Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates generally to a registration method, program and system, and more particularly to a registration method, program and system for registering a lighting fixture to a controller. [Background technology]
[0002] The present disclosure relates to a technology for registering a device ID assigned to a lighting fixture by a controller in association with data on the installation location of the lighting fixture. As a similar prior art, Patent Document 1 discloses a technology for associating a MAC address with the installation location of the lighting fixture. In the information processing method described in Patent Document 1, among multiple lighting fixtures, a lighting fixture having a MAC address specified in a blinking command blinks when it receives a blinking command. An installer operating an information terminal visually checks the actual installation location of the blinking lighting fixture and selects the installation location of the blinking lighting fixture on a map image. Then, the control unit associates the MAC address specified in the blinking command with the installation location and stores them in the storage unit. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2021-136180 Summary of the Invention
[0004] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a registration method, program, and registration system that can easily associate a device ID with data on the installation location of a lighting fixture.
[0005] A registration method according to an aspect of the present disclosure is a method of associating a device ID of each of a plurality of lighting fixtures with an installation location in installation data indicating the installation location of each of the plurality of lighting fixtures, and registering the corresponding lighting fixtures in a controller. The plurality of lighting fixtures are identified by the controller by the device ID assigned by the controller. The registration method includes a repeating step, a third step, and a fourth step. In the repeating step, a lighting fixture to be controlled is sequentially replaced from a predetermined lighting fixture among the plurality of lighting fixtures to another lighting fixture among the plurality of lighting fixtures, and the first step and the second step are repeated a plurality of times. In the first step, a control signal is transmitted from the controller to the lighting fixture to be controlled. The control signal includes an address corresponding to the device ID of the lighting fixture to be controlled. The control signal is a signal for changing a state related to lighting of the lighting fixture to be controlled. In the second step, when a state related to lighting of the lighting fixture to be controlled changes due to the control signal transmitted in the first step, an image of at least some of the lighting fixtures among the plurality of lighting fixtures is captured by an imaging device. In the third step, an installation location of the lighting device to be controlled in the installation data is obtained based on information on a position and orientation of the imaging device when the imaging device images the at least some of the lighting devices in the second step and an image generated by the imaging device imaging the at least some of the lighting devices in the second step, and a correspondence between the device ID of the lighting device to be controlled and the control target lighting device is identified. In the fourth step, the correspondence between the device ID of the lighting device to be controlled identified in the third step and the installation location of the lighting device to be controlled in the installation data is registered in the controller. In the repeating step, at least one of the position and the orientation of the imaging device is changed, and the second step is repeated a number of times.
[0006] A registration method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least the third step and the fourth step.
[0007] A program according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a program for causing one or more processors to execute the registration method according to any of the above aspects.
[0008] A registration system according to an aspect of the present disclosure is a system that associates a device ID of each of a plurality of lighting fixtures with an installation location in installation data indicating the installation location of each of the plurality of lighting fixtures, and registers the corresponding device ID in a controller. The plurality of lighting fixtures are identified by the controller by the device ID assigned by the controller. The registration system includes a derivation unit and a registration unit. The controller executes a first step of transmitting a control signal to a lighting fixture to be controlled. The control signal includes an address corresponding to the device ID of the lighting fixture to be controlled among the plurality of lighting fixtures. The control signal is a signal for changing a state related to lighting of the lighting fixture to be controlled. An imaging device executes a second step of capturing an image of at least some of the lighting fixtures among the plurality of lighting fixtures when a state related to lighting of the lighting fixture to be controlled changes due to the control signal transmitted in the first step. The controller and the imaging device sequentially replace the lighting fixture to be controlled from a predetermined lighting fixture among the plurality of lighting fixtures to another lighting fixture among the plurality of lighting fixtures, and repeat the first step and the second step multiple times. The derivation unit executes a third step of determining installation locations of the lighting devices to be controlled in the installation data based on information on a position and orientation of the imaging device when the imaging device captures the at least some of the lighting devices in the second step and an image generated by the imaging device capturing the at least some of the lighting devices in the second step, and specifying a correspondence between the installation locations and the device IDs of the lighting devices to be controlled. The registration unit executes a fourth step of registering, in the controller, the correspondence between the device IDs of the lighting devices to be controlled specified in the third step and the installation locations of the lighting devices to be controlled in the installation data. When repeating the first step and the second step a plurality of times, the controller and the imaging device change at least one of a position and an orientation of the imaging device, and repeat the second step a plurality of times. [Figure 4] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing an image captured by an imaging device of the integrated system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] Hereinafter, a registration method, a program, and a registration system according to an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the following embodiment is merely one of various embodiments of the present disclosure. The following embodiment can be modified in various ways depending on the design, etc., as long as the object of the present disclosure can be achieved. In addition, each figure described in the following embodiment is a schematic diagram, and the size and thickness ratios of each component in the figure do not necessarily reflect the actual dimensional ratios.
