Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a core, a transformer, a power conversion device, and a solar module equipped with the same, and more particularly to a core, a transformer, a power conversion device, and a solar module equipped with the same, which are easy to process and therefore allow the leakage inductance to be easily adjusted in accordance with design specifications. [Background technology]

[0002] The power conversion device is employed to provide AC power to solar modules and the like that produce new renewable energy.

[0003] In particular, transformers, leakage inductors, etc. are used in converters to convert DC power produced in solar modules, etc.

[0004] Meanwhile, when using a general resonant transformer, the winding space of the transformer is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, and an air gap is arranged between the upper layer and the lower layer. However, in this case, since the central core space is fixed, it is disadvantageous in that it is not easy to adjust the leakage inductance.

[0005] On the other hand, when the transformer and the leakage inductor are mounted on a circuit board, there is a drawback in that they take up a considerable volume.

[0006] Therefore, in order to miniaturize the power conversion device attached to the solar module, efforts are being made to reduce the size of the transformer and leakage inductor, and in particular, research is being conducted on integrated transformers in which the transformer and leakage inductor are designed as an integrated unit.

[0007] Meanwhile, US Patent Publication US20140313004 discloses an integrated transformer. However, according to such an integrated transformer, a circular inner wall and a circular second inner wall surrounding the circular inner wall are disposed within the outer wall of the core. However, since the inner wall and the second inner wall that generate leakage inductance have a circular shape, they are not easy to process, and therefore the leakage inductance cannot be easily adjusted according to the design specifications. [0098] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 outputs a control signal to control the switching element of the converter 530. In particular, the control unit 550 outputs a turn-on timing signal for the switching element in the converter 530 based on at least one of the detected input current (ic1), input voltage (vc1), output current (ic2), output voltage (vc2), output current (ic3), and output voltage (vc3).

[0099] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 outputs inverter control signals for controlling the respective switching elements Sa, Sb, S'a, and S'b of the inverter 540. In particular, the control unit 550 outputs turn-on timing signals for the respective switching elements Sa, Sb, S'a, and S'b of the inverter 540 based on at least one of the detected input current (ic1), input voltage (vc1), output current (ic2), output voltage (vc2), output current (ic3), and output voltage (vc3).

[0100] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 calculates the maximum power point for the solar cell module 100, and controls the converter 530 accordingly to output a DC power source corresponding to the maximum power.

[0101] Meanwhile, the communication unit 580 can communicate with the external grid 90 or the loads 70 or other junction boxes.

[0102] For example, the communication unit 580 exchanges data with the external grid 90 or the loads 70 or other junction boxes via power line communication.

[0103] Meanwhile, the communication unit 580 can also transmit current information, voltage information, power information, etc. of the solar module 50 to an external grid 90 or a load 70 or another junction box.

[0104] On the other hand, the filter section 570 may be disposed at the output end of the inverter 540 .

[0105] The filter unit 570 includes a plurality of manual elements, and can adjust the phase difference between the AC current (io) and the AC voltage (vo) output from the inverter 540 based on at least a portion of the plurality of manual elements.

[0106] 5a-5b are various examples of power conversion devices for solar modules.

[0107] First, a power conversion device 600a of a solar module in FIG. 5a includes a capacitor section 620, a converter 630, an inverter 640, and a filter section 670.

[0108] Converter 630 of FIG. 5a includes an interleaved flyback converter, which uses transformers T1a and T1b, and thus has an excellent voltage conversion ratio and is isolated from the input side and output side. However, it has a disadvantage in that it is difficult to control the power factor (pf).

[0109] Next, a power converter 600b of a solar module in FIG. 5b includes a capacitor section 620b, a power converter section 640b, and a filter section 670b.

[0110] A power conversion unit 640b in FIG. 5b further includes a diode Dbb and a switching element Sbb in addition to switching elements S1b to S4b associated with a full-bridge inverter.

[0111] 5b, the power conversion unit 640b can control the power factor (pf), but has the disadvantages of being non-insulated, low voltage conversion ratio, and needing a separate protection circuit to meet regulations on leakage current. In addition, hard switching loss occurs during switching, resulting in low power conversion efficiency.

