Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a godet arrangement for a melt spinning apparatus with a plurality of godets according to the preamble of claim 1 . [Background technology]
[0002] The godet arrangement mentioned at the outset is known, for example, from WO 2015 / 049316.
[0003] When producing a synthetic thread in a melt spinning process, the drawing of the synthetic thread and the relaxation of the thread in order to reduce the internal stresses are carried out by means of a godet arrangement. Such a godet arrangement has a number of godets with some godet jackets that are not heated and some that are heated. The heated godet jackets of these godets are used for temperature conditioning the threads, whereby the thread material is heated to a drawing temperature and the thread material is heated to a relaxation temperature in order to reduce the internal stresses. The godet jackets have different surface temperatures depending on the respective processing state. In this case, due to the compact arrangement, it is necessary to keep the godet jackets of the godets as little as possible from the surroundings by temperature control. It is therefore known for the godet jackets to be arranged in a thermally insulated manner with respect to the surroundings. In order to be able to maintain a compact arrangement nevertheless, a thermally insulated housing is used which surrounds the temperature-conditioned godet jackets.
[0004] For this purpose, in the known godet arrangement, the godet jacket, which is heated to a higher temperature, is arranged inside the heat-insulating housing. The heated godet with the godet jacket having a lower surface temperature is held outside the heat-insulating housing and, in the known godet arrangement, is separated from the surroundings by a cover housing. For this purpose, the godet, the heat-insulating housing and the cover housing are held on a support wall. In this case, the cover housing and the heat-insulating housing have a yarn opening in order to allow the yarn bundle to run around the periphery of the godet jacket.
[0005] When product changes require changes in the heat treatment of the yarns which affect the surface temperature of the godet, additional insulation measures may be required.
[0006] However, the prior art also knows godet arrangements in which all heated godets are arranged inside a thermally insulated housing. Such a godet arrangement is known from DE 10 2013 211 809 A1. Inside the thermally insulated housing, several insulation elements are provided to insulate the godet jackets from one another. However, this increases the expenditure of the arrangement if several godet jackets are to be operated at the same surface temperature.
[0007] However, godet arrangements are also known in which the godet arrangement or parts of the godet arrangement are held in an exchangeable manner on the machine frame, as described in DE 10 2017 011 183 A1, and which are therefore required to carry out extensive conversion operations in order to stretch and relax the yarn when changing products. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0008] The object of the present invention is therefore to improve a godet device for a melt spinning apparatus of the type described at the beginning, so that a wide variety of synthetic yarns can be drawn and relaxed with as little effort as possible on the apparatus and without laborious rearrangement operations. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one of the housing walls of the insulating housing is removably and replaceably held on the support wall.
[0010] Advantageous refinements of the invention are defined by the features and feature combinations of the respective dependent claims.
[0011] The invention is based on the fact that, for producing fully drawn yarns, the heated godet jackets of the godets can be divided into essentially two groups, each group comprising a number of heated godet jackets. In this case, only the number of godet jackets used for drawing and relaxation, respectively, can be varied. Thus, usually, the post-treatment of the yarn for shrinkage treatment is carried out with a maximum of three godet jackets or alternatively with two godet jackets. If necessary, in order to insulate a different number of godet jackets in the insulating housing, according to the invention, at least one of the housing walls of the insulating housing can be removed and replaced. Thus, one of the housing walls of the insulating housing is held removably and replaceably on the support wall.
[0012] When the number of godet jackets, each of which has the same surface temperature, is changed, a development of the invention is preferably implemented in which the support wall and / or the insulating housing has a number of holding devices, which can selectively hold the exchangeable housing walls, so that depending on the number of godet jackets, different shielding can be achieved inside the insulating housing.
[0013] A refinement of the invention is particularly advantageous in that the holding devices are designed to be spaced apart from one another so that the spatial size of the thermally insulated housing is variable, thus ensuring the position of each of the exchangeable housing walls forming a closed thermally insulated housing, which can only be accessed for adjacent godets through the yarn inlet opening.
[0014] For the production of fully drawn yarns in a melt spinning process, a refinement of the invention has proven particularly advantageous, in which the spatial size of the insulating housing is variable to accommodate different numbers of heated godet jackets, thereby allowing drawing and relaxation of the yarn to be carried out by different numbers of godets while the godet jackets remain in a fixed position.
[0015] In order to protect the operator and to avoid steam generation, it is further specified that a cover housing is held on the support wall on the side of the insulating housing, and that this cover housing can surround a number of heated godet peripheral walls of the godet arranged outside the insulating housing.
