Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a top level setting jig used to set the top level of a concrete foundation when pouring the concrete foundation of a building. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, in the formation of concrete foundations for houses, etc., ordinary concrete with poor fluidity is poured up to a specified height, and then a leveller with a high cement ratio and high fluidity is poured up to the top level to form a flat surface with the unevenness of the concrete surface corrected. In this case, the height of the concrete and the height of the leveller are determined using a top-finishing jig and a laser emitter, etc.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a top-extending jig that includes a resin cylindrical holding part having an axial hole, a resin reinforcing bar mounting part that is integrally provided on the outer wall of the cylindrical holding part parallel or perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylindrical holding part and is detachably mounted to a reinforcing bar arranged on the ground, and a long adjustment rod that is inserted into the axial hole of the cylindrical holding part and arranged vertically, is tightly fastened and attached to the cylindrical holding part, and is made slidable relative to the axial hole when an external force is applied. Cited Document 1 discloses, as examples of the top-extending jig, a type that is mounted via the reinforcing bar mounting part to vertically arranged vertical reinforcing bars and a type that is mounted via the reinforcing bar mounting part to horizontally arranged horizontal reinforcing bars. These top-end extension jigs have a cylindrical reinforcing bar mounting portion that is separated at one point around the circumference to form an approximately C-shape, and both separated side portions are provided with locking protrusions that releasably lock into each other. As a result, the reinforcing bar mounting portion is firmly fixed to the reinforcing bar (i.e. the vertical reinforcing bar or horizontal reinforcing bar) by the locking protrusions. As a result, even if force is applied to the top-end extension jig when adjusting the height or pouring concrete, the top-end extension jig is reliably prevented from falling off the reinforcing bar.

[0004] Patent Document 2 also proposes a top end extension jig that can be detachably attached to horizontal reinforcing bars that are arranged horizontally. This top end extension jig is integrated with the side of the pipe member opposite the reinforcing bar mounting portion, and has a cross reinforcing bar abutment portion that extends in the direction opposite to the extension direction of the reinforcing bar mounting portion. By actively using the top end extension jig at the point where the horizontal reinforcing bar and the vertical reinforcing bar intersect, this cross reinforcing bar abutment portion makes it possible to easily stop rotation relative to the horizontal reinforcing bar by utilizing the vertical reinforcing bar. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 5687406 [Patent Document 2] JP 2016-30990 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, when attaching the top edge extension jig of Patent Document 1 to a rebar, the work of engaging the locking protrusions on both sides of the approximately C-shaped rebar attachment section must be carried out within the narrow space between the inner and outer formwork, and further improvements in workability are desired.

[0007] On the other hand, the top edge extension jig in Patent Document 2 is attached to the horizontal reinforcing bars at the points where the vertical and horizontal reinforcing bars intersect in order to prevent rotation, but in places where multiple horizontal reinforcing bars are concentrated in the same place and arranged adjacent to each other above and below, there is a problem that installation is difficult because horizontal reinforcing bars other than the horizontal reinforcing bar to be attached may get in the way, making it impossible to place it in the place where it is actually needed.

[0008] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a top end extension jig that can be easily and reliably attached to vertical reinforcing bars even within a narrow space sandwiched between inner and outer formwork. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The top edge adjustment jig of the present invention is a top edge adjustment jig comprising: a long indicator rod that indicates the level of the top edge of a concrete foundation; and a resin main body having a cylindrical holding portion that holds the indicator rod so that it can move up and down, and which is removably attached to a vertical reinforcing bar arranged vertically in the space where concrete is poured. The main body comprises an engaging portion that protrudes in a bifurcated shape in a planar view from the front surface of the outer wall of the holding portion and removably engages with the side of the vertical reinforcing bar, and a fixing portion that protrudes forward from the front surface of the outer wall of the holding portion at a position above the engaging portion and is removably fixed to the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar. The fixing portion has an opening formed on its underside and is provided with a concave fitting hole with an inner side that fits externally to the outer circumferential surface of the vertical reinforcing bar inserted through the opening.

[0010] According to this configuration, when attaching the main body of the top end extension jig to the vertical reinforcing bar, the engaging part protruding from the front surface of the outer wall of the holding part in a bifurcated shape in a plan view engages with the side of the vertical reinforcing bar, positioning it vertically relative to the vertical reinforcing bar, and in this state, the fixing part is pressed down to fit the inner side of the fitting hole onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar, thereby fixing it. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably attach the vertical reinforcing bar even in a narrow space sandwiched between inner and outer formwork. Also, it is possible to reliably attach the vertical reinforcing bar without the horizontal reinforcing bar becoming an obstacle, even in a place where multiple horizontal reinforcing bars are concentrated in the same place and arranged adjacent to each other vertically.

[0011] The fitting hole also has a downwardly facing abutment surface provided above the inner surface.

[0012] With this configuration, the inner surface of the fitting hole fits externally against the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical rebar, and the downward abutment surface abuts against the upper end of the vertical rebar, restricting downward movement of the main body, thereby achieving the effect of securely fixing the main body to the vertical rebar.

[0013] The fitting hole has a plurality of inner surfaces whose inner diameters become smaller in a stepped manner toward the top. ShapeThe contact surfaces are provided on the upper sides of the respective inner surfaces.

