Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] The inventor of the present application proposed to make the height of the Russian wall higher than the height of the resident, and to extend a beam member along the direction perpendicular to the wall surface of the Russian wall to the upper end of the Russian wall and connect it to the Russian wall. Then, a hanging member was attached to the beam member passing above the head of the resident in the Russian, and a hanging chair was proposed to be suspended from the beam member.
[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a house in which a hanging member can be firmly fixed to a beam member and which has a good appearance, or to provide a house having good workability.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] (1) The house according to the present invention includes a building and a loggia facing the building and surrounded by loggia walls. The building has a beam member extending toward the loggia wall along a direction intersecting the wall surface of the loggia wall, with the extending tip supported by the loggia wall, a cover member covering the beam member, and a hanging member attached to the extending portion of the beam member. The hanging member includes a fixing plate fixed to the flange of the beam member, a main body extending downward from the fixing plate and penetrating the cover member, and a hanging body connected to the lower end of the main body and located below the cover member.
[0008] The hanging member is directly fixed to the beam member at the fixing plate. Among the hanging members, the fixing plate and the main body are covered by the cover member, and only the hanging body is exposed outside the cover member. The hanging member fixes strings, hanging wires, chains, etc. for hanging a hanging chair or the like.
[0009] (2) The cover member may be composed of a pair of split bodies facing each other in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the beam member and along the horizontal direction. The main body of the hanging member penetrates the cover member between the pair of split bodies.
[0010] Since the cover member is composed of a pair of split bodies, after fixing the hanging member to the beam member, the split bodies can be attached to the beam member so that the main body of the hanging member penetrates the cover member between the pair of split bodies. That is, by configuring the cover member with a pair of split bodies, the construction of the house can be carried out using the beam member with the cover member pre-fixed. Therefore, operations such as making holes in the cover member and fixing the hanging member at a high place are unnecessary, and as a result, the construction of the house becomes easier.
[0011] (3) The hanging member may further include a decorative plate that abuts against the lower surface of the cover member.
[0012] The appearance of the house is improved by the decorative plate.
[0013] (4) The above beam material may be the purlin of the above building.
[0014] By providing a hanging member at a portion extending from the purlin assembly of the building, a hanging chair can be suspended from a high position.
[0015] (5) The housing construction method according to the present invention includes a first step of attaching a hanging member to the lower flange of a beam material, a second step of attaching the beam material with the hanging member attached thereto to a column material, and a third step of attaching a cover member composed of a pair of divided bodies to the beam material such that the lower end portion of the hanging member penetrates between the pair of divided bodies.
[0016] After an operator attaches the beam material with the hanging member attached thereto to the column material, the operator attaches a pair of divided bodies to the beam material to construct the cover member. Therefore, compared with the case where the hanging member is attached to the beam material after constructing the beam material and attaching the cover member to the beam material, the work of making holes in the cover member and the work of attaching the hanging member to the beam material at a high place become unnecessary, and the construction of the building becomes easier.
Effect of the Invention
[0017] According to the present invention, the hanging member can be firmly fixed to the beam material, and the appearance can be maintained well, or the workability can be improved.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0019] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. It should be noted that the embodiments described below are merely examples of the present invention, and it goes without saying that the embodiments of the present invention can be appropriately changed without changing the gist of the present invention.
[0020] In this embodiment, the house 10 shown in FIG. 1 will be described. The house 10 includes a foundation 20 (see FIG. 2), a building 30, and loggia walls 41 and 42. The space surrounded by the building 30 and the loggia walls 41 and 42 is a loggia 11, which is a semi-outdoor atrium with an open upper part. That is, the house 10 is a so-called coat house including the loggia 11.
[0021] The house 10 is generally in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. That is, the outer surface of the outer wall 12 of the building 30 and the outer surface of the loggia wall 41 are flush and continuous, and the outer surface of the outer wall 13 of the building 30 and the outer surface of the loggia wall 42 are flush and continuous.
