[0047] During the operation of the power distribution device, the current flow can be referred to as follows (in this embodiment, the input terminal is a current input terminal 1001, and the first output terminal and the second output terminal are current output terminals 1002, as shown in Figures 1 to 7):
[0048] 1. Pre-power-on process: When the external control system determines that the pre-power-on has started, the input voltage of the pre-charge relay 8 enters the body 81 of the pre-charge relay 8, starting the operation of the pre-charge relay 8. First, the input current enters the fuse 2 from the first end 22 of the fuse 2, passes through the connection between the second end 21 of the fuse 2 and the second end 73 of the pre-charge resistor 72 and enters the pre-charge resistor 72, then passes through the connection between the first end 71 of the pre-charge resistor 72 and the pre-charge relay 8 and enters the pre-charge relay 8, finally passes through the connection between the pre-charge relay 8 and the first end 51 of the connecting harness 5 and flows out to the connecting harness 5, and finally flows out from the connecting harness 5.
[0049] 2. Pre-power-on power-off process: When the external control system determines that the pre-power-on is completed, the input voltage of the main relay core 4 enters the main relay core 4, the main relay core 4 starts to operate, the pre-charge relay 8 stops operating, and the current stops in the pre-charge resistor 72.
[0050] 3. Discharge process: the main relay core 4 starts to operate, and after the pre-power-on is powered off (the pre-charge circuit module is powered off), the current enters the fuse 2 from the first end 22 of the fuse 2, passes through the connection between the second end 21 of the fuse 2 and the first end 41 of the main relay core 4, enters the main relay core 4, and finally flows out of the main relay core 4.

[0052] At the same time, the fastening screw mounting feet of the normal pre-charge relay 8 product itself are also eliminated, reducing the required installation space. The pre-charge relay 8 and the bottom shell 6 are changed to be installed in a buckle manner, saving installation space and product costs. In addition, the main positive circuit module is located at the top, and the pre-charge circuit module is located at the bottom, and the layout is aligned with the housing using a stacking method, breaking away from the normal tiling method and making full use of the redundant space inside the module. The pre-charge resistor 72 is fixed by the positioning rib of the upper cover and the elastic sheet of the bottom shell 6. The fastening screw mounting feet of the normal pre-charge resistor 72 are eliminated, further saving installation space and product costs. In addition, the fuse 2 and the main relay core 4 use a fastening screw to lock the second end 21 of the fuse 2 and the first end 41 of the main relay core 4, eliminating the usual pivotal connection method of the connecting copper bus bar, which is helpful in saving installation space and product costs, improves the internal space utilization rate of the power distribution device, and the elements do not affect each other. Damaged elements can be replaced individually, which is beneficial for improving the product pass rate and reducing loss of product after-sales service, and has low usage costs.
[0053] The above is merely a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, and is not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, or improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