[0011] (overview) The registration method of the present embodiment is a method of registering an installation location in installation data indicating the installation location of a lighting fixture 5 (see FIG. 1 ) (i.e., an installation location indicated by the installation data) in association with a device ID for identifying the lighting fixture 5. A plurality of lighting fixtures 5 are installed in a facility. The registration method may be performed for a plurality of existing lighting fixtures 5, or may be performed when installing a plurality of lighting fixtures 5 in a facility.
[0012] The "facility" in this disclosure is, for example, a house, an office building, a factory, a commercial complex, a library, an art gallery, a museum, an amusement facility, a theme park, a park, an airport, a train station, a stadium, a hotel, a hospital, etc. In addition, the "facility" may be, for example, a moving body such as a ship or a railroad car.
[0013] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the registration method of this embodiment is a method of associating the device ID of each of the lighting fixtures 5 with the installation location in the installation data indicating the installation location of each of the lighting fixtures 5, and registering the corresponding lighting fixtures 5 in the controller 4. The lighting fixtures 5 are identified by the controller 4 by the device IDs assigned by the controller 4. The registration method includes a repeating step, a third step, and a fourth step. In the repeating step, the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled is sequentially replaced from a predetermined lighting fixture 5 among the lighting fixtures 5 to another lighting fixture 5 among the lighting fixtures 5, and the first and second steps are repeated multiple times. In the first step (step ST7), a control signal is transmitted from the controller 4 to the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. The control signal includes an address corresponding to the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. The control signal is a signal for changing the state of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. In a second step (step ST9), when the lighting state of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled changes due to the control signal transmitted in the first step, the imaging device 3 captures images of at least some of the lighting fixtures 5. In a third step (step ST11), the installation locations of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled in the installation data are obtained based on information about the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 when the imaging device 3 captures images of at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 in the second step and images generated by the imaging device 3 capturing images of at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 in the second step, and a correspondence between the installation locations and device IDs of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled is identified. In a fourth step (step ST13), a correspondence between the device IDs of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled identified in the third step and the installation locations of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled in the installation data is registered in the controller 4.
[0014] According to this embodiment, it is easy to associate a device ID with the installation location of a lighting fixture 5 indicated in the installation data. That is, information regarding which device ID is assigned to which lighting fixture 5 installed in which location is registered in the controller 4. Then, it becomes possible to change the lighting state of any lighting fixture 5 among the multiple lighting fixtures 5 by controlling the controller 4.
[0015] The program of the present embodiment is a program for causing one or more processors to execute the above-mentioned registration method. The program may be recorded in a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium.
[0016] The above registration method can be realized by a registration system 1. That is, the registration system 1 is a system that associates the device ID of each of the plurality of lighting fixtures 5 with the installation location in the installation data indicating the installation location of each of the plurality of lighting fixtures 5, and registers the device ID in the controller 4. The plurality of lighting fixtures 5 are identified by the controller 4 by the device ID assigned by the controller 4. The registration system 1 includes a derivation unit 21 and a registration unit 22. The controller 4 executes a first step of transmitting a control signal to the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. The control signal includes an address corresponding to the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled among the plurality of lighting fixtures 5. The control signal is a signal for changing the state related to the lighting of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. The imaging device 3 executes a second step of imaging at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 among the plurality of lighting fixtures 5 when the state related to the lighting of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled changes due to the control signal transmitted in the first step. The controller 4 and the imaging device 3 sequentially replace the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled from a predetermined lighting fixture 5 among the plurality of lighting fixtures 5 to another lighting fixture 5 among the plurality of lighting fixtures 5, and repeat the first step and the second step a plurality of times. The derivation unit 21 executes a third step of determining the installation locations of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled in the installation data, based on information on the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 when the imaging device 3 captures at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 in the second step, and on images generated by the imaging device 3 capturing at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 in the second step, and identifying the correspondence between the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. The registration unit 22 executes a fourth step of registering, in the controller 4, the correspondence between the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled identified in the third step and the installation location of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled in the installation data.