[0112] On the other hand, the present invention provides a method for enabling a stable power output in a power conversion device, and also provides a method for reducing the loss of output power.

[0113] FIG. 6 is a circuit diagram of a power conversion device in a solar module according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 7a and 7b are referenced for explaining the power conversion device of FIG.

[0114] Referring to the drawings, a power conversion device 500 in a solar module 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes, in addition to the converter 530 and inverter 540 shown in the drawings, a bypass diode section 510, a capacitor section 520, a control section 550, a communication section 580, an input current detection section A, an input voltage detection section B, a converter output current detection section C, a converter output voltage detection section D, an inverter output current detection section E, and an inverter output voltage detection section F of FIG. 4.

[0115] Meanwhile, a filter unit 570 for reducing electromagnetic noise may be further disposed at the output end of the inverter 540. In this case, the filter unit 570 includes at least one inductor.

[0116] The following description will focus on converter 530, inverter 540, and the like shown in FIG.

[0117] A power conversion device 500 in a solar module 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a solar cell module 100 having a plurality of solar cells 130, a converter 530 that converts the level of a first DC power supply (Vin) input from the solar cell module 100 and outputs a second DC power supply, an inverter 540 that converts the DC power supply from the converter 530 to an AC power supply (Vac), and a control unit 550 that controls the converter 530 and the inverter 540.

[0118] Meanwhile, a converter 530 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a full-bridge switching unit 532 that performs switching for a first DC power supply (Vin), a transformer 536 having input sides na, nb connected to the output terminal of the full-bridge switching unit 532, and a half-bridge switching unit 538 connected to output sides nc, nd of the transformer 536.

[0119] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 may control the switching frequencies of the full-bridge switching unit 532 and the half-bridge switching unit 538 to be variable during the first sections Pba and Pbb. As a result, even if the input DC power (Vin) from the solar cell module 100 is low, stable power output is possible without limiting the range of power that can be output.

[0120] Moreover, it becomes possible to reduce switching losses in the power conversion device.

[0121] On the other hand, the converter 530 in the power conversion device 500 in the solar module 50 further includes an inductor Lr connected between the transformer 536 and the half-bridge switching unit 538 .

[0122] At this time, the inductor Lr is necessary for energy transmission between the transformer 536 and the half-bridge switching unit 538 .

[0123] In particular, the inductor Lr provides a leakage inductance and is used for resonance in the resonant converter.

[0124] On the other hand, the present invention proposes an integrated transformer module UTR in which the transformer 536 and the leakage inductor Lr are integrated in order to slim down the power conversion device 500. This will be described later with reference to FIG.

[0125] As shown, the full-bridge switching unit 532 includes first and second switching elements Q1 and Q2 connected in parallel to each other, and third and fourth switching elements Q3 and Q4 connected in series to the first and second switching elements Q1 and Q2, respectively.

[0126] The input sides na, nb of the transformer 536 are connected between a first node N1 between the first switching element Q1 and the second switching element Q2, and a second node N2 between the third switching element Q3 and the fourth switching element Q4.

[0127] Meanwhile, as shown, the half-bridge switching unit 538 may include a fifth switching element Q5 and a sixth switching element Q6 connected in series to each other, and a first capacitor C1 and a second capacitor C2 connected in series to each other.

[0128] At this time, the fifth switching element Q5, the sixth switching element Q6, the first capacitor C1, and the second capacitor C2 are connected in parallel with each other.

[0129] The output sides nc, nd of the transformer 536 are connected between a third node N3 between the fifth switching element Q5 and the sixth switching element Q6 and a fourth node N4 between the first capacitor C1 and the second capacitor C2.

[0130] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 outputs a switching control signal (Sfb) for switching the full-bridge switching unit 532 .

[0131] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 outputs a switching control signal Shb for switching the half-bridge switching unit 538 .

[0132] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 outputs a switching control signal (Sic) for switching the inverter 540 .

[0133] Meanwhile, the control unit 550 can control the switching frequencies of the full-bridge switching unit 532 and the half-bridge switching unit 538 to be variable according to the output voltage (Vac) waveform of the inverter 540 .

