Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to scroll compressors. [Background technology]
[0002] Patent Document 1 discloses a scroll compressor. In this scroll compressor, a fixed scroll is movable in the axial direction, and a compression chamber is formed by combining the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, and a part of the refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle is introduced into the compression chamber and compressed. An injection path is provided to reduce the discharge temperature, and a part of the injection path is composed of a pipe that can vibrate slightly by following the fixed scroll. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-166489 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the present disclosure, the injection path does not vibrate slightly in accordance with the fixed scroll, and the fixed scroll moves in the axial direction relative to the injection path, thereby providing a scroll compressor that achieves improved performance and reduced discharge temperature through injection. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] the compression mechanism unit is configured to rotate about its axis and to suppress rotation of the orbiting scroll; a main bearing that supports the orbiting scroll; an injection passage within the end plate formed in the end plate of the fixed scroll; an injection port that connects the compression chamber with the injection passage within the end plate; an injection adapter provided on the outer periphery of the fixed scroll and separate from the fixed scroll so as to be movable in the axial direction relative to the fixed scroll; an injection passage within the adapter formed in the injection adapter and connected to the injection passage within the end plate; and an injection pipe having one end inserted into the injection adapter and the other end connected to a refrigeration cycle outside the sealed container. Effect of the Invention
[0006] In the scroll compressor of the present disclosure, the fixed scroll moves axially relative to the injection adapter that forms the injection path, so there is no need to make the injection adapter that forms the injection path follow the fixed scroll. Therefore, the cross-sectional area of the injection path in the adapter formed in the injection adapter can be enlarged to ensure a sufficient injection flow rate. As a result, the performance improvement and discharge temperature reduction effect due to injection can be achieved at a high level. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0007] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a vertical cross-sectional view of a scroll compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention. [Diagram 2] FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a main portion of a scroll compressor according to an embodiment of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0008] (The knowledge and other information that formed the basis of this disclosure) Conventionally, in a low-pressure scroll compressor in a sealed vessel, the fixed scroll is configured to be movable in the axial direction in order to release an abnormal pressure rise in the compression chamber caused by liquid compression at startup. In order to lower the discharge temperature in such a scroll compressor, a technique has been disclosed in which liquid refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle is injected into the compression chamber. However, when a rigid injection pipe is directly inserted and connected to the fixed scroll, the axial movement of the fixed scroll is restricted. Therefore, Patent Document 1 discloses that an injection path is configured by arranging a pipe that can vibrate slightly following the fixed scroll between the fixed scroll and the injection pipe. However, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, in order to make the pipe vibrate slightly, the injection path is configured using a pipe with low rigidity, i.e., a pipe with a small diameter. Therefore, the cross-sectional area of the injection path cannot be made large. As a result, there was a problem that the injection flow rate could not be sufficiently secured, and the inherent effects of injection, such as performance improvement and discharge temperature reduction, could not be fully obtained. In order to solve this problem, the subject of the present disclosure has been constituted.
[0009] Therefore, the present disclosure provides a scroll compressor that provides an injection adapter that is separate from the fixed scroll and can move relatively to the fixed scroll on the outer periphery of the fixed scroll, and an injection pipe is inserted and connected to this injection adapter, thereby forming an injection path without restricting the axial movement of the fixed scroll and ensuring an injection flow rate.
[0010] Hereinafter, the embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, more detailed description than necessary may be omitted. For example, detailed description of already well-known matters or duplicate description of substantially the same configuration may be omitted. It should be noted that the accompanying drawings and the following description are provided to enable those skilled in the art to fully understand the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the subject matter described in the claims.
[0011] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. [1-1. Configuration] 1 and 2, the scroll compressor 100 includes a sealed container 110, a partition plate 120, a compression mechanism section 130, an electric motor section 140, a fixed scroll 150, a rotating scroll 160, a rotation suppression member 170, a main bearing 180, an injection path within the end plate 151, an injection port 152, an injection adapter 190, an injection path within the adapter 191, an injection pipe 200, a sealing member 210, and an adapter pressing member 220.
[0012] The partition plate 120 is fixed to the sealed container 110 and divides the inside of the sealed container 110 into a high pressure space 230 and a low pressure space 240 . Compression mechanism unit 130 is disposed in low pressure space 240 , draws in low pressure refrigerant before compression within low pressure space 240 , and discharges the compressed high pressure refrigerant into high pressure space 230 . The electric motor unit 140 is disposed in the low pressure space 240 and drives the compression mechanism unit 130 via a main shaft 250 .
