Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a tunnel formwork device, and more particularly to a structure of a tunnel formwork device that prevents displacement of a lining formwork when pouring concrete. [Background technology]

[0002] The lining formwork of the tunnel formwork device extends in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel while curving into an approximately semicircular arc cross section at a predetermined distance from the inner periphery of the tunnel. When lining concrete is poured into the space formed between the lining formwork and the inner periphery of the tunnel, it is displaced by the large lateral pressure, resulting in the problem that the thickness of the poured concrete is not uniform in this area.

[0003] Therefore, in the case where the lining formwork is supported by a base frame having a gate formwork, for example, in the tunnel formwork device shown in Patent Document 1, the side beams extending downward from the left and right ends of the top beam of the gate formwork are caused to be significantly deflected and deformed in the direction in which they will receive the lateral pressure of the concrete before the concrete is poured, so that the side beams do not deform further even when subjected to the lateral pressure when the concrete is poured, and displacement of the left and right side frames of the lining formwork supported by the side beams is prevented. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 1-250598 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, with the above-mentioned conventional displacement prevention structure, it was difficult to adjust the amount of deflection deformation, which made the adjustment time-consuming and prone to insufficient adjustment, making it difficult to reliably prevent displacement of the left and right side frames of the lining formwork.

[0006] Therefore, the present invention is devised to solve such problems, and aims to provide a tunnel formwork device that can easily and reliably prevent displacement of the left and right side frames of the lining formwork. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the first invention comprises a base frame (1) extending in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, a lining formwork (2) supported by the base frame (1) and extending in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel while curving in a substantially semicircular arc shape in cross section along the inner circumference of the tunnel (T) at a predetermined distance from the base frame, a base body (3) installed on the tunnel bottom (T1) and extending in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, and support rod bodies (35) erected between both side edges of the base body (3) and both side frames (22) of the lining formwork (2).

[0008] In the first invention, the side frames are supported by support rods, sandwiching a base placed on the bottom of the tunnel, so that even when subjected to lateral pressure during concrete pouring, the side frames are not displaced inward and are reliably maintained in the designated position.

[0009] In the second invention, a pier (6) for vehicle traffic is provided in the space (S2) above and away from the base body (3), extending in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel.

[0010] According to the second invention, even during pouring and curing of concrete, work vehicles can pass through the pier in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel. Even if the pier vibrates when vehicles pass through, the pier is located in the space above and away from the base, so the vibrations of the pier are not transmitted from the base to the side frames via the support rods, and do not adversely affect the poured secondary lining concrete.

[0011] In the third invention, the base frame (1) is movable in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, and when it is moved, the support rod body (35) is released from its erected state and the base body (3) is pulled upward by a lifting means (5) provided on the base frame (1).

[0012] In the third invention, the tunnel formwork device can be quickly moved after concrete pouring and curing are completed.

[0013] The reference characters in parentheses indicate, for reference, the correspondence with specific means described in the embodiments described later. Effect of the Invention

[0014] As described above, according to the tunnel formwork device of the present invention, displacement of the left and right side frames of the lining formwork can be easily and reliably prevented. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] It should be noted that the embodiment described below is merely an example, and various design improvements made by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention are also included in the scope of the present invention.

[0017] Fig. 1 shows a cross section of a tunnel T in which a tunnel formwork device E of the present invention is installed. The tunnel formwork device E has a base frame 1, which has a portal frame 11. The portal frame 11 is composed of a horizontal top beam 111 and side beams 112 extending downward from the left and right ends of the top beam 111. The portal frames 11 are provided at multiple points in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel (Fig. 2), and are connected by vertical beams 12.

[0018] On both sides of the base frame 1 in the tunnel width direction, pillars 13 (Fig. 1) are provided at appropriate positions in the tunnel longitudinal direction, and wheels 131 at the lower ends of the pillars 13 are positioned on rails 14 laid in the tunnel longitudinal direction on the tunnel bottom (invert concrete). This allows the base frame 1 (i.e., tunnel formwork device E) to move in the tunnel longitudinal direction.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 1, a lining formwork 2 is provided and supported by a base frame 1, and the entire lining formwork 2 extends in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel along the inner periphery of the primarily lined tunnel T, curving in a substantially semicircular cross section at a specified distance from the inner periphery. That is, the top frame 21 at the central top of the lining formwork 2 is supported so as to be able to rise and fall by a pair of left and right jack members 15 provided on the top beam 111 of the portal formwork 11, and side frames 22 are rotatably connected to both ends of the top frame 21. An invert frame 23 is further rotatably connected to the lower end of each side frame 22. The side frames 22 and the invert frame 23 are connected to the base frame 1 by jack members 41 that can be extended and retracted at appropriate positions.

