[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a UV reactor for treating wastewater from system decontamination of nuclear power plants. [Background technology]

[0002] Wastewater generated after system decontamination of nuclear power plants flows into a UV reactor, which is a wastewater decomposition treatment device. The organic waste liquid that has passed through the filter passes through a UV reactor and then moves to a buffer tank for CO2 gas removal. At this time, samples are taken before and after the UV reaction tank and TOC analysis is performed. In order to improve the decomposition of organic waste liquid, it is necessary to increase the number of contacts or the contact time in the UV reaction tank of the waste liquid decomposition treatment device. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0003] The problem to be solved by the present invention is that as organic waste liquid passes vertically or horizontally through the reaction tank, the contact time is short and the total waste liquid decomposition time increases. [0008] Also, at least the length of the intermediate portion may be greater than the length of the UV irradiation portion, thereby extending the time during which the organic waste liquid passing through the intermediate portion is exposed to the UV light.

[0009] To achieve the above object, a UV reaction device according to another aspect of the present invention includes a bar-shaped UV irradiation unit that irradiates UV light, and a transit unit that houses the UV irradiation unit and passes through which organic waste liquid is irradiated with the UV light, the transit unit including an input section into which the organic waste liquid is input, a discharge section from which the organic waste liquid is discharged, and an intermediate section located between the input section and the discharge section and in which the UV irradiation unit is located.

[0010] In addition, the UV irradiation sections are provided in multiple locations adjacent to each other, and multiple flat partition portions 1231 are provided on the inner surface of the middle portion, and the partition portions 1231 cause the organic waste liquid poured onto the inner surface of the middle portion to stagnate in the middle portion, thereby extending the time the organic waste liquid is exposed to the UV light.

[0011] The buffer tank also includes a buffer tank that circulates with the transit section, and the organic waste liquid irradiated with the UV light is poured into the buffer tank, and the poured organic waste liquid is poured into the transit section, thereby increasing the frequency with which the organic waste liquid is exposed to the UV light on the transit section again.

[0012] The apparatus further includes an analysis section for acquiring an analysis value of total organic carbon (TOC) of the organic waste liquid on the intermediate section, and the circulation operation can be repeated until the analysis value reaches a preset value.

[0013] The system further includes a first flow path, a second flow path connected by the first flow path for supplying the organic waste liquid to the filter section, a filter section for filtering the organic waste liquid supplied through the second flow path and supplying the filtered organic waste liquid to the intermediate section, a third flow path for supplying the organic waste liquid from the filter section to the intermediate section, a fourth flow path for supplying the organic waste liquid from the intermediate section to the buffer tank, a fifth flow path for supplying the organic waste liquid from the buffer tank to the intermediate section, a sixth flow path for supplying the organic waste liquid from the buffer tank to the first flow path, and a pump for pumping the organic waste liquid supplied from the buffer tank to the intermediate section. Effect of the Invention

[0014] The UV reactor of the present invention as described above provides one or more of the following advantages:

[0015] According to the present invention, there is a problem that the contact time is short and the total waste decomposition time increases as the organic waste passes vertically or horizontally through the reaction tank. To solve this problem, a UV reaction device for waste treatment due to system decontamination of nuclear power plants can be provided.

[0016] In addition, a UV reaction device for treating wastewater from system decontamination of a nuclear power plant can be provided, which can increase the contact time of the UV lamp to shorten the wastewater decomposition time and improve the wastewater decomposition performance.

[0017] In addition, the waste liquid that has been decomposed by 90% or more due to the circulation process between the buffer tank and the UV reactor flows into the system, diluting the organic waste liquid in the system and lowering its concentration, thereby shortening the time required for the waste liquid decomposition process. This makes it possible to provide a UV reactor for waste liquid treatment due to system decontamination of nuclear power plants.

[0018] In addition, it is possible to provide a UV reaction device for treating wastewater from system decontamination of nuclear power plants, which can increase the contact time and number of contacts to compensate for the limitations of the existing organic acid decomposition process and improve the decomposition rate.