[0016] In this case, a refinement of the invention is particularly advantageous in which an exchangeable housing wall is arranged between the insulation housing and the cover housing, so that it is possible to selectively enlarge or reduce the cover housing or the insulation housing.
[0017] Since relatively high surface temperatures in the range of 120-160°C, preferably 130-160°C, are required for the relaxation and stress reduction of the synthetic yarns at the godet jacket, a refinement according to the invention is particularly advantageous in which the heated godet jacket of the godet is formed as a relaxation godet for relaxing the yarn bundle inside the thermally insulated housing, and optionally two or three relaxation godets are held against the yarn runway. With only one change in the heated godet jacket, different yarn types and processes can be carried out. Thus, it is known to stretch and relax fully drawn yarns in the dry state. It is also known to stretch and relax such fully drawn yarns in the wet state. However, each method type requires a different number of relaxation godets.
[0018] The heated godets of the godet jacket are therefore formed outside the thermally insulated housing, preferably as pre-drawing godets, alternatively three or two drawing godets being held against the yarn run, so that a positionally invariable arrangement of five heated godets is available, as a result of which different yarn types and different production processes can be carried out.
[0019] In this case, between the relaxation godet and the pre-drawing godet, a drawing zone for drawing the yarn bundle is advantageously formed, which can be displaced depending on the division of the pre-drawing godet and the relaxation godet.
[0020] The godet arrangement according to the invention can therefore be used particularly flexibly, by means of which the synthetic threads can be stretched and relaxed whilst the godets remain in a permanent position.
[0021] The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to some embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 3.2] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a godet device according to the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0023] 1.1 and 1.2 show a schematic diagram of a first embodiment of a godet apparatus according to the present invention. This embodiment shows a typical arrangement of godets used to produce fully drawn yarn (FDY) in a melt spinning apparatus. The following description applies to both figures unless explicit reference is made to one of the figures.
[0024] The illustrated embodiment has a number of godets 2.1-2.8, which are arranged relative to a predefined yarn run, which is indicated by a group of yarns 11. The godets 2.1-2.8 are arranged on the support wall 1 in such a way that the driven godet jackets 3.1-3.8 respectively protrude relative to the front surface of the support wall 1. The drives (not shown) of the godets 2.1-2.8 are arranged on the rear surface of the support wall. Such a construction of the godet arrangement is sufficiently known and is described in detail, for example, in WO 2015 / 049316, to which reference is made in this specification, without any further description of the arrangement of the drives.
[0025] In order to guide the yarns of the yarn group 11 through the godet jacket 3.1-3.8 in one turn with a comparatively narrow spacing between them, a run-in device (not shown) is usually arranged upstream of the first godet 2.1. Such a run-in device has a combed yarn guide, a cutting device and a suction device, by means of which the yarns coming from the melt spinning device can be led out together in the event of a yarn breakage. Reference is also made to the cited reference in this respect.
[0026] A total of five godets 2.2-2.6 are provided with heated godet walls 3.2-3.6, respectively, for drawing and relaxing the yarn group 11 in the melt spinning process. The remaining godets 2.1, 2.7, 2.8 are formed with a significantly reduced diameter and with non-heated godet walls 3.1, 3.7, 3.8.
[0027] The godets 2.1-2.8 are fixedly arranged and held on the support wall 1 and form a defined yarn path for the yarn group 11. The yarn group 11 is wound once around the godet jackets 3.1-3.8. The winding angle is in the range of 160°-360°, particularly preferably 180°-360°, for the heated godet jackets 3.2-3.6. The peripheral speed of the godet jackets 3.1-3.8 can be controlled individually by assigned drives depending on the process. Heating means for heating the godet jackets 3.2-3.6, which are arranged in the godets 2.2-2.6, can also be controlled individually, so that a predefined surface temperature for the heat treatment of the yarn group 11 is maintained. The heated godet jackets 3.2-3.6 of the godets 2.2-2.6 are separated from one another and are partially arranged in a thermally insulated housing 4, which prevents mutual influence of the surface temperatures due to the small distances between the godet jackets 3.2-3.6. The thermally insulated housing 4 is formed by a number of housing walls 5 made of a thermally insulating material.
