Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a clamping device and a filter installation method and filter replacement method using the same, and in particular to a clamping device for clamping a filter to be attached to a drainage pipe installed in a retaining wall made of stone masonry, concrete blocks, etc., and a filter installation method and filter replacement method using the clamping device. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, there exists a method for attaching a filter to a drainage pipe as shown in Patent Document 1. The drainage pipe is a cylindrical pipe that is already installed in the ground. The filter has a bottomed tubular part that fits into the inner diameter side of the drainage pipe, and a flange part that extends radially outward from the end of the bottomed tubular part and abuts against the underground back side of the retaining wall, and a fibrous filter is disposed inside the bottomed tubular part.
[0003] When such a filter is attached to a drain pipe, first, a slit is cut from the outer periphery of the flange of the filter to the center, and the periphery of the slit is partially overlapped to reduce the outer diameter of the filter. Next, when the tubular part in the reduced diameter state is inserted into the inner diameter side of the attachment plug pipe, the tubular part is pressed against the inner periphery of the pipe by its restoring force, and the filter is fixed to the end of the attachment plug pipe. Next, the tip of the attachment plug pipe to which the filter is fixed is inserted from the outer opening of the drain pipe and pushed forward to the vicinity of the opening end of the embedded side (underground side). Furthermore, the flange part protruding outward from the outer periphery of the attachment plug pipe is hooked onto the embedded side opening end of the drain pipe. In this state, when the attachment plug pipe is pulled back, the filter is released from the attachment plug pipe and positioned at the embedded side opening end of the drain pipe. After the filter is positioned, the attachment plug pipe is pulled out to complete the work. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2004-068576 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The filter installation method shown in Patent Document 1 allows a filter to be installed without removing the existing drainage pipe. However, it was necessary to use a filter with a specific structure. Also, the installation plug-in pipe was time-consuming, requiring the use of a separate rod when removing the filter from the installation plug-in pipe. In addition, the installation plug-in pipe was specialized for installing a filter, and was not designed to be replaced after the filter had deteriorated over time.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0065] FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a clamping tool according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic rear view of the clamping tool shown in FIG.
[0066] 1 and 2, the clamping tool 1 is composed of a pair of elongated members 3a and 3b punched from a steel plate, and is capable of clamping a filter for a drainage pipe, which is an object to be clamped. The elongated members 3a and 3b are set so that their longitudinal lengths are longer than the length of a drainage pipe, which will be described later. A clamping section 10 for clamping a filter, which will be described later, is provided on one longitudinal end side (lower side in Figs. 1 and 2) of the elongated members 3a and 3b. A gripping section 20 formed so as to be grippable is provided on the other longitudinal end side (upper side in Figs. 1 and 2) of the elongated members 3a and 3b. Furthermore, the elongated members 3a and 3b are connected to each other at a connection section 30 between the clamping section 10 and the gripping section 20, crossing each other so that the elongated members 3a and 3b overlap each other.
[0067] Next, the clamping portion 10, the gripping portion 20 and the connecting portion 30 will each be described in detail.
[0068] The clamping part 10 has hook-shaped tips facing inward, and has hooking parts 11a and 11b on which a filter, described later, can be hooked. The clamping part 10 is formed in a mountain shape protruding inward on the connection part 30 side from the hooking parts 11a and 11b, and is provided with movement prevention parts 12a and 12b that prevent the filter, described later, from unintentionally moving toward the connection part 30 side. The specific clamping state of the filter by the clamping tool 1 and the effect of configuring the clamping part 10 in this way will be described later.
[0069] The grip portion 20 has ring-shaped openings 21a, 21b formed in each of the pair of elongated members 3a, 3b. This allows fingers to pass through the inside of the openings 21a, 21b, improving operability.
[0070] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which a pair of elongated members of the clamping tool shown in FIG. 1 have been moved relative to each other in the longitudinal direction, and FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which the clamping tool shown in FIG. 1 has been opened.
