Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a lid and a package. [Background technology]
[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a package that is configured to automatically release water vapor generated by heating the contents in a microwave oven when the pressure in the storage space increases. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a lid material used to seal the opening of a container body by heat sealing to a flange portion of the container body, the lid material having a steam vent hole and a steam vent label that seals the steam vent hole. The steam vent hole label of this lid material has a first layer that is the outermost layer made of a heat-shrinkable film, a second layer made of a film that does not have heat shrinkability, and an adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer that bonds the first layer and the second layer has one or more band-shaped glue-defect portions, and the band-shaped glue-defect portions are perpendicular to the heat shrinkage direction of the first layer. With the lid material shown in Patent Document 1, when the package is heated in a microwave oven, the heat-shrinkable film shrinks due to the temperature of the generated water vapor, and the steam release label curls upward, opening the steam release hole and automatically releasing the water vapor.
[0003] Furthermore, Patent Document 2 discloses a labeled container having a container with an opening for releasing steam and a steam-permeable label affixed to cover the opening, in which the steam-permeable label is capable of forming a steam passage through which steam discharged from the opening passes, and the labeled container has a variable display portion including a temperature-indicating ink portion whose color state changes within a predetermined temperature range. According to the labeled container shown in Patent Document 2, the steam-permeable label is capable of forming a steam-permeable port, so that steam can be discharged when the contents are heated while blocking the opening of the microwave treatment container. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-20782 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2019-177907 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, the lid material disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the labeled container disclosed in Patent Document 2 have the following problems. In other words, in the case of the lid material shown in Patent Document 1, since it is possible to release water vapor during heating, the contents can be heated in a microwave oven and then eaten by peeling the lid material off from the container body, but it is not possible to add ingredients other than the contents before heating the contents in the microwave oven. In addition, in the case of the labeled container shown in Patent Document 2, since the water vapor during heating can be released, the contents can be heated in a microwave oven and then eaten by peeling the lid off the container body. However, it is not possible to add ingredients other than the contents before heating the contents in the microwave oven.
[0006] Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the problems of the related art, and its object is to provide a lid and a package that allows a content separate from the content to be added before the content is heated in a microwave oven, that allows water vapor to be discharged during heating in the microwave oven, and that allows the content inside the package to be used as a container to be eaten after heating in the microwave oven. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, a lid according to one aspect of the present invention is a lid to be attached to a container having a storage space for storing contents to be heated in a microwave oven, the lid being attached to the container so as to close the storage space, and including a lid material having a planned opening portion intended to form an opening for introducing contents other than the contents into the storage space, and a planned steam port portion arranged to divide the planned opening portion into a first planned opening portion and a second planned opening portion and intended to form a steam port for discharging water vapor generated by heating, and a lid material attached to the lid material so as to close the planned opening portion, and reattachable, and and a label having a glue-killing portion provided in a portion corresponding to the intended first opening portion, and by peeling the label affixed to the lid material from the lid material, the first intended opening portion is opened and the opening of the first intended opening portion progresses so as to traverse the steam passage hole intended portion until the second intended opening portion is reached and the second intended opening portion is opened, so that the opening portion is formed at the intended opening portion and the steam passage hole is formed in the intended steam passage hole portion, and by re-affixing the label to the lid material, the opening portion is closed with a gap formed between the intended steam passage hole portion where the steam passage hole is formed and the glue-killing portion.
[0008] According to this lid, an opening is formed in the intended opening portion of the lid by peeling off the label attached to the lid before heating the contents in a microwave oven, so that a content other than the contents can be put into the storage space of the container through the opening. In addition, when the label is peeled off from the lid, a steam vent is formed in the intended steam vent portion of the lid, and by reattaching the label to the lid, the opening is closed with a gap formed between the intended steam vent portion where the steam vent is formed and the paste-killing portion provided on the label, so that when the content to which the other content is added is heated in a microwave oven, water vapor can be discharged from the steam vent to the outside through the gap. Then, after heating in a microwave oven, the lid is peeled off from the container to open the container, or the label reattached to the lid is peeled off from the lid to open the opening, so that the package can be used as a container to eat the contents in the container.
[0009] Furthermore, with this lid, before the label is peeled off from the lid material, the label covers the intended opening portion of the lid material, and no steam vent is formed in the intended steam vent portion of the lid material, so that the contents inside the container do not leak out from the lid. In addition, in this lid, it is preferable that an end portion of the second intended opening portion of the lid material on the steam passage opening intended portion side is formed with a receiving portion for when the opening of the first intended opening portion progresses across the steam passage opening portion to reach the second intended opening portion.
[0010] With this lid, when the first intended opening portion is opened so as to cross the intended steam passage hole portion and reach the second intended opening portion, the first intended opening portion is opened so as to cross the intended steam passage hole portion and first reaches the receiving portion, and the receiving portion is opened and reaches the second intended opening portion. Thus, due to the presence of the receiving portion, the first intended opening portion can be opened reliably to reach the intended second opening portion, and an opening portion and a steam passage hole can be reliably formed in the lid material.