[0039] The storage unit 42 is, for example, a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), etc. The storage unit 42 stores information used by the controller 4. [0040] (5) Multiple lighting fixtures A plurality of lighting fixtures 5 are installed in a facility. For example, the plurality of lighting fixtures 5 are installed in a distributed manner in a plurality of rooms. The plurality of lighting fixtures 5 have a communication function.
[0041] The lighting fixtures 5 are controlled by control signals transmitted from the controller 4. The control signals include communication addresses of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled.
[0042] The controller 4 stores a correspondence table showing the correspondence between the device ID of each lighting fixture 5 and the communication address of each lighting fixture 5. The address is assigned to the lighting fixture 5 during the manufacturing stage of the lighting fixture 5. The address is, for example, a MAC address. The controller 4 creates a control signal in which the device ID is replaced with the corresponding address by referring to the correspondence table, and transmits this control signal to the multiple lighting fixtures 5. When the address included in the received control signal matches the address stored in the lighting fixture 5, each lighting fixture 5 acquires information included in the control signal and is controlled according to the control signal. When the address included in the received control signal does not match the address stored in the lighting fixture 5, each lighting fixture 5 discards the information included in the control signal.
[0043] (6) Registration procedure 2 to 4, an example of the procedure of the registration method according to the present disclosure, i.e., the procedure of associating a device ID with the installation location of a lighting device 5, will be described. Note that the sequence shown in FIG. 2 is merely an example of the registration method according to the present disclosure, and the order of steps may be changed as appropriate, and steps may be added or omitted as appropriate.
[0044] The controller 4 assigns a device ID to each of the multiple lighting fixtures 5 (step ST1). A different device ID is assigned to each lighting fixture 5. The process of assigning the device ID is performed automatically by the controller 4. The storage unit 42 of the controller 4 stores a correspondence table indicating the correspondence between the device ID assigned to each lighting fixture 5 and the communication address of each lighting fixture 5. The process of assigning the device ID is performed, for example, when multiple lighting fixtures 5 and the controller 4 are installed in a facility and communication between the multiple lighting fixtures 5 and the controller 4 is established.
[0045] The imaging device 3 also acquires the installation data and stores it in the storage unit 32 of the imaging device 3 (step ST2). The installation data is, for example, BIM (Building Information Modeling) data of the facility. The installation data may be, for example, stored in advance in the storage unit 12 of the registration system 1 and transmitted to the imaging device 3 via the communication unit 11 of the registration system 1. Alternatively, the installation data may be provided to the imaging device 3 via a non-transitory communication medium such as a flash memory or a network.
[0046] A specific application for implementing the registration method is installed in the imaging device 3. The worker operates the imaging device 3 to start up the application. Then, as shown in Fig. 3, an image showing the installation locations of each of the multiple lighting fixtures 5 is displayed on the output IF 36 (here, a display). In Fig. 3, the installation locations of the multiple lighting fixtures 5 are represented as installation locations C1 to C12, respectively. Also, in Fig. 3, the installation locations of the multiple lighting fixtures 5 are displayed on a drawing of the facility.
[0047] The worker operates the imaging device 3 to set the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 when capturing an image of the lighting fixture 5 using the imaging device 3 (step ST3). The set position and orientation are displayed on the output IF 36 of the imaging device 3. In FIG. 3, specifically, the set position is indicated by a circle 61, and the set orientation is indicated by an arrow 62. The worker prepares to capture an image at the set position and orientation.
[0048] The worker performs a predetermined operation on the imaging device 3. As a result, the imaging device 3 transmits information about the set position and orientation to the registration system 1 (step ST4).
[0049] Furthermore, the worker performs another predetermined operation on the imaging device 3. This causes the imaging device 3 to output a control request signal (step ST5). The control request signal is received by the registration system 1. The registration system 1 then transmits a command signal to the controller 4 for changing the lighting state of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled among the multiple lighting fixtures 5 (step ST6). The command signal includes the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. Upon receiving the command signal, the controller 4 transmits a control signal to the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled (step ST7) and changes the lighting state of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled.