[0014] According to this configuration, in the fitting hole, among the multiple inner surfaces whose inner diameters become smaller stepwise toward the top, the inner surface that matches the outer diameter of the vertical rebar is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical rebar, and the main body is fixed by the downward abutment surface provided on the upper side of the inner surface abutting against the upper end of the vertical rebar. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably attach the main body to multiple types of vertical rebars with different outer diameters.

[0015] Moreover, the inner surface is a tapered inner surface whose inner diameter tapers downward. According to this configuration, in the fitting hole, the inner diameter of the tapered inner surface tapers downward, so that the body is fixed by fitting the body to the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar at a height position where the inner diameter matches the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar. In other words, the body can be attached to a vertical reinforcing bar of any outer diameter within the range between the maximum inner diameter and the minimum inner diameter of the tapered inner surface. Therefore, an effect is achieved that the body can be easily and reliably attached to multiple types of vertical reinforcing bars with different outer diameters.

[0016] In addition, the fixing part has an inflow hole that connects the fitting hole to the upper surface and allows concrete to flow into the fitting hole. With this configuration, even if a space exists between the upper end surface of the vertical reinforcing bar and the ceiling surface of the fitting hole, the concrete flows in through the inflow hole to fill the space, thereby preventing voids from being formed in the concrete.

[0017] In addition, the fixing portion includes a fitting piece that is formed in a C-shape in a planar view with the front side open and has the fitting hole, and an abutment piece that is spaced apart above the fitting piece and has the abutment surface.

[0018] According to this configuration, when the open front part of the fitting piece is pressed against the side of the vertical reinforcing bar and the abutment piece is further pressed down, the inner side of the fitting hole fits onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar, and the downward abutment surface of the abutment piece abuts against the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar, restricting the downward movement of the main body, thereby providing the effect of reliably fixing the main body to the vertical reinforcing bar. Also, since the front side is formed into a C-shape in a plan view that is open, it can be fixed to multiple types of vertical reinforcing bars with different outer diameters.

[0019] In addition, the engaging portion is formed in a C-shape in plan view with an open front side. According to this configuration, when the open front side of the engaging portion is pressed against the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar to fit it, the engaging portion surrounds and engages with the vertical reinforcing bar in a C-shape in plan view, which has the effect of more reliably positioning multiple types of vertical reinforcing bars with different outer diameters in a vertical posture.

[0020] In addition, the holding portion has a bending portion provided in the middle in the axial direction, and is capable of being transformed from a center-bent position in which the bending portion is bent in half to a usage position in which the bending portion extends to make the entire portion coaxial.

[0021] With this configuration, when the main body is in the folded position, the engagement portion and the fixing portion open on the same side, and the demolding direction can be in one direction, thereby simplifying the structure of the mold device and facilitating manufacturing.

[0022] In addition, the indicator rod comprises a long, thin metal round bar, and the retaining portion inserts the round bar into the axial hole in a pressed state and holds the indicator rod so that it can slide up and down relative to the axial hole when subjected to an external force.

[0023] With this configuration, when the resin main body is attached to the vertical rebar and the holding part is positioned so that it is in a vertical state, the indicator rod attached by pressing a round rod into the axial hole of the holding part can be aligned to the top level of the concrete foundation by applying force vertically by hand or the like and sliding it.

[0024] In addition, the indicator rod consists of a rod-shaped member having a spiral groove formed on at least the outer periphery of the lower part, and the holding portion has a screw-engaging protrusion portion on the inner periphery of the axial hole that screws into the groove portion of the indicator rod, and holds the indicator rod so that it can be moved up and down by rotating it around the axis.

[0025] With this configuration, when the plastic body is attached to the vertical rebar and positioned so that the holding part is in a vertical state, the indicator rod, which is attached by fitting the screw-engagement protrusion on the inner circumference of the axial hole of the holding part into the spiral groove on the outer circumference, can be moved up and down by rotating it around the axis with a screwdriver or the like, and aligned to the top level of the concrete foundation. [0027] Hereinafter, embodiments of the top edge fitting jig according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0028] First Embodiment First, the configuration of the top edge fitting jig 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 10. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the top edge fitting jig 1. Fig. 2 is a front view of the main body 20, Fig. 3 is a rear view, Fig. 4 is a right side view, Fig. 5 is a plan view, Fig. 6 is a bottom view, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view. Fig. 8 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII in Fig. 2, Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IX-IX, and Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX in Fig. 2. The left side view of the main body 20 is omitted because it is symmetrical to the right side view in Fig. 4.

[0029] The top edge positioning jig 1 is a jig used for positioning the top edge of a continuous footing portion of a concrete foundation for a house, and as shown in FIG. 1, is composed of a long indicator rod 10 and a resin body 20.

[0030] The indicator bar 10 is a member for indicating the top level, which is the upper end of the concrete foundation of a building. The indicator bar 10 according to this embodiment is configured to include a round bar 11 and a cap 12.

[0031] The round bar 11 is made of a long, thin metal round bar. The length of the round bar 11 is, for example, about 300 mm. The cap 12 is a cylindrical resin member with a sealed upper end, with a height of about 15 to 20 mm and colored, for example, light gray. The cap 12 is fitted onto the upper end of the round bar 11. The cap 12 has a flat upper end surface, on which a bar for leveling the top end is erected, and the height is adjusted by a laser emitter to determine the concrete pouring position and the top end level.