[0011] A packaging body according to another aspect of the present invention includes the above-mentioned lid and a container to which the lid is attached so as to close the storage space. According to this package, before heating the contents stored in the container in a microwave oven, an opening is formed in the intended opening portion of the lid by peeling the label attached to the lid from the lid, so that a content other than the contents can be put into the storage space of the container through the opening. Furthermore, when the label is peeled off from the lid, a steam port is formed in the intended steam port portion of the lid, and by reattaching the label to the lid, the opening is closed with a gap formed between the intended steam port portion where the steam port is formed and the paste-killing portion provided on the label, so that when the content to which the other content is added is heated in a microwave oven, water vapor can be discharged from the steam port to the outside through the aforementioned gap. Then, after heating in a microwave oven, the lid is peeled off from the container to open the container, or the label reattached to the lid is peeled off from the lid to open the opening, so that the contents in the container can be eaten using the package as a container.
[0012] A packaging body according to another aspect of the present invention is a packaging body for containing contents to be heated in a microwave oven, comprising a sheet having a plurality of sheet parts, and a sealing part for sealing the plurality of sheet parts so as to form a storage space for containing the contents, and a sealing part for sealing the plurality of sheet parts so as to form a storage space for containing the contents, and a sealing part for sealing the plurality of sheet parts so as to form a storage space for containing the contents, in any one of the plurality of sheet parts, an intended opening part for forming an opening for introducing a content other than the contents into the storage space, and a steam passage port part for forming a steam passage port for discharging water vapor generated by heating, which is provided so as to divide the intended opening part into a first intended opening part and a second intended opening part, and a sealing part for sealing the intended opening part is attached to any one of the sheet parts having the intended opening part formed therein so as to close the intended opening part. The label is attached to and reattachable from any one of the sheet parts, and is provided with a glue-killing portion in a portion corresponding to the intended steam passage hole portion, and by peeling the label from any one of the sheet parts, the first intended opening portion is opened and the opening of the first intended opening portion progresses so as to traverse the intended steam passage hole portion until it reaches the intended second opening portion and the second intended opening portion is opened, so that the opening portion is formed at the intended opening portion formation location and the steam passage hole is formed in the intended steam passage hole portion, and by reattaching the label to any one of the sheet parts, the opening portion is closed with a gap formed between the intended steam passage hole portion where the steam passage hole is formed and the glue-killing portion.
[0013] According to this package, before heating the contents in a microwave oven, an opening is formed in the sheet part by peeling off the label attached to one of the sheet parts from the sheet part, so that a content other than the contents can be put into the storage space through the opening. Furthermore, when the label is peeled off from one of the sheet parts, a steam passage opening is formed in the sheet part, and by reattaching the label to one of the sheet parts, the opening is closed with a gap formed between the steam passage opening planned part where the steam passage opening is formed and the glue killing processing part provided on the label, so that when the content in the sheet to which another content is added is heated in a microwave oven, steam can be discharged from the steam passage opening through the gap. Then, after heating in a microwave oven, the sheet is opened or the label reattached to one of the sheet parts is peeled off to open the opening, so that the content in the container can be eaten using the package as a container.
[0014] Furthermore, according to this packaging body, before the label is peeled off from any one of the sheet parts, the intended opening portion is blocked by the label, and no steam ventilation hole is formed in the intended steam ventilation hole portion of any one of the sheet parts, so that the contents within the sheet do not leak out to the outside. Furthermore, in this packaging body, it is preferable that an end portion of the second intended opening portion of any one of the sheet portions in which the intended opening portion is formed has a receiving portion formed at the end portion on the steam passage port side when the first intended opening portion is opened so as to cross the intended steam passage port portion and reach the second intended opening portion.
[0015] According to this packaging body, when the first intended opening portion is opened so as to traverse the intended steam passage port portion to reach the second intended opening portion, the first intended opening portion is opened so as to traverse the intended steam passage port portion to first reach the receiving portion, and the receiving portion is opened to reach the second intended opening portion. Thus, due to the presence of the receiving portion, the first intended opening portion can be opened reliably to reach the intended second opening portion, and an opening and a steam passage port can be reliably formed in any one of the sheet portions. Effect of the Invention
[0016] The lid and packaging body of the present invention can provide a lid and packaging body that allows a content separate from the content to be added before the content is heated in a microwave oven, that allows water vapor to be released during heating in the microwave oven, and that allows the content inside the container to be eaten using the packaging as a container after heating in the microwave oven. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that each drawing is a schematic view and may differ from the actual one. Furthermore, the following embodiments are illustrative of an apparatus and method for embodying the technical idea of the present invention, and are not intended to specify the configuration as described below. In other words, the technical idea of the present invention can be modified in various ways within the technical scope described in the claims.
[0019] (First embodiment) Fig. 1 shows a state before the label of the package according to the first embodiment of the present invention is peeled off from the lid material. Fig. 2 shows a cross section along the line 2-2 in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows a cross section along the line 3-3 in Fig. 1. 1 and 2 includes a container 10 having a storage space 12 for storing a content A, and a lid 20 attached to the container 10. The content A is, for example, a food product such as a seasoning. The container 10 is a sheet-molded container known as a tray, and is equipped with a hexahedral container body 11 with an open top having a storage space 12 for storing the content A, and a flange portion 13 provided on the upper edge of the container body 11 so as to surround the container body 11. The material used for the container 10 is polypropylene, since heat resistance is required.
