Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a roll blind for a vehicle sunshade having a screen with improved wrinkles. More specifically, in the process of winding the screen around a winding roll, the upper ends of the screen are not drawn in with different deviations from each other, but are always wound at the same height. Also, not only when being drawn in, but also when pulling out the screen for the sunshade, wrinkles in the screen can be prevented. The present invention relates to a roll blind for a vehicle sunshade having a screen with improved wrinkles.
[0002]
Background Art
[0003] Generally, various methods are applied to sunshade means for blocking sunlight incident through a vehicle window glass. Usually, a film-shaped solar radiation control film having a semi-transparent color is coated on the window glass.
[0004] The method of coating the solar radiation control film has limitations in blocking strong sunlight like in summer, and a further net-shaped sunshade member is attached to and detached from the window glass using an adsorbent in parallel.
[0005] However, the method of attaching and detaching the sunshade member to and from the window glass is not only troublesome in terms of the attachment and detachment operations, but also has the inconvenience that when the sunshade member is not used, it has to be removed and stored separately.
[0006] In particular, when the sunshade member is attached and detached for use, when the window glass is opened while the sunshade member is attached to the window glass, there is an inconvenience that the sunshade member detaches from the window glass.
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, conventionally, a roll blind that moves up and down together with the window glass provided on the door of a vehicle and blocks sunlight has been applied and used.
[0008] A normal vehicle roll blind has a structure including a support shaft with at least one clip formed at the upper end of the screen so that the screen wound around a winding roll rotatably provided inside a roll case is pulled out and hung on the upper end of the window glass.
[0009] Also, a normal spiral spring is connected to one end or both ends of the winding roll so as to wind and pull out the screen.
[0010] As described above, in the prior art related to the roll blind applied to the window glass of a vehicle, as disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1568300 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art Document 1'), a technology such as a fixing device for a vehicle sunshade roll blind that can be easily and simply attached to the inner panel of a vehicle window and fixed with a large fixing force has been proposed.
[0011] Also, as disclosed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1568298 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art Document 2'), a technology such as a noise prevention device for a vehicle sunshade roll blind that can prevent the noise generated by the friction between the roll blind attached to the window glass and the window glass has been proposed.
[0012] Also, as disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0030942 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art Document 3'), a technology such as a roll blind runout prevention structure that sets the same fabric pressing amount at all times regardless of the position of the roll blind by sequentially raising the center of the shaft when the fabric (corresponding to the'screen') is released has been proposed.
[0013] However, the vehicle window glass is formed such that the upper end has a curved surface from one side to the other side. That is, the height of the upper end of the screen of the roll blind is unevenly formed at different heights. In the process of being wound around the winding roll in the roll box, the upper end of the screen is not completely inserted at the same height, and there is a problem that one end of the higher screen is exposed.
[0014] In order to improve these problems, conventionally, a solution has been proposed to couple trapezoidal or cylindrical correction means to the higher side of the screen of the winding roll to correct the uneven height when it is wound around the winding roll. However, due to the thickness deviation of the correction means wound around the winding roll, a problem occurs in which wrinkles are generated on the screen.
[0015] This has a problem that when the screen is wound around the winding roll, due to the wrinkled portion, smooth winding cannot be performed, and the drawing into the roll case cannot be performed smoothly either.
[0016] In addition, for the sunshade, when it is pulled out, due to the overlapping portion of the correction means, wrinkles are generated on the screen at the overlapping position, which not only impairs the aesthetics but also has the disadvantage of reducing the efficiency of the sunshade.
[0017] On the other hand, in addition to the above-described vehicle roll blind, for a building, a roll screen blind used for a sunshade has a technology for correcting wrinkles and height of the screen disclosed, and the corresponding prior art is as follows.
[0018] As disclosed in the Republic of Korea Registered Utility Model Publication No. 20-0416544 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art Document 4'), a technology including a buffer support layer on the winding roll has been proposed so as to prevent wrinkles in the process of winding the screen.