[0032] The main body 20 is a resin component that holds the indicator rod 10 and is removably attached to a vertical rebar arranged vertically on the ground, and as shown in Figures 1 to 10, it has a holding portion 30, an engagement portion 40, and a fixing portion 50.

[0033] The holding part 30 is a cylindrical part that holds the indicator rod 10 so that it can move up and down. More specifically, the holding part 30 is formed in a thin, small-diameter cylindrical shape with an axial length of about several tens of mm (for example, 70 to 80 mm). The holding part 30 has an axial hole 32 that penetrates between both end faces at the axial center position of the outer wall. The indicator rod 10 has an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the axial hole 32 of the holding part 30, and is inserted in a press-fit state into the axial hole 32, is held tightly within the axial hole 32, and is slidable relative to the axial hole 32 by applying a force in the axial direction.

[0034] The engaging portion 40 is a generally cylindrical portion that detachably engages with the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, and is provided so as to protrude forward from the lower portion of the outer wall front surface 31 of the holding portion 30 in a C-shape in plan view. The engaging portion 40 has an inner diameter set to be equal to or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar TY. The tip opening 41 has an opening width set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar TY.

[0035] The fixing part 50 is a generally cylindrical part that is detachably fixed to the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY. The fixing part 50 protrudes forward in a generally fan-shaped manner in plan view from the outer wall front surface 31 at a position above the engaging part 40 of the retaining part 30 and slightly below the upper end. The fixing part 50 is provided with a concave fitting hole 51 with an opening formed in the lower surface. Furthermore, the fixing part 50 has an inflow hole 56 that connects the fitting hole 51 to the upper surface to allow concrete to flow into the fitting hole 51.

[0036] A first inner surface 52 and a first abutment surface 53 are provided in the lower half of the fitting hole 51. The first inner surface 52 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a first inner diameter φ1, and is formed from the opening at the lower end over a width of several mm upward. The first inner diameter φ1 is set to, for example, 14 mm. The first abutment surface 53 is a downward-facing horizontal surface formed at the upper end of the first inner surface 52, and is formed in a generally crescent shape when viewed from below, with the width decreasing and curving from the center of the maximum width toward both ends. The central portion of the first abutment surface 53 has a width of, for example, about 3 mm.

[0037] A second inner surface 54 and a second abutment surface 55 are provided in the upper half of the fitting hole 51. The second inner surface 54 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a second inner diameter φ2, and is formed adjacent to the upper side of the first inner surface 52 over a width of several mm. The second inner diameter φ2 is smaller than the first inner diameter φ1 (φ2<φ1), and is set to, for example, φ2=11 mm. The second abutment surface 55 is a downward-facing horizontal surface formed at the upper end of the second inner surface 54, and is formed in a circular ring shape when viewed from below. The second abutment surface 55 has a width in the circumferential direction of, for example, about 2 mm.

[0038] Next, a method of attaching the top edge extension jig 1 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY will be described with reference to Figs. 11 to 17. Fig. 11 is an explanatory diagram showing the procedure (first half) of attaching the top edge extension jig 1 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY from a side view, Fig. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing the procedure (second half), Fig. 13 is an explanatory diagram showing the state in which the top edge extension jig 1 is attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY from a side view, Fig. 14 is an explanatory diagram shown in the direction of the XIV arrow, and Fig. 15 is an explanatory diagram shown in the direction of the XV arrow. Fig. 16 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the state in which the main body 20 is fixed to the large-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1, and Fig. 17 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the state in which it is fixed to the small-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2.

[0039] First, the top edge extension jig 1 is placed vertically with the fixing part 50 facing up and the engaging part 40 facing down. Then, as shown in Fig. 11, when the tip of the engaging part 40, which is C-shaped in plan view, is pressed horizontally forward (indicated by the outline arrow) against the side surface near the top of the vertical reinforcing bar TY arranged between inner and outer formwork (not shown), the engaging part 40 is elastically deformed by the vertical reinforcing bar TY, which has a larger diameter than the opening width of the tip opening 41, and the opening width is widened, and by pressing it further forward, it returns to its original C-shape and engages with the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY.

[0040] Next, as shown in Fig. 12, with the engagement parts 40 engaged with the sides of the vertical reinforcing bars TY, the top end extension jig 1 is pressed downward (indicated by the outline arrow) so that the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bars TY fits into the engagement hole 51 of the fixing parts 50, and the top end extension jig 1 is fixed to the vertical reinforcing bars TY. Incidentally, as shown in Figs. 11 to 17, even in places where multiple horizontal reinforcing bars TX are concentrated in the same location and arranged adjacent to each other vertically, the horizontal reinforcing bars TX can be securely attached to the vertical reinforcing bars TY without becoming an obstacle, and therefore the horizontal reinforcing bars TX can be attached to any location required at the construction site of the concrete foundation.

[0041] Here, the respective fixed states when the main body 20 is attached to multiple types of vertical reinforcing bars TY with different outer diameters will be described with reference to Figs. 14 and 15. Fig. 14 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the state in which the main body 20 is fixed to a large-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1, and Fig. 15 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the state in which the main body 20 is fixed to a small-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2. When a large-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1 (e.g., a reinforcing bar with an outer diameter of 13 mm) is used as the vertical reinforcing bar TY, as shown in Fig. 14, the first inner surface 52 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1, and the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 abuts against the first abutment surface 53, so that the top end extension jig 1 is firmly fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY1.

