[0017] Furthermore, when discarding the garbage collection net 3, the user grasps the outer body gripping portion 8 to lift up the outer body 1 with the inner body 2 still attached, drains the water, moves to the garbage can 20, grasps the inner body gripping portion 9 on the garbage can 20, and lifts up the inner body 2, thereby releasing the clamping action between the hanging piece 7 of the inner body 2 and the flange portion 4 of the outer body 1, causing the garbage collection net 3 to fall downward under its own weight and be thrown directly into the garbage can 20. Therefore, when discarding the garbage collection net 3, it can be discarded without touching the dirty garbage collection net 3, which keeps hands clean and is hygienic. [Example]

[0018] Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0019] This embodiment is a dust collector that is placed at the drain of a water-related fixture such as a sink, washbasin, or bathroom, and that collects dust that flows into the drain. As shown in FIG. 1, it comprises an annular outer body 1, an inner body 2 that is detachably fitted into the outer body 1 so as to close the opening 1a of the outer body 1 from above, and a dust collection net 3 that is sandwiched and held between the main body 1 and the inner body 2 and that collects dust that flows into the drain.

[0020] The components of this embodiment will be described in detail below. In this embodiment, the dust collector of the present invention is configured as a sink dust collector A that is disposed in the drain outlet 31 of a kitchen sink 30 and collects food scraps and other food particles that flow into the drain outlet 31.

[0021] The outer body 1 is made of antibacterial synthetic resin (polypropylene in this embodiment), and as shown in Figure 1, it is configured as an inverted C-shaped annular body in cross section, with an inner wall portion 1c hanging down around the inner peripheral edge of the annular plate 1b that forms the upper surface, and an outer wall portion 1d hanging down around the outer peripheral edge, and when attached to the drain outlet 31 of the sink 30, the annular plate 1b (upper surface) is configured to be approximately flush with the bottom surface 30a of the sink 30.

[0022] The outer body 1 is provided with a flange portion 4, which is provided around the lower edge of the inner wall portion 1c in a horizontally protruding state toward the inside.

[0023] Further, the outer body 1 is provided with an outer body gripping portion 8, which is configured as a plate-like body that can be gripped with the fingertips and is provided at any position on the annular plate 1b so as to protrude upward from the annular plate 1b. That is, by providing the outer body gripping portion 8 to protrude upward from the upper surface (annular plate 1b) of the outer body 1, the outer body gripping portion 8 is less likely to be splashed with wash water containing food debris, oily dirt, etc., and even if splashed with wash water, it immediately flows downward and is not retained in place, thereby preventing adhesion of dirt as much as possible. The shape of the outer body gripping portion 8 is not limited to that of this embodiment, and any suitable shape that can be gripped can be adopted.

[0024] Like the outer body 1, the inner body 2 is made of antibacterial synthetic resin (polypropylene in this embodiment), and as shown in Figures 1 to 3, includes an upper surface plate 6 with an inlet 5 through which dust can flow in, and a hanging piece 7 attached to this upper surface plate 6 to which the dust collection net 3 is attached, and is configured as a cover-like body that can be easily attached and detached to fit into the opening 1a of the outer body 1.

[0025] Specifically, when the inner body 2 is fitted into the opening 1a of the outer body 1, the outer peripheral edge of the upper surface plate 6 contacts or is close to the inner peripheral edge of the opening 1a of the outer body 1, and further, the upper surface plate 6 is flush with the annular plate 1b (upper surface) of the outer body 1, and is configured to be integrated with the outer body 1.

[0026] More specifically, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the upper plate 6 is configured by connecting a semicircular upper surface portion 6a to a concave spherical surface portion 6b that is semicircular in a plan view, and the inlet 5 is configured to be connected to the concave spherical surface portion 6b, with the edge of the semicircular upper surface portion 6a and the edge of the concave spherical surface portion 6b forming the opening edge, and is located in the center of the upper plate 6 and is configured to allow debris flowing down the concave spherical surface portion 6b to enter.

[0027] In addition, the hanging piece 7 is configured as a band-shaped hanging peripheral wall formed along the outer periphery of the upper panel 6, and is configured so that when the inner body 2 is inserted into the opening 1a of the outer body 1, its tip (lower end) abuts against the flange portion 4 of the outer body 1.

[0028] Specifically, the hanging piece 7 has an attachment portion 10 around the tip to which the garbage collection net 3 is attached, and this attachment portion 10 is configured so that the garbage collection net 3 can easily fall off due to the weight of the garbage collected by the garbage collection net 3.

[0029] Specifically, as shown in Figure 3, the hanging piece 7 has multiple ribs 11 provided along its periphery, and the outer peripheral tip edge of the lower end (lower side) of these ribs 11 is formed in a curved, inclined shape that gently widens outward, and the portion below these ribs 11 that is formed in a curved, inclined shape is provided as an attachment portion 10 into which the opening edge portion 3a of the dirt collection net 3 is fastened and fitted.