[0022] In this embodiment, the vertical direction is referred to as the up-down direction 7, one side along the horizontal direction of the house 10 is referred to as the first direction 8, and the direction orthogonal to the up-down direction 7 and the first direction 8 is referred to as the second direction 9.
[0023] The foundation 20 shown in FIG. 2 is a so-called mat foundation and has a footing 21 and a riser 22. However, the foundation 20 may be a so-called slab foundation.
[0024] The building 30 has multiple floors. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the building 30 has two floors. Also, as shown in FIG. 2, the building 30 is a so-called steel-frame house and has a structure 14 composed of steel column members 35 and beam members 31, 32, 33, 34, etc.
[0025] The column member 35 is a shaped steel such as an H-beam, for example. The column member 35 extends along the vertical direction 7 and is placed on, for example, a column base fitting (not shown) or a base placed on the upper surface 23 of the rising portion 22 of the foundation 20. The lower end of the column member 35 is fixed to the column base fitting or the base using bolts, nuts, etc. In FIG. 2, the column member 35 and the beam members 31, 32, 33, 34, which are H-beams, are shown simplified in a cuboid shape.
[0026] The beam members 31, 32, 33, 34 are H-beams and each have an upper flange, a lower flange, and a web. Note that the column member 35 and the beam members 31, 32, 33, 34 may be I-beams, C-beams, etc.
[0027] The beam member 34 is the ceiling beam of the first floor (the floor beam of the second floor) and is connected to the middle part of the column member 35 in the vertical direction 7 using fittings, bolts, nuts, etc. That is, the beam member 34 connects the middle parts of the plurality of column members 35.
[0028] The beam members 31, 32, 33 are so-called purlins (the ceiling beams of the second floor) and are connected to the upper part of the column member 35 in the vertical direction 7 using fittings, bolts, nuts, etc. That is, the beam members 31, 32, 33 connect the upper parts of the plurality of column members 35 and also form a purlin assembly 36 (see FIG. 1). In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the roof of the building 30 is a gable roof, but other roof shapes may be used.
[0029] The beam member 31 extends along the first direction 8. A beam member 31A, which is one of the plurality of beam members 31, extends from the roof structure 36 of the building 30 above the loggia 11 along the first direction 8. The beam member 31A is connected to the loggia wall 41. The beam member 31A transmits part of the load received by the loggia wall 42 due to crosswind to the building body 14 of the building 30.
[0030] The beam member 32 extends along the second direction 9. A beam member 32A, which is one of the plurality of beam members 32, extends from the roof structure 36 of the building 30 to the loggia wall 41 along the second direction 9. The beam member 32A is connected to the loggia wall 42. The beam member 32A transmits part of the load received by the loggia walls 41 and 42 due to crosswind to the building body 14 of the building 30.
[0031] The extending end of the beam member 31A and the extending end of the beam member 32A are directly connected using fittings, bolts, nuts, etc., or are connected via the column member 44 and fittings (not shown) described later.
[0032] The plurality of beam members 33 extend along the second direction 9. The beam members 33 extend from the roof structure 36 of the building 30 to the loggia wall 41 along the second direction 9. As shown in Fig. 4(A), the extending tip of the beam member 33 is connected to the beam member 31A that constitutes the upper end of the loggia wall 41 by bolts 61 and nuts 62. That is, the extending tip of the beam member 33 is connected to the upper end of the loggia wall 41 and is supported by the loggia wall 41. The beam member 33 transmits part of the load received by the loggia wall 41 due to crosswind to the building body 14 of the building 30. In the example shown in Fig. 1, the number of beam members 33 is "2", but the number of beam members 33 may be "1" or "3 or more". Among the beam members 33, the extending portion 33A protruding from the roof structure 36 is located above the loggia 11 as shown in Fig. 3 and is an example of the extending portion of the present invention.
