forklift as shown in Fig. 4, and makes it possible to move many supports 100 to the storage area or work site.
[0043] [Contains 300 pieces of plywood] 7 is an explanatory diagram showing a state in which a plywood board 300 is stored in the form material storage tool 1. The form material storage tool 1 can store the plywood board 300 for creating a form in addition to the support 100. The form material storage tool 1 storing the plywood board 300 and the plywood board 300 stored in the form material storage tool 1 can be moved using a lifting machine or a forklift, similar to the form material storage tool 1 storing the support 100 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
[0044] [Effects] According to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the support 100 is placed on the base portion 12, and the movement of the support 100 in the left-right direction is restricted by the movement restricting portion 14, so that the support 100 is unlikely to fall off the base portion 12. In this way, it becomes possible to stably move and store the support 100 and the plywood board 300.
[0045] According to this embodiment, the rails 20, 20 are fixed to the lower surface of the base 12, and the rails 20 have a U-shaped cross section, and a pair of inner wall surfaces 20a, 20a facing each other face each other with a gap that allows the forklift claws to be inserted. In this way, the forklift claws can be inserted into the lower part of the form material container 1, and the worker can operate the forklift to move the form material container 1. When the worker operates the forklift to raise and move the form material container 1 containing the support 100, the forklift claws come into contact with the pair of inner wall surfaces 20a, 20a, so that the movement of the form material container 1 in the forward and backward directions can be restricted. This makes it possible to stabilize the posture of the form material container 1 being transported by the forklift.
[0046] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, pedestals 22, 22 having a height greater than the thickness of the claws of a forklift are provided on the upper surface of the base 12, thereby forming a space into which the claws of a forklift can be inserted between the support 100 and the upper surface of the base 12. This makes it possible to use a forklift to remove a plurality of supports 100 from the form material container 1 all at once, or to load the supports 100 all at once into the form material container 1 and place them on the pedestals 22, 22.
[0047] Furthermore, according to this embodiment, the length of both side surfaces of the rail section 20 is set to the length from the lower end of the column section 10 to the base of the base section 12, so that when the form material container 1 is placed on flat ground, the lower end of the column section 10 and the tips of both side surfaces of the base section 12 come into contact with the ground at the same time. This makes it possible to distribute the load applied to the base section 12 by the weight of the stored supports 100.
[0048] Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment. For example, according to the above-mentioned embodiment, the support 100 and the plywood board 300 are stored in the formwork material storage device 1, but other formwork materials may be stored. Also, according to the above-mentioned embodiment, the rail part 20 is fixed to the lower surface of the base part 12, and the pedestal part 22 is fixed to the upper surface, so that the strength of the base part 12 is improved by the rail part 20 and the pedestal part 22. Also, according to the above-mentioned embodiment, the length (height) of both side parts of the rail part 20 is set to the length from the lower end of the column part 10 to the root of the base part 12, but the length from the lower end of the column part 10 to the root of the base part 12 may be longer. This increases the gap between the lower surface of the base part 12 and the ground, making it easier to insert the claws of a forklift into the rail parts 20, 20. Also, the structures of the column part 10, the base part 12, the movement restriction part 14, the rail part 20, etc. are not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment.
[0049] [Embodiment 2] FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a form material container 2 containing a support 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0050] The formwork material storage device 2 is capable of storing forms material such as supports 100 and plywood boards 300 (see Figure 7) therein, and as shown in Figure 8, is equipped with a column portion 50, a base portion 52, a movement restriction portion 54, a rail portion 60, a net 72, and a retaining portion 74.
[0051] The pillar portion 50 is made of a long steel material having a U-shaped cross section.
[0052] The base portion 52 is composed of two rectangular column-shaped steel pipes 52a, 52a and two rectangular column-shaped steel pipes 52b, 52b shorter than the steel pipe 52a. The steel pipes 52a, 52a are arranged in parallel so that the distance between the outer side surfaces is equal to the length of the steel pipe 52b. The steel pipes 52b, 52b are placed and fixed at both ends on the upper surfaces of the steel pipes 52a, 52a at positions closer to the center than both ends. The steel pipes 52b, 52b are parallel to each other and extend at right angles to the steel pipes 52a, 52a. When the base portion 52 is viewed in a plan view from above, a rectangular frame-shaped portion is formed surrounded by the steel pipes 52a, 52a and the steel pipes 52b, 52b. The steel pipes 52b, 52b are disposed at equal distances from the center of the steel pipes 52a, 52a, and the interval between the steel pipes 52b, 52b is set so that a pair of claws of a forklift can be inserted between the steel pipes 52b, 52b. In other words, the steel pipes 52b, 52b are members having the same function as the base parts 22, 22 in the first embodiment.