[0042] On the other hand, when a small diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2 (for example, a reinforcing bar having an outer diameter of 10 mm) is used as the vertical reinforcing bar TY, as shown in Figure 15, the second inner surface 54 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY2, and the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY2 abuts against the second abutment surface 55, thereby firmly fixing the top end extension jig 1 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY2.

[0043] In this way, the engaging portion 40 and the fixing portion 50 can be easily attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY, so that the top edge extension jig 1 can be easily attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY between narrow foundation formworks. By attaching the top edge extension jig 1 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY by the engaging portion 40 and the fixing portion 50, the holding portion 30 is positioned so as to be in a vertical state.

[0044] Next, a method for adjusting the top end position of concrete using the top end jig 1 will be described with reference to FIG. 16. FIG. 16 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the top end position adjustment of concrete using the top end jig 1, and shows a vertical cross section of a concrete foundation. As shown in FIG. 16, the worker aligns the indicator rod 10, which has a round rod 11 tightly fastened and attached to the shaft hole 32 of the holding part 30, to the top end position of the concrete pouring using a laser emitter or the like while sliding it by hand or the like. Then, concrete is poured up to the lower end position of the cap 12 of the indicator rod 10. After pouring the concrete K1, the final top end level of the concrete foundation can be precisely adjusted by the indicator rod 10, and the leveler K2 can be poured in according to the top end level. Here, since the top end jig 1 is firmly fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY by the engagement part 40 and the fixing part 50 and does not move, the top end height can be adjusted by the indicator rod 10 even before the concrete has sufficiently hardened. As a result, the final top level can be quickly and appropriately determined using the indicator rod 10 within a short period of time after the concrete is poured, regardless of any shifts in the position of the reinforcing bars up, down, left, or right after the concrete is poured, or any variations due to unevenness or inclination of the concrete surface, thereby improving the workability of the concrete pouring work.

[0045] As is clear from the above detailed description, the crest leveling jig 1 according to this embodiment includes a long indicator rod 10 that indicates the level of the crest of a concrete foundation, a cylindrical holding part 30 that holds the indicator rod 10 so that it can move up and down, and a resin body 20 that is detachably attached to a vertical reinforcing bar TY arranged vertically in a space where concrete is poured. The body 20 includes an engagement part 40 that protrudes from the outer wall front surface 31 of the holding part 30 in a bifurcated shape in a plan view and detachably engages with the side of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, and a fixing part 50 that protrudes forward from the outer wall 31 of the holding part 30 at a position above the engagement part 40 and is detachably fixed to the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, and the fixing part 50 has an opening formed on the lower surface and a concave fitting hole 51 having first and second inner surfaces 52, 54 as inner surfaces that fit externally to the outer circumferential surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY inserted through the opening.

[0046] According to this configuration, when the main body 20 of the top end fitting jig 1 is attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY, the engaging portion 40 protruding from the outer wall front surface 31 of the holding portion 30 in a bifurcated shape in plan view is engaged with the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY to position it vertically relative to the vertical reinforcing bar TY, and in this state, the fixing portion 50 is pressed down to fit the first and second inner surfaces 52, 54, which are the inner surfaces of the fitting hole 51, onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, thereby fixing it. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably attach the vertical reinforcing bar TY even in a narrow space sandwiched between inner and outer formwork. In addition, it is possible to reliably attach the horizontal reinforcing bar TX to the vertical reinforcing bar TY without the horizontal reinforcing bar TX becoming an obstacle, even in a place where multiple horizontal reinforcing bars TX are concentrated in the same place and arranged adjacent to each other vertically.

[0047] The fitting hole 51 also has first and second contact surfaces 53, 55 as contact surfaces provided above first and second inner surfaces 52, 54 as inner surfaces and contacting the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY.

[0048] With this configuration, the inner surface (first and second inner surfaces 52, 54) of the fitting hole 51 fits externally against the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, and the abutment surfaces (first and second abutment surfaces 53, 55) abut against the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, restricting downward movement of the main body 20, thereby achieving the effect of securely fixing the main body 20 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY.

[0049] The fitting hole 51 has a first inner surface 52 and a second inner surface 54 as a plurality of inner surfaces whose inner diameter decreases stepwise toward the top. Shape A first contact surface 53 and a second contact surface 55 are provided on the upper sides of the inner surfaces, that is, the first inner surface 52 and the second inner surface 54, respectively, as contact surfaces.

[0050] According to this configuration, in the fitting hole 51, among a plurality of inner surfaces, the first inner surface 52 and the second inner surface 54, whose inner diameters become smaller in a stepped manner toward the top, the inner surface that matches the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 or TY2 is fitted externally to the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 or TY2, and the abutment surface provided on the upper side of the inner surface, the first abutment surface 53 or the second abutment surface 55, is abutted against the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 or TY2, thereby fixing the main body 20. Therefore, an effect is achieved that simple and reliable attachment is possible to a plurality of types of vertical reinforcing bars TY1, TY2 having different outer diameters.

