Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This application relates to the technical field of outdoor products, and in particular to tents. [Background technology]

[0002] With the improvement of people's living standards and quality of life, people gradually attach importance to taking advantage of their free time to engage in leisure activities after busy work. In order to be more intimate with nature, outdoor living products that help people live in nature have appeared accordingly, and tents are one of them.

[0003] In conventional technology, most tents consist of tent poles and a tent sheet. Tent poles form the tent's framework, and common materials include aluminum alloy, fiberglass, and carbon fiber. Tent sheets consist of an outer sheet and an inner sheet. The outer sheet is a waterproof body made of silicone-coated or polyurethane (PU)-coated fabric, with the seams sealed with pressure-sensitive adhesive strips to prevent water penetration. The inner sheet is a breathable layer, often made of mesh or breathable nylon, and is connected to the outer sheet with hooks or buckles. Tents use an "inner support, outer cover" structure, where the inner sheet is first erected and then the outer sheet is placed on top. The tent poles pass through the fabric sleeve on the tent sheet, connecting the tent poles to the tent sheet.

[0004] In the above-mentioned related technologies, conventional tents have poor ventilation performance, and in order to achieve this, it is necessary to open the doors and windows of the tent (the doors and windows are generally controlled to open and close using Velcro (registered trademark) or zippers). However, since weather protection is required in rainy weather, the doors and windows cannot be opened, which limits the conditions for ventilation, and when the doors and windows are closed, the air inside the tent becomes very heavy, so there is room for improvement. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] The present application provides a tent to improve the ventilation performance of the tent and improve the user's usage experience. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The tent provided by the present application comprises a support frame, a tent body, and a screen fabric, the support frame is used to support the tent body, the tent body comprises a tent fabric and a curtain fabric, an opening is opened on one side of the tent fabric, the curtain fabric is connected to the tent fabric by a zipper or Velcro, the curtain fabric is used to cover the opening, the screen fabric is connected to the tent fabric and also covers the opening, the curtain fabric and the screen fabric are installed sequentially from the inside to the outside of the tent body, and several ventilation holes are distributed at intervals in the screen fabric.

[0007] By adopting the above technical solution, the support frame expands the entire tent body, forming an enclosed space in the tent body to accommodate users. When a user is inside the tent body, they can pull down the curtain fabric to unblock the opening in the tent fabric. The screen fabric is densely distributed with several air vents, which allows the air inside the tent body to exchange with the air outside, achieving ventilation and improving the breathability of the tent. The air vents in the screen fabric are only used for ventilation, and can to a certain extent prevent mosquitoes from outside the tent from entering the inside, avoiding the inconvenience of mosquito bites caused to users by ventilation.

[0008] When the user does not need ventilation or needs wind protection, the curtain fabric can cover the opening in the tent fabric again, achieving closure and blocking the communication of air inside the tent.

[0009] Preferably, the supporting framework comprises a framework body, a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod, a third supporting rod and a fourth supporting rod, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are all rotatably connected to the framework body, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are used to support the top of the tent fabric, the third supporting rod and the fourth supporting rod are similarly rotatably connected to the framework body, the third supporting rod and the fourth supporting rod are used to support the sides of the tent fabric, and in this case, at least two supporting frameworks are installed, and the two framework bodies are connected to each other.

[0010] By adopting the above technical solution, the first and second support rods support the top of the tent fabric, and the third and fourth support rods spread the two sides of the tent fabric, thereby realizing the quick spreading of the entire tent body.

[0011] Preferably, a stopper ring and a stopper post are connected to the end of the first support rod away from the frame body, a stopper groove is formed between the stopper ring and the stopper post, a first cloth string is connected to the top of the tent fabric, the first cloth string is hung in the stopper groove via a hanging ring, and the hanging ring is tightly fitted with the stopper post, and the stopper ring and the stopper post are similarly installed on the second support rod.