[0134] 7a illustrates a waveform when a current flows from the converter 530 to the inverter 540, and FIG. 7b illustrates a waveform when a current flows from the inverter 540 to the converter 530. In this case, the inverter 540 may be a bidirectional inverter. On the other hand, the converter 530 may be a bidirectional converter.

[0135] On the other hand, for comparison with the integrated transformer of FIG. 6, a conventional transformer of FIG. 8a and FIG. 8b will be described.

[0136] 8a to 8b are diagrams referred to in the description of the transformer.

[0137] First, FIG. 8a illustrates an example of a general resonance type transformer TRxa.

[0138] Referring to the drawing, the general resonant transformer TRxa is divided into an upper core UPCR, an upper winding WNDXa wound on a bobbin, a lower core DNCR, and a lower winding WNDXb wound on a bobbin, and an air gap SPAx is arranged between the upper and lower sides. However, in this case, since the central core space is fixed, there is a disadvantage that it is not easy to adjust the leakage inductance.

[0139] Next, FIG. 8b illustrates an example of an integrated transformer.

[0140] With reference to the drawings, the inner core CREx of the integrated transformer has an outer wall OTBx, a circular inner wall INBbx in the outer wall OTBx, and a circular second inner wall INBx surrounding the circular inner wall INBbx. However, since the inner wall INBbx and the second inner wall INBax that create the leakage inductance have circular shapes, they are not easy to process, and therefore the leakage inductance cannot be easily adjusted according to the design specifications.

[0141] In addition, since the openings OPx are arranged on only one side, the conductive lines electrically connected to the windings must be arranged through one opening OPx, increasing the risk of short circuits.

[0142] Therefore, in the following, a structure of an integrated transformer according to an embodiment of the present invention is proposed.

[0143] FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a core in an integrated transformer according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 10a to 15c are drawings referred to in the description of FIG.

[0144] Referring to the drawings, the core CRE in the integrated transformer of FIG. 9 includes a base BAS, outer walls OTBa, OTBb formed on the base BAS, a first protruding member INBa protruding on the base BAS and disposed within the outer walls OTBa, OTBb, and a second protruding member INBb protruding on the base BAS, disposed within the outer walls OTBa, OTBb, and spaced apart from the first protruding member INBa.

[0145] FIG. 9 illustrates that openings OPa, Opb are formed between outer walls OTBa, OTBb formed on a base BAS.

[0146] In the drawing, it is illustrated that the second protruding member INBb is disposed in the direction of a second opening Opb, which is one of the plurality of openings OPa, Opb.

[0147] External conductive lines and the like are input or output via the openings OPa and Opb, and can be electrically connected to the windings wound around the bobbins BINB and BOTB attached to the core CRE.

[0148] On the other hand, unlike FIG. 9, it is also possible to form one opening rather than the multiple openings OPa and Opb.

[0149] Meanwhile, in the drawings, the first protruding member INBa is illustrated as having a circular shape, but it may have an elliptical shape, etc. In other words, the shape of the first protruding member INBa may be various shapes as long as the first bobbin BINB can be attached thereto.

[0150] On the other hand, the base BAS, the outer walls OTBa, OTBb, the first protruding members INBa and the second protruding members INBb in the core CRE may be made of the same material, for example, ferrite.

[0151] Meanwhile, when the core CRE is made of a ferrite material, it is preferable to manufacture the core CRE by a molding technique, etc. This makes it easy to manufacture the core CRE.

[0152] On the other hand, in the integrated transformer UTR shown in FIG. 6 integrating the transformer 536 and the leakage inductor Lr, in order for the leakage inductance of the leakage inductor Lr to be manufactured according to the design specifications, it is necessary to finely process the second protruding member INBb in the core CRE manufactured by a molding technique or the like.

[0153] In particular, since the leakage inductance is determined by the height difference (hdf in FIG. 10b) between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb, it is necessary to process the height of the second protruding member INBb in the manufactured core CRE.

[0154] In this case, as shown in FIG. 8b, when the inner core CREx has an outer wall OTBx, a circular inner wall INBbx within the outer wall OTBx, and a circular second inner wall INBbx surrounding the circular inner wall INBbx, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to finely process the circular second inner wall INBax.