[0071] 3 and 4, the connection part 30 connects the long members 3a and 3b to each other by pivoting them so that they can be opened and closed. Specifically, the long members 3a and 3b are connected to each other by crossing each other so that they overlap each other at the connection part 30 as described above, and when the gripping parts 20 are moved in the opening direction, which is a direction in which they move away from each other, the clamping parts 10 also move in the opening direction, which is a direction in which they move away from each other, and the long members 3a and 3b are in an open state. On the other hand, when the gripping parts 20 are moved in the closing direction, which is a direction in which they approach each other, the clamping parts 10 also move in the closing direction, which is a direction in which they approach each other. When the movement of the gripping parts 20 and the clamping parts 10 in the closing direction is completed, the long members 3a and 3b are in a closed state as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2.
[0072] Moreover, one of the long members 3a is provided with a long hole 31, and the other long member 3b is provided with a circular hole (not shown) at a position overlapping the vicinity of a first position 32, which is the end of the long hole 31 of the long member 3a on the side of the clamping portion 10. Then, the long members 3a and 3b are fastened together by a fastener 35 that passes through the long hole 31 of the long member 3a and the circular hole of the long member 3b in a state where they are overlapped. The fastener 35 is composed of a bolt 36 and a nut 37, and the bolt 36 passes through the long hole 31 and the circular hole of the long member 3b from the front side (surface side) of the long member 3a, and the nut 37 is fitted into the bolt 36 from the back side (rear side) of the long member 3b. Because the shaft of the bolt 36 passes through the long hole 31, when the nut 37 is loosened, the bolt 36 is movable inside the long hole 31 between a first position 32 of the long hole 31 and a second position 33 which is the end of the long hole 31 on the side of the gripping part 20, as shown in Figures 1 and 3. In addition, by tightening the nut 37, the connection part 30 can be fixed at any position between the first position 32 and the second position 33, and the entire long members 3a, 3b can be fixed.
[0073] The fasteners 35 fix the longitudinal positional relationship of the elongated members 3a, 3b, but do not hinder the opening and closing of the elongated members 3a, 3b. However, the fasteners 35 may be configured to fix the open and closed states by tightening the fasteners more firmly.
[0074] The relative movement of the elongated members 3a, 3b in the longitudinal direction is possible not only when the elongated members 3a, 3b are in a closed state, but also when they are in an open state. As a result, the elongated members 3a, 3b can move relatively to each other in the longitudinal direction while holding a filter, which will be described later in detail.
[0075] The effect of configuring the connection portion 30 in this way will be described later.
[0076] FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of the filter according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a schematic bottom view of the filter shown in FIG.
[0077] 5, filter 40 is a circular filter body 48 made of nonwoven fabric attached inside a resin frame 41 having a disk shape and a flexible flange portion 42 on its peripheral portion. Also, referring to Fig. 6, a large number of small holes 44 are formed in the dish bottom portion 43 of frame 41 of filter 40. Such filter 40 is attached to the inner end portion (the side that contacts soil and sand) of a drainage pipe described later, and serves to drain only water that can pass through filter body 48 and small holes 44 from the drainage pipe while holding back soil and sand.
[0078] FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram showing a retaining wall structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0079] 7, the retaining wall 50 is not shown in detail, but is a masonry retaining wall made of piled up stones 51, to which cylindrical drainage pipes 60 are attached at predetermined intervals. The inner side of the retaining wall 50 and the drainage pipes 60 (the right side in FIG. 7) is filled with soil 52 or the like as a permeable layer.
[0080] No drainage filter is attached to this drainage pipe 60. The diameter of the flange portion 42 of the frame 41 of the filter 40 shown in Fig. 5 is formed to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the drainage pipe 60. As a result, when the filter 40 is fitted into the drainage pipe 60, the flange portion 42 covers the outer surface of the rear end portion 62 of the drainage pipe 60, reducing the risk of the filter 40 falling over to the front side of the drainage pipe 60.
[0081] Next, a method of attaching the filter 40 to the water drain pipe 60 using the above-mentioned clamping tool 1 will be described.
[0082] First, the clamping step of the filter mounting method will be described.
[0083] FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a clamping step in which a filter is clamped by a clamping tool.
[0084] 8 and again with reference to FIG. 6, first, the gripping portion 20 of the clamping tool 1 is operated in the opening direction to bring the elongated members 3a, 3b into a slightly open state. Next, the hooking portion 11a of the clamping portion 10 is hooked onto any one of the small holes 44 of the filter 40, and similarly, the hooking portion 11b is hooked onto any other one of the small holes 44. Next, the gripping portion 20 is operated in the closing direction to move the elongated members 3a, 3b into the closing direction to sandwich the filter 40, thereby completing the process of clamping the filter 40.