[0012] By adopting the above technical solution, the first cloth string is hooked into the stopper groove by the action of the hook ring, and the stopper action of the stopper ring and the stopper post prevents the first cloth string from falling off the first support rod, realizing the connection between the first cloth string and the first support rod. Similarly, the first cloth string is also connected to the second support rod by the hook ring.

[0013] Preferably, the lengths of the third support rod and the fourth support rod are both adjustable.

[0014] By adopting the above technical solution, the ends of the third and fourth support rods far from the frame body are used to support the ground, allowing the entire tent to be stably attached to the ground. The telescopic rod structure makes it easy to adjust the height of the space inside the tent according to actual needs. For example, when resting inside the tent, the rods can be adjusted lower, making the interior space of the tent more compact and providing a better heat retention effect. When activities need to be done inside the tent, such as standing up or changing clothes, the rods can be raised to provide more headroom, making people feel more comfortable and less constricted by the cramped space.

[0015] In addition, the length of the extendable rods can be adjusted to allow the tent to maintain a stable and appropriate spatial shape even on uneven ground.Even on sloped ground, adjusting the extendable rods at different positions keeps the interior of the tent relatively level, providing users with a flat resting space.

[0016] Preferably, the two framework bodies are connected via a telescopic adjustment rod, the telescopic adjustment rod including an outer tube, an inner tube and a locking device, the inner tube is fitted into the outer tube, the locking device is installed on the outer tube and is used to fix the inner tube, and one end of the outer tube and one end of the inner tube are respectively connected to the two framework bodies.

[0017] The principle of the telescopic adjustment rod mainly relies on the slidable engagement between the inner and outer tubes and the locking action of the locking device. When using it, the user first unlocks the locking device, allowing the inner tube to slide freely within the outer tube. Then, the user can extend or contract the inner tube to the required length according to their needs, thereby changing the horizontal distance between the two frame bodies. Finally, the user relocks the locking device, fixing the inner tube in its current position and completing the length adjustment.

[0018] The locking device structure controls expansion and contraction through mechanical interlocking or frictional force. Common types include the spring button type (locating hole locking), knob / wrench type (friction clamping locking), and fastener sliding type (groove fastener locking). For example, the spring button type mainly consists of a button, spring, locating pin (or tenon), and locating hole. In the locked state, the spring propels the locating pin into the locating hole on a certain stage of the telescopic rod, locking the two adjacent stages of tube and preventing them from sliding. When it is necessary to release the lock and expand / contract, the button is pressed and the locating pin is pulled out of the locating hole against the spring force, allowing the two stages of tube to slide freely. After the button is loosened, the spring returns to its original position and the locating pin is re-engaged into a new locating hole. All of the above types are conventional means and can be directly applied to this application.

[0019] It should be noted here that in addition to the telescopic structure mentioned above, a multi-stage folding design can also be adopted. The multi-stage design is composed of multiple rod sections, and common connection forms include screw connection, hinge connection, etc. The screw connection form is stable, connects each section with a screw, and can withstand a large weight, while the hinge connection form allows flexible rotation between the rod sections, and is more flexible when folding and extending.

[0020] Preferably, second cloth strings are connected to both sides of the tent fabric, and hooks are connected to the second cloth strings, and the hooks are hooked onto the third support rod or the fourth support rod.

[0021] By adopting the above technical solution, the hook is hooked onto the third support rod, realizing the unfolding of the tent fabric, and the hook connection form also realizes a detachable connection between the second fabric string and the third support rod, facilitating the subsequent separation of the tent body and the support frame.

[0022] Preferably, the support framework is installed on the exterior of the tent body.

[0023] By adopting the above technical solution, when a user needs to use the tent for leisure activities, he can pull open the door fabric of the tent body and use the bracket to support the door fabric, thereby forming a sunshade space and making it easy for the user to make tea, have entertainment, etc.

[0024] When a user needs to sleep and rest using the tent, the tent body is used as an outer sheet, and an appropriate size of cloth is hung inside the tent body as an inner sheet, and the combination of the outer sheet and inner sheet can produce a better shading effect, making it easier for the user to rest.