[0033] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the extending portion 33A of the beam member 33 is covered by the cover member 50. The cover member 50 is a long member extending along the second direction 9 in which the extending portion 33A extends. As shown in FIG. 4(B), the cover member 50 has a pair of divided bodies 51, 52 that face each other across the beam member 33 in the first direction 8. The pair of divided bodies 51, 52 have a bilaterally symmetric shape with the web 37 of the beam member 33 as a reference (a virtual line along the vertical direction 7 passing through the center of the web 37 as the axis of symmetry).
[0034] The pair of divided bodies 51, 52 are attached to the beam member 33 using a mounting bracket 58 or the like.
[0035] In FIG. 4(B), the divided body 51 is L-shaped, and the divided body 52 is reverse L-shaped. The lower part of the divided body 51 and the lower part of the divided body 52 face each other below the web of the beam member 33 and define a slit 56. The slit 56 extends along the second direction 9 and the vertical direction 7 in which the beam member 33 extends.
[0036] The slit 56 is closed by a closing member 57 except for the portion where a suspension member 70 described later is located. The closing member 57 is rod-shaped and extends along the second direction 9. The length (width) of the closing member 57 in the first direction 8 is substantially the same as the length (width) of the slit 56 in the first direction 8. The closing member 57 is disposed in the slit 56 and fixed to the divided bodies 51, 52 using fixing members such as adhesives, screws, and brackets. The closing member 57 suppresses the visibility of the beam member 33 or the like through the slit 56. As a result, the appearance of the house 10 is improved. A connecting portion 78 of the suspension member 70 is inserted through a part of the slit 56 that is not blocked by the closing member 57.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 1, the loggia wall 41 extends along the first direction 8 and the vertical direction 7, and the loggia wall 42 extends along the second direction 9 and the vertical direction 7. The loggia walls 41, 42 are walls extending from the foundation 20 to the height position of the framed structure 36 of the building 30.
[0038] The Russian wall 41 has a plurality of column members 43, 44, and a plurality of wall members 46 (see FIG. 1) shown in FIG. 2. The Russian wall 42 has column members 44, a plurality of column members 45, and a plurality of wall members 46 (see FIG. 1).
[0039] The plurality of column members 43 are arranged along the first direction 8. The plurality of column members 45 are arranged along the second direction 9. The column member 44 is located at the outside corner where the Russian wall 41 and the Russian wall 42 are connected.
[0040] The wall member 46 is a plate-shaped concrete panel. However, as the wall member 46, a plate material other than concrete such as a synthetic resin molded product or a metal panel may be used. The wall member 46 is attached to the column members 43, 44, 45 using mounting brackets, bolts, nuts, etc. The wall member 46 attached to the column members 43, 44, 45 covers the column members 43, 44, 45.
[0041] The house 10 further includes a hanging member 70 (see FIG. 5). The hanging member 70 is a member for hanging the hanging chair 15 shown in FIG. 3 from the beam member 33.
[0042] The hanging member 70 shown in FIG. 5 is a metal fitting and includes a main body 71, a fixing plate 72, a hanging body 73, and a decorative plate 74.
[0043] The fixing plate 72 is a part for fixing the hanging member 70 to the beam member 33. The fixing plate 72 is in the shape of a rectangular plate extending along the horizontal direction. As shown in FIG. 6, the fixing plate 72 has bolt holes 75 through which bolts 63 are inserted. The upper surface of the fixing plate 72 is in contact with the lower surface of the lower flange 39 of the beam member 33. The bolts 63 are inserted through the bolt holes 64 provided in the lower flange 39 and the bolt holes 75 provided in the fixing plate 72. The fixing plate 72 is fixed to the beam member 33 by the bolts 63 and nuts 65 fastened to the bolts 63.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 5, the main body 71 has a protruding portion 76 that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the fixed plate 72, a lower plate 77 located below the protruding portion 76, and a connecting portion 78 located below the lower plate 77. The protruding portion 76 has a cross-shaped horizontal cross-section. The lower plate 77 is in the shape of a rectangular plate that extends along the horizontal direction. The connecting portion 78 is cylindrical and is the portion connected to the suspended body 73. The main body 71 is manufactured, for example, by welding a plurality of steel plates and a cylindrical material to each other. The main body 71 is integrated with the fixed plate 72 by fixing the upper end of the protruding portion 76 and the lower surface of the fixed plate 72 to each other by welding. The outer diameter of the connecting portion 78 is smaller than the minimum dimension of the opening that is not blocked by the blocking member 57 in the slit 56. The connecting portion 78 is inserted into the slit 56, and the suspended body 73 and the decorative plate 74 are exposed to the outside below the cover member 50.
