Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a slip-preventing member that can suppress damage to a counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material, and to a combination of a slip-preventing member and a counter material. [Background technology]
[0002] In the manufacturing process of a product, it is sometimes required to grip a three-dimensional object such as a part with a gripping member and move it without slipping off, to transport paper or film with a rotating object such as a roller member without slipping, to hold an object placed on a table without it sliding and shifting position, etc. In response to such requirements, in order to suppress slippage between the target object such as a three-dimensional object or paper, it has been proposed to grip the object with high pressure to increase the gripping force, to increase the frictional resistance of the roller surface of the roller member, or to increase the frictional resistance of the table surface, as shown in Patent Documents 1 to 4, etc.
[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 proposes an organic composite coated steel sheet that has excellent lubricity and is less likely to slip between coated steel sheet surfaces. This organic composite coated steel sheet is made of a steel sheet having a zinc or zinc-based alloy plating layer and a chromium-containing layer having a thickness of 1 to 200 mg / m2 formed on the plating layer of the steel sheet. 2 and a resin film having a thickness in the range of 0.1 to 5 μm formed on the chromate treatment layer, the resin film being essentially composed of (A) 40 to 98 weight % of an organic resin, (B) 1 to 40 weight % of silica fine particles, and (C) 1 to 30 weight % of an organic lubricant, and configured so that the friction coefficient is 0.15 or less and the friction coefficient between the resin films is 0.07 or more.
[0004] Patent Document 2 proposes a metal-coated wire formed by a plating layer formed on the surface of a metal wire by hot-dip plating and a large number of metal particles attached to this plating layer. This metal-coated wire has a large number of minute irregularities formed on the surface by the metal particles, so that the coefficient of friction when it comes into contact with an object is large, and a large frictional resistance is obtained, that is, an anti-slip effect is obtained, and further, the metal particles on the surface protect the metal wire from contact with foreign objects, preventing wear and damage caused by contact with the foreign objects.
[0005] Patent Document 3 proposes a plated steel material that achieves both sufficient handling and formability. This plated steel material has a coating layer containing a zirconium compound, a phosphate compound, and a cobalt compound on at least one side of a plated steel sheet, and the coating contains thermosensitive polymer beads whose main component is N-isopropylacrylamide, whose average particle size is 0.2 to 2.0 μm, and whose glass transition temperature is 30 to 54° C. In this plated steel material, a chemical conversion coating containing polymer beads is provided on the surface of the plated steel sheet, and the particles contained in the coating act to make the material less slippery.
[0006] In Patent Document 4, a gripping tool used in neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, etc., has been proposed that can be applied to the gripping surface of a gripping tool having a minute tip to which a protrusion cannot be soldered, and that improves the anti-slip function, in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to reliably grip slippery biomembranes and blood vessels when the gripping surface of a microtweezers such as tweezers and forceps is flat. This gripping tool is configured such that a plurality of first diamond particles having a certain first particle size of several μm to 140 μm are uniformly distributed on the gripping surface so that the upper surfaces of the first diamond particles are aligned, and are fixed to the gripping surface by a metal layer in which a metal containing nickel is precipitated to a certain thickness not exceeding the first particle size. In particular, the problem is solved by using two types of diamond particles with different particle sizes as the contained particles, and forming a plating layer containing the first diamond particles and then compounding the second diamond particles. [0007] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-268176 [Patent Document 2] JP 2002-322574 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2010-53405 A [Patent Document 4] JP 2017-14542 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0008] The above-mentioned patent documents propose a technique for increasing the frictional resistance of a surface treatment film by incorporating specific fine particles into a resin film, a plating film, or the like. In these prior art techniques, the anti-slip effect is obtained by increasing the frictional resistance when in contact with a counter material. However, simply increasing the frictional resistance to make the material less slippery causes problems such as scratches on the counter material, which reduces the product quality of the counter material. In addition, since the above-mentioned gripping members, roller members, etc. are used repeatedly in the manufacturing process, it is also an issue to make them durable.