[0053] Four pillars 50 are provided, and are erected in the same direction from both ends of the steel pipes 52a, 52a.
[0054] For the convenience of the following description, as in the first embodiment, the four column sections 50 arranged at both ends of the steel pipes 52a, 52a are referred to as column section 50a, column section 50b, column section 50c, and column section 50d, respectively. In the two steel pipes 52a, column sections 50a and 50b are erected at both ends of one steel pipe 52a, column sections 50a and 50b are erected at both ends of the other steel pipe 52a, column sections 50a and 50d face each other, and column sections 50b and 50c face each other. Also, as in the first embodiment, the direction in which the column section 50 extends is referred to as the up-down direction, the direction in which the steel pipe 52a extends is referred to as the front-rear direction, and the direction in which the steel pipe 52b extends is referred to as the left-right direction.
[0055] The column portion 50 is arranged so that the open side of the U-shape faces the direction in which the steel pipe 52b extends from the column portion 50. That is, the column portion 50a and the column portion 50d are arranged so that the open sides of the U-shape face each other. Similarly, the column portion 50b and the column portion 50c are arranged so that the open sides of the U-shape face each other.
[0056] The movement restricting portion 54 is a member in which two rectangular tubular steel pipes are connected in an L-shape, with one end fixed to the upper end of the column portion 50 and the other end fixed to the upper surface of the end of the steel pipe 52b. For convenience in the following explanation, the movement restricting portion 54 fixed to the column portion 50a will be referred to as the movement restricting portion 54a. Similarly, the movement restricting portion 54 fixed to the column portion 50b will be referred to as the movement restricting portion 54b, the movement restricting portion 54 fixed to the column portion 50c as the movement restricting portion 54c, and the movement restricting portion 54 fixed to the column portion 50d as the movement restricting portion 54d.
[0057] The other ends of the movement restricting parts 54a, 54d are fixed to both ends of the steel pipe 52b close to the pillar parts 50a, 50d. Similarly, the other ends of the movement restricting parts 54b, 54c are fixed to both ends of the steel pipe 52b close to the pillar parts 50b, 50c. The movement restricting parts 54a, 54b and the movement restricting parts 54c, 54d are located point-symmetrically to each other. In this way, the movement restricting parts 54a, 54d extend backward from the pillar parts 50a, 50d in a frame-like manner. Similarly, the movement restricting parts 54b, 54c extend forward from the pillar parts 50b, 50c in a frame-like manner.
[0058] In addition, reinforcing plates in the shape of a right-angled isosceles triangle are attached to the connection portions between the four pillar portions 50 and the steel pipes 52a, the connection portions between the four pillar portions 50 and one end portions of the movement restricting portions 54, and the connection portions between the steel pipes 52b and the steel pipes 52a.
[0059] The rail portion 60 is made of a long steel pipe in a rectangular tubular shape. The rail portion 60 has the same length as the steel pipe 52b. The width and height of the rectangular parallelepiped space inside the rail portion 60 are set to a length that allows the tines of a forklift to be inserted. The outer surfaces of both ends of the rail portion 60 abut against the lower surfaces of the pair of steel pipes 52a, 52a, and the rail portion 60 is fixed at a right angle to the steel pipes 52a, 52a.
[0060] Furthermore, two rail sections 60 are fixed to the base section 52 in parallel to the steel pipe 52b. When the base section 52 is viewed from below, the two rail sections 60 are arranged in a position that is symmetrical with respect to a virtual bisector that bisects the steel pipes 52a, 52a and spaced apart such that a pair of claws of a forklift can be inserted. The corners of both ends of the inner longitudinal direction of the rail section 60 are chamfered, and the corners of both inner ends of the rail section 60 are formed into a convex curved surface by this chamfering. As a result, like the form material storage device 1 in the first embodiment, the form material storage device 2 can be moved by passing the suspension section through the rail sections 60, 60 and suspending it with a lifting machine or the like, or by passing the claws of the forklift through the rail sections 60, 60, by operating a lifting machine or a forklift.