[0155] Therefore, in the present invention, for convenience of microfabrication of the second protruding member INBb, the length of the corner (arc, curved surface) of the second protruding member INBb facing the first protruding member INBa is designed to be shorter than the outer periphery of the first protruding member INBa, which makes it easier to process the second protruding member INBb, and therefore makes it easier to adjust the leakage inductance according to the design specifications.

[0156] In particular, as shown in Fig. 10a, the first protruding member INBa in the core CRE according to the embodiment of the present invention preferably has a circular shape, and the length (HLb) of the corner of the second protruding member INBb facing the first protruding member INBa is shorter than half the circumference (HLa) of the first protruding member INBa. This makes it easier to process the second protruding member INBb, and therefore makes it easier to adjust the leakage inductance according to design specifications.

[0157] Meanwhile, in the core CRE according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the interval between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb becomes larger from the center to the side of the second protruding member INBb.

[0158] 10a, the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb near the center is DRa, and the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb near the side is DRb, which is larger than DRa, making it easier to wind the winding.

[0159] On the other hand, the first protruding member INBa in the core CRE according to an embodiment of the present invention has a circular shape and the second protruding member INBb has a curved shape, as shown in Fig. 10a, which makes it easier to wind the winding.

[0160] FIG. 10b is a cross-sectional view taken along line II' of FIG.

[0161] Referring to the drawing, the core CRE includes a base BAS, outer walls OTBa, OTBb formed on the base BAS, a first protruding member INBa protruding on the base BAS and disposed within the outer walls OTBa, OTBb, and a second protruding member INBb protruding on the base BAS, disposed within the outer walls OTBa, OTBb, and spaced apart from the first protruding member INBa.

[0162] In this case, it is preferable that the protruding height (hb) of the second protruding member INBb is lower than the protruding height (ha) of the first protruding member INBa, which makes it easy to adjust the leakage inductance due to the difference in height (ha) between the second protruding member INBb and the first protruding member INBa.

[0163] On the other hand, the height of the base BAS is lower than the protruding height (hb) of the second protruding member INBb. This allows the overall height of the core CRE to be reduced, and therefore enables the manufacture of a slim core CRE.

[0164] FIG. 11a is a diagram illustrating a bobbin structure BOB including a first bobbin and a second bobbin attached to the core CRE of FIG.

[0165] The bobbin structure BOB includes a first bobbin BINB surrounding the first protruding member INBa, and a second bobbin BOTB surrounding the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb in the core CRE.

[0166] Meanwhile, the bobbin structure BOB may further include connecting members BCNa and BCNb that connect the first bobbin BINB and the second bobbin BOTB, thereby making it possible to maintain the shapes of the first bobbin BINB and the second bobbin BOTB.

[0167] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 11b, the first winding CLIN is wound in the groove INH formed in the first bobbin BINB, and the second winding CLOU is wound in the groove OTH formed in the second bobbin BOTB.

[0168] On the other hand, the bobbin structure BOB is further provided with a first connection part CNTa and a second connection part CNTb arranged in the direction of the first opening OPa and electrically connected to the first winding CLIN, and a third connection part CNTc and a fourth connection part CNTd arranged in the direction of the second opening OPb and electrically connected to the second winding CLOU, thereby enabling electrical connection to an external circuit element.

[0169] On the other hand, the first bobbin BINB and the second bobbin BOTB in the bobbin structure BOB can be attached to and detached from the core CRE, which makes it easy to manufacture the transformer UTR.

[0170] 6. On the other hand, the first winding CLIN corresponds to the primary side of the transformer 536 in FIG. 6, and the second winding CLOU corresponds to the secondary side of the transformer 536 in FIG.

[0171] FIG. 12a is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II' of FIG. 11a.

[0172] Referring to the drawings, the description of the core CRE is omitted with reference to FIG. 10b, and in the following, the first bobbin BINB and the second bobbin BOTB are described.

[0173] The first bobbin BINB surrounds the first protruding member INBa, and the second bobbin BOTB surrounds the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb within the core CRE.

[0174] It is preferable that the height of the first bobbin BINB or the second bobbin BOTB is higher than the height of the first protruding member INBa, so that the first bobbin BINB or the second bobbin BOTB is covered by the subsequent second core CRE.