[0085] As explained in Figures 1 and 2, the clamping device 1 is provided with movement preventing portions 12a, 12b on the clamping portion 10, so that the insertion of the clamping portion 10 into the inside of the filter 40 is prevented by the movement preventing portions 12a, 12b, thereby preventing the filter body 48 from falling off the frame body 41 of the filter 40 shown in Figure 4 due to excessive insertion of the hook portions 11a, 11b.
[0086] In this state, when the flange portion 42 of the filter 40 is aligned with the front end 61 of the drain pipe 60, as described above, the diameter of the flange portion 42 of the frame body 41 of the filter 40 is formed to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60, so that the height direction length L1 of the diameter of the flange portion 42 is longer than the height direction length L2 of the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60.
[0087] Next, the attitude adjusting step and the attitude fixing step in the filter mounting method will be described.
[0088] FIG. 9 is a schematic diagram showing an attitude adjusting step and an attitude fixing step for adjusting the attitude of the filter clamped in FIG. 8 so that the filter is inclined relative to the longitudinal direction of the water drain pipe.
[0089] 9 and again with reference to FIG. 3, while the filter 40 is being clamped, the fastener 35 of the connection part 30 of the clamping tool 1 is moved from the first position 32 of the long hole 31 of the long member 3a to the second position 33, thereby moving the long members 3a and 3b relatively in the longitudinal direction. Then, the position of the filter 40 is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the water drain pipe 60. The inclination angle is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to incline the filter 40 by about 30° from the state where the filter 40 is aligned with the water drain pipe 60 (about 60° with respect to the longitudinal direction of the water drain pipe 60). By adjusting the position of the filter 40 in this manner, the position adjustment process is completed.
[0090] Next, when the fastener 35 is fastened to fix the connection portion 30, the entire elongated members 3a and 3b are also fixed. This maintains the posture of the filter 40 adjusted in the posture adjustment step. Fixing the posture of the filter 40 in this manner completes the posture fixing step.
[0091] When this filter 40 is tilted, the length L3 in the height direction (in Figure 9, the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the filter 40) from the upper end 46a to the lower end 46b of the flange portion 42 of the frame body 41 of the filter 40 is shorter than the length L2 in the height direction of the inner diameter of the water drain pipe 60.
[0092] Next, the insertion step in the filter mounting method will be described.
[0093] FIG. 10 is a schematic diagram showing a state during the insertion process in which the filter, the position of which has been adjusted in FIG. 9, is inserted into the water drain pipe.
[0094] Referring to FIG. 10, the clamping tool 1 with the connection part 30 fixed thereto is inserted from the front side to the rear side of the drain pipe 60, and the filter 40 with its posture adjusted is inserted from the front side to the rear side of the drain pipe 60. At this time, as described above, the diameter of the flange part 42 of the filter 40 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60, so that in the depth direction of the filter 40 (the direction penetrating the paper surface of FIG. 10), the depth direction ends 47a, 47b, which are part of the flange part 42, are pressed against the inner surface of the drain pipe 60. On the other hand, the length L3 in the height direction from the upper end 46a to the lower end 46b of the flange part 42 of the filter 40 is shorter than the length L2 of the inner diameter in the height direction of the drain pipe 60, so that the flange part 42 of the filter 40 is separated from the inner surface of the drain pipe 60 in the height direction. Therefore, the resistance to the drain pipe 60 when the filter 40 is inserted can be reduced.
[0095] The insertion process is completed when the filter 40 is inserted beyond the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60. If soil 52 has accumulated on the rear side of the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60, the soil 52 can be pushed aside by the action of inserting the filter 40.
[0096] Next, the fitting step in the filter mounting method will be described.
[0097] FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram showing a fitting step in which the filter inserted in FIG. 10 is fitted into the water drain pipe and then released from the clamping state of the filter by the clamping tool.