[0019] Also, as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 5784983 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art Document 5'), a technique has been proposed that includes a cylindrical adjustment member with an opening on one side that is slidable in the axial direction of a take-up shaft (corresponding to a 'take-up roll') around which a screen is taken up.
[0020] Also, as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 5798263 (hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art Document 6'), a technique is disclosed that includes a guide portion composed of a convex guide and a convex guide at both ends of a screen that is wound and drawn out on a take-up shaft (corresponding to a 'take-up roll').
[0021] However, Prior Art Documents 4 to 6 are for use in relatively large-volume buildings, have a complex technical configuration, and have an inappropriate technical configuration for application to a roll blind of a small-volume vehicle.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0039] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited or restricted by the embodiments.
[0040] FIG. 1 is a front view of an essential part extract for explaining the present invention, FIG. 2 is a photograph taken of a state in which an intermediate part of the correction means of the present invention is cut in a wound-up state, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are front views for explaining the drawing-out and winding-up states of the screen on the winding roll according to the present invention.
[0041] As shown in the drawings, a normal vehicle roll blind 100 is provided on the window glass of a door for sunshading purposes, and has a structure including a support shaft with at least one clip formed at the upper end of a screen 110 so that the screen 110 wound around a winding roll 120 rotatably provided in a roll case 130 is drawn out and hung on the upper end of the window glass. Both ends of the roll case are attached to the inner panel by ordinary brackets, housings, etc. The roll case is usually provided inside the inner panel of the door, and in some cases, is attached to the upper end of the inner panel.
[0042] Also, a normal spring is connected to one or both ends of the winding roll so as to wind and draw out the screen, or a gear meshing method or the like is applied.
[0043] However, as described in the background art section, due to the characteristics of the window glass, the upper ends on both sides of the screen of the roll blind provided on the vehicle window glass will be biased at different heights from each other.
[0044] Therefore, by providing correction means such that when the screen is wound around the winding roll in the roll case, the upper end of the screen is drawn in at the same height, it will always be drawn in at the same height during drawing in.
[0045] However, there is a problem that wrinkles are generated in the screen due to the overlapping portions of the correction means fixed to the winding roll with each other and the thickness deviation of the correction means itself wound around the winding roll.
[0046] This has the problem that when the clean is wound around the winding roll, due to the wrinkled portion, it cannot be wound smoothly, and the drawing into the roll case also cannot be performed smoothly.
[0047] In particular, in the process of pulling out the screen for the sunshade, wrinkles occur in the overlapping part of the correction means and the screen at the position due to the thickness deviation of the correction means itself, which not only impairs the aesthetics but also has the disadvantage of reducing the efficiency of the sunshade.
[0048] In the process of winding the screen around the winding roll according to the present invention, the upper ends of the screens are not drawn in with different deviations from each other, but are always wound at the same height, and not only when being drawn in, but also when pulling out the screen for the sunshade, it is possible to prevent wrinkles from occurring on the screen. The present invention provides a vehicle sunshade roll blind having a screen with improved wrinkles.
[0049] The correction means 1 provided on the winding roll 120 according to the present invention has an inclined contact side 10 that is wound and fixedly coupled from one end of the winding roll 120, and the side opposite to the contact side 10 is wound and fixed linearly from one end to the other end. The straight line includes a vertical line, an oblique line, and the like.
[0050] The specific technical configuration of the correction means 1 is, on the side of the winding roll 120, a contact side 10 that is inclined upward and wound in contact with the winding roll 120, a winding side 20 that is connected to one end which is the starting point of the upward inclination of the contact side 10 and is wound with the contact side 10 around the winding roll 120, a first finishing side 30 that is wound in a state close to horizontal after being wound and connected to the end of the winding side 20, and a second finishing side 40 that is wound with the ends of the first finishing side 30 and the contact side 10 being connected. The winding roll 120 includes being wound and fixed to the winding roll 120 from the part where the contact side 10 and the winding side 20 are connected. That is, the correction means is generally rectangular in shape.