[0045] The suspended body 73 has a connecting plate 79 and a ring portion 80. The connecting plate 79 is in the shape of a rectangular plate that extends along the horizontal direction. The upper surface of the connecting plate 79 is fixed to the lower surface of the connecting portion 78 of the main body 71 by welding. The ring portion 80 is U-shaped and is fixed to the lower end of the connecting plate 79 at the upper end by welding. The suspended body 73 has an insertion hole 81 defined by the connecting plate 79 and the ring portion 80. A string, a suspension wire, a suspension chain, etc. for suspending the hanging chair 15 is inserted into the insertion hole 81.
[0046] The decorative plate 74 is in the shape of a disc that extends along the horizontal direction. The decorative plate 74 is fixed to the connecting portion of the main body 71 by welding. The outer diameter of the decorative plate 74 is sufficiently larger than the opening that is not blocked by the blocking member 57 in the slit 56 and the outer diameter of the connecting portion 78. The decorative plate 74 abuts or is close to the lower surfaces of the divided bodies 51, 52 and covers the opening that is not blocked by the blocking member 57 in the slit 56.
[0047] Note that the suspension member 70 may be made of metal, or may be made of resin whose strength is enhanced by strength fibers such as glass fibers and carbon fibers. Further, the suspension member 70 may be partially made of metal and the other part made of resin. For example, the main body 71 and the fixing plate 72 may be made of metal, and the suspended body 73 and the decorative plate 74 may be made of resin.
[0048] Next, the construction of the house 10 will be described. First, the suspension member 70 is attached to the lower flange 39 of the beam member 33 by bolts 63 and nuts 65. The suspension member 70 is attached to the beam member 33 before the beam member 33 is attached to the column member 35. For example, the suspension member 70 is attached to the beam member 33 at a factory or at the construction site of the house 10. The process of the operator attaching the suspension member 70 to the beam member 33 is an example of the first step of the present invention.
[0049] After the operator has placed the foundation 20, the column members 35, 43, 44, 45 are installed on the foundation 20. Next, the operator attaches the beam members 31, 32, 33, 34 to the column members 35, 43, 44, 45 to construct the frame 14. The process of attaching the beam members 31, 32, 33, 34 to the column members 35, 43, 44, 45 is an example of the second step of the present invention.
[0050] The operator attaches the wall members 46 to the column members 43, 44, 45 to construct the logia walls 41, 42. Further, the operator attaches the pair of divided bodies 51, 52 to the beam member 33. For example, the operator attaches the divided bodies 51, 52 to the beam member 33 while pressing the lower plate 77 of the suspension member 70 into the divided bodies 51, 52, and then fixes the divided bodies 51, 52 to the beam member 33 using metal fittings, bolts, nuts, etc. Note that the operator may provide recesses in the divided bodies 51, 52 into which the lower plate 77 of the suspension member 70 fits at the construction site of the house or the like, and then attach the divided bodies 51, 52 to the beam member 33. The process of the operator attaching the pair of divided bodies 51, 52 to the beam member 33 to construct the cover member 50 is an example of the third step of the present invention.
[0051] The operator attaches the decorative member 53 to the beam member 33. Further, the operator attaches the closing member 57 to the cover member 50 to close the slit 56 of the cover member 50.