[0020] With this structure, secondary lining concrete C is poured into a pouring space S1 with an approximately semicircular cross-section formed on the outer periphery of the lining formwork 2 (see Figure 5), and after the secondary lining concrete C is poured and cured, the top frame 21 is lowered and the side frames 22 and the invert frame 23 are rotated inward as shown in Figure 5, so that the lining formwork 2 is moved away from the secondary lining concrete C.

[0021] In Fig. 1, a plate-shaped base body (hereinafter referred to as "base plate") 3 is provided on the tunnel bottom T1 in the internal space S2 formed below the portal frame 1. The base plate 3 is a rectangular frame body that extends in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel with a constant width and a length approximately equal to that of the lining frame body 2 (Figs. 3 and 4), and vertical members 32 extending in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel are located on both side ends of multiple horizontal members 31 that extend in the tunnel width direction. Such base plate 3 is provided with connecting pieces 33 (Fig. 3) on both ends of the horizontal members 31 at multiple locations in the longitudinal direction, and one end of a jack member 35 as a support rod is detachably connected to each connecting piece 33. The other end of the jack member 35 is detachably connected to the side frame 22 (Fig. 1).

[0022] When the secondary lining concrete C is poured into the pouring space S1 (Fig. 1), a large lateral pressure from the concrete C acts on the side frames 22 rotatably connected to the top frame 21. Here, in this embodiment, the left and right side frames 22 are structured to be connected to both side edges of the base plate 3 placed on the tunnel bottom T1 by jack members 35, sandwiching the base plate 3, so that the side frames 22 are reliably maintained in a predetermined position without being displaced inward against the large lateral pressure.

[0023] In addition, hanging rings 34 are provided at multiple locations (three locations in this embodiment) along the longitudinal direction of the vertical members 32 on both sides of the base plate 3 (Figure 4), and hanging hooks 51 at the lower end of wires hanging down from electric hoists 5 provided on the top beams 111 of the gate frame 11 as lifting means are engaged with these hanging rings 34 (Figure 1).

[0024] A pier 6 for vehicle passage is installed above the base plate 3 (Fig. 1). The pier 6 is composed of a main body 61 (Fig. 2) and a ramp 62 rotatably connected to both longitudinal ends of the main body 61. As shown in Fig. 3, the main body 61 has the same shape as the base plate 3 but a slightly shorter rectangular shape, and is supported horizontally above and spaced apart from the base plate 3 by its own legs 611 (Fig. 2). When in use, the ramp 62 is inclined from the base end connected to the main body 61 toward the tunnel bottom T1 as shown in Fig. 2.

[0025] As a result, even when the secondary lining concrete C is poured and cured, a work vehicle V (FIG. 2) can pass through the internal space S2 (FIG. 1) below the portal formwork 11 via the pier 6. Even if the pier 6 vibrates when the vehicle passes, as described above, the pier 6 is located above and away from the base plate 3, so the vibration of the pier 6 is not transmitted to the base plate 3 or the side frame 22 connected to the base plate 3 via the jack member 35, and adverse effects on the poured secondary lining concrete C are avoided. At both longitudinal ends of the pier body 61, a rack 63 is provided extending outward (FIG. 2), and a hook 641 at the lower end of a wire hanging down from a chain hoist 64 provided at the tip of the rack 63 is engaged with the tip of each inclined road plate 62.

[0026] When the pouring and curing of the secondary lining concrete C is completed and the tunnel formwork device E is to be moved to the next concrete pouring position, as shown in Fig. 5, the jack members 35 (Fig. 1) are removed, the entire lining formwork 2 is lowered, and the side frames 22 and invert frames 23 are rotated inward to separate the top frame 11, side frames 22, and invert frame 23 from the inner circumference of the secondary lining concrete C. Then, the electric hoist 5 is used to lift up the base plate 3 together with the pier 6 located above it. At this time, the inclined road plates 62 at both ends of the pier 6 are lifted and rotated by chain blocks 64 to be in a horizontal position, as shown in Fig. 6.

[0027] In the above embodiment, the tunnel formwork device E is capable of traveling in the longitudinal direction of the tunnel, but it does not necessarily have to be capable of traveling. In the above embodiment, a pier is provided above the substrate, but the pier is not necessarily required. Furthermore, the side frames are not necessarily limited to those rotatably connected to the top frame, but may be integrated with the top frame. In the above embodiment, the base frame has a gate-shaped frame structure, but the structure of the base frame is not particularly limited. [Explanation of symbols]