[0051] In the above, it is desirable that the contact side 10 and the first and second finishing sides 30 and 40 are straight lines so as to form a certain linear shape in the process of being wound without overlapping parts with each other.
[0052] In other words, as shown in the drawings, the correction means in the present invention has a rectangular overall shape, and is wound from one end of the winding roll by the inclined contact sides and winding sides that are in contact with each other. That is, it is wound on the sequentially narrower area side on the opposite side from the wide area due to the shape characteristics, and the final first finishing side 30 is formed so as to be located on the horizontal line.
[0053] Thereby, there is no overlapping portion in the middle of the correction means, and the final overlapping portion becomes a state close to a horizontal shape in a row, so that wrinkles do not occur on the screen due to pulling in or pulling out of the roll case.
[0054] Thereby, when the screen is pulled out from the roll case for the sunshade, not only is there an excellent aesthetic merit, but it can also be smoothly pulled into the roll case.
[0055] In addition, the present invention prevents the occurrence of wrinkles, and when being pulled into the roll case by the correction means, height correction is also performed, which also has excellent aesthetic conditions. That is, in the process of winding the screen around the winding roll, the correction means wound around the higher winding roll of the screen and coupled and fixed corrects the height, so that the upper end of the screen is always pulled into the roll case at the same height.
[0056] In the above, the winding side 20 is composed of a straight line or a curve.
[0057] In other words, when the winding side 20 is a straight line, due to its shape characteristics, together with the contact side, when it is first wound around the winding roll, the winding side will overlap with a predetermined width. However, the screen cannot be wound around the overlapping section. That is, when the winding side is wound around the winding roll, it is not wound on a vertical line, but is wound in a state inclined toward the winding roll side, so that it overlaps with a predetermined width. Since the screen is not wound around such an overlapping width, wrinkles do not occur on the screen.
[0058] Also, when the winding side 20 is a curve, depending on its curvature, the ends of the winding side are also formed so as not to overlap with a predetermined width. That is, when the curvature of the first finishing side is larger than the curvature of the contact side, since the contact side is first wound around the winding roll, the winding side of the first finishing side forms on the final outer corner line, so that the overlapping portion with a predetermined width can be omitted.
[0059] Thereby, even when the correction means is wound around the winding roll, it has excellent aesthetics.
[0060] In addition, it further includes that the lengths of the winding side 20 and the first finishing side 30 are formed to be the same or different from each other (see FIG. 5).
[0061] Accordingly, the present invention does not have a complex technical configuration. By applying shape characteristics, not only can the height correction of the screen wound around and pulled out from the winding roll be achieved, but also the occurrence of wrinkles can be fundamentally prevented during pulling out and pulling in.
[0062] Thereby, not only does it have excellent aesthetics, but also high reliability for the roller blind for sunshades can be ensured.
[0063] On the one hand, it is desirable to use a tension fabric for the correction means applied to the present invention, but it is not limited thereto, and a type such as the tension fabric may be applied.
[0064] Due to the characteristics of its material, the tension fabric has tension and, because it is a fibrous material, it is convenient to handle and can be easily wound around and fixedly coupled to a winding roll.
[0065] In the present invention, as shown in the drawings, a rectangular shape including four sides is described as an example, but it is not limited thereto, and a triangular shape in which a contact side (not shown) and a first finishing side extend and meet, that is, the second finishing side is omitted, may be applied.
[0066] In other words, on the side of the winding roll 120, the correction means 1 includes a contact side 10 that is inclined upward and wound in contact with the winding roll 120, a winding side 20 that is connected to one end which is the starting point of the upward inclination of the contact side 10 and is wound around the winding roll 120 together with the contact side 10, and a first finishing side 30 that is connected to the ends of the contact side 10 and the winding side 20 and is wound in a state close to horizontal after being wound up. From the portion where the contact side 10 and the winding side 20 are connected to the winding roll 120, it is wound around the winding roll 120 and fixed.
[0067] This is a triangular shape in which the second finishing side is omitted in the correction means described above, and since the above-described functions and effects are the same, detailed description is omitted.
