Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a hair bleaching / dyeing composition and a hair bleaching / dyeing set comprising a first agent comprising the hair bleaching / dyeing composition and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide. [Background technology]

[0002] A two-component type hair bleaching / decolorizing agent is known in which a first component containing an oxidizing agent and an alkaline agent and a second component containing an oxidizing agent are mixed just before the bleaching treatment. In two-component hair bleaches, the amount of oxidizing agent and alkaline agent in the first component has been increased to improve the bleaching power. However, using a first component that contains a large amount of alkaline agent causes significant damage to the hair, such as making the hair feel rough and causing it to break.

[0003] For this reason, technological developments have been made to improve the bleaching power and reduce damage to hair. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a hair bleach / dye composition in which a specific substance and ammonium persulfate are mixed in specific amounts, and the pH value at the time of mixing and adjusting is weakly alkaline. Patent Document 2 discloses a hair bleach / dye composition containing a specific amount of persulfate. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2009-280506 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2013-147467 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, the technique of Patent Document 1 did not lighten the hair sufficiently and did not have a satisfactory bleaching power, while the technique of Patent Document 2 tended to make the hair feel bad when rinsing or after air drying.

[0006] Furthermore, the inventors discovered in the course of technological development that the persulfate blended as an oxidizing aid in the first agent does not improve the bleaching power even if it is blended in more than a specific amount. It was also discovered that if the first agent contains more than a specific amount of persulfate, the mixture becomes hard after mixing with the second agent, making it difficult to apply evenly to the hair, resulting in uneven finish.

[0007] In view of the above, an objective of the present invention is to provide a hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition and a hair bleaching / dyeing agent set that have a high bleaching power, can lighten hair evenly and without unevenness, and also provide excellent finish in terms of runny fingers and manageability of hair ends. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The present inventors have conducted extensive research to solve the above problems, and as a result have found that the above problems can be solved by a hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition and a hair bleaching / dyeing agent set having the following configurations, thereby completing the present invention.

[0009] The present invention relates to, for example, the following [1] to [7]. [1] A hair bleaching / decoloring composition comprising 3 to 20 mass% of a salt of a higher fatty acid having 14 to 18 carbon atoms (A), 10 to 40 mass% of one or more persulfates including ammonium persulfate (B), and 10 to 55 mass% of at least one alkaline agent (C) selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate.

[0010] [2] The hair bleach / stain removing composition according to [1], further comprising a cationic polymer compound (D). [3] The hair bleaching / dyeing composition according to [1] or [2], further comprising a chelating agent (E).

[0011] [4] The hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition according to any one of [1] to [3], wherein the salt of a higher fatty acid having 14 to 18 carbon atoms (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of potassium myristate, sodium stearate, potassium palmitate, sodium oleate, sodium myristate, potassium stearate, sodium palmitate, and potassium oleate.

[0012] [5] The hair bleaching / decoloring composition according to any one of [1] to [4], wherein the persulfate (B) is a persulfate composed of ammonium persulfate and at least one selected from the group consisting of potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate.

[0013] [6] The hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition according to any one of [1] to [5], which is in a powder form. [7] A hair bleach / dyeing agent set comprising a first agent consisting of the hair bleach / dyeing agent composition according to any one of [1] to [6], and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide. Effect of the Invention

[0014] The present invention can provide a hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition and a hair bleaching / dyeing agent set that have high bleaching power, can lighten hair evenly and without unevenness, and also provide excellent finish with smooth finger-running and manageable ends. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0015] The hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition and hair bleaching / dyeing agent set of the present invention will be specifically described below.

[0016] <Hair bleaching and dye removing agent composition> The hair bleach / decolorizing composition of the present invention contains 3 to 20 mass% of a salt of a higher fatty acid having 14 to 18 carbon atoms (A), 10 to 40 mass% of one or more persulfates including ammonium persulfate (B), and 10 to 55 mass% of at least one alkaline agent (C) selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate.

[0017] <Hair bleaching and dye removal set> The hair bleach / dyeing agent set of the present invention comprises a first agent consisting of the above-mentioned hair bleach / dyeing agent composition, and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide.