[0030] The inner body 2 is provided with an inner body gripping portion 9, which, like the outer body gripping portion 8 of the outer body 1, is configured as a plate-like body that can be grasped with the fingertips and is provided at any position on the upper plate 6, specifically the semicircular upper surface 6a, so as to protrude upward from this semicircular upper surface 6a. That is, like the outer body gripping portion, the inner body gripping portion 9 also protrudes upward from the upper plate 6 (semicircular upper surface 6a), making it less likely for wash water containing food debris or oily stains to splash on the inner body gripping portion 9. Even if wash water splashes on it, it immediately flows downward and is not retained in place, thereby preventing the adhesion of dirt as much as possible. The shape of the inner body gripping portion 9 is not limited to that of this embodiment, and any suitable shape that can be grasped can be adopted.

[0031] The dust collection net 3 is made of synthetic fiber (polyester in this embodiment) and is configured as a fine mesh bag.

[0032] Specifically, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the opening edge 3a of the garbage collection net 3 is thicker (hemmed) than the main body portion (bag-shaped body portion), and further, this opening edge 3a is made elastic so that it can be fitted and fastened to the hanging piece 7 (attachment portion 10) of the inner body 2.

[0033] In addition, the elasticity of the opening edge 3a is set to a degree that allows the garbage collection net 3, when not collecting garbage, to be fastened to the hanging piece 7 (attachment portion 10) of the inner body 2, and to fall under its own weight from the hanging piece 7 (attachment portion 10) of the inner body 2 when garbage has been collected.

[0034] The opening edge 3a may be made stretchable by using a stretchable material such as rubber or by weaving the fibers.

[0035] In this embodiment, the main purpose of providing stretchability to the opening edge 3a of the dirt collection net 3 is to make it easier to attach the dirt collection net 3 to the hanging piece 7 of the inner body 2, and the dirt collection net 3 is held in place by being clamped between the flange 4 of the outer body 1 and the hanging piece 7 of the inner body 2. Therefore, the sink dirt remover A of this embodiment can also be used with a dirt collection net that does not have stretchability at the opening edge 3a.

[0036] The method of using the sink dust remover A according to this embodiment configured as above will now be described.

[0037] First, the dust collection net 3 is attached to the inner body 2 which is separated from the outer body 1.

[0038] The dust collection net 3 is attached to the inner body 2 by widening the elastic opening edge 3a and fastening it to the hanging piece 7 of the inner body 2, specifically, between the rib 11 provided on the hanging piece 7 and the attachment portion 10, as shown in Figure 3.

[0039] Next, the inner body 2 with the dust collection net 3 attached thereto is attached to the outer body 1.

[0040] The inner body 2 is attached to the outer body 1 by fitting the inner body 2 to close the opening 1a of the outer body 1 from above.

[0041] When the inner body 2 is attached to the outer body 1, the tip (lower end) of the hanging piece 7 of the inner body 2 abuts against the flange portion 4 of the outer body 1, and the garbage collection net 3, which is fastened and fitted to the hanging piece 7, is clamped between the hanging piece 7 and the flange portion 4, maintaining the fastened and fitted state.

[0042] Next, the outer body 1 (the sink dust remover A according to this embodiment) to which the inner body 2 is attached is set in the drain outlet 31 of the sink 30 (see FIG. 4).

[0043] As shown in Figure 5, the sink trash remover A set in this drain outlet 31 is placed on top of a mesh basket 32 attached to the sink 30 so as to cover the opening of this mesh basket 32.As a result, food scraps and food residue that would normally flow into the mesh basket 32 are not captured by the mesh basket 32, but are instead captured by the trash collection net 3 through the inlet 5 provided in the inner body 2 of the sink trash remover A.

[0044] When discarding or replacing the dust collection net 3 that has collected dust, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer body gripping portion 8 provided on the outer body 1 is grasped and lifted upward, and the water is drained off on the spot.

[0045] After draining the water, the container is moved to the trash can 20, and as shown in FIG. 7, while holding the outer body gripping portion 8 of the outer body 1 above the trash can 20, the inner body gripping portion 9 of the inner body 2 is held and lifted upward.

[0046] By lifting the inner body 2 upward, the hanging piece 7 of the inner body 2 is detached from the flange part 4 of the outer body 1, the holding of the garbage collection net 3 by these is released, and the garbage collection net 3 falls directly into the garbage box 20 below by its own weight.

[0047] In this way, when disposing of the dirt collection net 3 of the sink dirt remover A of this embodiment, the dirt collection net 3 can be disposed of in the trash can 20 without touching the dirty dirt collection net 3, so that hands do not get dirty and it is hygienic.

[0048] It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and the specific configuration of each component can be designed as appropriate. [Explanation of symbols]