[0020] The lid 20 includes a lid member 30 and a label 40, as shown in FIGS. The lid material 30 is attached to the container 10 so as to close the storage space 12. As shown in Figs. 1 and 4, the lid material 30 has a planned opening portion 33 formed therein that is intended to form an opening 35 (see Figs. 5 and 6) for introducing a content B (see Fig. 6, for example an ingredient) separate from the content A into the storage space 12. The lid material 30 also has a planned steam port 37 formed therein that is provided so as to divide the planned opening portion 33 into a first planned opening portion 33a and a second planned opening portion 33b and that is intended to form a steam port 39 (see Figs. 5, 7, and 9) for discharging water vapor generated by heating.
[0021] As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, the lid material 30 is formed in a rectangular flat plate shape with a long length (reference symbol L30 in Fig. 16) in the vertical direction (up and down direction in Fig. 1) and a short width (reference symbol W30 in Fig. 16) in the horizontal direction (left and right direction in Fig. 1). The lid material 30 has one vertical end 30a, the other vertical end 30b, one horizontal side 30c, and the other horizontal side 30d. The lid material 30 has a predetermined plate thickness. The lid material 30 is heat-sealed to the flange portion 13 provided on the container body 11 to close the opening of the container body 11 and close the storage space 12.
[0022] 2 and 3, the lid material 30 includes an inner layer 31 that is heat-sealed to the flange portion 13, and an outer layer 32 that is laminated on the inner layer 31. An easy-peel sealant or a heat-resistant CPP is used as the inner layer 31. A transparent stretched base material, for example, a transparent vapor-deposited PET is used as the outer layer 32. 1 and 4, the intended opening portion 33 is formed in a generally U-shape with a plurality of discontinuous cut lines 34, and is disposed in the generally central portion of the lid material 30 so that the open side of the U-shape faces the one longitudinal end portion 30a. Then, midway through the linear portion on the other lateral side portion 30d side of the intended opening portion 33, the intended opening portion 33 is divided by the aforementioned steam passage port portion 37 into a first intended opening portion 33a and a second intended opening portion 33b.
[0023] The width of the intended steam hole portion 37, i.e., the distance X (see Figure 16) between the end portion 33aa of the first intended opening portion 33a on the steam hole intended portion 37 side and the end portion 33ba of the second intended opening portion 33b on the steam hole intended portion 37 side, is appropriately determined according to the width w of the glue killing processing portion 44 provided on the label 40 described later. 1 and 4, a receiving portion 38 is formed at an end 33ba of the second intended opening portion 33b on the side of the intended steam hole 37 when the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses so as to cross the intended steam hole 37 and reaches the second intended opening portion 33b. The receiving portion 38 is formed in a semicircular shape that expands evenly in the horizontal direction from the end 33ba of the second intended opening portion 33b, which is formed linearly in the vertical direction. The receiving portion 38 has an inner end 38a and an outer end 38b on which a plurality of discontinuous cut lines are formed.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, the label 40 is formed in a generally rectangular flat plate shape having a long vertical length (symbol L40 in FIG. 15) and a short horizontal width (symbol W40 in FIG. 15), with one vertical end portion 40a, the other vertical end portion 40b, one horizontal side portion 40c, and the other horizontal side portion 40d, and with a predetermined plate thickness. The label 40 is attached to the surface of the lid material 30 so that one vertical end 40a faces the one vertical end 30a of the lid material 30 and closes the intended opening portion 33 formed in the lid material 30, and can be reattached to the surface of the lid material 30 after being peeled off. The length of the other vertical end 40b of the label 40 is shorter than the length of the opposing one vertical end 40a, and a glue-killing portion 45 is provided on the back surface of the other vertical end 40b side (the surface attached to the lid material 30) as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
[0025] 1 and 3, the label 40 has a seaweed killing portion 44 in a portion corresponding to the steam passage hole intended portion 37 formed in the lid material 30 when the label 40 is attached to the lid material 30. As shown in FIG. 3, this seaweed killing portion 44 is provided on the inner surface (the surface on the lid material 30 side) of the innermost layer 41 described below. As shown in FIG. 1, the seaweed killing portion 44 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape with a horizontal length l and a vertical width w from the other horizontal side portion 40d of the label 40. The vertical width w of the seaweed killing portion 44 is appropriately determined depending on the amount of water vapor discharged from the steam passage hole 39 formed in the lid material 30.
[0026] In addition, the lateral length l of the glue killing portion 44 is set to a length such that the end portion of the glue killing portion 44 farthest from the lateral other side portion 40d is more inward than the inner end portion 38a of the receiving portion 38 from the lateral other side portion 40d of the label 40. When the label 40 provided with the glue-killing portion 44 is attached to the surface of the lid material 30, a gap 46 is formed between the glue-killing portion 44 provided on the label 40 and the surface of the lid material 30 (the surface of the intended steam hole portion 37), as shown in Fig. 3. This is because the glue-killing portion 44 itself is not attached to the surface of the lid material 30.
