Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a lighting fixture support member for installing various lighting fixtures and installing them at a predetermined location.
Background Art
[0002] Lighting fixtures used in workplaces, event and exhibition venues, etc. require brackets, stands, etc. for mounting on indoor ceilings or placing on floors. Conventionally, for example, for lighting fixture display, there is known a furniture for lighting fixture display that hooks and fixes one end to a square member horizontally attached at an arbitrary position on the inner wall surface of a building (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this case, the lighting fixture can be firmly fixed, but only square members with a limited shape can be used, and work for attaching and detaching the fittings for fixing is also required.
[0003] Particularly in outdoor work, it is common to assemble a stand of a predetermined height, attach a lighting fixture, and illuminate from various directions, such as illuminating from a high position or illuminating from below by placing it on the floor, to perform work. Thus, in order to install a lighting fixture at a desired location, it was necessary to separately prepare support members for lighting fixtures suitable for each location, such as the inner wall surface and the floor.
[0004] Also, in the method using conventional furniture, it becomes large and expensive, or there are many troublesome operations such as screwing as described above, leading to an increase in the work process.
[0005] The present invention has been made to solve these conventional problems, facilitates the work of attaching to necessary members, and can easily disassemble and compactly package the main body of the support member, so that it is easy to carry and can be manufactured at a low cost. The purpose is to provide a lighting fixture support member.

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2004-71277 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]
[0007] The problem we are trying to solve is that in order to place lighting fixtures in appropriate locations such as the floor, wall, or stand, it is necessary to prepare separate support members that are suitable for each location, and transporting them is not easy because the equipment becomes bulky. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] The most important feature of this invention is that it is easy to carry and, thanks to its integrated support member, the lighting fixture can be installed on floors, walls, and other surfaces to suit different settings. [Effects of the Invention]
[0009] The lighting fixture support member of this invention is configured to support the lighting fixture with a pair of curved members, and can therefore be placed on the floor or hung on a horizontal member installed on a wall. In addition, a cylindrical connecting member is provided to which a stand can be attached as needed. It is constructed with a minimum number of screws to facilitate disassembly and assembly, and can be disassembled and compactly stored for easy transport. [Brief explanation of the drawing]
[0010] [Figure 1] This figure shows the configuration of the lighting fixture support member according to the present invention. [Figure 2] This figure shows how the lighting fixture support member according to the present invention is used. [Figure 3] This is a diagram showing an exploded view of the lighting fixture support member according to the present invention. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0011] The objective of creating a lighting fixture support structure that can be used in various situations was achieved by integrating the components so that they can be installed or mounted in various locations, and by making them easily assembled and disassembled for portability. The embodiments of the lighting fixture support member according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, identical or functionally similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals and their descriptions are omitted. [Examples]
[0012] Figure 1 is a diagram showing the configuration of the lighting fixture support member according to the present invention, and shows the state before the lighting fixture is installed. In the figure, 1 is a lighting fixture support member, and 2 is a pair of circular pipes with a circular cross-section, curved in a roughly U-shape near both ends so that the ends face each other, and both ends are sealed with lids or the like. Furthermore, the roughly U-shaped curved portion of each of the pair of circular pipes 2 is covered with an elastic cover 5 made of urethane or the like, and this cover 5 is positioned so as not to overlap the position where the opposing ends of the circular pipes 2 are horizontal. In other words, the cover 5 covers the circular pipes 2 in a position where it does not touch the floor when the lighting fixture support member 1 is placed on the floor. The cover 5 is intended to buffer contact between the lighting fixture support member 1 of this invention and other equipment, thereby preventing damage such as scratches.
[0013] In the diagram, 3 is a connecting member that links the two circular pipes 2 near their centers and is fixed to the two circular pipes 2 by screws 7 and 8. A cylindrical support member 4, configured to accommodate a stand, is screwed into the connecting member 3 via a screw 6 provided on the support member 4 near its longitudinal center. At this time, the screw 6 penetrates the connecting member 3, with its end protruding to the other surface. The connecting member 3 is also provided with screw holes 9 and 10, and nuts are embedded in these holes.
[0014] Figure 2 is a diagram showing the usage mode when the lighting fixture support member according to the present invention is used on the floor, and shows a state where the lighting fixture 12 is attached to the lighting fixture support member 1. The lighting fixture 12 is attached via a lighting fixture attachment member 11. That is, the lighting fixture attachment member 11 is fixed by screwing into the screw holes 9 and 10 provided in the connecting member 3 using the wing screws 13 and 14, and the protruding screw 6 is passed through the lighting fixture attachment member 11 and fixed with a nut 15. In this way, the lighting fixture attachment member 11 is fixed to the connecting member 3 at three locations in this usage mode.
[0015] Further, the support member 4 is cylindrical and is configured such that a support shaft (not shown) of the stand can be inserted into the cylindrical portion. After inserting the support shaft, the support shaft is fixed by tightening the two wing screws 16 and 17, and the lighting fixture attachment member 1 can be installed on the stand.
[0016] Figure 3 is an exploded view of the lighting fixture support member 1 shown in FIG. 1 according to the present invention. Note that the wing screws 13, 14, 16, and 17 are also attached and added together at the same time. In the figure, 18 and 19 are recesses provided near the ends of the connecting member 3, are provided at the portion connected to the circular pipe 2, and are provided with holes for attaching the screws 7 and 8. Due to these recesses 18 and 19, the pair of circular pipes 2 will be firmly positioned and fixed. Further, the screw hole 20 is provided for inserting the screw 6 of the support member 4.
[0017] When disassembling, it can be easily done by removing the three screws 6 to 8 of the connecting member 3. By disassembling, it can be bundled up small, so it can be easily carried around by putting it in a bag or the like.
[0018] The lighting fixture support member according to the present invention having the structure as described above has a U-shaped curved portion, so that it can be easily fixed by hooking one end on a horizontal corner member or the like provided for display. Also, it is convenient to carry by holding the curved portion by hand. Even when placed on the floor, since the four portions serving as feet are curved, it can be stably installed and also serves as a cushion in a work place or the like, suppressing the influence of vibrations at the site. Thus, it is not necessary to require a large and expensive stand or the like.
Industrial Applicability
[0019] The lighting fixture support member according to the present invention can be widely applied not only to work use or event use but also to fields such as the disaster prevention related market where temporary installation of lighting fixtures is indispensably required.