[0009] The present invention is devised to solve these problems, and its object is to provide a slip-preventing member that can suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material, and a combination of the slip-preventing member and the counter material. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] (1) The slip-preventing member according to the present invention is a slip-preventing member capable of suppressing damage to a counter material and suppressing slippage with the counter material, and includes a substrate and a composite plating film provided on the substrate, the composite plating film containing one or more types of particles selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles, and compound particles, the particles being spherical particles having an average particle size of 2 to 60 μm and distributed at 100 to 2,000 particles / mm on at least the surface of the composite plating film.2 It is characterized in that it appears in an area ratio of
[0011] According to the present invention, spherical particles having an average particle size of 2 to 60 μm selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles, and compound particles appear at least on the surface of the composite plating film, so that damage to the counter material can be suppressed. 2 Since this appears at least on the surface of the composite plating film with an area ratio of 0.1 to 0.5, slippage with the mating material can be suppressed.
[0012] In the slip-preventing member according to the present invention, the composite plating film has an average friction coefficient in the range of 0.4 to 1.1 and a maximum friction coefficient in the range of 0.7 to 2.6. Since the composite plating film has the average friction coefficient and maximum friction coefficient in the above ranges, slippage with a counter material can be suppressed.
[0013] In the slip-preventing member according to the present invention, the composite plating film is a plating film made of nickel, a nickel alloy, copper or a copper alloy. According to this invention, the composite plating film is composed of one or more particles selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles and compound particles, and a plating film made of nickel, a nickel alloy, copper or a copper alloy, so that it is easy to easily and efficiently form a composite plating film that suppresses damage to the counter material and contributes to suppressing slipping with the counter material.
[0014] In the slip-preventing member according to the present invention, the substrate is selected from the group consisting of a metal substrate, a plastic substrate, and a ceramic substrate.
[0015] In the slip-preventing member according to the present invention, the counter material is a paper material such as paper or cardboard, or a resin material such as a resin film or a plastic material.
[0016] (2) A combination of the anti-slip member of the present invention and a counter material is a combination of the anti-slip member of the present invention and a counter material made of a paper member such as paper or cardboard, or a resin member such as a resin film or a plastic member, characterized in that the anti-slip member has a composite plating film containing particles having an average particle size and area ratio that can suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material, depending on the type of the counter material. According to this invention, it is possible to suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material. Effect of the Invention
[0017] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a slip-preventing member capable of suppressing damage to a counter material and suppressing slippage with the counter material, and a combination of the slip-preventing member and the counter material. In particular, it is possible to provide a slip-preventing member having a density of 100 to 2000 particles / mm2, which is spherical particles having an average particle size of 2 to 60 μm selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles, and compound particles. 2 Since the area ratio of the metal oxide layer is at least on the surface of the composite plating film, damage to the mating material can be suppressed and slippage with the mating material can be suppressed. [0019] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments, in which the present invention is embodied in a variety of forms, including but not limited to the embodiments described below.
[0020] [Slip prevention material] The anti-slip member according to the present invention is a member that can suppress damage to a counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material. More specifically, the anti-slip member has a substrate and a composite plating film provided on the substrate. The composite plating film contains one or more types of particles selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles, and compound particles, and the particles are spherical particles having an average particle size of 2 to 60 μm and are distributed at a density of 100 to 2000 particles / mm on at least the surface of the composite plating film. 2 It is notable that the area ratio is
[0021] This slip-preventing member has spherical particles with an average particle size of 2 to 60 μm selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles, and compound particles that appear at least on the surface of the composite plating film, and therefore can suppress damage to the mating material. 2 Since this appears at least on the surface of the composite plating film with an area ratio of 0.1 to 0.5, slippage with the mating material can be suppressed.
[0022] Each component will be described in detail.
[0023] (base material) The material and shape of the substrate are not particularly limited as long as the composite plating film can be formed on it. Examples of the substrate include metal substrates, plastic substrates, ceramic substrates, conductive plastic substrates, ceramic substrates, etc. The term "plastic" includes hard resins and soft resins. The term "conductively treated" refers to a substrate that is electrolessly plated as a base film, that contains a conductive material, or that is conductively treated by means of PVD, CVD, etc. The substrate may have a shape such as a rotating object such as a roller or a ball, a planar object such as a plate, a sheet, or a film, or a three-dimensional object such as a part.