[0018] <Salt of higher fatty acid having 14 to 18 carbon atoms (A)> The hair bleaching / decoloring composition of the present invention contains 3 to 20% by mass, preferably 5 to 10% by mass, of a higher fatty acid salt (A) having 14 to 18 carbon atoms (hereinafter also simply referred to as "component (A)").

[0019] The hair bleaching / dyeing composition of the present invention contains component (A) in the above amount, and thus exhibits excellent bleaching / dyeing effects, and also provides excellent finish for hair that is easy to run your fingers through and easy to manage at the ends. If the amount of component (A) is less than the lower limit, the bleaching and decoloring effects may be poor. If the amount is more than the upper limit, the viscosity of the mixture when mixed with the second agent containing hydrogen peroxide water will be significantly reduced, making it difficult to apply the product evenly to the hair, resulting in an uneven finish.

[0020] Component (A) preferably has 16 to 18 carbon atoms, and more preferably 18 carbon atoms. In component (A), the fatty acid may be either saturated or unsaturated, but it is preferred that the fatty acid be a saturated fatty acid as this provides excellent stability to the composition.

[0021] In the component (A), examples of the salt include alkali metal salts such as sodium salts and potassium salts, ammonium salts, and amine salts. Among these, alkali metal salts are preferred, and sodium salts and potassium salts are more preferred.

[0022] Specifically, it is preferable that component (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of potassium myristate, sodium stearate, potassium palmitate, sodium oleate, sodium myristate, potassium stearate, sodium palmitate, and potassium oleate; because component (A) is easily available, it is more preferable that component (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of potassium myristate, sodium stearate, potassium palmitate, and sodium oleate; and because component (A) is particularly effective in enhancing the bleaching power, it is even more preferable that component (A) is at least one selected from the group consisting of sodium stearate and potassium palmitate. The component (A) may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

[0023] <Persulfate (B)> The hair bleaching / dyeing composition of the present invention contains 10 to 40% by mass, preferably 20 to 35% by mass, of one or more persulfates (B) including ammonium persulfate (hereinafter also simply referred to as "component (B)"). The hair bleaching / staining agent composition of the present invention contains component (B) in the above amount, so that the finished hair can be lightened and has an excellent feel.

[0024] If the amount of component (B) is less than the lower limit, the hair may not be sufficiently lightened. If the amount of component (B) is more than the upper limit, the hair may become difficult to run fingers through and difficult to manage at the ends. In addition, the viscosity of the mixture when mixed with the second agent containing hydrogen peroxide may become low, making it difficult to apply the mixture evenly to the hair.

[0025] In component (B), the salt may be, for example, an alkali metal salt such as a sodium salt or a potassium salt; an ammonium salt; or an amine salt. Among these, the salt is preferably a potassium salt, a sodium salt, or an ammonium salt, and more preferably a potassium salt or an ammonium salt. Specific examples of the persulfate include ammonium persulfate, potassium persulfate, and sodium persulfate.

[0026] Component (B) may be ammonium persulfate alone or a combination of ammonium persulfate and one or more persulfates. It is preferable that component (B) consists of ammonium persulfate and at least one persulfate selected from the group consisting of potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate, and it is more preferable that component (B) consists of ammonium persulfate and sodium persulfate because this results in an excellent finish with smooth finger movement.

[0027] When component (B) is composed of ammonium persulfate and at least one persulfate selected from the group consisting of potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate, the mass ratio of ammonium persulfate to the at least one persulfate selected from the group consisting of potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate ((ammonium persulfate):(at least one persulfate selected from the group consisting of potassium persulfate and sodium persulfate)) is preferably 5:1 to 1:2, and more preferably 3:1 to 1:1 because this provides excellent bleaching power and excellent hair feel.

[0028] When component (B) consists of ammonium persulfate and potassium persulfate, the mass ratio of ammonium persulfate to potassium persulfate ((ammonium persulfate):(potassium persulfate)) is preferably 5:1 to 1:2, and more preferably 3:1 to 1:1 because this provides excellent bleaching power and an excellent feel on the hair.