[0027] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the label 40 has an innermost layer 41 composed of an adhesive layer that is attached to the lid material 30, an intermediate layer 42 that is laminated on the innermost layer 41, and an outermost layer 43 that is laminated on the intermediate layer 42. The adhesive layer constituting the innermost layer 41 may be, for example, an acrylic adhesive layer. As the intermediate layer 42, a stretched base material such as OPP is used. Furthermore, for the outermost layer 43, for example, KOP is used. In addition, an oriented base material such as ONY may be provided between the inner layer 31 and the outer layer 32.
[0028] When the label 40 attached to the lid material 30 is peeled off from the lid material 30 by rotating it from the other longitudinal end 40b side where the glue-killing processed portion 45 is located around the one longitudinal end 40a side, the inner portion 36 of the intended opening portion of the lid material 30 follows the label 40, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. As a result, the multiple cut lines 34 forming the first intended opening portion 33a are connected to open the first intended opening portion 33a, and the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses across the intended steam port portion 37 to reach the second intended opening portion 33b, and the cut lines 34 forming the second intended opening portion 33b are connected to open the second intended opening portion 33b. As a result, an opening 35 is formed at the intended opening portion 33, and a steam port 39 is formed in the intended steam port portion 37. When the label 40 is peeled off from the lid member 30, as shown in Figs. 5 and 6, a part of the attached portion on one longitudinal end portion 40a of the label 40 is left.
[0029] As described above, the end 33ba of the second intended opening portion 33b of the lid material 30 on the side of the intended steam port 37 has a receiving portion 38 formed thereon when the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses across the intended steam port 37 to reach the second intended opening portion 33b. Therefore, when the label 40 is peeled off and the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses across the intended steam port 37 to reach the second intended opening portion 33b, the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses across the intended steam port 37 to reach the receiving portion 38 first, and the receiving portion 38 is opened to reach the second intended opening portion 33b. Therefore, due to the presence of the receiving portion 38, the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a can be reliably led to the second intended opening portion 33b, and the opening 35 and the steam port 39 can be reliably formed in the lid material 30.
[0030] Then, after the opening 35 and the steam passage hole 39 are formed in the lid material 30, the label 40 is reattached to the lid material 30 in its original state, and the opening 35 is closed by the label 40 with a gap 46 formed between the intended steam passage hole portion 37 where the steam passage hole 39 is formed and the glue-killing portion 44 provided on the label 40, as shown in Figures 7 to 9. As will be explained later, when steam generated from the contents heated in the microwave oven is discharged to the outside through the steam passage hole 39, without this gap 46, the steam cannot be properly discharged to the outside.
[0031] A method of exposing the steam passage hole 39 by forming a notch or the like in a portion of the label 40 corresponding to the intended steam passage hole 37 in order to discharge water vapor to the outside from the steam passage hole 39 can be considered. However, with this method, since the label 40 has an irregular shape other than a rectangle due to the notch, when attaching the label 40 to the lid material 30, the portion where the notch is formed may turn over, making it difficult to properly attach the notch of the label 40 to the position corresponding to the intended steam passage hole 37. This has the disadvantage that the productivity of the package 1 decreases.
[0032] In contrast, in the case of the packaging body 1 of this embodiment, a glue-killing portion 44 is provided in a portion of the label 40 corresponding to the intended steam port portion 37, and a gap 46 is formed between the intended steam port portion 37 in which the steam port 39 is formed and the glue-killing portion 44 provided in the label 40. Therefore, there is no need to form a notch or the like in the label 40, and the label 40 can be formed into a rectangular shape. This improves the workability when attaching the label 40 to the lid material 30, and the productivity of the packaging body 1 can be improved.
[0033] Next, a method for eating the contents in the package 1 (content A + separate content B) will be described. First, in an initial state, as shown in FIG. 2, the content A is contained in the storage space 12 of the container 10 of the package 1, and the lid 20 closes the storage space 12 of the container 10. In this state, first, the label 40 affixed to the lid material 30 of the lid 20 is peeled off from the lid material 30 by rotating it from the other vertical end 40b side where the glue-killing processing portion 45 is located around the one vertical end 40a side, as shown in Figures 5 and 6, so as to leave a portion of the affixed portion of the label 40 on the one vertical end 40a side.
[0034] 5 and 6, the inner portion 36 of the lid member 30 follows the label 40. As a result, the first intended opening portion 33a is opened, and the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses so as to traverse the intended steam passage hole portion 37, and reaches the second intended opening portion 33b, which is then opened. As a result, the opening portion 35 is formed at the location where the intended opening portion 33 is to be formed, and the steam passage hole 39 is formed in the intended steam passage hole portion 37. Furthermore, before the label 40 is peeled off from the lid material 30, the label 40 covers the intended opening portion 33 of the lid material 30, and no steam ventilation hole 39 is formed in the intended steam ventilation hole portion 37 of the lid material 30, so that the contents A in the container 10 do not leak out to the outside.
[0035] Next, an opening 35 is formed in the lid member 30, and as shown in FIG. 6, a content B, which is separate from the content A, is poured into the storage space 12 of the container 10 through the opening 35. 7 and 8, the label 40 is reattached to the lid 30 in its original state. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the opening 35 is closed by the label 40 with a gap 46 formed between the intended steam port portion 37 in which the steam port 39 is formed and the glue-killing portion 44 provided on the label 40.