[0024] (Composite plating film) A composite plating film is a plating film containing particles, and is sometimes called a "dispersed plating film" because the particles are dispersed in the plating film. The plating film to be the bulk is preferably a plating film made of nickel, a nickel alloy, copper, or a copper alloy, but is not limited to these, and may be a metal or alloy of other materials. These plating films can utilize various types of plating solutions that are commercially available, and have the advantage that the plating film can be easily and efficiently formed at low cost, and have the advantage that particles that suppress damage to the mating material and contribute to suppressing slipping with the mating material can be easily dispersed in the plating film. Among these, nickel alloy plating can include various types of nickel alloy plating such as nickel-iron alloy plating and nickel-copper alloy plating. Copper alloy plating can also include various types of copper alloy plating. The plating solution for forming these plating films may be an electroplating solution or an electroless plating solution.
[0025] The particles act as counter member damage suppression particles that suppress damage to the counter member, and also act as counter member slip suppression particles that suppress slippage with the counter member. Such particles are one or more types of particles selected from ceramic particles, diamond particles, and compound particles, and are not limited to these as long as they have the above-mentioned function. The ceramic particles are not particularly limited, but aluminum oxide particles (Al2O3), zirconium oxide particles (ZrO2), titanium oxide particles, tantalum oxide particles, etc. can be preferably exemplified. In addition, since ceramic particles are abrasion resistant and do not wear out, they have the advantage of having a longer life than other processing methods that increase frictional force (roughening the surface by sandblasting, creating a sharp surface by machining, applying non-slip tape, etc.). The diamond particles may be natural diamond particles or artificial diamond particles. Examples of compound particles include chromium carbide particles. Other particles may be used as long as they have the above-mentioned function, such as tungsten particles and molybdenum particles. In addition, other functional particles may be used in combination within a range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. The coexistence of other functional particles has the advantage that functions attributable to the functional particles can be added. Examples of such functional particles include particles that can achieve deodorization, antibacterial properties, and fragrance, and it is also possible to use zeolite particles in combination.
[0026] Spherical particles are preferred because they act as counter member damage suppression particles that can suppress damage to the counter member. The spherical particles may be true spherical or slightly deformed spherical such as ellipsoids, and in short, they may be particles without sharp points that do not damage the counter member. The average particle diameter of the spherical particles is preferably within the range of 2 to 60 μm. In addition, in the measurement of the particle diameter of spherical particles, the diameters in the so-called X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions are the same in a true spherical shape, so the length is taken as the particle diameter, and in the case of a spherical shape other than a true spherical shape, the average value of the diameters in the so-called X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions is taken as the particle diameter, and the average value of the particle diameters of a plurality of particles (for example, about 50 particles) can be taken as the average particle diameter.
[0027] The spherical particles are arranged at least on the surface of the composite plating film at a density of 100 to 2000 particles / mm 2 It is preferable that the spherical particles appear at an area ratio of at least the surface. The reason for the phrase "at least on the surface" is that the action of the spherical particles appearing on the surface of the composite plating film can suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material. Of course, the spherical particles may be present not only on the surface but also in the cross section in the depth direction (thickness direction) of the composite plating film at approximately the same ratio.
[0028] (Average particle size) In order to suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage, it is important that the particle shape is spherical and that the average particle size is within the range of 2 to 60 μm. By having the average particle size of the spherical particles within the above range, damage to the counter material can be suppressed and slippage can be suppressed by providing an appropriate frictional resistance. "Appropriate" means that the desired frictional resistance is set in relation to the counter material, since the desired degree of frictional resistance differs between the counter material and the counter material.
[0029] In the case where the average particle size is within the range of 2 to 60 μm, the closer the average particle size is to 2 μm, the smaller the coefficient of friction becomes, and the smaller the degree of slip suppression between the mating material becomes, but this is advantageous in terms of suppressing damage to the mating material, and scratches are less likely to occur even when the mating material is a soft material such as a plastic member or a metal member with low hardness. From this viewpoint, the particle size is preferably 2 to 50 μm, and more preferably 2 to 20 μm. If the average particle size is small, such as less than 2 μm, the degree of slip suppression between the mating material becomes too small, and the function of the slip-suppressing particles becomes poor.
[0030] On the other hand, when the average particle size is within the range of 2 to 60 μm, the closer the average particle size is to 60 μm, the greater the friction coefficient becomes, which is advantageous in terms of suppressing slippage with the counter material, and from that viewpoint, 20 to 60 μm is preferable, and 30 to 60 μm is more preferable. If the average particle size is large, exceeding 60 μm, the frictional resistance increases, which is effective in suppressing slippage, but scratches may occur when the counter material is a soft material such as a plastic member or a metal member with low hardness.