[0028] A cover housing 7 is assigned next to the side of the insulation housing 4. The godet jackets 3.2, 3.3 to be heated are covered by the cover housing 7 on the outside of the insulation housing 4 and are shielded from the surroundings. In this embodiment, the cover housing 7 is held on the side of the insulation housing 4. The insulation housing 4 and the cover housing 7 are held together on the support wall 1. The insulation housing 4 and the cover housing 7 protrude relative to the support wall 1 in such a way that they completely surround the godet jackets 3.2-3.6 of the godets 2.2-2.6 on the support wall 1. The insulation housing 4 and the cover housing 7 can be closed separately from one another or together by doors.
[0029] For guiding the yarn group 11, the cover housing 7 and the heat-insulating housing 4 have a number of yarn openings 8.1-8.3. The yarn opening 8.1 is formed in the housing wall 7.1 of the cover housing 7 between the godet circumferential walls 3.1, 3.2, and the yarn openings 8.2, 8.3 are formed in the housing wall 5 of the heat-insulating housing 4. For this purpose, an exchangeable housing wall 5.1 is formed in the heat-insulating housing 4 between the cover housing 7 and the heat-insulating housing 4. The exchangeable housing wall 5.1 is held in the heat-insulating housing 4 by a holding device 6.1 or directly in the support wall 1. The holding device 6.1 is formed in such a way that the exchangeable housing wall 5.1 can be removably connected to the heat-insulating housing 4. In addition to the holding device 6.1, a further holding device 6.2 is formed in the heat-insulating housing 4 or directly in the support wall 1. The holding devices 6.1, 6.2 are formed in the heat-insulating housing 4 at a distance from one another. In this case, the housing wall 5.1 is selectively held in a holding device 6.1 or in a holding device 6.2. The arrangement of the housing wall 5.1 depends on the respective process for stretching and relaxing the yarn group 11 and on the yarn type.
[0030] Below the insulating housing 4 and the cover housing 7, godets 2.7, 2.8 are arranged, each with a non-heated godet jacket 3.7, 3.8. The running plane of the yarn group 11, developed by the godet jackets 3.7, 3.8, is usually used for after-treatment. Upstream of the godet jacket 3.7, a wetting device is therefore preferably arranged for wetting the yarns of the yarn group 11 with a fluid. Between the godet jackets 3.7, 3.8, an interlacing device is preferably used in order to obtain a yarn bond on the yarns of the yarn group 11 before they are wound up to form a package. Such a device is neither shown nor described in detail. Reference is here again made to the cited WO 2015 / 049316.
[0031] FIG. 1.1 shows a first arrangement of the housing wall 5.1. The housing wall 5.1 of the insulating housing 4 is arranged in the holding device 6.1 and forms a yarn inlet between the cover housing 7 and the insulating housing 4. In this arrangement of the housing wall 5.1, the insulating housing 4 has a maximum spatial size for surrounding and insulating all three heated godet jackets 3.4, 3.5, 3.6. The upstream heated godet jackets 3.2, 3.3 are held in the cover housing 7.
[0032] To stretch and relax the yarns of the yarn group 11, the yarns are first preheated at the godet jackets 3.2, 3.3. For this purpose, the godet jackets 3.2, 3.3 each have a surface temperature of, for example, 50° C. to 110° C., particularly preferably 60° C. to 80° C. These godets for preheating the yarn group can also be called predrawing godets. For this purpose, the predrawing godets 2.2, 2.3 are shielded by a cover housing 7.
[0033] The differential speed required for drawing the yarns occurs between the godet jackets 3.3 and 3.4. In this respect, the yarns are drawn at the inlet of the godet jacket 3.4 of the middle godet 2.4. After drawing, relaxation and therefore stress reduction is directly initiated in the yarns of the yarn group 11, so that the surface temperature of the godet jacket 3.4 is heated, for example to a temperature of 160° C. For stress reduction in the yarns of the yarn group 11, the godet jackets 3.4-3.6 of the godets 2.4-2.6 are operated with approximately equal circumferential speeds and / or identical surface temperatures. The godet jackets 3.4-3.6 of the godets 2.4-2.6 may be operated with a circumferential speed reduced by 1-5% and / or a surface temperature reduced by 10-70%. The godets used for relaxing the yarn groups are also referred to herein as relaxing godets. In this respect, a total of three relief godets 2.4-2.6 with godet perimeter walls 3.4-3.6 are arranged inside an insulating housing 4 and are held in an insulated manner on the support wall 1.
[0034] The arrangement and distribution of the heated godet walls 3.2-3.6 inside the cover housing 7 and the insulating housing 4 shown in FIG. 1.1 is preferably used for the process in which the yarn is drawn off from the spinning device in the dry state.