[0036] Next, the package 1 with the gap 46 formed therein is placed in a microwave oven and the contents (content A + separate content B) are heated. During this heating, the water vapor generated from the heated contents is discharged to the outside through the steam vent 39 formed in the lid 30 and the gap 46 described above, as shown in FIG. Next, after the heating of the contents (content A + separate content B) in the microwave oven is completed, the package 1 is removed from the microwave oven, and the lid 20 is peeled off from the container 10 to open the container 10, or the label 40 that has been reattached to the lid material 30 is peeled off from the lid material 30 to open the opening 35. This allows the contents (content A + separate content B) to be eaten using the package 1 as a container.
[0037] Thus, according to the lid 20 and package 1 according to the first embodiment, by peeling off the label 40 attached to the lid material 30 from the lid material 30 before heating the content A in a microwave oven, an opening 35 is formed in the intended opening portion 33 of the lid material 30, so that a content B different from the content A can be put into the storage space 12 of the container 10 through the opening 35. In addition, when the label 40 is peeled off from the lid material 30, a steam passage hole 39 is formed in the intended steam passage hole portion 37 of the lid material 30, and by reattaching the label 40 to the lid material 30, the opening 35 is closed in a state in which a gap 46 is formed between the intended steam passage hole portion 37 where the steam passage hole 39 is formed and the paste-killing processing portion 44 provided on the label 40, so that when the content A to which the different content B has been added is heated in a microwave oven, steam can be discharged to the outside from the steam passage hole 39 through the aforementioned gap 46. After heating in a microwave oven, the lid 20 is peeled off from the container 10 to open the container 10, or the label 40 that has been reattached to the lid material 30 is peeled off from the lid material 30 to open the opening 35, allowing the contents within the container (content A + separate content B) to be eaten using the package 1 as a container.
[0038] Furthermore, according to the lid 20 and packaging body 1 of the first embodiment, a receiving portion 38 is formed on the end portion 33ba of the second intended opening portion 33b of the lid material 30 on the steam passage hole intended portion 37 side, which is used when the opening of the first intended opening portion 33a progresses across the steam passage hole intended portion 37 to reach the second intended opening portion 33b. As a result, when the first intended opening portion 33a is opened so as to cross the intended steam port portion 37 and reach the second intended opening portion 33b, the first intended opening portion 33a is opened so as to cross the intended steam port portion 37 and first reaches the receiving portion 38, and the receiving portion 38 is opened and reaches the second intended opening portion 33b. For this reason, due to the presence of the receiving portion 38, the first intended opening portion 33a can be opened reliably to reach the second intended opening portion 33b, and the opening portion 35 and the steam port 39 can be reliably formed in the lid material 30.
[0039] Second embodiment Next, a packaging body according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Fig. 10 shows a state before the label of the packaging body according to the second embodiment of the present invention is peeled off from the first sheet part. The packaging body 101 shown in Fig. 10 constitutes a standing pouch, and includes a sheet 110 having a plurality (three in this embodiment) of first sheet parts 111, second sheet parts 112, and bottom sheet parts 113, and a seal part 120 that seals the first sheet part 111, the second sheet part 112, and the bottom sheet part 113 so as to form a storage space 114 that stores the contents A. The contents A are, for example, food such as seasonings.
[0040] The first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112 face each other such that a storage space 114 for storing contents A is formed between the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112. The first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112 are formed in a substantially rectangular shape extending in the left-right direction (left-right direction in FIG. 10) and the up-down direction (up-down direction in FIG. 10). The bottom sheet portion 113 is disposed on the bottom of the first sheet portion 111 and the bottom of the second sheet portion 112 so as to close the gap between the bottom (lower portion) of the first sheet portion 111 and the bottom (lower portion) of the second sheet portion 112.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 11, the first sheet portion 111 includes an innermost layer 111a, an intermediate layer 111b laminated on the innermost layer 111a, and an outermost layer 111c. For example, non-oriented polypropylene (CPP) is used as the innermost layer 111a. For example, an oriented base material such as an oriented polypropylene film (OPP), an oriented polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), or an oriented nylon film (ONY) is used as the intermediate layer 111b. For the outermost layer 111c, a transparent oriented base material such as transparent vapor-deposited PET is used. Although not shown, the second sheet portion 112 and the bottom sheet portion 113 also include an innermost layer, an intermediate layer, and an outermost layer made of the same material as the innermost layer 111a, the intermediate layer 111b, and the outermost layer 111c of the first sheet portion 111.
[0042] The seal portion 120 includes an upper seal portion 121, a lower seal portion 122, a first side seal portion 123, and a second side seal portion 124. The upper seal portion 121 joins the innermost layers of the upper edges of the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112. The lower seal portion 122 joins the innermost layer of the bottom sheet portion 113 to the innermost layer of the lower edge of the first sheet portion 111 and the innermost layer of the lower edge of the second sheet portion 112. The first side seal portion 123 joins the innermost layers of the left edges of the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112. The second side seal portion 124 joins the innermost layers of the right edges of the first sheet portion 111 and the second sheet portion 112.
