Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a multiple cable installation jig and multiple cable installation method that can efficiently install cables in a cable rack supported, for example, near a ceiling. [Background technology]

[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Various devices and methods have been proposed for installing cables in wiring equipment called cable racks or cable ladders, which are made up of parent and child girders.

[0003] The cable laying device described in Patent Document 1 is a laying device that uses a hollow chute formed along the parent beam of the cable ladder. The cable is pulled while moving a shuttle inside the chute, and a spare rope to be connected to the cable is connected to the shuttle, and the cable is moved together with the shuttle.

[0004] The cable installation method described in Patent Document 2 first involves wrapping and arranging multiple ring-shaped supports along the longitudinal direction of a cable rack. Then, a long-body towing tool is placed on the sub-girder after passing through the supports. Furthermore, the end of the cable is connected to the long-body towing tool, and the cable is laid on the sub-girder of the cable rack by towing the towing tool.

[0005] The multiple cable simultaneous laying jig described in Patent Document 3 is configured to use a sled body that can be placed on the sub-girders of a cable rack. That is, an untwisting jig is connected to the sled body, and multiple cables or pilot ropes are connected to the untwisting jig. The sled body with the multiple cables connected to it is moved over the sub-girders of the cable rack to lay multiple cables at the same time. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Special Publication No. 7-34614 [Patent Document 2] Patent No. 4523534 [Patent Document 3] Patent No. 6132607 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] The cable laying device described in Patent Document 1 uses hollow chutes formed along the parent girders of the cable ladder, so it is necessary to provide chutes along all the parent girders of the cable ladder through which the cables are laid. This means that the installation and manufacturing costs of the chutes are extremely high, which is an inconvenience.

[0008] In addition, the cable-laying method described in Patent Document 2 involves passing the traction tools of the long body through multiple supports arranged along the longitudinal direction of the cable rack, so the longer the cable wiring distance, the more supports must be arranged and the long body must be passed through these supports in advance. This requires an extremely large amount of work, such as the work of arranging the supports and the work of passing the long body through them in advance.

[0009] On the other hand, the multiple cable simultaneous extension jig described in Patent Document 3 is configured to move the sled body, to which multiple cables are connected, on the sub-girders of the cable rack. Therefore, if cables are already laid on the sub-girders of the cable rack, there is a risk that the cables will be damaged when the sled body is moved.

[0010] Furthermore, as the number of connected cables increases or the distance along the railway line becomes longer, the load on the sled body increases, which makes it difficult to move the sled body when there are many cables installed or the distance along the railway line becomes longer.

[0011] Therefore, the present invention has been created to solve the conventional problems, and has an object to provide a multiple cable installation jig and a multiple cable installation method that can efficiently install multiple cables in a cable rack. [Means for solving the problem]

[0012] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the first means of the present invention is a multiple cable laying jig that simultaneously lays multiple cables C on a cable rack P, and comprises a laying body 10 having a length between the parent girders P1, a connector 40 that connects the ends of multiple cables C to the laying body 10, a rope-like towing device 50 that tows the laying body 10, and a movable engagement body 20 that is provided at both ends of the laying body 10 and abuts against the upper surface of the parent girder P1 and engages it freely.

[0013] The second means comprises a fall prevention device 30 provided on the installation body 10 to abut against the inner surface of the parent girder P1 to prevent the installation body 10 from falling off from the parent girder P1.

[0014] The moving engagement body 20 of the third means includes a rotating roller 23 that rotates along the upper surface of the parent beam P1.

[0015] The movable engaging body 20 of the fourth means comprises a connecting portion 21 which connects the end of the laying body 10 and is positioned inside the parent girder P1, and a locking portion 22 which is bent and formed from the connecting portion 21 toward the upper surface side of the parent girder P1, and the rotating roller 23 is provided on the locking portion 22.

[0016] The fall-off prevention device 30 of the fifth means is configured to engage with the inside of a recess P1a having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed on the upper inside part of the parent beam P1.

[0017] The fall prevention device 30 of the sixth means is equipped with a contact roller 32 that contacts the inner surface of the main beam P1.