[0098] Referring to FIG. 11 and again to FIG. 1, after the filter 40 passes the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60, the fastener 35 of the connection part 30 of the clamping tool 1 is loosened to release the fixed state of the elongated members 3a and 3b. Then, the fastener 35 is moved from the second position 33 of the long hole 31 of the elongated member 3a to the first position 32, and the elongated members 3a and 3b are moved relatively. Then, the position of the filter 40 changes again accordingly, and the flange part 42 of the frame body 41 of the filter 40 is aligned with the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60. In other words, the filter 40 is adjusted to a position in which it abuts against the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60. In this state, the clamping tool 1 is pulled out to the front side of the drain pipe 60, and the filter 40 is fitted in such a manner that the flange part 42 of the filter 40 abuts against the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60. Thereafter, the hooks 11a, 11b of the clamping portion 10 of the clamping tool 1 are pulled out of the small holes 44 of the filter 40, and the clamped state is released, thereby completing the fitting process of the filter 40.
[0099] Finally, the clamping tool 1 is pulled out in the direction toward the front of the water drain pipe 60 as indicated by the arrow, thereby completing the attachment of the filter 40 to the water drain pipe 60.
[0100] As described above, this type of filter installation method involves adjusting the posture of the filter 40 through the posture adjustment process before inserting it into the drain pipe 60. Therefore, the height length L3 from the upper end 46a to the lower end 46b of the flange portion 42 of the filter 40 after adjusting its posture is shorter than the height length L2 of the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60, reducing resistance when inserting the filter, making it easier to install the filter into the drain pipe.
[0101] Furthermore, as described above, by fixing the connection part 30 through the posture fixing process, the filter 40 can be inserted into the water drain pipe 60 while maintaining a constant posture, making it even easier to attach the filter 40 to the water drain pipe 60.
[0102] Furthermore, as described above, in the clamping process, the hooking portions 11a, 11b of the clamping portion 10 are hooked onto the small holes 44 of the filter 40, so that the filter 40 can be hooked and clamped, thereby enabling the filter 40 to be stably attached to the drain pipe 60.
[0103] In addition, as described above, the clamping tool 1 used in this type of filter installation method is configured so that the elongated members 3a, 3b can be moved relatively in the longitudinal direction while clamping the filter 40, making it easy to adjust the position of the filter 40 while it is being clamped, resulting in excellent operability.
[0104] As described above, the clamping device 1 has a long hole 31 formed in the elongated member 3a, and the long members 3a, 3b are overlapped and fastened by the fastener 35, so that one elongated member 3b can be moved longitudinally relative to the other elongated member 3a by the length of the long hole 31, making it easy to adjust the posture of the filter 40.
[0105] Furthermore, as described above, the fastener 35 of the clamping device 1 is capable of moving freely between the first position 32 and the second position 33 of the long hole 31, and can be fixed between the first position 32 and the second position 33 by the fastener 35, so that the other elongated member 3b can be freely moved and fixed between the first position 32 and the second position 33 of the long hole 31 relative to the other elongated member 3a, making it even easier to adjust the posture of the filter 40.
[0106] Furthermore, as described above, the fastener 35 of the clamping device 1 is composed of the bolt 36 and the nut 37, so that the long members 3a, 3b can be easily changed between a movable state and a fixed state depending on the tightening of the bolt 36 and the nut 37, making the clamping device 1 easy to use.
[0107] Furthermore, as described above, clamping tool 1 has hooking parts 11a, 11b in clamping section 10, which enables filter 40 to be clamped while being hooked, thereby enabling filter 40 to be securely clamped. Furthermore, hooking parts 11a, 11b have a hook shape, which makes it difficult for hooked filter 40 to come off, thereby stably holding filter 40 in a hooked state.
[0108] Furthermore, as described above, clamping tool 1 has movement preventing portions 12a, 12b in clamping portion 10, which prevents filter 40 from moving toward connection portion 30, thereby stably clamping filter 40. Furthermore, movement preventing portions 12a, 12b have a mountain-like shape protruding inwardly from each other, which reliably prevents filter 40 from moving toward connection portion 30, thereby making the clamping state of filter 40 more stable.
[0109] Furthermore, by attaching the filter 40 to the drainage pipe 60 that does not have a drainage filter attached in advance, it becomes possible to prevent the outflow of soil and sand 52. This makes it possible to prevent the formation of gaps on the back side of the drainage pipe 60, which reduces the risk of the retaining wall 50 collapsing, etc., and improves disaster prevention capabilities.
[0110] Next, a filter replacement method for replacing an existing filter using the clamping tool 1 will be described.
