A plastic bag mouth opener used to make it easier to open the mouth of a plastic bag by hand, comprising: a pipe holder bracket for clamping at a predetermined location or for inserting into a fixed base rod to attach and fix; a lower plastic bag mouth abutment bent plate portion at one of the upper ends of the pipe holder bracket, which is erected in the longitudinal direction and integrally formed with or connected to the pipe holder bracket, and which has a bent portion having a plastic bag mouth abutment bent at its middle portion and formed facing outward; and a lower plastic bag mouth abutment bent plate portion at the upper end of the pipe holder bracket. The plastic bag opener is characterized in that it is composed of an upper plastic bag mouth contact and bending plate portion which stands up in the longitudinal direction on the other opposite side, is integrally formed with or connected to the pipe holder bracket, and has an S-shaped bent portion formed inward from its tip to its middle portion at a position higher than the lower plastic bag mouth contact and bending plate portion, and a plastic bag mouth contact and bending ring tube is hung between the plastic bag mouth contact and bending portions of the lower plastic bag mouth contact and bending plate portion and their surrounding areas.

This plastic bag mouth opener is used to make it easier to open the mouth of a plastic bag by hand, and is composed of a pipe holder bracket for clamping it at a predetermined location or inserting it into a fixed base rod to attach and fix it, and a leaf spring bent plate part with one end bent into a U-shape and the other end having two free ends, the U-shaped side of the leaf spring bent plate part is inserted into the upper end of the pipe holder bracket in its longitudinal direction, and a bent part with a plastic bag mouth abutment part is facing outward near one tip of the free end of the leaf spring bent plate part. and an upper plastic bag mouth contact and bending plate portion formed near the other tip of the free end of the leaf spring bending plate portion with an S-shaped bent portion having a plastic bag mouth contact and bending portion facing inward at a position higher than the lower plastic bag mouth contact and bending plate portion, and further characterized in that a plastic bag mouth contact and bending ring tube is hung between the plastic bag mouth contact and bending portions of the lower plastic bag mouth contact and bending plate portion and their surrounding areas.

This plastic bag mouth opener is used to make it easier to open the mouth of a plastic bag by hand, and is composed of a pipe holder bracket that is clamped to a predetermined location or inserted into a fixed base rod to attach and fix it, and a leaf spring bent plate part that has one end bent into a U-shape and the other end having two free ends, the U-shaped side of the leaf spring bent plate part being inserted partly into the upper end of the pipe holder bracket in the longitudinal direction, and a bent part having a plastic bag mouth contact and rubbing part near one tip of the free end of the leaf spring bent plate part. a lower plastic bag mouth abutment bending plate portion formed with an S-shaped bent portion facing outward, and an upper plastic bag mouth abutment bending plate portion formed with an S-shaped bent portion facing inward and having a plastic bag mouth abutment rubbing portion at a position higher than the lower plastic bag mouth abutment bending plate portion near the other tip of the free end of the leaf spring bent plate portion, and further characterized in that a plastic bag mouth abutment rubbing tube is fitted near the plastic bag mouth abutment rubbing portions of the lower plastic bag mouth abutment bending plate portion and the upper plastic bag mouth abutment bending plate portion.

13. 7. The plastic bag opening opener according to claim 1, wherein a tube is fitted into the free end of the leaf spring scissors, including the plastic bag opening guide portion.

15. 7. The plastic bag opener according to claim 1, wherein the flat spring scissors are replaced by round spring scissors.

16. A plastic bag mouth opener as described in either claim 11 or claim 12, characterized in that the leaf spring bent plate used in the leaf spring bent plate section having one end bent into a U-shape and the other end having two free ends is replaced by a round spring bent plate.