[0031] (area ratio) The spherical particles having the above average particle size are present at least on the surface of the composite plating film at a rate of 100 to 2000 particles / mm 2 It is preferable that the area ratio of the spherical particles is expressed as the area ratio of the spherical particles. This range is also an important factor for suppressing damage to the counter material and suppressing slippage. By having the area ratio of the spherical particles within the above range, the contact pressure on the counter material per individual particle does not become too high, so that damage to the counter material can be suppressed, and the contact pressure is moderate, which is preferable in terms of suppressing slippage with the counter material. The contact pressure that affects the suppression of damage to the counter material and the suppression of slippage with the counter material is also related to the size (average particle size) of the spherical particles and the area ratio of the particles contained, so it is desirable to select the average particle size and area ratio of the particles from within a predetermined range taking these into consideration. The area ratio can be measured by counting the number of particles per square mm using an optical microscope.
[0032] Area ratio is 100 to 2000 pieces / mm 2 In the case where the area ratio is within the range of 100 pieces / mm 2 As the particle size approaches 100 to 1000 particles / mm, the contact pressure against the mating material increases, resulting in a larger friction coefficient and greater advantage in suppressing slippage between the mating material. 2 It is preferable that the area ratio is 100 pieces / mm 2 When the particle diameter becomes small, such as less than 100 nm, the contact surface pressure per individual particle with the mating material becomes higher, so that the friction coefficient and frictional resistance become larger, which is effective in suppressing slippage. However, if the mating material is a soft material such as a plastic material or a metal material with low hardness, scratches may occur.
[0033] As described above, in particles with an average particle size in the range of 2 to 60 μm, the closer the average particle size is to 60 μm, the higher the friction coefficient becomes. Therefore, in terms of the relationship between the area ratio and the average particle size, it is desirable to include larger particles in a small area ratio in the composite plating film in order to increase the friction coefficient and enhance the slip suppression effect, but on the other hand, the damage suppression effect to the mating material becomes smaller, so that the mating material may be easily scratched depending on the type of mating material. For this reason, it is desirable to select an average particle size within the above range and an area ratio within the above range so that the slip suppression effect can be obtained while assuming the damage suppression effect to the mating material.
[0034] On the other hand, the area ratio is 100 to 2000 pieces / mm 2 Within the range (100 to 1800 pieces / mm in the examples described later) 2 In the case where the area ratio is 2000 pieces / mm 2 As the particle size approaches 1000 to 2000 particles / mm, the contact surface pressure per particle with the counter material becomes smaller, so the friction coefficient becomes smaller and the degree of slippage suppression with the counter material becomes smaller, but this is advantageous in terms of suppressing damage to the counter material, and scratches are less likely to occur even when the counter material is a soft material such as a plastic material or a metal material with low hardness. 2 It is preferable that the area ratio is 2000 pieces / mm 2 If the density exceeds this, the frictional resistance will decrease, which can be disadvantageous in terms of preventing slippage.
[0035] In this case, as mentioned above, in the case of particles having an average particle size in the range of 2 to 60 μm, the closer the average particle size is to 2 μm, the smaller the friction coefficient becomes, but it is advantageous in terms of suppressing damage to the counter material. Therefore, in terms of the relationship between the area ratio and the average particle size, it is desirable to include smaller particles in a large area ratio in the composite plating film in order to increase the damage suppression effect even if the friction coefficient is small, but on the other hand, the slip suppression effect with the counter material may be reduced. For this reason, it is desirable to select an average particle size within the above range and an area ratio within the above range so that the slip suppression effect can be obtained while assuming the damage suppression effect on the counter material.