[0111] FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing a first clamping step of clamping the filter with a clamping tool in the filter replacement method according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0112] The structures of the clamping tool 1, filters 80, 90, retaining wall 50, and drainage pipe 60 in the second embodiment are basically the same as those in the first embodiment, so the following description will focus on the differences.
[0113] Referring to Figure 12, in this second embodiment, a filter 80 having a structure similar to that of the filter 40 of the first embodiment, which was attached to a drainage pipe 60 provided on a retaining wall 50, is used to replace the filter 80.
[0114] First, the first clamping step in the filter replacement method will be described.
[0115] 12 and again with reference to FIG. 6, first, the gripping portion 20 of the clamping tool 1 is operated in the opening direction to bring the elongated members 3a, 3b into a slightly open state. Next, the hooking portion 11a of the clamping portion 10 is hooked onto any one of the small holes 84 of the filter 80, and similarly, the hooking portion 11b is hooked onto any other one of the small holes 84. Next, the gripping portion 20 is operated in the closing direction to move the elongated members 3a, 3b into the closing direction to sandwich the filter 80, thereby completing the first clamping step.
[0116] As explained in Figures 1 and 2, the clamping device 1 is provided with movement preventing portions 12a, 12b on the clamping portion 10, so that the insertion of the clamping portion 10 into the inside of the filter 80 is prevented by the movement preventing portions 12a, 12b, thereby preventing the filter body 88 from falling off the frame body 81 of the filter 80 due to excessive insertion of the hook portions 11a, 11b.
[0117] Next, the first attitude adjusting step and the first attitude fixing step in the filter replacement method will be described.
[0118] FIG. 13 is a schematic diagram showing a first attitude adjusting step and a first attitude fixing step for adjusting the attitude of the filter clamped in FIG. 12 so that it is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the water drain pipe.
[0119] 13 and again referring to FIG. 3, the fastener 35 of the connection part 30 of the clamping tool 1 is moved from the first position 32 of the long hole 31 of the long member 3a to the second position 33 while clamping the filter 80, thereby relatively moving the long members 3a and 3b in the longitudinal direction. Then, the position of the filter 80 is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the drain pipe 60 while pushing aside the soil 52. The inclination angle is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to incline the filter 80 by about 30° (about 60° with respect to the longitudinal direction of the drain pipe 60) from the state where the filter 80 is aligned with the rear end 62 of the drain pipe 60. By adjusting the position of the filter 80 in this manner, the first position adjustment process is completed.
[0120] Next, when the fastener 35 is fastened to fix the connection portion 30, the entire elongated members 3a and 3b are also fixed. This maintains the posture of the filter 40 adjusted in the first posture adjustment step. Fixing the posture of the filter 40 in this manner completes the second posture fixing step.
[0121] When this filter 80 is tilted, the length L4 in the height direction from the upper end 86a to the lower end 86b of the flange portion 82 of the frame body 81 of the filter 80 (in Figure 13, the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the filter 80 is pulled out) is shorter than the length L2 in the height direction of the inner diameter of the water drain pipe 60.
[0122] Next, the removal step in the filter replacement method will be described.
[0123] Figure 14 is a schematic diagram showing a midway state of the extraction process in which the filter whose posture has been adjusted in Figure 13 is extracted from the water drain pipe, and Figure 15 is a schematic diagram showing the completed state of the extraction process in which the filter extracted in Figure 14 has been completely extracted from the water drain pipe.
[0124] Referring to FIG. 14, the clamping tool 1 with the connection part 30 fixed thereto is pulled out from the rear side of the drain pipe 60 toward the front side, and the filter 80 with its posture adjusted is pulled out from the rear side of the drain pipe 60 toward the front side. At this time, since the filter 80 has the same structure as the filter 40 of the first embodiment, the diameter of the flange part 82 of the filter 80 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60. Therefore, in the depth direction of the filter 80 (the direction penetrating the paper surface of FIG. 14), the depth direction ends 87a, 87b, which are part of the flange part 82, are pressed against the inner surface of the drain pipe 60. On the other hand, the length L4 in the height direction from the upper end 86a to the lower end 86b of the flange part 82 of the filter 80 is shorter than the length L2 of the inner diameter in the height direction of the drain pipe 60, so that the flange part 42 of the filter 80 is separated from the inner surface of the drain pipe 60 in the height direction. Therefore, the resistance to the drain pipe 60 when the filter 80 is pulled out can be reduced.