[0035] FIG. 1.2 shows an embodiment in which the godets 2.1-2.8 are arranged in the same manner. In this embodiment, the replaceable housing wall 5.1 of the insulating housing 4 is held in a holding device 6.2. This reduces the spatial size of the insulating housing 4 and the yarn inlet 8.2 is formed between the godet walls 3.4, 3.5 in the yarn path. Thus, only the godet walls 3.5, 3.6 of the godets 2.5, 2.6 are arranged inside the insulating housing 4 insulated from the remaining godets 2.2-2.4. The godet walls 3.2-3.4 arranged outside the insulating housing 4 are arranged in the cover housing 7 and in the open area of the insulating housing 4.
[0036] In the embodiment of the configuration of the insulating housing 4 shown in Fig. 1.2, godets 2.2-2.4 are used as pre-drawing godets to heat the yarn group 11 to the required drawing temperature for drawing. The drawing of the yarn group takes place in the yarn path between the godet walls 3.4, 3.5.
[0037] For the purpose of relaxation, godet circumferential walls 3.5, 3.6 are arranged inside the insulating housing 4 as relaxation godets 2.5, 2.6. This configuration of the insulating housing 4 is preferably used in the process of drawing the yarn from the spinning device in a wet state.
[0038] The holding devices 6.1, 6.2 shown in Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2 can be formed directly on the insulating housing 4 or on the supporting wall 1 in different structural configurations. One possible embodiment is shown diagrammatically in Fig. 2, which shows a part of the insulating housing 4 held on the supporting wall 1. The insulating housing 4 is held on the supporting wall 1 via a housing wall 5. The holding device 6.1 is formed as a plug-in connection device 9. For this purpose, the wall 5 of the insulating housing 4 has a number of plug-in openings 9.1. A number of holding lugs 10 of the replaceable housing wall 5.1 are held in these plug-in openings 9.1. The housing wall 5.1 can thus be easily attached and detached. In this case, the plug-in openings 9.1 can also be formed correspondingly in the supporting wall 1 for extension. Alternatively, however, it is also possible to form the holding device 6.1 directly on the supporting wall 1.
[0039] In figures 3.1 and 3.2, another embodiment of the godet device according to the invention is shown in several operating situations. The embodiment shown in figures 3.1 and 3.2 is designed identically to the embodiment shown in figures 1.1 and 1.2 with regard to the arrangement of the godets 2.1-2.8 and the insulating housing 4 as well as the cover housing 7. To this extent, only the differences with respect to the previously described embodiment will be described here, and in the remaining respects reference should be made to the above description.
[0040] In the embodiment shown in Figures 3.1 and 3.2, the insulating housing is provided with only one holding device 6.1 for mounting the replaceable housing wall 5.1. A thermally insulating separating wall 5.2 is arranged inside the insulating housing 4 at a distance from this holding device 6.1. This separating wall 5.2 forms, together with the housing wall 5, the yarn inlet 8.3 between the godet walls 3.4, 3.5.
[0041] The housing wall 5.1 is held in a removable and replaceable manner in the holding device 6.1, by which the godet jacket 3.4 of the godet 2.4 can be selectively and independently held in an insulated manner, as shown in FIG.
[0042] As is clear from FIG. 3.1, the housing wall 5.1 separates the cover housing 7 from the insulated housing 4 forming the yarn inlet 8.2. The godet peripheral walls 3.4-3.6 are therefore arranged inside the insulated housing 4. In this case, the godet peripheral wall 3.4 is kept separately insulated. Thus, for the drawing and relaxation of the yarn group 11, a total of two pre-drawing godets 2.2, 2.3 are provided in the cover housing 7 and a total of three relaxation godets 2.4-2.6 are provided in the insulated housing 4.
[0043] In the operating state shown in FIG. 3.2, the housing wall 5.1 has been removed, thereby opening up the area of the godet peripheral wall 3.4 to the cover housing 7. Thus, with this configuration of the insulating housing 4, a total of three pre-drawing godets 2.2-2.4 and a total of two relaxation godets 2.5, 2.6 are provided for drawing and relaxing the yarn group 11.
[0044] It should be explicitly mentioned here for the sake of clarity that in the illustrated embodiment, the respective number of godet walls arranged inside the insulating housing is an example, as is the number of godets inside the cover housing. What is important for the godet device according to the invention is the variable insulating effect of the insulating housing by means of removable and replaceable housing walls.