[0175] FIG. 12b is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II' of FIG. 11b.

[0176] Referring to the drawing, a first winding CLIN is wound in a groove INH formed in a first bobbin BINB, and a second winding CLOU is wound in a groove OTH formed in a second bobbin BOTB.

[0177] Referring to FIG. 12b, an air gap due to the difference in height (ha) between the second protruding member INBb and the first protruding member INBa allows the leakage inductance to be adjusted, thereby enabling the manufacture of an integrated transformer UTR having a leakage inductor that meets the design specifications.

[0178] 13a to 13d are diagrams illustrating the current direction, magnetic flux direction, etc. inside the integrated transformer UTR.

[0179] First, FIG. 13a illustrates that the first winding CLIN is wound around a first bobbin BINB surrounding the first protruding member INBa in a counterclockwise direction, and the second winding CLOU is wound around a second bobbin BOTB surrounding the second protruding member INBb in a counterclockwise direction.

[0180] As a result, as shown in FIG. 13b, a counterclockwise current (DRa) flows through the first winding CLIN, a downward magnetic flux (Dr1) is generated outside the first winding CLIN, and an upward magnetic flux (Dr2) is generated inside the first winding CLIN.

[0181] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 13c, a counterclockwise (DRa) current flows through the second winding CLOU, a downward magnetic flux (Dr1) is generated outside the second winding CLOU, and an upward magnetic flux (Dr2) is generated inside the second winding CLOU.

[0182] On the other hand, FIG. 13d illustrates a combination of the magnetic flux directions of FIG. 13b and FIG. 13c.

[0183] Referring to the drawing, outside the second winding CLOU, a downward magnetic flux (Dr1) is generated due to the current flowing through the first winding CLIN and the second winding CLOU, and inside the first protruding member INBa, an upward magnetic flux (Dr2) is generated due to the current flowing through the first winding CLIN and the second winding CLOU.

[0184] However, in the vicinity of the second protruding member INBb, the magnetic flux direction at the base of the first winding CLIN is downward (Dr1) while the magnetic flux direction at the base of the second winding CLOU is upward (Dr2), so that leakage inductance is generated.

[0185] In the present invention, the leakage inductance is adjusted by utilizing this difference. In particular, the leakage inductance is adjusted by an air gap due to the difference in height (ha) between the second protruding member INBb and the first protruding member INBa. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture an integrated transformer UTR having a leakage inductor that meets the design specifications.

[0186] FIG. 14a is a diagram showing a second core in an integrated transformer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 14b is a diagram referred to in the description of FIG. 14a.

[0187] Referring to the drawings, the second core CREb in the integrated transformer of Figure 14a includes a second base BASb, second outer walls OTBab, OTBbb formed on the second base BASb, a third protruding member INBab protruding on the second base BASb and positioned in the second outer walls OTBab, OTBbb, and a fourth protruding member INBbb protruding on the second base BASb, positioned in the second outer walls OTBab, OTBbb, and spaced apart from the third protruding member INBab.

[0188] FIG. 14a illustrates that openings OPab, Opbb are formed between second outer walls OTBab, OTBbb formed on the second base BASb.

[0189] In the drawing, it is illustrated that the fourth protruding member INBbb is disposed in the direction of the fourth opening Opbb, which is one of the plurality of openings OPab and Opbb.

[0190] External conductive lines and the like are input or output through the openings OPab and Opbb.

[0191] On the other hand, unlike FIG. 14a, it is also possible that a single opening is formed rather than the multiple openings OPab, Opbb.

[0192] Meanwhile, in the drawings, the third protruding member INBab is illustrated as having a circular shape, but may have an elliptical shape, etc. In other words, the shape of the third protruding member INBab may have various shapes as long as it can correspond to the shape of the first protruding member INBa.

[0193] Meanwhile, the second base BASb, the second outer walls OTBab, OTBbb, the third protruding member INBab, and the fourth protruding member INBbb in the second core CREb may be made of the same material, for example, ferrite.