[0125] 15, the extraction process is completed when the filter 80 has been extracted beyond the front end 61 of the water drain pipe 60. The extracted filter 80 is then removed from the clamping tool 1.
[0126] Next, the second clamping step in the filter replacement method will be described. Referring again to Fig. 8, this second clamping step corresponds to the clamping step in the filter attachment method in the first embodiment, and a new filter 90 having a structure similar to that of filter 40 in the first embodiment is inserted by clamping tool 1 in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
[0127] Next, the second attitude adjusting step and the second attitude fixing step in the filter replacement method will be described. Referring again to Fig. 9, this second attitude adjusting step corresponds to the attitude adjusting step in the filter attachment method in the first embodiment, and in the same manner as in the procedure described in the first embodiment, the elongated members 3a and 3b of the clamping tool 1 are moved relatively in the longitudinal direction while the filter 90 is clamped, thereby adjusting the attitude of the filter 90.
[0128] Furthermore, the subsequent second attitude fixing process corresponds to the attitude fixing process of the filter mounting method in the first embodiment, and fixes the attitude of the filter 90 by fixing the connection portion 30 of the clamping tool 1 in the same manner as described in the first embodiment.
[0129] When this filter 80 is tilted, as in the first embodiment, the height length L3 from the upper end 86a to the lower end 86b of the flange portion 82 of the frame body 81 of the filter 80 is shorter than the height length L2 of the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60.
[0130] Next, the insertion step in the filter replacement method will be described. Referring again to Fig. 10, this insertion step corresponds to the insertion step in the filter installation method in the first embodiment, and in the same manner as described in the first embodiment, the filter 90 with its posture adjusted is inserted from the front side to the back side of the water drain pipe 60 until the filter 90 passes the back end 62 of the water drain pipe 60.
[0131] In this case, as in the first embodiment, the diameter of the flange portion 92 of the frame 91 of the filter 90 is slightly larger than the inner diameter of the drain pipe 60, so that in the depth direction of the filter 90 (the direction penetrating the paper surface of FIG. 10), the depth direction ends 97a, 97b, which are part of the flange portion 92, are pressed against the inner surface of the drain pipe 60. Meanwhile, the length L3 in the height direction from the upper end 96a to the lower end 96b of the flange portion 92 of the filter 90 is shorter than the length L2 of the inner diameter in the height direction of the drain pipe 60, so that the flange portion 92 of the filter 90 is separated from the inner surface of the drain pipe 60 in the height direction. Therefore, the resistance to the drain pipe 60 when the filter 90 is inserted can be reduced.
[0132] Next, the fitting step in the filter replacement method will be described. Referring to Fig. 11, this fitting step corresponds to the fitting step in the filter installation method in the first embodiment, and in the same manner as in the procedure described in the first embodiment, the long members 3a, 3b of the clamping tool 1 are moved relatively to adjust the position of the filter 90 to a position in which the filter 90 abuts against the rear end 62 of the water drain pipe 60, and then the filter 90 is fitted so that the flange portion 92 of the filter 90 abuts against the rear end 62 of the water drain pipe 60.
[0133] As described above, in this filter replacement method, the first attitude adjustment process and the second attitude adjustment process make the height length from the upper ends 86a, 96a to the lower ends 86b, 96b of the flange portions 82, 92 of the attitude-adjusted filters 80, 90 shorter than the height length of the inner diameter of the water drain pipe 60, thereby reducing resistance when pulling out and inserting the filters 80, 90, making it easier to replace the filters 80, 90 from the water drain pipe 60.
[0134] Furthermore, the first attitude fixing step allows the filter 80 to be pulled out of the water drain pipe 60 while maintaining a fixed attitude, making it even easier to replace the filters 80, 90 on the water drain pipe 60.
[0135] Furthermore, the second attitude fixing step allows the filter 90 to be inserted into the water drain pipe 60 while maintaining a fixed attitude, making it even easier to replace the filters 80, 90 in the water drain pipe 60.
[0136] Furthermore, by inserting the hooking portions 11a, 11b of the clamping tool 1 into the small holes 84, 94 of the filters 80, 90 and clamping them, the filters 80, 90 can be hooked and clamped, making it possible to stably replace the filters 80, 90 in the water drain pipe 60.