[0051] The fixing part 50 also has an inflow hole 56 that connects the fitting hole 51 to the upper surface and allows concrete to flow into the fitting hole 51. With this configuration, even if a space exists between the upper end surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY and the ceiling surface of the fitting hole 51, the concrete flows in through the inflow hole 56 to fill the space, which has the effect of preventing voids from being formed in the concrete. In particular, when the main body 20 is attached to a large-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1, as shown in FIG. 14, a space of the height of the second inner surface 54 is formed between the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 and the ceiling surface of the fitting hole 51, but the concrete flows in through the inflow hole 56 to reliably fill the space.

[0052] Moreover, the engaging portion 40 is formed in a C-shape in plan view with the front side open. According to this configuration, when the front open portion of the engaging portion 40 is pressed against the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY and fitted, the engaging portion 40 surrounds and engages with the vertical reinforcing bar TY in a C-shape in plan view, which has the effect of more reliably positioning the vertical reinforcing bar TY in a vertical posture.

[0053] In addition, the indicator rod 10 comprises a long, thin round rod 11 whose outer diameter is larger than the inner diameter of the axial hole 32, and the holding portion 30 inserts the round rod 11 into the axial hole 32 in a press-fit state and holds the indicator rod 10 so that it can slide up and down relative to the axial hole 32 due to an external force.

[0054] With this configuration, with the resin main body 20 attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY and the holding portion 30 positioned so that it is in a vertical state, the indicator rod 10, which has a round rod 11 pressed into the axial hole 32 of the holding portion 30, can be aligned to the top level of the concrete foundation by applying a vertical force by hand or the like to slide it.

[0055] <Second embodiment> Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the same components as those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0056] First, the configuration of the top edge fitting jig 2 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 19 to 29. Fig. 19 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the top edge fitting jig 2. Fig. 20 is a front view showing the main body 25, Fig. 21 is a rear view, Fig. 22 is a right side view, Fig. 23 is a left side view, Fig. 24 is a plan view, Fig. 25 is a bottom view, and Fig. 26 is a perspective view. Fig. 27 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XXVII-XXVII in Fig. 20, Fig. 28 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XXVIII-XXVIII, and Fig. 29 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XXIX-XXIX.

[0057] The top edge positioning jig 2 is a jig used for positioning the top edge of a continuous footing portion of a concrete foundation for a house, and as shown in FIG. 19, is configured with a long indicating rod 15 and a resin body 25.

[0058] The indicator bar 15 is a member that indicates the top level, which is the upper end of the concrete foundation of a building. The indicator bar 10 according to the first embodiment is configured to include a metal round bar 11 and a resin cap 12, but the indicator bar 15 according to this embodiment is a rod-shaped member entirely made of resin.

[0059] A marker portion 16 is provided on the indicator rod 15 so as to protrude horizontally from the outer periphery of the side surface at a position a predetermined height (for example, about 10 mm) below the top end. The marker portion 16 is a pair of wing-like pieces that are triangular in plan view and are formed horizontally in an opposing position sandwiching the axis of the indicator rod 15. A cross groove is formed in the head of the indicator rod 15 so that it can be rotated around the axis with a screwdriver.

[0060] Furthermore, a spiral groove portion 17 is formed on the outer periphery of the indicator bar 15 from just below the mark portion 16 to the bottom end.

[0061] The main body 25 is a resin component that holds the indicator rod 15 and is removably attached to a vertical rebar arranged vertically on the ground, and as shown in Figures 19 to 29, it has a holding portion 30, an engagement portion 40, and a fixing portion 50.

[0062] The holding part 30 is a cylindrical part that holds the indicator rod 15 so that it can move up and down. More specifically, the holding part 30 is formed in a thin and small-diameter cylindrical shape with an axial length of about several tens of mm (for example, 70 to 80 mm). The holding part 30 has an axial hole 32 that penetrates between both end faces at the axial center position of the outer wall, and the inner diameter of the axial hole 32 is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the indicator rod 15. On the inner peripheral surface of the axial hole 32, as shown in Figures 23 and 24, a plurality of screwing protrusions 33 that screw into the spiral groove part 17 of the indicator rod 15 are provided in the vertical direction, and each screwing protrusion 33 screw into the spiral groove part 17 to rotate the indicator rod 15 around the axis and hold it so that it can move up and down. In addition, a rectangular opening 34 is provided at one position in the vertical center of the right side surface of the holding part 30, and rectangular openings 35 are provided at two positions on the left side surface, one above the other, sandwiching the upper and lower vertical centers.

[0063] The engaging portion 40 and the fixing portion 50 have the same configuration as in the first embodiment, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted.

[0064] Next, a method for attaching the top edge extension jig 2 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY will be described with reference to Figures 30 to 34. Note that the procedure for attaching the top edge extension jig 2 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY is similar to that of the first embodiment (see Figures 11 and 12), so the explanation will be omitted and only the state after attachment will be shown.

[0065] Fig. 30 is an explanatory diagram showing the top end extension jig 2 attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY from a side view, Fig. 31 is an explanatory diagram showing the view from the arrow XXXI direction, and Fig. 32 is an explanatory diagram showing the view from the arrow XXXII direction. Fig. 33 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the main body 25 fixed to the large diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1, and Fig. 34 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the main body 25 fixed to the small diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2.