[0194] Meanwhile, when the second core CREb is made of a ferrite material, it is preferable to manufacture the second core CREb by a molding technique, etc. This makes it possible to easily manufacture the second core CREb.

[0195] On the other hand, it is preferable that the length of the corner of the fourth protruding member INBbb facing the third protruding member INBab is shorter than the outer periphery of the third protruding member INBab.

[0196] In particular, it is preferable that the third protruding member INBab has a circular shape, and the length of a corner of the fourth protruding member INBbb facing the third protruding member INBab is shorter than half the outer periphery of the third protruding member INBab.

[0197] On the other hand, when fine adjustment of leakage inductance is performed only by the first core CRE and not by the second core CREb, the protruding height of the third protruding member INBab and the protruding height of the fourth protruding member INBbb may be the same.

[0198] Thereby, as shown in FIG. 14b, the protruding height of the third protruding member INBab and the protruding height of the fourth protruding member INBbb can both be ha.

[0199] On the other hand, when fine adjustment of leakage inductance is performed by the second core CREb as well as the first core CRE, it is preferable that the protruding height of the fourth protruding member INBbb is lower than the protruding height of the third protruding member INBab, i.e., it has a shape similar to that shown in FIG.

[0200] 15a and 15b are diagrams showing the external appearance of the integrated transformer UTR when the first core CRE, the bobbin structure BOB, and the second core CREb are combined.

[0201] FIG. 15a shows the external appearance of the integrated transformer UTR as viewed from the direction of the first opening OPa, and FIG. 15b shows the external appearance of the integrated transformer UTR as viewed from the direction of the second opening OPb.

[0202] The second core CRE covers the first bobbin BINB or the second bobbin BOTB, ultimately enabling the production of an integrated transformer UTR with a low height.

[0203] FIG. 15c is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV-IV' of FIG. 15a.

[0204] For ease of explanation, the first and second bobbins in the bobbin structure BOB, as well as the first and second windings, are omitted from the drawings.

[0205] Referring to the drawing, in the integrated transformer UTR, the protruding height (hb) of the second protruding member INBb is lower than the protruding height (ha) of the first protruding member INBa in the core CRE, and the protruding height (ha) of the third protruding member INBab in the second core CREb is equal to the protruding height (ha) of the fourth protruding member INBbb.

[0206] Moreover, the first protruding member INBa in the core CRE and the third protruding member INBab in the second core CREb come into contact with each other.

[0207] 16a-16c show various examples of cores according to embodiments of the present invention.

[0208] First, FIG. 16a illustrates a core CRE according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0209] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first protruding member INBa in the core CRE has a circular shape and the second protruding member INBb has a curved shape, as shown in Fig. 16a, which makes it easier to wind the winding.

[0210] On the other hand, it is preferable that the length (HLb) of the corner of the second protruding member INBb facing the first protruding member INBa is shorter than half the circumference (HLa) of the first protruding member INBa, which makes it easier to process the second protruding member INBb and allows the leakage inductance to be easily adjusted according to design specifications.

[0211] Meanwhile, in the core CRE according to an embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the interval between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb becomes larger from the center to the side of the second protruding member INBb.

[0212] 16a, the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb near the center is DRa, and the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBb near the side is DRb, which is larger than DRa, making it easier to wind the winding.

[0213] Next, FIG. 16b illustrates a core CREa1 according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0214] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the second protruding member INBba1 in the core CREa1 may be in a straight line shape, unlike that in FIG. 16a.

[0215] On the other hand, it is preferable that the length (HLbb) of the corner of the second protruding member INBba1 facing the first protruding member INBa is shorter than half the circumference (HLa) of the first protruding member INBa. This makes it easier to process the second protruding member INBba1, and makes it easier to adjust the leakage inductance according to the design specifications.

[0216] Meanwhile, in the core CREa1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBba1 increases from the center to the side of the second protruding member INBba1.

[0217] 16b illustrates an example in which the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBba1 near the center is DRa1, and the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBba1 near the side surface is DRb1, which is larger than DRa1. This makes it easier to wind the winding wire.

[0218] Next, FIG. 16c illustrates a core CREa2 according to another embodiment of the present invention.

[0219] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the second protruding member INBba2 in the core CREa2 may have a curved shape, different from that of FIG. 16b.