[0137] Furthermore, since the filter 80 for the drain pipe 60 can be replaced with the filter 90 before it deteriorates significantly, it is possible to semi-permanently prevent the outflow of soil and sand 52. This makes it possible to prevent the formation of voids on the far side of the drain pipe 60, which reduces the risk of the retaining wall 50 collapsing, and improves disaster prevention capabilities.
[0138] Figure 16 is a schematic front view of a clamping device according to a third embodiment of the present invention, Figure 17 is a schematic rear view of the clamping device shown in Figure 16, Figure 18 is a schematic view showing a state in which a pair of elongated members of the clamping device shown in Figure 16 have been moved relatively in the longitudinal direction, and Figure 19 is a schematic view showing a state in which the clamping device shown in Figure 16 is in an open state.
[0139] Since the clamping tool 101 according to the third embodiment has a basically similar configuration to the clamping tool 1 according to the first embodiment, the differences will be mainly described here.
[0140] 16 to 19, clamping portion 110 and gripping portion 120 of a pair of elongated members 103a, 103b of clamping tool 101 have the same configuration as clamping portion 10 and gripping portion 20 of clamping tool 1 of the first embodiment. Similar to clamping tool 1 of the first embodiment, connecting portion 130 of clamping tool 101 pivotally connects elongated members 103a, 103b to each other so that they can be opened and closed relative to each other.
[0141] Further, the long member 103a, which is one of the long members 103a and 103b, is provided with a first long hole 131, and the other long member 103b, which is the other of the long members 103a and 103b, is provided with a second long hole 141 having a similar shape to the first long hole 131 at a position overlapping the first long hole 131. Then, with the long members 103a and 103b overlapping each other, they are fastened together by a fastener 135 passing through the first long hole 131 of the long member 103a and the second long hole 141 of the long member 103b. In the third embodiment, the fastener 135 is composed of a bolt 136 and a nut 137, the bolt 136 passes through the first long hole 131 and the second long hole 141 of the long member 103b from the front side (surface side) of the long member 103a, and the nut 137 is fitted into the bolt 136 from the rear side (back side) of the long member 103b. Since the shaft of the bolt 136 passes through the first long hole 131 and the second long hole 141, when the nut 137 is loosened, the bolt 136 is movable inside the first long hole 131 between a first position 132 which is the end of the first long hole 131 on the clamping portion 110 side and a second position 133 which is the end of the first long hole 131 on the gripping portion 120 side, as shown in Figs. 16 and 18. Moreover, since the first elongated hole 131 and the second elongated hole 141 overlap each other, the bolt 136 is movable inside the second elongated hole 141 between a first position 142 which is the end of the second elongated hole 141 on the clamping portion 110 side and a second position 143 which is the end of the second elongated hole 141 on the gripping portion 120 side. In addition, by tightening the nut 137, the connection portion 30 can be fixed at any position between the first positions 132, 142 and the second positions 133, 143, and the entire elongated members 103a, 103b can be fixed.
[0142] The relative movement of the elongated members 103a, 103b in the longitudinal direction is possible not only when the elongated members 103a, 103b are in a closed state, but also when they are in an open state, as in the clamping tool 1 of the first embodiment. This allows the elongated members 103a, 103b to move relatively in the longitudinal direction while clamping the filter as an object.
[0143] Using such a clamping tool 101, the filter mounting method of the first embodiment and the filter replacement method of the second embodiment can be carried out.
[0144] As described above, such a clamping device 101 has a first long hole 131 provided in the elongated member 103a and a second long hole 141 provided in the elongated member 103b, so that one elongated member 103a and the other elongated member 103b can be moved relatively in the longitudinal direction by the lengths of the first long hole 131 and the second long hole 141, making it easy to fine-tune the position of the filter.
[0145] Furthermore, since the fastener 135 is freely movable between the first positions 132, 142 and the second positions 133, 143 of the first long hole 131 and the second long hole 141 and can be fixed between the first positions 132, 142 and the second positions 133, 143 by the fastener 135, it becomes possible to freely move and fix one elongated member 103a and the other elongated member 103b between the first positions 132, 142 and the second positions 133, 143 of the first long hole 131 and the second long hole 141, making it even easier to fine-tune the posture of the filter.