[0029] When component (B) consists of ammonium persulfate and sodium persulfate, the mass ratio of ammonium persulfate to sodium persulfate ((ammonium persulfate):(sodium persulfate)) is preferably 5:1 to 1:2, and more preferably 3:1 to 1:1 because this provides excellent bleaching power and excellent hair feel.

[0030] <Alkaline agent (C)> The hair bleach / decolorizing composition of the present invention contains 10 to 55 mass %, preferably 20 to 55 mass %, and more preferably 20 to 50 mass % of at least one alkaline agent (C) (hereinafter also simply referred to as "component (C)") selected from the group consisting of sodium silicate and sodium metasilicate.

[0031] By including component (C) in the above amount, the finished hair can be lightened, and the hair ends are also excellent in terms of ease of running fingers through them and manageability. If the amount of component (C) is less than the lower limit, the hair may not be sufficiently lightened. If the amount is more than the upper limit, the hair may become difficult to run fingers through and difficult to manage at the ends. In addition, the viscosity of the mixture when mixed with the second agent containing hydrogen peroxide may become low, making it difficult to apply the mixture evenly to the hair.

[0032] Component (C) is preferably sodium silicate. Component (C) is usually in a powder form. In the present invention, the term "powder form" refers to a state in which component (C), which is a solid at room temperature (15°C to 25°C), is in a powder form. It is preferable that 90% or more of particles of component (C) are smaller than 60 mesh size (opening size 0.25 mm). The component (C) may be used either alone or in combination of two types.

[0033] <Cationic polymer compound (D)> The hair bleaching / decoloring agent composition of the present invention contains the cationic polymer compound (D) in an amount of preferably 0.05 to 5% by mass, more preferably 0.1 to 3% by mass. It is preferable for the cationic polymer compound (D) to be within the above range since this provides excellent finger combability during rinsing and after air drying.

[0034] Examples of the cationic polymer compound (D) include O-[2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylammonio)propyl]hydroxyethylcellulose chloride, dimethyldiallylammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer, methylvinylimidazolium chloride-vinylpyrrolidone copolymer, (vinylpyrrolidone / methacrylamidopropyltrimethylammonium chloride) copolymer, and (vinylpyrrolidone / DMAPA acrylic acid) copolymer.

[0035] Among these, it is more preferable that the cationic polymer compound (D) is at least one selected from the group consisting of O-[2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylammonio)propyl]hydroxyethylcellulose chloride and dimethyldiallylammonium chloride-acrylamide copolymer, and it is even more preferable that the cationic polymer compound (D) is O-[2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylammonio)propyl]hydroxyethylcellulose chloride. The cationic polymer compound (D) may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.

[0036] <Chelating Agent (E)> The hair bleaching / staining agent composition of the present invention preferably contains 0.3 to 3% by mass of the chelating agent (E). It is preferable for the chelating agent (E) to be within the above range since this leads to excellent finish uniformity. Examples of the chelating agent (E) include disodium edetate, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetate, diethylenetriaminepentaacetate, ethylenediaminehydroxyethyltriacetate, ethylenediaminehydroxyethyltriacetate, hydroxyethanediphosphonic acid, edetic acid, trisodium edetate, and hydroxyethanediphosphonate.

[0037] Among these, it is more preferable that the chelating agent (E) is disodium edetate and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, and it is even more preferable that the chelating agent (E) is disodium edetate because of its lower price and superior chelating effect. The chelating agent (E) may be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds.

[0038] <Hair bleaching and dye removal set> The hair bleach / dyeing agent set of the present invention comprises a first agent consisting of a hair bleach / dyeing agent composition, and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide.

[0039] In the hair bleaching / dyeing agent set of the present invention, the second agent contains hydrogen peroxide as an oxidizing agent. The second agent usually contains 1 to 6% by mass of hydrogen peroxide when the entire second agent is taken as 100% by mass. The second agent may contain an oxidizing agent other than hydrogen peroxide as the oxidizing agent.