[0043] 10, the first sheet portion 111 is formed with a planned opening portion 133 intended to form an opening 135 (see FIG. 12) for introducing a content B (see FIG. 12, for example, ingredients) different from the content A into the accommodation space 114. The first sheet portion 111 is also formed with a planned steam port 137 intended to form a steam port 139 (see FIGS. 12 to 14) for discharging water vapor generated by heating, which is provided so as to divide the planned opening portion 133 into a first planned opening portion 133a and a second planned opening portion 133b.
[0044] 10, the intended opening portion 133 is formed in a generally U-shape with a plurality of discontinuous cut lines 134, and is disposed in the generally central portion of the first sheet portion 111 so that the open side of the U is on the upper side. Then, midway through the straight line portion on the right side of the intended opening portion 133, it is divided by the intended steam port portion 137 described above into a first intended opening portion 133a and a second intended opening portion 133b. The width of the intended steam hole portion 137, i.e., the distance between the end portion 133aa of the first intended opening portion 133a on the side of the intended steam hole portion 137 and the end portion 133ba of the second intended opening portion 133b on the side of the intended steam hole portion 137, is appropriately determined according to the vertical width w of the glue killing processing portion 144 provided on the label 140 described later.
[0045] 10 and 12, a receiving portion 138 is formed at an end 133ba of the second intended opening portion 133b on the side of the intended steam port 137 in the first sheet portion 111 when the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses so as to cross the intended steam port 137 and reaches the second intended opening portion 133b. The receiving portion 138 is formed in a semicircular shape that expands evenly in the left-right direction from the end 33ba of the second intended opening portion 133b, which is formed in a straight line in the up-down direction. The receiving portion 138 has an inner end 138a and an outer end 138b on which a plurality of discontinuous cut lines are formed.
[0046] The package 101 also includes a label 140 . As shown in FIG. 10, the label 140 is formed in a generally rectangular flat plate shape having a long vertical length and a short horizontal width, an upper end 140a, a lower end 140b, a left side portion 140c, and a right side portion 140d, and has a predetermined thickness. The label 140 is attached to the surface of the first sheet portion 111 so that its upper end 140a becomes the upper end side of the first sheet portion 111 and closes the intended opening portion 133 formed in the first sheet portion 111, and can be reattached to the surface of the first sheet portion 111 after being peeled off. The length of the lower end 140b of the label 140 is shorter than the length of the opposing upper end 140a, and a glue-killing portion 145 is provided on the back surface of the lower end 140b side (the surface that is attached to the first sheet portion 111).
[0047] As shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, the label 140 has a seaweed killing portion 144 in a portion corresponding to the steam passage hole intended portion 137 formed in the first sheet portion 111 when the label 140 is attached to the first sheet portion 111. As shown in Fig. 11, the seaweed killing portion 144 is provided on the inner surface (the surface on the first sheet portion 111 side) of the innermost layer 41 described below. As shown in Fig. 10, the seaweed killing portion 44 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape with a length l in the left-right direction and a width w in the up-down direction from the right side portion 140d of the label 140. The width w in the up-down direction of the seaweed killing portion 144 is appropriately determined depending on the amount of water vapor discharged from the steam passage hole 139 formed in the first sheet portion 111.
[0048] In addition, the left-right length l of the glue killing portion 144 is set so that the end portion of the glue killing portion 144 farthest from the right side portion 144d is located more inward than the inner end portion 138a of the receiving portion 138 from the right side portion 144d of the label 140. When the label 140 provided with the seaweed killing portion 144 is attached to the surface of the first sheet part 111, a gap 146 is formed between the seaweed killing portion 144 provided on the label 140 and the surface of the first sheet part 111 (the surface of the intended steam hole portion 137), as shown in Fig. 11. This is because the seaweed killing portion 144 itself is not attached to the surface of the first sheet part 111.
[0049] Also, like the label 140 of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, the label 140 has an innermost layer 141 composed of an adhesive layer attached to the first sheet portion 111, an intermediate layer 142 laminated on the innermost layer 141, and an outermost layer 143 laminated on the intermediate layer 142. The adhesive layer constituting the innermost layer 141 may be, for example, an acrylic adhesive layer. As the intermediate layer 142, a stretched base material such as OPP is used. Furthermore, for the outermost layer 143, for example, KOP is used.
[0050] When the label 140 attached to the first sheet part 1110 is peeled off from the first sheet part 111 by rotating it from the lower end part 140b side where the glue killing processing part 145 is located to the upper end part 140a side, the inner part 136 of the first sheet part 111 in the intended opening part follows the label 140 as shown in FIG. 12. As a result, the plurality of cut lines 134 forming the first intended opening part 133a are connected to open the first intended opening part 133a, and the opening of the first intended opening part 133a progresses so as to cross the intended steam port part 137 and reaches the second intended opening part 133b, and the cut lines 134 forming the second intended opening part 133b are connected to open the second intended opening part 133b. As a result, the opening part 135 is formed at the intended opening part 133 and the steam port 139 is formed in the intended steam port part 137. When the label 140 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111, as shown in FIG. 12, a part of the upper end portion 140a of the label 140 is left attached.