[0025] Preferably, the tent further includes a shielding fabric, the shielding fabric being positioned above the screen fabric and connected to the tent fabric, a gap being formed between the shielding fabric and the tent fabric, and a ventilation window being installed in the tent fabric, the ventilation window communicating with the gap.

[0026] By adopting the above technical solution, when the curtain fabric is in the closed state, the air inside the tent can still circulate with the outside air through the ventilation window, thus fulfilling the role of ventilation, and the existence of the shielding fabric can also fulfill the role of rain prevention, provided that it does not interfere with the ventilation of the ventilation window.

[0027] Preferably, two pieces of the curtain fabric are installed symmetrically, and the two pieces of fabric are located on both sides of the tent sheet, and the screen fabric is installed on both pieces of fabric.

[0028] By adopting the above technical solution, the design of the two-part screen fabric can realize ventilation in two areas, increase the ventilation area, improve the ventilation efficiency, and achieve a better ventilation effect.

[0029] Preferably, the tent body further includes a door fabric, the door fabric being connected to the tent fabric by a fastener, and the door fabric is used for users to enter the inside of the tent body.

[0030] By adopting the above technical solution, when a user wants to enter the tent, he or she can first detach the fastener between the door fabric and the tent fabric and then get inside.

[0031] Preferably, the screen fabric is removably connected to the tent fabric.

[0032] By adopting the above technical solution, the screen fabric is detachably connected to the tent fabric, which makes it easy for users to remove the screen fabric for cleaning and maintenance, and also allows the screen fabric to be replaced if damaged. [Effects of the Invention]

[0033] As described above, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects.

[0034] (1) By installing a screen fabric, when the user is inside the tent body, they can pull down the curtain fabric to remove the curtain fabric's shielding of the opening in the tent body. The screen fabric has several ventilation holes densely distributed, allowing the air inside the tent body to exchange with the air outside, realizing ventilation and improving the breathability of the tent.

[0035] (2) By installing the stopper ring and stopper post, the stopper ring and stopper post form a stopper groove for hanging the first cloth string, and the first support rod and second support rod can support up the top of the tent fabric.

[0036] (3) By installing a telescopic adjustment rod, the telescopic adjustment rod connects the two frame bodies, allowing users to adjust the horizontal distance between the two frame bodies according to actual needs, and also facilitating the storage of the two frame bodies. Where not inconsistent, those skilled in the art can combine and combine different embodiments or examples and features of different embodiments or examples shown in the present application.

[0043] This application discloses a tent. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 , the tent includes a support frame 1, a tent body 2, and a screen fabric 3. The support frame 1 supports the tent body 2, allowing the tent body 2 to unfold and form an independent space for users' leisure activities. The tent body 2 includes a tent fabric 21, a door fabric 22, and a curtain fabric 23. The door fabric 22 is connected to the tent fabric 21 with a zipper. When the zipper between the door fabric 22 and the tent fabric 21 is open, users can first open the door fabric 22 and then enter the tent body 2 through the door fabric 22. An opening is formed on one side of the tent fabric 21, and the curtain fabric 23 is connected to the tent fabric 21 with a zipper or Velcro. The curtain fabric 23 is used to cover the opening. The screen fabric 3 and the tent fabric 21 are connected to each other and also cover the opening. The curtain fabric 23 and the screen fabric 3 are installed sequentially from the inside to the outside of the tent body 2. Among them, several ventilation holes 4 are distributed at intervals in the screen fabric 3. In this embodiment, two curtain fabrics 23 are installed symmetrically, and the two curtain fabrics 23 are located on both sides of the tent fabric 21, and both curtain fabrics 23 are attached with screen fabrics 3.

[0044] After entering the tent body 2 through the door fabric 22, the user can pull down the curtain fabric 23 to remove the cover from the opening in the tent fabric 21. The screen fabric 3 is densely packed with several ventilation holes 4, allowing the air inside the tent body 2 to circulate with the air outside, achieving ventilation and improving the tent's breathability. The ventilation holes 4 in the screen fabric 3 not only provide ventilation but also prevent mosquitoes from entering the tent to some extent, thereby avoiding the inconvenience of mosquito bites. The design of the two screen fabrics 3 allows ventilation in two areas, increasing the ventilation area and improving ventilation efficiency, resulting in a better ventilation effect. When the user does not need ventilation or needs wind protection, the curtain fabric 23 can again cover the opening in the tent fabric 21, closing it and blocking air communication inside the tent.