[0040] <Other ingredients> The hair bleach / decolorizing composition of the present invention may contain additives such as moisturizers, herbal medicines, pH adjusters, preservatives, antioxidants, cooling agents, vitamins, proteins, fragrances, antibacterial agents, thickeners, and pigments, in addition to the above-mentioned components, within the scope of the effect of the present invention.

[0041] As other components, specifically, magnesium carbonate can be used as a pH adjuster, and xanthan gum can be used as a thickener. In the hair bleaching / decoloring composition of the present invention, when the first agent contains the other components described above, it is preferable that the other components are in powder form.

[0042] In the hair bleaching / dyeing agent set of the present invention, when the second agent contains the other components described above, it is preferable that the other components are in liquid form. The other components may be used alone or in combination of two or more.

[0043] <Production of hair bleaching and decolorizing agent compositions, etc.> The hair bleaching / decoloring agent composition of the present invention can be produced by, for example, stirring, mixing, heating, dissolving, emulsifying, dispersing, or the like in a known manner, except that the above-mentioned components are used in the amounts described above, and the production method is not particularly limited.

[0044] [Dosage form] The hair bleaching / decoloring composition of the present invention is preferably in powder form. In the hair bleaching / dyeing agent set of the present invention, the first agent comprising the hair bleaching / dyeing agent composition is preferably in powder form, and the second agent containing hydrogen peroxide is preferably in liquid form.

[0045] <Application> The hair bleaching / decolorizing composition of the present invention can be used by mixing it with a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide, and then applying the mixture to hair.

[0046] When applying the mixture to hair, an appropriate amount can be applied with a comb or brush. Usually, it is preferable to apply 2 to 5 g of the mixture per 1 g of hair. When the hair bleach / decolorizing composition of the present invention is used as a first agent and mixed with a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide, the mixing ratio of the first agent to the second agent (first agent:second agent) may be appropriately adjusted as necessary, but is preferably 1:2 (mass ratio).

[0047] The hair bleaching / staining agent composition of the present invention has a high bleaching power, can lighten hair evenly and uniformly, and also provides an excellent finished feel that is easy to run your fingers through and that allows the ends of the hair to be easily managed. [0072] The hair bleaching / dyeing agent compositions produced in Examples 1 to 52 achieved good results in the evaluation items (1) to (5). Examples 49 to 52 achieved particularly good results. It can be seen that the hair bleaching / dyeing composition of the present invention has a high bleaching power, can lighten hair evenly and without unevenness, and also provides excellent finish in terms of runny fingers and manageable ends.

[0073] The hair bleaching / dyeing composition produced in Comparative Examples 1 and 2 did not contain component (A), and therefore the finished hair was poor in brightness and uneven. The hair bleaching / dyeing composition produced in Comparative Example 3 contained a smaller amount of component (A) than specified, so the manageability of hair ends and the brightness of the finished hair were poor.

[0074] The hair bleaching / decoloring composition produced in Comparative Example 4 had uneven finish because the blended amount of component (A) was greater than the specified amount. The hair bleaching / dyeing compositions produced in Comparative Examples 5 to 16 did not contain ammonium persulfate as component (B), and therefore did not achieve both smoothness and manageability of the hair ends as well as brightness and uniformity of the finished hair.

[0075] The hair bleaching / decoloring compositions prepared in Comparative Examples 17, 19, 21, and 23 contained ammonium persulfate, but the amount of component (B) was less than the specified amount, so the finished hair was not very bright.

[0076] The hair bleaching / decoloring compositions prepared in Comparative Examples 18, 20, 22, and 24 contained ammonium persulfate, but the amount of component (B) was greater than the specified amount, so the hair was difficult to comb through.

[0077] The hair bleaching / dyeing agent compositions prepared in Comparative Examples 25 and 27 contained less than the prescribed amount of component (C), and therefore the finished hair was poor in brightness. The hair bleaching / dyeing compositions produced in Comparative Examples 26 and 28 contained a greater amount of component (C) than specified, and therefore had poor finger combability and an uneven finish.