[0220] In particular, the distance between the first protruding member INBa and the second protruding member INBba2 may be constant as DRs.

[0221] On the other hand, it is preferable that the length (HLbc) of the corner of the second protruding member INBba2 facing the first protruding member INBa is shorter than half the circumference (HLa) of the first protruding member INBa, which makes it easier to process the second protruding member INBb and allows the leakage inductance to be easily adjusted according to design specifications.

[0222] FIG. 17 is an exploded perspective view of the solar cell module of FIG.

[0223] 17, the solar cell module 100 of FIG. 2 includes a plurality of solar cells 130. In addition, the solar cell module 100 further includes a first encapsulant 120 and a second encapsulant 150 located on the bottom and top surfaces of the plurality of solar cells 130, a rear substrate 110 located on the bottom surface of the first encapsulant 120, and a front substrate 160 located on the top surface of the second encapsulant 150.

[0224] First, the solar cell 130 is a semiconductor element that converts solar energy into electrical energy, and may be a silicon solar cell, a compound semiconductor solar cell, a tandem solar cell, a dye-sensitized or CdTe, CIGS type solar cell, a thin-film solar cell, or the like.

[0225] The solar cell 130 is formed from a light receiving surface on which sunlight is incident and a back surface opposite to the light receiving surface. For example, the solar cell 130 may include a first conductive type silicon substrate, a second conductive type semiconductor layer having the first conductive type and the opposite conductive type formed on the silicon substrate, at least one opening exposing a part of the second conductive type semiconductor layer, an anti-reflection film formed on the second conductive type semiconductor layer, a front electrode in contact with the part of the second conductive type semiconductor layer exposed through the at least one opening, and a back electrode formed on the back surface of the silicon substrate.

[0226] Each solar cell 130 is electrically connected in series, in parallel, or in series-parallel. Specifically, the solar cells 130 are electrically connected by ribbons 133. The ribbons 133 are bonded to a front electrode formed on the light receiving surface of the solar cell 130 and a rear electrode / collecting electrode formed on the rear surface of another adjacent solar cell 130.

[0227] In the drawing, the ribbons 133 are formed in two rows, and the solar cells 130 are connected in a row by the ribbons 133 to form a solar cell string 140, as an example.

[0228] As a result, six strings 140a, 140b, 140c, 140d, 140e, and 140f are formed, as described in FIG. 2, and each string includes ten solar cells.

[0229] The rear substrate 110 is a back sheet that has the functions of waterproofing, insulation, and blocking ultraviolet rays, and may be, but is not limited to, a TPT (Tedlar / PET / Tedlar) type. In addition, although the rear substrate 110 is illustrated in Fig. 4 as having a rectangular shape, it can be manufactured in various shapes such as a circle or a semicircle depending on the environment in which the solar cell module 100 is installed.

[0230] Meanwhile, a first encapsulant 120 is attached to the rear substrate 110 in the same size as the rear substrate 110, and a plurality of solar cells 130 are positioned adjacent to each other on the first encapsulant 120 to form several rows.

[0231] The second encapsulant 150 is positioned on the solar cells 130 and can be joined to the first encapsulant 120 by lamination.

[0232] Here, the first encapsulant 120 and the second encapsulant 150 allow each element of the solar cell to be chemically bonded. The first encapsulant 120 and the second encapsulant 150 can be various examples such as an ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) film.

[0233] Meanwhile, the front substrate 160 is located on the second encapsulant 150 to transmit sunlight, and is preferably made of reinforced glass to protect the solar cells 130 from external impacts, etc. Also, it is more preferable that the front substrate 160 be made of low-iron reinforced glass to prevent reflection of sunlight and increase the transmittance of sunlight.

[0234] The solar module according to the present invention is not limited to the configurations and methods of the embodiments described above, and the above embodiments may be configured by selectively combining all or part of each embodiment to allow for various modifications.

[0235] Furthermore, while the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described above, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made by a person having ordinary knowledge in the technical field to which the invention pertains without departing from the gist of the present invention as claimed in the claims, and such modifications should not be understood separately from the technical ideas and perspectives of the present invention.