[0050] Thus, in the first step, the image capture device 3 outputs a control request signal, and the controller 4, triggered by receiving the control request signal, transmits a control signal to the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. Note that "the controller 4, triggered by receiving the control request signal" includes a case where a control request signal is transmitted directly from the image capture device 3 to the controller 4 and received by the controller 4. However, this is not limited thereto, and "the controller 4, triggered by receiving the control request signal" also includes a case where, as in this embodiment, the image capture device 3 transmits a control request signal to the registration system 1, the registration system 1 transmits a control request signal or an equivalent signal (command signal) to the controller 4, and the controller 4 receives the control request signal.
[0051] In this embodiment, when the lighting device 5 receives the control signal, the lighting device 5 blinks (step ST8). That is, the control signal is a signal for causing the lighting device 5 to blink.
[0052] When the lighting state of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled changes, the worker captures an image of the lighting fixture 5 with the image capture device 3 at the position and orientation set in step ST3 (step ST9). More specifically, the image capture device 3 captures images multiple times at intervals. Capturing an image when the lighting state changes includes both starting to capture images before the state changes and starting to capture images after the state changes.
[0053] For example, imaging device 3 captures images at one-second intervals. The interval between capturing an image and the next capturing an image is preferably shorter than the period during which lighting fixtures 5 blink in step ST8. Fig. 4 shows an example of an image generated by capturing images. Fig. 4 shows multiple lighting fixtures 5 installed on the ceiling.
[0054] In Fig. 4, the lighting fixture 5 at installation location C1 is the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled, and is in the off state during blinking. However, since the registration system 1 and the controller 4 do not know which device ID corresponds to which lighting fixture 5 at which installation location, in some cases the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled may be outside the imaging range of the imaging device 3. First, a description will be given assuming that the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled is within the imaging range as shown in Fig. 4.
[0055] The imaging device 3 transmits an image generated by capturing an image of the lighting fixture 5 to the registration system 1 (step ST10). The derivation unit 21 of the registration system 1 determines the installation location of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled, based on the information about the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 set in step ST3 and the image acquired in step ST10.
[0056] That is, by analyzing the image (see FIG. 4), the derivation unit 21 can associate each lighting fixture 5 in the image with the installation location of each lighting fixture 5 indicated in the installation data (see FIG. 3).
[0057] Furthermore, since the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled blinks in step ST8, the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled will be turned off in some of the multiple images generated by successively capturing the images (see FIG. 4), and the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled will be turned on in other images. Thus, the derivation unit 21 can identify which of the lighting fixtures 5 in the images is the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled by analyzing the images. For example, a change in brightness of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled can be detected by calculating the difference between two images generated by the imaging device 3 (an image when the lighting fixture 5 is turned on and an image when the lighting fixture 5 is turned off). As a result, in the example shown in FIG. 4, the lighting fixture 5 at the installation location C1 can be identified as the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled.
[0058] When changing the lighting state of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled (making it blink), the controller 4 causes the control signal to include an address corresponding to the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled. The lighting fixture 5 whose lighting state has changed in step ST8 (the lighting fixture 5 at the installation location C1) is the lighting fixture 5 to which this device ID has been assigned, among the multiple lighting fixtures 5. Thus, the derivation unit 21 can associate the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled with the installation location of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled in the installation data (step ST11).
[0059] The registration unit 22 registers (stores) in the controller 4 an association between the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled and the installation location of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled in the installation data. More specifically, the registration unit 22 transmits information about the association to the controller 4 via the communication unit 11 (step ST12), and in response, the controller 4 stores the association in the memory unit 42 (step ST13).
[0060] Through the above process, the association between the device ID and the installation location is registered for one lighting fixture 5. If the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled is outside the imaging range of the imaging device 3, the association in step ST11 fails, and registration in step ST13 is not performed.
[0061] Regardless of whether the association in step ST11 is successful or unsuccessful, the registration system 1 executes the next process. In the next process, the registration system 1 changes the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled to another lighting fixture 5, and executes steps ST5 to ST13. Changing the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled to another lighting fixture 5 basically means changing the device ID included in the command signal output from the registration system 1 to the controller 4 from the device ID corresponding to the one lighting fixture 5 to the device ID corresponding to the other lighting fixture 5. As a result, the address included in the control signal output from the controller 4 is changed from an address corresponding to the device ID of the one lighting fixture 5 to an address corresponding to the device ID of the other lighting fixture 5.
[0062] For example, the registration system 1 sequentially replaces the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled until all of the lighting fixtures 5, each of which has a device ID registered in the controller 4, have been selected once as lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled.