[0013] The fixed scroll 150 constitutes the compression mechanism 130 and includes a disk-shaped fixed scroll end plate 153 and a spiral-shaped fixed spiral wrap 154 standing up from the fixed scroll end plate 153. A discharge port 155 is formed in the approximate center of the fixed scroll end plate 153. The discharge port 155 communicates with a high-pressure imparting region 260. The high-pressure imparting region 260 is provided on the surface of the fixed scroll end plate 153 on the side of the fixed spiral wrap 154 and on the back surface 156 of the fixed scroll 150 (the surface opposite to the fixed spiral wrap 154). An intermediate pressure port 157 communicating with an intermediate pressure imparting region 280 formed on the back surface 156 opens in a compression chamber 270 during compression. A suction portion 159 for taking in the refrigerant into the compression chamber 270 is formed on the outer periphery 158 of the fixed scroll 150. The back surface 156 is adjacent to the partition plate 120. The orbiting scroll 160 constitutes the compression mechanism section 130, and includes a disk-shaped orbiting scroll end plate 161 and a spiral-shaped orbiting spiral wrap 162 standing on the orbiting scroll end plate 161. The back surface of the orbiting scroll 160 (the surface opposite to the orbiting spiral wrap 162) is provided with a boss portion 163 that receives a driving force from the main shaft 250. The orbiting spiral wrap 162 is engaged with the fixed spiral wrap 154 to form a compression chamber 270. The rotation suppression member 170 constitutes the compression mechanism portion 130 and prevents the orbiting scroll 160 from rotating on its axis.
[0014] The main bearing 180 is fixed to the sealed container 110, constitutes the compression mechanism 130, and supports the thrust load of the orbiting scroll 160. It also supports the main shaft 250 in the radial direction. A guide pin 290 is press-fitted into the outer circumferential end of the main bearing 180. By inserting the guide pin 290 into the fixed scroll 150, the fixed scroll 150 is restricted in the radial direction and the rotational direction around the axis, and becomes movable in the axial direction.
[0015] The intra-plate injection passage 151 is formed in the fixed scroll end plate 153 in a substantially radial direction and opens to the outer periphery 158 . The injection port 152 communicates with the compression chamber 270 and the injection path 151 in the end plate, and is formed in the fixed scroll end plate 153. One or more injection ports 152 are formed. The injection port 152 is formed in a range that opens to the compression chamber 270 after being confined by the fixed spiral wrap 154 and the orbiting spiral wrap 162, but does not open to two compression chambers 270 at the same time. The injection adapter 190 is provided on the outer periphery 158 of the fixed scroll 150 as a separate body from the fixed scroll 150 and is axially movable relative to the fixed scroll 150. The injection adapter 190 has a cylindrical shape having an end face 192 on the fixed scroll 150 side and an end face 193 on the opposite side to the fixed scroll 150. The end face 192 and the end face 193 are approximately parallel to each other. The adapter internal injection path 191 is formed in the injection adapter 190 and opens to an end face 192 and an end face 193. The adapter internal injection path 191 communicates with the end plate internal injection path 151. The injection pipe 200 is a pipe that communicates between the inside and outside of the sealed container 110. One end of the injection pipe 200 is inserted and connected to the injection adapter 190, and the other end of the injection pipe 200 is connected to the refrigeration cycle outside the sealed container 110. The inner diameter cross-sectional area of the injection pipe 200 is larger than the total cross-sectional area of the injection ports 152.
[0016] The seal member 210 is provided in an annular groove formed in a surface of the fixed scroll 150 facing the injection adapter 190. The seal member 210 is made of a resin material that has a small sliding resistance with respect to the injection adapter 190. The adapter holding member 220 restricts the injection adapter 190 from moving in a direction away from the fixed scroll 150. The adapter holding member 220 is plate-shaped, and is fixed to the fixed scroll 150. The adapter holding member 220 is made of a material different from that of the injection adapter 190, which has low sliding resistance.