[0036] (friction coefficient) The suppression of slippage can be expressed by the average friction coefficient and maximum friction coefficient of the composite plating film. The preferred ranges of the average friction coefficient and maximum friction coefficient are specified in relation to the mating material. Here, the "average friction coefficient" is the friction coefficient measured when objects slide relative to each other at a constant speed, and is also called the dynamic friction coefficient. The dynamic friction coefficient is the ratio of the magnitude of the friction force acting when an object is moving to the magnitude of the normal force. In this application, the "maximum friction coefficient" is used to mean the static friction coefficient. The static friction coefficient is the ratio of the magnitude of the friction force acting just before the object starts to move to the magnitude of the normal force. Each friction coefficient can be measured using a tactile evaluation tester (manufactured by Trinity Lab Co., Ltd., device name: TL201Tt) or the like, as shown in the examples described later, and the average friction coefficient and maximum friction coefficient can be obtained. Note that the average friction coefficient and maximum friction coefficient of the composite plating film can be set to appropriate ranges, as discussed in the examples described later.
[0037] (Mating material) In the present invention, the mating material that realizes damage suppression and slip suppression is not particularly limited, and various materials can be mentioned. For example, paper, cardboard, resin film, soft plastic member, hard plastic member, hard metal member, soft metal member, etc. can be mentioned. Among these mating materials, paper members such as paper and cardboard, and resin members such as resin film and plastic members are particularly preferable. Although it is called paper, according to the JIS "Terminology of Paper, Paperboard and Pulp", "paper is made by gluing plant fibers and other fibers", and the standard for distinguishing between paper and paperboard is that "paper" is light, thin, and flexible, while "paperboard" is thick, heavy, hard, and stiff. Moreover, "paper" can be broadly divided into five categories, including "newspaper roll paper", "printing and information paper", "packaging paper", "sanitary paper", and "miscellaneous paper". The slip-suppressing member of the present invention can be configured to realize damage suppression and slip suppression according to the type of paper that is the mating material, and is characterized in that the average particle size and area ratio of the particles contained in the plating film can be adjusted within the above-mentioned range. These characteristics also apply to cardboard, which is the same as paper, as well as resin films, soft plastic members, hard plastic members, hard metal members, soft metal members, and the like, which are paper-made members similar to paper.
[0038] In the present invention, the slip suppression effect between the mating material and the mating material is added on the premise of the damage suppression effect of the mating material. Therefore, the spherical particles of the above-mentioned predetermined particle size are unlikely to get caught on the fibers constituting the paper component and fray them, so that the paper component is unlikely to be damaged. On the other hand, the pointed particles that are not spherical particles are likely to get caught on the fibers constituting the paper component and fray them, causing scratches on the paper component.
[0039] (Combination of anti-slip material and mating material) The combination of the anti-slip member and the counter material according to the present invention is a combination of the anti-slip member according to the present invention and a counter material made of a paper member such as paper or cardboard, or a resin member such as a resin film or a plastic member, characterized in that the anti-slip member has a composite plating film containing particles having an average particle size and area ratio that can suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material, depending on the type of the counter material selected. According to this invention, it is possible to suppress damage to the counter material and suppress slippage with the counter material. The combination according to the present invention is characterized in that damage suppression and slippage suppression can be achieved depending on the type of the counter material, and the average particle size and area ratio of the particles contained in the plating film can be adjusted within the above-mentioned range.
[0040] Furthermore, as a combination method for achieving a combination of an anti-slip component with a mating material, the method is also innovative in that it enables the average particle size and area ratio of the particles contained in the plating film to be adjusted within the above-mentioned ranges in order to achieve damage prevention and slip prevention according to the type and properties of the mating material. EXAMPLES
[0041] The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples.
[0042] [Experiment 1] (Maximum friction coefficient, average friction coefficient) The maximum and average friction coefficients were measured using a tactile evaluation tester (manufactured by Trinity Lab Co., Ltd., device name: TL201Tt). For each sample, the load was 50g, 100g, and 300g, the sliding speed was 20mm / sec, the sliding distance was 70mm, the frictional material was copy paper, soft polyvinyl chloride film (thickness 0.2mm), and the number of tests was 2 times / condition. The test sample was an iron substrate with a length of 63mm, width of 63mm, and thickness of 5mm on which a composite plating film was formed. The maximum friction coefficient is defined as the maximum friction coefficient between a sliding distance of 0 to 10mm, and the average friction coefficient is defined as the average friction coefficient between a sliding distance of 20 to 50mm. The dynamic friction coefficient is the average friction coefficient, and the static friction coefficient is the maximum friction coefficient between 0 and 0.5 seconds.