[0051] As described above, the end 133ba of the second intended opening portion 133b of the first sheet portion 111 on the side of the intended steam port 137 has a receiving portion 138 formed thereon when the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses across the intended steam port 137 to reach the second intended opening portion 133b. Therefore, when the label 140 is peeled off and the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses across the intended steam port 137 to reach the second intended opening portion 133b, the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses across the intended steam port 137 to reach the intended opening portion 133b, and first reaches the receiving portion 138, which is then opened to reach the second intended opening portion 133b. Therefore, due to the presence of the receiving portion 138, the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a can be reliably led to the second intended opening portion 133b, and the opening 135 and the steam port 139 can be reliably formed in the first sheet portion 111.
[0052] Then, after forming the opening 135 and the steam passage hole 139 in the first sheet portion 111, the label 140 is reattached to the first sheet portion 111 in its original state, and the opening 135 is blocked by the label 140 with a gap 146 formed between the intended steam passage hole portion 137 in which the steam passage hole 139 is formed and the glue killing portion 144 provided on the label 140, as shown in Figures 13 and 14 . In this manner, in this embodiment, the label 140 is provided with a seaweed-killing portion 44 in a portion corresponding to the intended steam port portion 137, and a gap 146 is formed between the intended steam port portion 37 in which the steam port 139 is formed and the seaweed-killing portion 144 provided on the label 140. As a result, as with the packaging body 1 of the first embodiment, there is no need to form a notch or the like in the label 140, and the label 140 can be formed into a rectangular shape. This improves the workability when attaching the label 140 to the first sheet portion 111, and the productivity of the packaging body 101 can be improved.
[0053] Next, a method for eating the contents (content A + separate content B) in the package 101 will be described. First, in an initial state, as shown in FIG. 10, contents A are contained within the containing space 114 of the sheet 110. In this state, first, the label 140 attached to the first sheet portion 111 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111 by rotating it from the lower end portion 140b side where the glue killing processing portion 145 is located around the upper end portion 140a side, as shown in Figure 12, so as to leave a portion of the attached portion on the upper end portion 140a side of the label 140.
[0054] 12, an inner portion 136 of the first sheet portion 111 inside the intended opening portion follows the label 140. As a result, the first intended opening portion 133a is opened, and the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses so as to traverse the intended steam passage hole portion 137, and reaches the second intended opening portion 133b, which is then opened. As a result, an opening portion 135 is formed at the location where the intended opening portion 133 is to be formed, and a steam passage hole 139 is formed in the intended steam passage hole portion 137.
[0055] Before the label 140 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111, the intended opening portion 133 is blocked by the label 140, and no steam ventilation hole 139 is formed in the intended steam ventilation hole portion 137 of the first sheet portion 111, so that the contents A within the sheet 110 do not leak out to the outside. Next, an opening 135 is formed in the first sheet portion 111, and as shown in FIG. 12, a content B, which is different from the content A, is placed into the storage space 114 of the sheet 110 through the opening 135.
[0056] 13 and 14, the label 140 is reattached to the first sheet portion 111 in its original state. Then, as shown in FIG. 14, the opening 135 is closed by the label 140 with a gap 146 formed between the intended steam port portion 137 in which the steam port 139 is formed and the glue-killing portion 144 provided on the label 140. Next, package 101 with gap 146 formed therein is placed in a microwave oven to heat the contents (content A + separate content B). During this heating, water vapor generated from the heated contents is discharged to the outside through the steam vent 139 formed in the first sheet portion 111 and the gap 146 described above, as shown in FIG.
[0057] Next, after the heating of the contents (content A + separate content B) in the microwave oven is completed, the package 101 is removed from the microwave oven, and the sheet 110 is cut along the cutting line CL to open the sheet 110, or the label 140 reattached to the first sheet portion 111 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111 to open the opening 135. This allows the contents (content A + separate content B) to be eaten using the package 101 as a container.
[0058] In this way, according to the packaging body 101 of the second embodiment, by peeling off the label 140 attached to the first sheet portion 111 from the first sheet portion 111 before heating the content A in the microwave oven, an opening 135 is formed in the intended opening portion 133 of the first sheet portion 111, and a content B separate from the content A can be inserted into the storage space 114 of the sheet 110 through the opening 135. Furthermore, when the label 140 is peeled off from the first sheet portion 111, a steam port 139 is formed in the steam port intended portion 137 of the first sheet portion 111, and by reattaching the label 140 to the first sheet portion 111, a gap 146 is formed between the steam port intended portion 137 where the steam port 139 is formed and the seaweed killing processing portion 144 provided on the label 140, and the opening 135 is closed, so that when the content A to which the separate content B has been added is heated in a microwave oven, steam can be discharged from the steam port 139 to the outside through the aforementioned gap 146. Then, by opening the sheet 110 after heating in a microwave oven, or by peeling off the label 140 reattached to the first sheet portion 111 from the first sheet portion 111 to open the opening 135, the content (content A + separate content B) can be eaten using the package 101 as a container.
[0059] Furthermore, according to the packaging body 101 of the second embodiment, a receiving portion 138 is formed at the end portion 133ba of the second intended opening portion 133b of the first sheet portion 111 on the side of the intended steam hole portion 137 when the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses across the intended steam hole portion 137 to reach the second intended opening portion 133b. As a result, when the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses so as to traverse the intended steam port portion 137 to reach the second intended opening portion 133b, the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a progresses so as to traverse the intended steam port portion 137 to first reach the receiving portion 138, and the receiving portion 138 is opened to reach the second intended opening portion 133b. For this reason, due to the presence of the receiving portion 138, the opening of the first intended opening portion 133a can be reliably reached to the second intended opening portion 133b, and the opening portion 135 and the steam port 139 can be reliably formed in the first sheet portion 111.