[0018] The seventh means, the anti-fall-off device 30, comprises a base plate 31 arranged along the inside of the parent girder P1 and connected to the movable engagement body 20, and a contact roller 32 arranged on the base plate 31 and contacting the inner surface of the parent girder P1, and is configured so that the position of the base plate 31 connected to the movable engagement body 20 can be freely adjusted, and the contact position of the contact roller 32 can be adjusted.

[0019] The installation body 10 of the eighth means is a pair of cylindrical bodies having different diameters superimposed on each other so that the length can be freely adjusted.

[0020] The ninth means is a multiple cable laying method for simultaneously laying multiple cables C on a cable rack P, which includes providing a laying body 10 that moves along the upper surfaces of the parent girders P1, connecting the ends of multiple cables C to the laying body 10, and pulling the laying body 10 along the upper surface of the parent girder P1 to simultaneously lay multiple cables C on the child girder P2. Effect of the Invention

[0021] To provide a cable rack according to the present invention, which can efficiently lay a plurality of cables on a cable rack, can eliminate the risk of damaging the cables even if they are already laid on a sub-girder, and can easily lay the cables even when the number of cables is large or the distance along the track is long. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0023] The installation tool of the present invention is used when simultaneously installing multiple cables C on a cable rack P that is supported on a ceiling or the like, and comprises a installation main body 10, a movable engagement body 20, a fall prevention device 30, a connecting device 40, and a towing device 50 (see Figure 1).

[0024] The installation body 10 is tubular with a length between the parent girders P1, and is connected to the mobile engagement body 20 and connector 40 (see FIG. 7), which will be described later. The installation body 10 shown in the figure is configured by slidingly stacking a pair of square cylinders with different diameters so that the length can be adjusted. That is, the small pipe 12 is slidably housed inside the large pipe 11, and the length of the installation body 10 is adjusted by aligning it with the adjustment holes 11a and 12a drilled in the side surfaces of each pipe with the length adjustment pin 13.

[0025] The movable engagement body 20 is a member provided at both ends of the installation body 10, and engages with the upper surface of the parent girder P1 to be freely movable (see FIG. 6). At this time, the movable engagement body 20 is easily moved by a plurality of rotating rollers 23 provided on the movable engagement body 20.

[0026] The illustrated movable engagement body 20 has a connecting portion 21 and a locking portion 22 formed of a metal plate material, and a rotating roller 23 is provided on the locking portion 22 (see FIG. 8). That is, the connecting portion 21 is formed with a substantially L-shaped side that connects the ends of the cable installation body 10 and is disposed inside the parent beam P1. The connecting portion 21 has an adjustment hole 21a for connecting a fall prevention device 30 (see FIG. 9). The locking portion 22 is bent from the connecting portion 21 toward the upper surface side of the parent beam P1, and the locking portion 22 is provided with a rotating roller 23 (see FIG. 8). It is preferable that the rotating roller 23 is made of resin, rubber, or the like so as not to damage the cable rack P.

[0027] The fall-off prevention device 30 is a member that prevents the installation body 10 from falling off from the parent girder P1 by abutting against the inner side of the parent girder P1 (see FIG. 5). The illustrated fall-off prevention device 30 is connected to the connecting part 21 of the moving engagement body 20 so as to be freely position-adjustable, and includes a base plate 31 and a contact roller 32. That is, the base plate 31 is a plate-like member that is provided along the inner side of the parent girder P1 and connected to the connecting part 21 (see FIG. 6). The contact roller 32 is provided on this base plate 31, and prevents the installation body 10 from falling off by abutting against the inner side of the parent girder P1.

[0028] Furthermore, the illustrated contact roller 32 is positioned so as to contact the inside of a recess P1a having a generally U-shaped cross section formed on the upper inside portion of the parent beam P1 (see FIG. 5).

[0029] To release this fall prevention device 30 from the parent girder P1, it is necessary to change the position of the contact roller 32 that is in contact with the parent girder P1 so that the contact roller 32 moves away from the parent girder P1. For this reason, the position of the contact roller 32 is adjusted together with the base plate 31 connected to the connecting portion 21 of the movable engagement body 20 (see FIG. 6). Therefore, the movable engagement body 20 can be attached even from the middle of the parent girder P1 by using the knob bolt 24.