[0043] (Surface roughness) The surface roughness was measured using a surface roughness measuring instrument (Mitutoyo Corporation, SJ210) in accordance with the JIS standard for surface roughness at a measurement speed of 0.5 mm / sec and λc of 2.5 mm, and Ra (arithmetic mean roughness) and Rz (ten-point mean roughness) were obtained.
[0044] (Wear resistance) The abrasion resistance test was performed using a reciprocating average friction tester (NUS-ISO-I type, manufactured by Suga Test Instruments Co., Ltd.) Aluminum oxide #2000 (9 μm) was used as abrasive paper, and the test load was 700 gf.
[0045] (Test samples and test results) The test samples are as shown in Table 1. The "spherical particles" were spherical particles of aluminum oxide (two types with average particle sizes of 20 μm and 50 μm), the "pointed particles" were white fused alumina abrasive fine powder (WA / average particle size of 60 μm), and the "abrasive grains" were general abrasive grains (alumina abrasive / two types with average particle sizes of 20 μm and 50 μm) as defined in JIS R6111 (artificial abrasives). The composite plating film was a nickel plating film. The area ratio of the particles contained in the nickel plating film is also shown in Table 1.
[0046] Table 1 shows the occurrence of scratches on the counter material, the degree of slip suppression, and the wear resistance when samples 1 to 10 were used. Here, in terms of slip suppression, "moderate" means that the slip suppression against the counter material is evaluated to be sufficient, and "strong" means that the slip suppression against the counter material is quite strong. In terms of wear resistance, "◯" means that the composite plating film is not worn away, and "△" means that the composite plating film may be slightly worn away.
[0047] [Table 1]
[0048] Table 2 shows the results (friction coefficient, surface roughness, and surface damage state) for each sample shown in Table 1. Also, Fig. 1(A) is a surface photograph (350x) of the slip-preventing member of sample 1, and Fig. 1(B) is a surface photograph (350x) of the slip-preventing member of sample 3. Fig. 2 is a surface photograph (350x) of the slip-preventing member of sample 2. Fig. 3(A) is a surface photograph (350x) of sample 7 (comparative example), and Fig. 3(B) is a surface photograph (350x) of sample 8 (comparative example). Also, Fig. 4 is a photograph of the surface damage state of sample 6.
[0049] [Table 2]
[0050] From the results in Table 1, in samples 1 to 4 using spherical particles of Ai2O3, which are ceramic particles, no scratches were generated on the mating material. In addition, since samples 1 to 4 use spherical ceramic particles, the composite plating film itself does not wear out and is wear resistant. Therefore, it has the advantage of having a longer life than other processing methods that increase frictional force (roughening the surface with sandblasting, creating a sharp surface by machining, applying non-slip tape, etc.). On the other hand, in samples 5 to 10 using pointed particles and abrasive grains, for example, as shown in Figure 4, scratches were generated on the mating material and the composite plating film itself was slightly worn out. In addition, samples 1 to 4 had moderate slip suppression.
[0051] From the results in Table 2, in the results of samples 1 to 10, when the mating material is copy paper, the average friction coefficient is 0.47 to 1.00 and the maximum friction coefficient is 0.76 to 1.55, and when the mating material is soft polyvinyl chloride film, the average friction coefficient is 0.44 to 1.04 and the maximum friction coefficient is 1.18 to 2.53. However, from the results in Table 1, if samples 1 to 4 using spherical particles of Ai2O3 are assumed to have a damage suppression effect that does not cause scratches on the mating material, it cannot be said that the use of particles of samples 5 to 10 has a slip suppression effect even if it has one. If evaluated based on the results shown in Table 1 and assuming the damage suppression effect on the mating material, the slip suppression results of samples 1 to 4 in Table 1 were also moderate, so it is preferable that the average friction coefficient and the maximum friction coefficient are within the range of the results of samples 1 to 4. In other words, when the mating material is copy paper, it is preferable that the average friction coefficient is 0.47 to 0.69 and the maximum friction coefficient is 0.76 to 1.11, and when the mating material is a soft polyvinyl chloride film, the average friction coefficient is 0.44 to 0.57 and the maximum friction coefficient is 1.18 to 1.84.
[0052] The results in Tables 1 and 2 are the evaluation results obtained in Experiment 1, and although preferred numerical ranges will be set depending on other types of counter materials and types of particles, it is desirable for the values to be generally within the ranges described in this application.