[0060] (Experimental Example) FIG. 15 shows the lid used in the experimental example, and FIG. 16 shows the lid material used in the experimental example. The lid material 30 of the lid 20 used in the experimental example is a rectangular flat plate with a vertical length L30 of 250 mm and a horizontal width W30 of 120 mm, and the approximately U-shaped opening portion 33 formed in the lid material 30 has a vertical length L33 of 170 mm and a horizontal width W33 of 70 mm. The label 40 of the lid 20 has a vertical length L40 of 200 mm and a horizontal width W40 of 90 mm. The glue-killing processing portion 44 provided on the label 40 has a horizontal length l of 15 mm and a vertical width w of 10 mm from the other horizontal side portion 40d of the label 40. In the lid 20 having these dimensions, the distance X between the end 33aa of the first intended opening portion 33a on the side of the intended steam hole 37 and the end 33ba of the second intended opening portion 33b on the side of the intended steam hole 37 (the width of the intended steam hole 37) was changed from 5 mm to 70 mm in 5 mm increments, and the openability was verified. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0061] [Table 1]
[0062] When the distance X was 5 mm, the distance X was shorter than the vertical width w of the glue-killing portion 44 provided on the label 40, and the sealing performance was poor, resulting in an evaluation of ×. When the distance X was 15 mm, it was difficult to position the glue-killing processed portion 44 of the label 40 at the position of the intended steam passage hole portion 37 when attaching the label 40 to the lid material 30, but the steam passage hole 39 could be formed when the label 40 was peeled off from the lid material 30, and the evaluation was △. Furthermore, when the distance X was 20 mm to 50 mm, when the label 40 was peeled off from the lid material 30, the intended opening portion 33 could be easily opened and the steam vent 39 could be formed, and the evaluation was ◯.
[0063] On the other hand, when the distance X was 60 mm, the steam vent hole 39 was displaced when the label 40 was peeled off from the lid material 30, but the steam vent hole 39 could be formed and the evaluation was △. Furthermore, when the distance X was 70 mm, the position of the steam vent hole 39 was significantly shifted when the label 40 was peeled off from the lid material 30, and the steam vent hole 39 could not be formed, and the evaluation was poor. The criteria for judging whether the test was OK or △ was as follows: if a steam hole was formed 10 times out of 10 experiments, it was marked OK; if a steam hole was able to be formed 10 times out of 10 experiments but there were other problems, it was marked △; and if at least 1 failure occurred out of 10 experiments, it was marked ×.
[0064] In addition, for the lid 20 having the above-mentioned dimensions, the adhesive strength of the label 40 was measured and the ease of opening was evaluated when the label 40 was attached to the surface of the lid material 30. The adhesive strength of the label 40 was measured using a 90° peel tester under conditions conforming to JIS Z0237 (peel speed: 300 mm / min, peel distance: 30 mm, peel angle: 90°), measuring the initial adhesive strength (N / 15 mm) of the label 40 to the surface of the lid material 30. The results are shown in Table 2.
[0065] [Table 2]
[0066] When the initial adhesive strength of the label 40 was 2N or less, when the label 40 was peeled off from the lid material 30, the intended opening portion 33 could be opened at the targeted location, and the evaluation was ◯. On the other hand, when the initial adhesive strength of the label 40 was greater than 2 N, the label 40 was difficult to peel off from the lid material 30 and it was difficult to open at the intended location, so the rating was poor. The criteria for judging whether the steam vent 39 came off from the receiving part 38 when the label 40 was peeled off was marked as "X" if this occurred three or more times out of ten experiments, and marked as "O" if the steam vent 39 came off from the receiving part 38 when the label 40 was peeled off occurred two or less times out of ten experiments. Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this and various modifications and improvements can be made.
[0067] For example, the shape of the container 10 and the shape of the lid 20 (lid material 30 and label 40) are not limited to the examples shown in the figures. Furthermore, the shape of the intended opening portion 33 formed in the lid member 30 and the shape of the intended opening portion 133 formed in the first sheet portion 111 are not limited to a substantially U-shape. In addition, the position of the intended steam passage hole 37 is formed midway through the straight portion on the other lateral side portion 30d of the intended opening portion 33, and the position of the intended steam passage hole 137 is formed midway through the straight portion on the right side of the intended opening portion 133, but is not limited to these positions as long as the steam passage holes 39, 139 are appropriately formed.
[0068] Furthermore, the glue killing processing portion 44, 144 provided on the label 40, 140 only needs to be formed at a position corresponding to the intended steam passage hole portion 37, 137, and is formed at a position that is appropriately changed depending on the position of the intended steam passage hole portion 37, 137. Furthermore, the shape of the glue killing processed portion 44, 144 is not limited to a substantially rectangular shape as long as a gap 46, 146 is formed between the intended steam passage port portion 37, 137 in which the steam passage port 39, 139 is formed and the glue killing processed portion 44, 144 provided on the label 40, 140 when the label 40, 140 is reattached.