[0017] [1-2. Operation] The operation and function of the scroll compressor 100 configured as above will be described below. When the motor unit 140 is energized, the main shaft 250 rotates, and the rotation suppression member 170 causes the orbiting scroll 160 to orbit without rotating on its axis. The low-pressure refrigerant in the low-pressure space 240 is sucked into the compression chamber 270 from the suction portion 159 of the fixed scroll 150, the volume of the compression chamber 270 decreases, and the refrigerant is compressed. The refrigerant at an intermediate pressure during compression passes through the intermediate pressure port 157 and is introduced into the intermediate pressure imparting region 280 provided on the back surface 156. The refrigerant that has completed compression passes through the discharge port 155 and is introduced into the high pressure imparting region 260 provided on the back surface 156, and is then discharged into the high pressure space 230.
[0018] Next, the injection will be described. The refrigerant from the injection circuit branched off from the refrigeration cycle is introduced into the injection path in the adapter 191 through the injection pipe 200. The refrigerant introduced into the injection path in the adapter 191 is introduced into the injection path in the end plate 151 without leaking into the low pressure space 240 due to the sealing action of the seal member 210. The refrigerant introduced into the injection path in the end plate 151 passes through the injection port 152 and is guided to the compression chamber 270 in the middle of compression.
[0019] Here, due to the pressure applied to the space surrounded by the seal member 210, a force acts on the injection adapter 190 in a direction away from the fixed scroll 150. However, since the movement of the injection adapter 190 is restricted by the adapter pressing member 220, the distance between the fixed scroll 150 and the injection adapter 190 is kept below a certain level, and the sealing performance of the seal member 210 is ensured. Furthermore, because end faces 192 and 193 of injection adapter 190 are approximately parallel, the direction of pressure acting on injection adapter 190 and the direction of pressing by adapter pressing member 220 are approximately on the same straight line. This makes it possible to suppress force acting in the direction of deviation of injection adapter 190, and no force is applied in the bending direction to injection tube 200. Furthermore, injection adapter 190 is cylindrical and has no directionality, making it easy to assemble.
[0020] Meanwhile, the intermediate pressure of the refrigerant introduced into the intermediate pressure imparting region 280 and the discharge pressure of the refrigerant introduced into the high pressure imparting region 260 act on the fixed scroll 150 into which the refrigerant is injected as described above, and the fixed scroll 150 is pressed against the orbiting scroll 160. Meanwhile, a force that pulls the fixed scroll 150 away from the orbiting scroll 160 also acts due to the pressure of the refrigerant in the compression chamber 270. Depending on the balance between this pushing force and the pulling force, the fixed scroll 150 moves in the axial direction and is pressed against the orbiting scroll 160 with an appropriate force. Furthermore, if the pressure in the compression chamber 270 increases abnormally due to liquid compression at startup or the like, the fixed scroll 150 moves axially away from the orbiting scroll 160 in order to release the pressure.
[0021] Here, the fixed scroll 150 moves in the axial direction as described above. However, the injection adapter 190, which connects the injection tube 200 and the injection path 151 in the end plate of the fixed scroll 150, is configured separately from the fixed scroll 150 and therefore moves in the axial direction relative to the fixed scroll 150. As a result, even if the highly rigid injection tube 200 is inserted and the movement of the injection adapter 190 is restricted, the axial movement of the fixed scroll 150 is not restricted. In other words, the injection adapter 190 allows the fixed scroll 150 to move in the axial direction without following the fixed scroll 150 and vibrating slightly.
[0022] Therefore, the cross-sectional area of the intra-adapter injection path 191 formed in the injection adapter 190 can be made sufficiently larger than the cross-sectional area of the injection port 152 to ensure the injection flow rate. In addition, the inner diameter cross-sectional area of the highly rigid injection pipe 200 can be made larger than the cross-sectional area of the injection port 152 to ensure the maximum injection flow rate. Furthermore, the axial movement of the fixed scroll 150 can be performed smoothly because the sliding resistance between the seal member 210 and the injection adapter 190 is small. Furthermore, when the fixed scroll 150 moves in the axial direction, sliding occurs between the injection adapter 190 and the adapter pressing member 220. However, because these are made of different materials, wear is suppressed.