[0066] The top end fitting jig 2 is fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY by fitting the top end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY into the fitting hole 51 of the fixing part 50 with the engagement part 40 engaged with the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY (FIGS. 28 to 30).

[0067] Here, when a large diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1 (for example, a reinforcing bar having an outer diameter of 13 mm) is used as the vertical reinforcing bar TY, as shown in Figure 33, the first inner surface 52 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1, and the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 abuts against the first abutment surface 53, thereby firmly fixing the top end extension jig 2 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY1.

[0068] On the other hand, when a small diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2 (for example, a reinforcing bar having an outer diameter of 10 mm) is used as the vertical reinforcing bar TY, as shown in Figure 34, the second inner surface 54 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY2, and the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY2 abuts against the second abutment surface 55, thereby firmly fixing the top end extension jig 2 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY2.

[0069] In this way, the engaging portion 40 and the fixing portion 50 can be easily attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY, so that the top edge extension jig 2 can be easily attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY between narrow foundation formworks. By attaching the top edge extension jig 2 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY by the engaging portion 40 and the fixing portion 50, the holding portion 30 is positioned so as to be in a vertical state.

[0070] Next, a method for adjusting the top end position of concrete using the top end jig 2 will be described with reference to FIG. 35. FIG. 35 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the top end position adjustment of concrete using the top end jig 2, and shows a vertical cross section of a concrete foundation. As shown in FIG. 35, the worker aligns the top end position of the concrete pouring using a laser emitter or the like while rotating the indicator rod 15 held in the shaft hole 32 of the holding part 30 with a screwdriver or the like. Then, concrete is poured up to the height position of the mark part 16 of the indicator rod 15. After pouring the concrete K1, the final top end level of the concrete foundation can be precisely adjusted using the indicator rod 15, and the leveler K2 can be poured in according to the top end level. Here, since the top end jig 2 is firmly fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY by the engagement part 40 and the fixing part 50 and does not move, the top end height can be adjusted using the indicator rod 15 even before the concrete has sufficiently hardened. As a result, the final top level can be quickly and appropriately determined using the indicator rod 15 within a short period of time after the concrete is poured, regardless of any shifts in the position of the reinforcing bars up, down, left, or right after the concrete is poured, or any variations due to unevenness or inclination of the concrete surface, thereby improving the workability of the concrete pouring work.

[0071] As is clear from the above detailed description, in the top end adjustment jig 2 of this embodiment, the indicator rod 15 is made of a rod-shaped member with a spiral groove portion 17 formed on at least the outer periphery of the lower part, and the holding portion 30 has a screw-engaging protrusion portion 33 on the inner periphery of the axial hole 32 that screws into the spiral groove portion 17 of the indicator rod 15, and holds the indicator rod 15 so that it can be moved up and down by rotating it around the axis.

[0072] With this configuration, when the resin main body 25 is attached to the vertical reinforcing bar TY and the holding portion 30 is positioned so that it is in a vertical state, the indicator rod 15, which is attached by fitting the screw-engagement protrusion 33 provided on the inner circumference of the axial hole 32 of the holding portion 30 into the spiral groove portion 17 on the outer circumference, can be moved up and down by rotating it around the axis with a screwdriver or the like, and aligned to the top level of the concrete foundation.

[0073] In addition, the top edge fitting jig 2 according to this embodiment has the same effects as the top edge fitting jig 1 according to the above-described first embodiment.

[0074] <Third embodiment> Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the same components as those in the first and second embodiments are given the same reference numerals, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.

[0075] First, the configuration of the top edge fitting jig 3 according to the third embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 36 to 44. Fig. 36 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the top edge fitting jig 3. Fig. 37 is a front view showing the main body 21, Fig. 38 is a rear view, Fig. 39 is a right side view, Fig. 40 is a plan view, Fig. 41 is a bottom view, Fig. 42 is a perspective view showing the front side, and Fig. 43 is a perspective view showing the rear side. Fig. 44 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XLIV-XLIV in Fig. 37, and Fig. 45 is a cross-sectional view taken along line XLV-XLV. The left side view of the main body 21 is omitted because it is symmetrical to the right side view in Fig. 39.

[0076] The top edge positioning jig 3 is a jig used for positioning the top edge of a continuous footing part of a concrete foundation for a house, and as shown in Fig. 36, is configured with a long indicator rod 10 and a resin body 21. The indicator rod 10 has the same configuration as in the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.

[0077] The main body 20 is a resin component that holds the indicator rod 10 and is removably attached to a vertical rebar arranged vertically on the ground, and as shown in Figures 36 to 44, it has a holding portion 30, an engagement portion 40, a fixing portion 50, and a knob portion 58.

[0078] The portion of the holding part 30 above the fixing part 50 is formed in a cylindrical shape similar to that of the first embodiment. On the other hand, the portion of the holding part 30 below the fixing part 50 is formed in a semi-cylindrical shape with the rear half cut out, unlike the first embodiment. The engaging part 40 has the same configuration as the first embodiment, so a description thereof will be omitted.

[0079] The fixing part 50 is a part that is detachably fixed to the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY. In the above first and second embodiments, the fixing part 50 is configured from a single part having a substantially cylindrical shape, but the fixing part 50 in this embodiment is configured from two parts, a fitting piece 50a and a contact piece 50b.