[0030] In the illustrated example, an adjustment hole 21a having a planar L-shape is formed in the connecting portion 21 of the movable engagement body 20, and the base plate 31 of the fall-off prevention device 30 is connected by a knob bolt 24 passing through this adjustment hole 21a (see FIG. 9). Then, by moving this knob bolt 24 along the adjustment hole 21a, the position of the contact roller 32 moves together with the base plate 31 connected to the knob bolt 24. Also, there are a plurality of shapes of the parent girder P1 of the cable rack P. A plurality of adjustment holes 21a are formed so that adjustment is possible even when the shape of the parent girder P1 is different.

[0031] 10(B) along the adjustment hole 21a, for example, when the position of the knob bolt 24, which is in the right-hand state in Fig. 10(A), is moved along the adjustment hole 21a to the left-hand state, the base plate 31 moves along with the knob bolt 24, and the contact roller 32 provided on the base plate 31 moves away from the parent girder P1. On the other hand, when the position of the knob bolt 24, which is in the left-hand state in Fig. 10(B), is moved along the adjustment hole 21a to the right-hand state, the base plate 31 moves along with the knob bolt 24, and the contact roller 32 provided on the base plate 31 comes into contact with the parent girder P1.

[0032] The connector 40 is a member that connects the cable C and the towing tool 50 to the cable installation body 10 (see FIG. 1). The connector 40 shown in the figure is a fixed body 41 with a U-shaped side and a connecting body 42 connected thereto (see FIG. 2). The fixed body 41 is attached to the outer periphery of the cable installation body 10, and the cable C and the towing tool 50 are connected via the connecting body 42 fixed to the fixed body 41 (see FIG. 1). The indexing tool 50 is generally made of a wire rope or the like. In this case, an eye bolt and an eye nut are used as the connecting body 42, and the connecting body 42 is fixed to the fixed body 41 by screwing them together (see FIG. 11). An untwisting jig may also be attached to the connecting body 42.

[0033] Next, to use the installation jig of the present invention, first place the movable engagement body 20 on the parent girder P1 of the cable rack P (see FIG. 2). Then, operate the knob bolt 24 of the movable engagement body 20 to adjust the contact roller 32 of the fall prevention device 30 so that it comes into contact with the inner surface of the parent girder P1 (see FIG. 10(b)). Then, the rotating roller 23 of the movable engagement body 20 comes into contact with the upper surface of the parent girder P1, and the contact roller 32 of the fall prevention device 30 comes into contact with the inner surface of the parent girder P1 (see FIG. 3).

[0034] In this state, the ends of multiple cables C are connected to the connector 40, and the towing tool 50 is connected to the connector 40 (see FIG. 1). Then, when the moving engagement body 20 moves over the parent girder P1 by pulling the towing tool 50, multiple cables C are simultaneously laid on the child girder P2. At this time, the cable installation body 10, cables C, and connector 40 move inside the cable rack P, so when the cable rack P is viewed from the side, it appears as if only the moving engagement body 20 is moving (see FIG. 4). Therefore, even if the cable rack P is installed in a narrow position in the ceiling recess, the task of laying the cables C on the cable rack P becomes easy.

[0035] The laying method of the present invention uses a laying body 10 that moves along the upper surfaces of the parent girders P1. That is, the ends of multiple cables C are connected to the laying body 10. Next, this laying body 10 is pulled along the upper surface of the parent girder P1. In this way, multiple cables C are laid simultaneously on the child girder P2. As a result, even if a cable C has already been laid on the child girder P2, a new cable C can be laid on the child girder P2 without damaging the cable C.

[0036] The embodiments of the present invention are not limited to the illustrated examples. For example, the cable rack P can be applied to not only straight cable racks as in the illustrated examples, but also curved or inclined cable racks P. The design can be freely changed within the scope of the present invention, such as changing each component part or changing the type of cable to be laid. [Explanation of symbols]