[0146] Furthermore, as described above, since fastener 135 of clamping device 101 is composed of bolt 136 and nut 137, the movable state of elongated members 103a, 103b can be easily changed between a fixed state and a movable state of elongated members 103a, 103b depending on the degree of tightening of bolt 136 and nut 137, making clamping device 101 easy to use.
[0147] FIG. 20 is a schematic diagram showing the dish bottom of a filter according to other embodiments, (1) being the fourth embodiment, (2) being the fifth embodiment, and (3) being the sixth embodiment.
[0148] The filters 150, 160, and 170 according to the fourth to sixth embodiments have basically the same configuration as the filter 40 according to the first embodiment, so the following description will focus on the differences.
[0149] 5(1), filter 150 of the fourth embodiment has a plurality of small holes 154 larger than those of the first embodiment provided in dish bottom portion 153 of frame body 151. This makes it easier to insert hook portions 11a, 11b of clamping tool 1 described in the first embodiment. In addition, filter 150 itself is less likely to become clogged.
[0150] 5(2), a filter 160 of the fifth embodiment has a plurality of small holes 164 that are smaller than those of the first embodiment provided in a dish bottom portion 163 of a frame body 161. This further reduces the risk of soil and sand flowing out from the drainage pipe. In this case, the hook portions 11a and 11b of the clamping tool 1 described in the first embodiment may be made thinner to fit the small holes 164.
[0151] 5(3), a filter 170 of the sixth embodiment has a dish bottom 173 of a frame 171 provided with a plurality of small holes 174 similar to those of the fourth embodiment, and also has an X-shaped closing portion 175. This makes it possible to reduce the risk of soil flowing out of the drain pipe while maintaining the ease of insertion of the hook portions 11a and 11b of the clamping tool 1.
[0152] The filters 150, 160, 170 according to the fourth to sixth embodiments can be held not only by the holding tool 1 of the first embodiment but also by the holding tool 101 of the second embodiment.
[0153] In the above embodiments, the clamping tool is formed by punching a steel plate, but the material and manufacturing method are not limited to this. It may be made of wood or resin, or may be formed by casting.
[0154] In the above embodiments, the length of the clamping tool is not limited, and may be long enough for the clamping part to reach the rear end of the drain pipe when the user pushes in with their arm. For ease of operation, it is preferable that the clamping part is longer than the drain pipe on which the filter is to be attached or replaced, and more preferably that the gripping part is long enough to extend outside the drain pipe.
[0155] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the clamping portion has a specific shape, but is not limited to this, and may have other shapes, such as a non-slip surface with projections and recesses.
[0156] Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the clamping portion has a hook portion, but the hook portion may be omitted.
[0157] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the hook portion has a hook shape, but this is not limited to this, and may have other shapes such as a T-shape.
[0158] Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the clamping portion has a movement preventing portion, but the movement preventing portion may be omitted.
[0159] Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the movement prevention parts have a mountain-like shape facing inward, but this is not limited to this. They may face in other directions or have other shapes, such as facing outward or being formed in a kamaboko shape.
[0160] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the grip portion has a specific shape, but is not limited to this. It may have another shape, such as a thick rod shape without an opening and a grip wrapped around it to make it easier to hold.
[0161] Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the connecting portion has a specific shape, but is not limited thereto, and may have any other configuration as long as it supports the elongated members so as to be able to open and close freely and allows the elongated members to move relatively in the longitudinal direction while holding an object therebetween.
[0162] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the fastening portion is configured by a bolt and a nut, but is not limited to this and may be other fastening portions.
[0163] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the filter has a specific structure, but is not limited to this. As long as it is attached to the drain pipe, it may have a conical shape, a filter with legs to prevent the filter from falling off inside the drain pipe, or a filter with a lid with holes that covers the filter body on the frame to prevent the filter body from falling off, or other shapes may be used.
[0164] Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the filter has a configuration in which the filter body is attached inside the frame, but this is not limited to this. The filter may have a configuration in which the filter body is not provided by forming small holes in the filter frame and providing the same function as the filter body.
[0165] Furthermore, in each of the above embodiments, the flange portion of the filter is flexible, but this is not limited to this. It may be a non-flexible one as long as it can be inserted into the drain pipe by reducing its diameter, etc.
[0166] Furthermore, in each of the above-described embodiments, the material of the frame of the filter is not particularly limited, and any material may be used as long as it does not deteriorate in the soil.