[0045] 4 to 6, specifically, the support frame 1 includes a frame body 11, a first support rod 12, a second support rod 13, a third support rod 14, and a fourth support rod 15. The first support rod 12 and the second support rod 13 are all rotatably connected to the frame body 11, and are used to support the top of the tent fabric 21. The third support rod 14 and the fourth support rod 15 are similarly rotatably connected to the frame body 11, and the ends of the third support rods 14 and the fourth support rods 15 away from the frame body 11 are supported on the ground, and the third support rods 14 and the fourth support rods 15 are used to support the sides of the tent fabric 21. The first support rod 12 and the second support rod 13 support the top of the tent fabric 21, and the third support rod 14 and the fourth support rod 15 spread out both sides of the tent fabric 21, spreading out the entire tent body 2 and maintaining a three-dimensional shape.

[0046] In this embodiment, two support frames 1 are installed, and the two frame bodies 11 are connected to each other via a telescopic adjustment rod 5 and are respectively close to the two screen door fabrics 3. The telescopic adjustment rod 5 includes an outer tube 51, an inner tube 52, and a locking device 53, and the inner tube 52 is fitted into the outer tube 51 and can move linearly along the outer tube 51. The locking device 53 is mounted on the outer tube 51 and is used to fix the inner tube 52, and one end of the outer tube 51 and one end of the inner tube 52 are connected to the two frame bodies 11, respectively.

[0047] The principle of the telescopic adjustment rod 5 is relatively simple, relying mainly on the slidable engagement between the inner tube 52 and the outer tube 51 and the locking action of the locking device 53. To use the telescopic adjustment rod 5, the user first unlocks the locking device 53, allowing the inner tube 52 to slide freely within the outer tube 51. The user can then adjust the horizontal distance between the two frame bodies 11 by extending or retracting the inner tube 52 to the desired length according to their needs. Finally, the user relocks the locking device 53 to fix the inner tube 52 in its current position, thereby completing the length adjustment. The locking device 53 is designed to control its extension and retraction through mechanical interlocking or frictional force. Common types include a spring button type (locating hole locking), a knob / wrench type (friction clamping locking), and a sliding fastener type (groove fastener locking). These are conventional technical solutions that can be directly applied to the present application and will not be described here.

[0048] A stopper ring 6 and a stopper post 7 are fixedly connected to the end of the first support rod 12 away from the frame body 11, and the stopper ring 6 and the stopper post 7 are spaced apart to form a stopper groove. A first cloth cord 8 is fixedly connected to the top of the tent fabric 21, and the first cloth cord 8 is arranged in a circular shape and hung in the stopper groove via a hanging ring 17. The hanging ring 17 is connected to the first cloth cord 8, and the hanging ring 17 and the stopper post 7 are tightly fitted together. Similarly, a stopper ring 6 and a stopper post 7 are fixedly connected to the end of the second support rod 13 away from the frame body 11. Several first cloth cords 8 are installed, and the first cloth cords 8 are also hung on the second support rod 13.

[0049] The first cloth cord 8 can be hooked into the stopper groove, and the stopper action of the stopper ring 6 and the stopper post 7 prevents it from falling off the first support rod 12, realizing the connection between the first cloth cord 8 and the first support rod 12. Similarly, the first cloth cord 8 is also connected to the second support rod 13 via the hanging ring 17. Under the connecting action of the first cloth cord 8, the tent fabric 21 is pre-attached to the support frame 1.