[0023] [1-3. Effects, etc.] As described above, in this embodiment, the scroll compressor 100 includes the sealed container 110, the partition plate 120, the compression mechanism unit 130, the electric motor unit 140, the fixed scroll 150, the orbiting scroll 160, the rotation suppression member 170, the main bearing 180, the end plate injection path 151, the injection port 152, the injection adapter 190, the adapter injection path 191, and the injection pipe 200. The partition plate 120 divides the inside of the sealed container 110 into a high pressure space 230 and a low pressure space 240. The compression mechanism unit 130 is disposed in the low pressure space 240. The electric motor unit 140 is disposed in the low pressure space 240 and drives the compression mechanism unit 130. The fixed scroll 150 constitutes the compression mechanism unit 130, is adjacent to the partition plate 120, and is movable in the axial direction. The orbiting scroll 160 constitutes the compression mechanism 130 and is engaged with the fixed scroll 150 to form a compression chamber 270. The rotation suppression member 170 constitutes the compression mechanism 130 and prevents the orbiting scroll 160 from rotating. The main bearing 180 constitutes the compression mechanism 130 and supports the orbiting scroll 160. The end plate intra-injection passage 151 is formed in the fixed scroll end plate 153. The injection port 152 communicates the compression chamber 270 during compression with the end plate intra-injection passage 151. The injection adaptor 190 is provided on the outer periphery 158 of the fixed scroll 150 as a separate body from the fixed scroll 150 and movable relative to the fixed scroll 150. The adapter intra-injection passage 191 is formed in the injection adaptor 190 and communicates with the end plate intra-injection passage 151. One end of the injection pipe 200 is inserted into the injection adapter 190 , and the other end is connected to the refrigeration cycle outside the sealed container 110 .
[0024] In this manner, the scroll compressor 100 of the present disclosure is provided with a separate injection adapter 190 to form an injection path so that the fixed scroll 150 can move in the axial direction. As a result, the injection adapter 190 constituting the injection path does not restrict the axial movement of the fixed scroll 150. Therefore, the cross-sectional area of the injection path can be increased, and a sufficient injection flow rate can be ensured. As a result, the performance improvement and discharge temperature reduction effect due to the injection can be realized at a high level.
[0025] The scroll compressor 100 of the present disclosure may include a seal member 210 between the fixed scroll 150 and the injection adaptor 190, as in this embodiment. As a result, the refrigerant introduced into the intra-adapter injection passage 191 can be introduced into the intra-end plate injection passage 151 without leaking into the low pressure space 240. Therefore, the performance degradation can be more reliably suppressed.
[0026] In addition, an adapter pressing member 220 that restricts the injection adapter 190 from moving in a direction away from the fixed scroll 150 may be provided. As a result, the distance between the fixed scroll 150 and the injection adapter 190 is maintained at or below a certain value, so that the sealing performance of the seal member 210 can be ensured.
[0027] Furthermore, the surface of the injection adapter 190 on the fixed scroll 150 side and the surface on the adapter pressing member 220 side may be substantially parallel to each other. This allows the direction of pressure acting on injection adapter 190 to approximately coincide with the direction of pressing by adapter pressing member 220. This prevents injection adapter 190 from shifting, and reduces abnormal wear of seal member 210 and injection adapter 190.
[0028] In addition, the cross-sectional area of the inner diameter of the injection tube 200 may be larger than the cross-sectional area of the injection port 152 . This ensures the maximum injection flow rate, which in turn ensures further performance improvement and discharge temperature reduction effects.
[0029] (Other embodiments) As described above, the present embodiment has been described as an example of the technology disclosed in the present application. However, the technology in the present disclosure is not limited to this, and can be applied to embodiments in which modifications, substitutions, additions, omissions, etc. are made. Therefore, other embodiments will be exemplified below.
[0030] In the present embodiment, it has been described that the seal member 210 is provided in an annular groove formed in the surface of the fixed scroll 150 facing the injection adapter 190. However, the seal member 210 may be provided in an annular groove formed in the surface of the injection adapter 190 facing the fixed scroll 150. In addition, the material of the seal member 210 may be a material other than resin as long as the sliding resistance with the injection adapter 190 is small. In the present embodiment, it has been described that adapter holding member 220 is formed from a material different from that of injection adapter 190. However, the surface of at least one of adapter holding member 220 and injection adapter 190 may be made of a different material by surface treatment or the like. It should be noted that the above-described embodiments are intended to illustrate the technology of the present disclosure, and various modifications, substitutions, additions, omissions, and the like can be made within the scope of the claims or their equivalents. [Industrial Applicability]
[0031] The present disclosure can increase the cross-sectional area of the injection path, ensure a sufficient injection flow rate, and realize high levels of injection performance improvement and discharge temperature reduction. Therefore, the present disclosure can be effectively applied to a low-pressure scroll compressor in a sealed container that performs injection. Specifically, the present disclosure can be applied to a compressor of a refrigeration cycle device that can be used in electrical appliances such as a water heater, a hot water heating device, and an air conditioner.