[0080] The fitting piece 50a protrudes forward from the outer wall front surface 31 at a position above the engaging portion 40 of the holding portion 30 and slightly below the upper end, and is formed in a C-shape in plan view with the front side open, and has a fitting hole 51. The inner surface of the C-shape in plan view that forms the fitting hole 51 of the fitting piece 50a is the inner surface 52.

[0081] The abutment piece 50b is spaced above the fitting piece 50a and protrudes forward from the outer wall front surface 31 in a generally fan-like shape in plan view.

[0082] The knob portion 58 is a block-shaped portion that is generally trapezoidal in plan view and extends rearward from the rear surface of the fixing portion 50 across the holding portion 30. The knob portion 58 has a left-right width that increases rearward, a rear surface that is concavely curved, and both left and right end edges that extend vertically protrude rearward at acute angles. By pinching both left and right end edges of the rear end of the knob portion 58 with fingers and elastically deforming them, the opening formed between the pair of left and right front end portions 50a1 of the fitting piece 50a increases in width by a predetermined width (1 to several mm).

[0083] Next, the respective fixed states when the main body 21 is attached to a plurality of types of vertical reinforcing bars TY with different outer diameters will be described with reference to Figs. 46 and 47. The knob portion 58 is pinched with fingers, and the opening between the pair of left and right front ends 50a1 of the fitting piece 50a is enlarged and the fitting piece 50a is pushed into the side of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1. The knob portion 58 is then released to return to its original shape, and the inner surface 52 fits externally onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1, as shown in Fig. 46. Furthermore, when the abutting piece 50b is pressed down, the downward abutting surface 53 provided on the abutting piece 50b abuts against the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1, restricting the downward movement of the main body 21. Thus, the main body 21 can be reliably fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY1.

[0084] On the other hand, as shown in Fig. 47, even when a thin vertical reinforcing bar TY2 is used as the vertical reinforcing bar TY, both sides of the C-shaped fitting piece 50a in plan view are elastically deformed and expanded in diameter using the same installation procedure (the expanded width is smaller than when the vertical reinforcing bar TY1 is used), and then the fitting piece 50a returns to its original shape to fit onto the outer circumferential surface of TY2, and further, the downward abutment surface 53 provided on the abutment piece 50b abuts against the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY2, restricting the downward movement of the main body 21. Thus, the main body 21 can be reliably fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY2.

[0085] As is clear from the above detailed description, according to this embodiment, the fixing portion 50 comprises an engaging piece 50a which is formed in a C-shape in a planar view with the front side open and has an engaging hole 51, and an abutment piece 50b which is spaced apart above the engaging piece 50a and has an abutment surface 52.

[0086] According to this configuration, when the open front end 50a1 of the fitting piece 50a is pressed against the side surface of the vertical reinforcing bar TY and the abutment piece 50b is further pressed down, the inner surface 52 of the fitting hole 51 fits externally onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY and the downward abutment surface 53 provided on the abutment piece 50b abuts against the upper end of the vertical reinforcing bar TY, restricting the downward movement of the main body 21, thereby providing the effect of reliably fixing the main body 21 to the vertical reinforcing bar TY. Also, since the fitting piece 50a is formed in a C-shape in plan view with the front side open, it can be fixed to a plurality of types of vertical reinforcing bars TY1, TY2 with different outer diameters.

[0087] <First Modification> As a configuration capable of being attached to a plurality of types of vertical reinforcing bars TY with different outer diameters, a tapered inner side surface in which the inner diameter tapers upward may be provided in the fitting hole 51 instead of the configuration in which a plurality of inner sides in which the inner diameter becomes smaller in a step-like manner toward the top are provided. Hereinafter, a first modified example, which is a modification of the first embodiment, will be described with reference to Figs. 48 to 50. Fig. 48 is a cross-sectional view of the main body 22 according to the first modified example, which corresponds to Fig. 10, Fig. 49 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the state in which the main body 22 is fixed to a vertical reinforcing bar TY1 with a large diameter, and Fig. 50 is a vertical cross-sectional view showing the state in which the main body 22 is fixed to a vertical reinforcing bar TY2 with a small diameter. As shown in Fig. 48, the main body 22 according to this modified example is provided with a tapered inner side surface 57 in which the inner diameter tapers upward in the fitting hole 51. The inner diameter of the tapered inner surface 57 is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the large diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1 at the lower end and smaller than the outer diameter of the small diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2 at the upper end.

[0088] Next, the respective fixing states when the main body 22 is attached to multiple types of vertical reinforcing bars TY with different outer diameters will be described with reference to Figures 49 and 50. When a large-diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1 is used as the vertical reinforcing bar TY, as shown in Figure 49, the lower region of the tapered inner side surface 57 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY1, so that the main body 22 is firmly fixed to the vertical reinforcing bar TY1.

[0089] On the other hand, when a small diameter vertical bar TY2 is used as the vertical bar TY, the upper region of the tapered inner surface 57 is fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical bar TY2, as shown in Figure 50, so that the main body 21 is firmly fixed to the vertical bar TY2.