[0063] With the imaging device 3 in the position and orientation set in step ST3, all the lighting fixtures 5 are selected in turn as lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled and blink, and each time, the imaging device 3 captures an image of the lighting fixtures 5 within its imaging range. For example, when imaging is performed at the position and orientation indicated by the circle 61 and arrow 62 in FIG. 3, four lighting fixtures 5 located at installation locations C1 to C4 are within its imaging range as shown in FIG. 4. Then, each time one of the four lighting fixtures 5 is selected as a lighting fixture 5 to be controlled, the registration system 1 recognizes the blinking of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled based on the image generated by the imaging device 3, and associates the device ID of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled with the installation location. Finally, the device ID of each of the four lighting fixtures 5 located at the installation locations C1 to C4 is associated with the installation location and registered in the controller 4.
[0064] In this way, the association between the device ID and the installation location is registered for all lighting fixtures 5 within the imaging range. Next, the association between the device ID and the installation location is to be registered in the same manner for other lighting fixtures 5 within the imaging range.
[0065] That is, the worker sets a new position and orientation of the imaging device 3 (step ST3). The imaging device 3 transmits information on the set position and orientation to the registration system 1 (step ST4). The worker prepares to capture an image at the set position and orientation. Thereafter, steps S5 to S13 are repeated for each of the lighting fixtures 5 as lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled. As a result, associations between the device IDs and installation locations of the lighting fixtures 5 to be imaged at the newly set positions and orientations are registered. Note that lighting fixtures 5 for which associations have already been registered do not need to be selected as lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled thereafter. Furthermore, when associations have been completed for all lighting fixtures 5 within the imaging range, the process for associations in that imaging range may be terminated.
[0066] By repeating steps ST3 to ST13, it is possible to register the associations of all of the lighting fixtures 5. This completes the implementation of the registration method of this embodiment.
[0067] In this manner, in the registration method of the present embodiment, the second step of capturing an image of the lighting fixture 5 is repeated multiple times by changing at least one of the position and orientation of the imaging device 3. That is, at least one of the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 is different between the Nth second step and the Mth (M ≠ N)th second step.
[0068] According to the registration method described above, it is possible to easily associate a device ID with the installation location of a lighting fixture 5 indicated in the installation data. As a comparative example, when the state of lighting fixture 5 with a certain device ID changes, an operator visually checks the lighting fixture 5 that has changed and inputs the position of the lighting fixture 5 into mobile terminal 3A, thereby associating the device ID with the installation location. Compared to such an example, the registration method of the present embodiment can reduce the amount of work required by the operator. It can also reduce the possibility of an incorrect association being made due to insufficient confirmation by the operator.
[0069] (Variation 1) The following describes a registration method according to Modification 1. Configurations similar to those in the embodiment are given the same reference numerals and descriptions thereof will be omitted.
[0070] In the present first modification, the control signal is a signal for increasing the brightness of the lighting device 5 to be controlled. In this case as well, derivation unit 21 can identify which of the lighting devices 5 in the image is the lighting device 5 to be controlled by analyzing the image.
[0071] For example, derivation unit 21 may detect a change in brightness of lighting device 5 to be controlled by calculating the difference between two images generated by imaging device 3 (an image before and an image after light is increased).
[0072] Alternatively, derivation unit 21 may determine that the brightest lighting fixture 5 among multiple lighting fixtures 5 shown in the image captured by imaging device 3 is the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled.
[0073] In contrast to the first modification, the control signal may be a signal for reducing the brightness of lighting device 5 that is the target of control.
[0074] (Variation 2) Hereinafter, a registration method according to the modified example 2 will be described. The same components as those in the embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described. Modified example 2 may be realized in combination with modified example 1.
[0075] The registration method of the present second modification further includes a correction step. In the correction step, distortion of the images generated in the second step by the imaging device 3 capturing images of at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 is corrected. In a third step, the installation locations of the lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled are determined based on information about the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 when the imaging device 3 captures images of at least some of the lighting fixtures 5 in the second step and the images corrected in the correction step.
[0076] The correction step is realized by the image processing unit 24. In the correction step, for example, an image with a sense of perspective is corrected to a flat image. In addition, in the correction step, for example, the peripheral portion of the image that is distorted so as to be elongated compared to the central portion is corrected to have a size that matches the central portion.
[0077] Correcting image distortion can improve the accuracy of the process for determining the installation location of lighting fixture 5 to be controlled based on the image.
[0078] (Variation 3) Hereinafter, a registration method according to Modification 3 will be described. The same components as those in the embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described. Modification 3 may be realized in combination with at least one of Modification 1 and Modification 2.
