Abstract

This invention provides a shaping plate for fried confectionery that allows for the uniform and rapid manual shaping of fried confectionery dough into a rod shape. [Solution] The molding plate for fried confectionery is a handheld molding plate equipped with multiple parallel V-shaped grooves. The grooves are set to be approximately 10 mm wide, 10 mm deep, and at an angle of approximately 90 degrees, ensuring uniform molding of the dough and good release properties.