[0050] Second cloth strings 9 are further fixedly connected to both sides of the tent fabric 21, and the first and second cloth strings 8 and 9 are both connected to the tent fabric 21 by sewing. Hooks 10 are fixedly connected to the second cloth strings 9, and the hooks 10 are hooked onto the third and fourth support rods 14 and 15. The connection of the second cloth strings 9 also pre-attaches the tent fabric 21 to the support frame 1, allowing the tent body 2 and the support frame 1 to be integrally formed, making it easy to quickly unfold and stow the tent. When unfolding the tent, the user first adjusts the distance between the two frame bodies 11, and then unfolds the first, second, 13, third, 14, and fourth support rods 15. During the unfolding process, the tent fabric 21 is also driven to spread, making it easier to unfold and stow the tent and achieving the advantages of time savings and convenience.

[0051] In this embodiment, the third support rod 14 and the fourth support rod 15 are both two-stage telescopic rod structures, but in other embodiments they may be three-stage or four-stage telescopic structures. The telescopic rod structure makes it easy to adjust the height of the space inside the tent according to actual needs. For example, when taking a rest inside the tent, the rods can be adjusted lower to make the interior space of the tent more compact and improve the heat retention effect. When doing activities inside the tent, such as standing up or changing clothes, the rods can be raised to provide more headroom, making people feel more comfortable and less constricted by the cramped space.

[0052] The telescopic rod structure has been described above, and will not be described here. It should be noted here that, in addition to the telescopic structure, the third support rod 14 and the fourth support rod 15 can also adopt a multi-stage folding design. The multi-stage design is composed of multiple rod sections, for example, hinged. The hinged connection allows flexible rotation between the rod sections, making them more flexible when folding and extending.

[0053] Referring to Figure 7, in this embodiment, the support frame 1 is installed outside the tent body 2. This is different from conventional tents, which generally have frames installed inside. When a user needs to use the tent for leisure activities, he or she can pull open the door fabric 22 of the tent body 2 and use the bracket to support the door fabric 22, thereby forming a shaded space that makes it easy for the user to make tea, have fun, etc.

[0054] When a user needs to use the tent for sleeping and resting, the tent body 2 is used as an outer sheet, and an appropriate size of cloth is hung inside the tent body 2 as an inner sheet, and the combination of the outer sheet and inner sheet can produce a better shading effect, making it easier for the user to rest.

[0055] In some embodiments, the screen fabric 3 is removably connected to the tent fabric 21, for example, by hook-and-loop fasteners or buttons. After the screen fabric 3 becomes soiled, the user can remove it from the tent fabric 21 for cleaning and maintenance. After damage to the screen fabric 3 occurs, the screen fabric 3 can be removed and replaced. A shielding fabric 16 is further connected to the tent fabric 21 and positioned above the screen fabric 3. A gap is formed between the shielding fabric 16 and the tent fabric 21, and a ventilation window for ventilation is attached to the tent fabric 21, and the ventilation window is positioned in the gap between the shielding fabric 16 and the tent fabric 21. When the curtain fabric 23 is closed, air inside the tent can still circulate with outside air through the ventilation window. The presence of the shielding fabric 16 can serve as a rainstop, provided that it does not interfere with ventilation through the ventilation window.

[0056] The tent of the present application is implemented as follows: When an occupant is inside the tent body 2, they can pull down the curtain fabric 23 to uncover the opening of the tent fabric 21. A large number of air vents 4 are evenly distributed on the surface of the screen fabric 3 installed on the tent body. Based on the gas diffusion principle, these air vents 4 create passages for the circulation of air inside and outside the tent, thereby realizing the exchange of air inside the tent with the external atmospheric environment, significantly improving the ventilation performance of the tent, effectively improving the circulation of internal air, and ensuring clean air in the living space.

[0057] According to the user's actual needs, if ventilation is not required or protection from external wind is required, the curtain fabric 23 can be re-covered over the opening of the tent fabric 21, and the tight shielding will ensure that the tent space is closed, thereby effectively blocking communication between the inside of the tent and the outside air, and creating a stable and independent internal environment for the user.

[0058] The above are preferred embodiments of the present application, and do not limit the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, any equivalent changes made based on the structure, shape, and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