[0061] The net 72 is made of a metallic mesh member and covers the spaces in front and behind the form material container 2 to prevent the supports 100 contained in the form material container 2 from falling outside. The net 72 is disposed between the pillars 50a and 50d, and between the pillars 50a and 50d. This allows the supports 100 contained in the form material container 2 to come into contact with the net 72 even if they move forward and backward when hung by a lifting machine or the like, and prevents them from slipping off between the pillars 50a, 50d, etc., and falling downward.
[0062] The pressing portion 74 is composed of a metal rod having approximately the same length as the steel pipe 52b, and opening and closing hooks fixed to both ends of the metal rod.
[0063] A notch is formed in the left-right direction at the base of the L-shape of the movement restricting portion 54, and a support shaft extending in the front-rear direction is attached to this notch for hooking the opening / closing hook of the holding portion 74.
[0064] Before the supports 100 are accommodated in the form material container 2, the open-close hooks at one end of the holding part 74 are hooked onto the movement restriction parts 54a, 54b, respectively. Then, a worker places the supports 100 on the steel pipes 52b, 52b. After a large number of supports 100 have been accommodated in the form material container 2, the holding part 74 is rotated and the open-close hooks at the other end of the holding part 74 are hooked onto the movement restriction parts 54d, 54c. This completes the accommodation of the supports 100 in the form material container 2.
[0065] The retaining portion 74 may be a chain or even a wire instead of a metal bar. The structure for attaching the retaining portion 74 to the movement restricting portion 54 is not limited to an opening and closing hook, and may be any structure as long as the end of the retaining portion 74 can be fixed to the movement restricting portion 54. When the retaining portion 74 is a chain or wire, one end of the retaining portion 74 may be hooked onto one steel pipe 52a, and the chain or wire may be wound around multiple supports 100, and then the other end of the retaining portion 74 may be hooked onto the other steel pipe 52a.
[0066] Fig. 9 is an enlarged perspective view of region X in Fig. 8. Net 72 has rectangular mesh-like net portion 72a and support portions 72b attached to the upper and lower sides of net portion 72a and made of long steel material with an L-shaped cross section.
[0067] Both ends of the support parts 72b, 72b are fixed to the inner surfaces of the front side parts at the upper and lower ends of the columns 50a, 50d, thereby fixing the net 72 between the columns 50a and 50d. Similarly, both ends of the support parts 72b, 72b are fixed to the inner surfaces of the rear side parts at the upper and lower ends of the columns 50b, 50c, thereby fixing the net 72 between the columns 50b and 50c.
[0068] When the supports 100 are accommodated in the form material container 2, it is preferable that a part of the base plate 110 and the receiving plate 120 of the supports 100 arranged on the leftmost and rightmost sides are positioned inside the U-shape of the column part 50, as shown in Fig. 9. As a result, in the placement area of the supports 100 in the base part 52 surrounded by the four column parts 50, the leftmost support 100 is restricted in the front-rear and leftward movements by the column part 50, and the rightmost support 100 is restricted in the front-rear and rightward movements by the column part 50. Furthermore, the base plates 110 and the receiving plates 120 of the multiple supports 100 accommodated in the form material container 2 come into contact with each other. As a result, the supports 100 accommodated in the form material container 2 are less likely to move forward, backward, left, or right.
[0069] The formwork material storage device 2 can be of any size, but for example, by making the inner dimensions 1900 mm wide, 780 mm deep, and 525 mm high, it can store 40 supports 100 (8 rows x 5 columns), or approximately 40 plywood boards 300 (12 mm thick).
[0070] The form material storage device 2 of the second embodiment configured in this manner achieves the same effects as the form material storage device 1 of the first embodiment. In particular, because the rail portion 60 is rectangular tubular, even if the form material storage device 2 tilts when it is lifted by a forklift, the underside of the rail portion 60 comes into contact with the claws. This prevents the form material storage device 2 from tilting significantly, and reduces the possibility of the form material storage device 2 tipping over and falling off the claws or swinging significantly on the claws.