[0052] A string, a suspension wire, a suspension chain, etc. are inserted through the insertion hole 81 of the suspension member 70 attached to the beam member 33, and the hanging chair 15 is suspended from the beam member 33.
[0053] [Operational Effects of the Embodiment] The suspension member 70 is directly fixed to the beam member 33 at the fixing plate 72. Therefore, the suspension member 70 can be firmly fixed to the beam member 33. And, among the suspension member 70, the fixing plate 72 and the main body 71 are covered by the cover member 50, and only the suspended body 73 is exposed outside the cover member 50. Therefore, the appearance of the house 10 is improved compared to the case where a part of the beam member 33, the fixing plate 72, or the main body 71 is visible from the outside.
[0054] Since the cover member 50 is composed of a pair of divided bodies 51, 52, after fixing the suspension member 70 to the beam member 33, the divided bodies 51, 52 can be attached to the beam member 33 so that the main body 71 of the suspension member 70 penetrates the cover member 50 between the pair of divided bodies 51, 52. That is, by configuring the cover member 50 with a pair of divided bodies 51, 52, the construction of the house 10 can be carried out using the beam member 33 to which the cover member 50 is pre-fixed. Therefore, operations such as making holes in the cover member 50 and fixing the suspension member 70 at a high place are unnecessary, and as a result, the construction of the house 10 becomes easy.
[0055] Further, the suspension member 70 has a circular decorative plate 74 that abuts against the lower surface of the cover member 50, and this decorative plate 74 further improves the appearance of the house 10.
[0056] By attaching the suspension member 70 to the portion extending from the roof frame 36 of the building 30, the hanging chair 15 can be suspended from a high position, and as a result, a comfortable loggia space can be provided to the residents.
[0057] After the operator attaches the beam member 33 to which the suspension member 70 is attached to the column member 35, the pair of divided bodies 51 and 52 are attached to the beam member 33 to construct the cover member 50. Therefore, compared with the case where the suspension member 70 is attached to the beam member 33 after constructing the beam member 33 and attaching the cover member 50 to the beam member, the work of making holes in the cover member 50 and the work of attaching the suspension member 70 to the beam member 33 at a high place are not required, and the construction of the house 10 becomes easier.
[0058] The slit 56 of the cover member 50 extends along the second direction 9 in which the beam member 33 extends. In this slit 56, the suspension member 70 penetrates the cover member 50. Therefore, no matter where the suspension member 70 is attached to the beam member 33 in the second direction 9, it does not affect the construction of the cover member 50. As a result, the degree of freedom in the attachment position of the suspension member 70 on the beam member 33 is increased, and the construction of the house 10 becomes easier.
[0059] In this embodiment, since the beam member 33 extends to the loggia wall 41 and is connected to the upper end portion of the loggia wall 41, the load received by the loggia wall 41 due to the crosswind can be transmitted to the building frame 14 by the beam member 33. As a result, the durability of the loggia wall 41 can be enhanced. And, using the beam member 33 for enhancing the durability of the loggia wall 41, the hanging chair 15 can be installed in the loggia 11.
[0060] [Modification Example] In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the suspended body 73 is fixed to the main body 71 through the connecting portion 78 has been described. However, the suspended body 73 may be rotatably supported by the main body 71 with the connecting portion 78 as a rotation axis. In that case, the decorative plate 74 of the suspension member 70 is fixed to the divided bodies 51 and 52 using screws or adhesives.
[0061] In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the suspension member 70 is fixed to the beam member 33 by the bolts 63 and nuts 65 has been described. However, the suspension member 70 may be fixed to the beam member 33 by fillet welding or the like.
[0062] In the above-described embodiment, an example in which one suspension member 70 is attached to the beam member 33 has been described. However, a plurality of suspension members 70 may be attached to the beam member 33. Further, the object suspended from the beam member 70 is not limited to the hanging chair 15, and may be other objects such as a playground equipment such as a swing or a decorative item.