[0090] According to this configuration, in the fitting hole 51, the inner diameter of the tapered inner surface 57 tapers down as it goes upward, so that the body 20 is fixed by fitting the inner diameter to the outer peripheral surface of the upper part of the vertical reinforcing bar TY at a height position where the inner diameter matches the outer diameter of the vertical reinforcing bar TY. In other words, it can be attached to a vertical reinforcing bar TY of any outer diameter within the range between the maximum inner diameter and the minimum inner diameter of the tapered inner surface 57. Therefore, it is possible to easily and reliably attach to a plurality of types of vertical reinforcing bars TY with different outer diameters, including the vertical reinforcing bars TY1 and TY2. It is of course possible to apply the structure of the tapered inner surface 57 in this modification to the fixing part 50 of the top end extension jig 2 according to the second embodiment.

[0091] <Second Modification> A second modified example, which is a modification of the third embodiment, will be described with reference to Figs. 51 to 54. In this modified example, main body 21 according to the third embodiment is modified to a form that is easy to mold with resin. Fig. 51 is a perspective view showing main body 23 according to the second modified example, Fig. 52 is a perspective view showing main body 23 in a state in the middle of folding, Fig. 53 is a right side view, and Fig. 54 is a right side view showing main body 23 in a folded position.

[0092] Only the differences from the third embodiment will be described below. In the main body 23 according to this modification, the holding part 30 has a bent part 30a in the middle in the axial direction. The holding part 30 is divided into an upper half and a lower half from the front to the rear side by the bent part 30a, and the upper half and the lower half are connected by a connection part 30b provided on the rear side with a width of several mm, so that the holding part 30 can be bent.

[0093] When the main body 23 is resin molded in a mold device, it is molded in a bent-over position as shown in Fig. 54, and is removed from the mold in the direction indicated by the white arrow. That is, in the bent-over position, the engaging portion 40 and the fixing portion 50 of the main body 23 open on the same side (the upper side in Fig. 54), and the removal direction can be in one direction indicated by the white arrow, so that the structure of the mold device is simplified and manufacturing is facilitated.

[0094] After manufacturing the main body 23 in a bent-over position, when it is to be used as a top end extension jig, the connecting portion 30a is extended and deformed into a usage position (see Figures 51 and 53) in which the entire upper and lower halves are coaxial.

[0095] As is clear from the above detailed description, according to this modified example, the holding portion 30 has a bending portion 30a provided in the middle in the axial direction, and is capable of being transformed from a center-folded position in which the bending portion 30a is bent in half to a usage position in which the bending portion 30a extends and the entire portion is coaxial.

[0096] According to this configuration, when the main body 23 is in the folded position, the engagement portion 40 and the fixed portion 50 open on the same side, and the demolding direction can be set in one direction, thereby simplifying the structure of the mold device and facilitating manufacturing.

[0097] <Other Modifications> The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the first and second embodiments, the fitting hole 51 has a first inner surface 52 and a second inner surface 54 as a plurality of inner surfaces whose inner diameter decreases stepwise toward the top. Shape The fitting hole 51 is configured such that the first abutment surface 53 and the second abutment surface 55 are provided as abutment surfaces on the upper side of each inner side surface, i.e., the first inner side surface 52 and the second inner side surface 54, respectively, but is not limited to this. For example, the fitting hole 51 may be configured such that only the first inner side surface 52 is provided as the inner side surface and only the first abutment surface 53 is provided as the abutment surface, respectively, to be dedicated to the large diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY1, or the fitting hole 51 may be configured such that only the second inner side surface 54 is provided as the inner side surface and only the second abutment surface 55 is provided as the abutment surface, respectively, to be dedicated to the small diameter vertical reinforcing bar TY2.

[0098] In the first and second embodiments, the fitting hole 51 is configured to have two inner surfaces (the first inner surface 52 and the second inner surface 54) whose inner diameter decreases stepwise toward the top, but it may be configured to have three or more inner surfaces whose inner diameter decreases stepwise. By configuring it in this way, it becomes possible to attach the top end extension jig to three or more types of vertical reinforcing bars TY with different outer diameters.

[0099] In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the engaging portion 40 is configured to be C-shaped in plan view, but is not limited thereto. The engaging portion 40 may be configured, for example, to be U-shaped or V-shaped in plan view. In short, it may be configured to be bifurcated in plan view so as to be horizontally attached to and engaged with the vertical reinforcing bar TY. Furthermore, the configuration of the fixing portion 50 according to the third embodiment may be applied to the second embodiment, and the configuration of the fixing portion 50 according to the first modified example may be applied to the second embodiment, and the configuration of the bent portion 30a according to the second modified example may be applied to each embodiment or modified example.

[0100] In addition, in the above third embodiment, the knob portion 58 is extended to the rear of the fitting piece 50a, but if the fitting piece 50a, which is C-shaped in plan view, is configured to be elastically deformed by strongly pressing it against the vertical reinforcing bar TY so that it can be fitted outside, it is also possible to omit the knob portion 58.

[0101] <Additional Notes> Each embodiment shown in the drawings of this application includes a design that may be the subject of a design registration application. Specifically, the outer shapes of the top edge jigs 1 and 2 can be understood as the overall design of the product name "top edge jigs". In addition, the outer shapes of the main bodies 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25 can be understood as the overall design of the product name "top edge jigs main body". In addition, the outer shapes of the main bodies 20, 21, 22, 23, and 25 can be understood as partial designs of the product name "top edge jigs main body" that is characterized only by the outer shapes of the engagement portion 40 and the fixing portion 50.