[0079] In the present third modification, a plurality of imaging devices 3 are provided. The plurality of imaging devices 3 are arranged so that at least one of their positions and orientations is different from one another. In other words, the plurality of imaging devices 3 are arranged so that their imaging ranges are different from one another. The derivation unit 21 identifies the correspondence between the installation location of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled and the device ID, based on information relating to the position and orientation of each of the plurality of imaging devices 3 and the plurality of images generated by the plurality of imaging devices 3. The method of identifying the correspondence may be the same as that of the embodiment.
[0080] According to the third modification, it is possible to simultaneously target a greater number of lighting devices 5 and determine whether or not each of the lighting devices 5 is a lighting device 5 to be controlled, as compared to the embodiment.
[0081] (Other Modifications of the Embodiments) Other variations of the embodiment are listed below. The following variations may be implemented in appropriate combination. The following variations may also be implemented in appropriate combination with the above-mentioned variations.
[0082] Of the first to fourth steps, the registration method does not necessarily have to include the first and second steps. That is, the registration method according to one aspect includes at least the third and fourth steps.
[0083] The registration system 1 may further include a controller 4 and an imaging device 3. In the registration system 1, components other than the controller 4 and the imaging device 3, the controller 4, and the imaging device 3 may be integrated into one device, or may be distributed across multiple devices.
[0084] It is not necessary to associate the device ID with the installation location for all lighting fixtures 5, but rather the device ID may be associated with the installation location for only some of the lighting fixtures 5.
[0085] If the operator determines that the lighting state of the lighting fixtures 5 within the imaging range has not changed, the operator does not need to capture images using the imaging device 3. In this case, the registration system 1 may determine that the association between the device ID and the installation location of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled has failed when no image is input from the imaging device 3 for a certain period of time or more despite the lighting state of the lighting fixture 5 to be controlled having been changed. The registration system 1 may then change the lighting fixture 5 to another lighting fixture 5.
[0086] At least one of the position and orientation of the imaging device 3 when the imaging device 3 captures an image of the lighting fixture 5 may be automatically determined by the registration system 1. The worker may set the position and / or orientation of the imaging device 3 to the automatically determined position and / or orientation and perform imaging.
[0087] It is not essential that the operation of the imaging device 3 to capture an image of the lighting fixture 5 is performed by an operator, and the imaging device 3 may capture the image automatically.
[0088] The control signal may cause the state of lighting fixture 5 to be controlled to change from an off state to a on state, or from a on state to an off state.
[0089] The controller 4 may be configured to be able to control the lighting fixtures 5 for each group without associating the device IDs with the installation locations. For example, if a communication line is provided for each group, the controller 4 can control only the lighting fixtures 5 that belong to a specific group. In this case, the device IDs can be associated with the installation locations for each group. For example, if four lighting fixtures 5 installed at the installation locations C1 to C4 belong to one group and the imaging device 3 is installed so as to capture images of these four lighting fixtures 5, the controller 4 may sequentially set these four lighting fixtures 5 as lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled. This can reduce the time required for the association compared to when all lighting fixtures 5 are sequentially set as lighting fixtures 5 to be controlled.
[0090] The registration system 1 in the present disclosure includes a computer system. The computer system is mainly composed of a processor and a memory as hardware. At least a part of the functions of the registration system 1 in the present disclosure is realized by the processor executing a program recorded in the memory of the computer system. The electronic circuits may be integrated in one chip or distributed among multiple chips. The chips may be integrated in one device or distributed among multiple devices. The computer system referred to here includes a microcontroller having one or more processors and one or more memories. Thus, the microcontroller is also composed of one or more electronic circuits including a semiconductor integrated circuit or a large-scale integrated circuit.
[0091] Furthermore, it is not essential for the registration system 1 that multiple functions are integrated into one device, and the components of the registration system 1 may be distributed across multiple devices. Furthermore, at least some of the functions of the registration system 1, for example, some of the functions of the registration unit 22, may be realized by cloud (cloud computing) or the like.
[0092] Conversely, in the embodiment, at least some of the functions of the integrated system 100 that are distributed among a plurality of devices may be integrated into one device. For example, some of the functions of the integrated system 100 that are distributed among the registration system 1 and the controller 4 may be integrated into one device. Alternatively, some or all of the functions of the registration system 1 may be implemented in the mobile terminal 3A.
