Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a card-type seal impression.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, in order to improve the portability and storability of seal impressions, thin-type seal impressions have been proposed. Patent Document 1 describes a card-type seal impression in which a movable piece having a convex printing surface is slidably housed inside a card-shaped substrate. Patent Documents 2 and 3 describe thin-type seal impressions in which a foldable printing surface is housed on the other end sides of two plate-like members whose one end sides are joined.
Prior Art Documents
Patent Documents
[0003]
Patent Document 1
Patent Document 2
Patent Document 3
[0004] However, the card-type seal impression described in Patent Document 1 is difficult to press because the shape of the substrate held by hand remains unchanged and it remains in the card form. Further, due to the structure in which the movable piece provided with the printing surface at the tip is exposed by a sliding operation, it is necessary to touch the movable piece with a fingertip during the sliding operation or stamping, and there is a risk that the fingers will be soiled with ink. Further, the tip portion of the movable piece is bendable, and the bending portion is likely to be damaged when a load is applied during stamping.
[0005] In addition, the folding mark described in Patent Document 2 has a structure in which a claw part is engaged as a means for exposing and fixing a foldable mark surface part, and it is necessary to disengage the claw part after stamping. For the thin stamp described in Patent Document 3, when exposing the folded mark surface, it is necessary to raise the mark surface part with a finger and engage it with a groove. With such a structure, there is a high risk that the fingers will be soiled by the ink adhering to the mark surface, and the operation is troublesome. Furthermore, since the engaging parts such as the claw parts and the grooves have fine irregularities, there is a high risk of deterioration and breakage due to use. When the engaging part is damaged, it becomes difficult to fix the mark surface and the stamp itself cannot be used. In addition, if fine parts such as hinges are used as in the stamp described in Patent Document 3, or if the stamp itself has a complicated structure, there is a high risk of easy breakage, an increase in manufacturing cost, and an increase in the thickness of the stamp itself.
Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, have a lightweight and thin simple structure, eliminate the need to touch the mark surface or its periphery during stamping and storage, and provide an operationally good card-type stamp that can take in and out the mark surface with one touch.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] In order to solve the above problems, a card-type stamp comprising two card-shaped handle parts and a mark surface part connected to the lower end of the handle part and foldable inward via a central folding line, wherein the left-right dimension of the mark surface part is shorter than the left-right dimension of the handle part.
[0008] Also, it is preferable that the mark surface part is formed by two plate-like members, and the connecting parts formed at the ends are bonded together to form one mark surface.
[0009] Further, by pressing the left and right sides of the handle part inward, it is preferable to adopt a configuration that enables the printing surface part to be pulled out from the stored state folded inside the handle part to the use state expanded at the lower opening of the handle part.
Advantages of the Invention
[0010] In the present invention, it is possible to provide a card-type seal stamp that has a lightweight, thin, and simple structure, does not require touching the printing surface or its periphery during stamping and storage, and has good operability to take in and out the printing surface with one touch.

Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention
[0012] Embodiments for carrying out the invention are shown below. In the present specification, the vertical, horizontal, and depth directions refer to the directions shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. As shown in FIG. 1, the card-type seal 1 of the first embodiment of the present invention includes a card-type handle portion 2 formed of two flexible thin plate members. As shown in FIG. 2, the handle portion 2 forms a bag shape that opens downward when the peripheral edges of one thin plate member and the other thin plate member are joined together except for the lower side 22. The thin plate members forming the handle portion 2 can be made of a resin material, cloth, leather, or the like, and can be formed of a soft material that can be bent by hand. The handle portion 2 of the embodiment is formed of a resin having appropriate flexibility. Note that the handle portion 2 may have a double structure in which a base portion formed of a resin material is covered with a material such as leather.
[0013] In the lower opening 21 defined by the lower side 22 of the handle part 2, a printing surface part 3 is provided so as to connect the opposing lower sides 22 to each other. As shown in FIG. 3, the printing surface part 3 has a folding line 31 at its central position and can be folded inward via the folding line 31. The printing surface part 3 of the first embodiment is composed of two members, a first printing surface part 32 and a second printing surface part 33, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the boundary between these two members is the folding line 31. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the width of the printing surface part 3 in the left - right direction is formed shorter than the width of the handle part 2 in the left - right direction. Thereby, a gap is formed between the left and right sides of the handle part 2 and the printing surface part 3, and when the lower opening 21 is opened for the use state described later, the printing surface part 3 can be sufficiently expanded.
[0014] As shown in FIG. 3, printing characters 4 are provided on the outer surfaces of the first printing surface part 32 and the second printing surface part 33, respectively. The printing characters 4 of the embodiment are porous ink - impregnated bodies, and are printing characters in which a lithographic printing surface 41 is formed with mirror - image characters as ink - exuding parts and the blank parts other than the mirror - image characters as non - ink - exuding parts, and can be stamped without using a transfer tool such as an ink pad. It is preferable that the printing surface 41 of the printing characters 4 is in a flat plate shape because it can suppress the interference between characters during storage. Note that the printing characters 4 may have mirror - image characters as non - ink - exuding parts and the blank parts as ink - exuding parts. Also, the design of the printing surface 41 is not limited to characters and can be a pattern. Further, the printing characters 4 can be of a type that transfers the ink of a transfer tool instead of being a porous ink - impregnated body. In this embodiment, the printing surface 41 representing a surname for one person is formed by combining two divided printing characters 4, but the design of the printing surface 41 is not limited to this and can be various.
[0015] As will be described in detail later, when the left and right side surfaces of the handle portion 2 in a state where the lower opening 21 is closed and the stamp surface portion 3 is housed inside are pressed inward with fingers, the lower opening 21 opens and the stamp surface portion 3 expands. The expanded stamp surface portion 3 becomes substantially flush with the opening surface of the lower opening 21, whereby the card - type stamp 1 can be stamped. After stamping, by pinching the handle portion 2 with fingers and pressing it in the direction to close the lower opening 21, the stamp surface portion 3 is folded and housed inside the handle portion 2, and the card - type stamp 1 returns to its original card - type shape. Thereby, it is possible to provide a card - type stamp that has a lightweight, thin, and simple structure, does not require touching the stamp surface or its periphery during stamping and storage, and has good operability for taking the stamp surface in and out with one touch.
[0016] Here, the structures of the handle portion 2 and the stamp surface portion 3 of the present embodiment will be described in more detail. Before being assembled, the card - type stamp 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, in one thin - plate member A, one side surface of the handle portion 2, the first stamp surface portion 32, and the connecting portion 34 are continuously arranged in one direction via bending lines.
[0017] The first stamp surface portion 32 is provided at the center of the lower side 22 of the handle portion 2 via a connecting side 221 that serves as a bending line. Also, the width of the first stamp surface portion 32 in the left - right direction is shorter than the width of the handle portion 2 in the left - right direction. Thereby, the lower side 22 of the handle portion 2 includes a connecting side 221 that is connected to the stamp surface portion 3 and side portions 222 that are located on the left and right sides of the connecting side 221 and are not connected to the first stamp surface portion 32. In the present embodiment, the length a of the side portion 222 and the length a' of the side portion 35 that extends in the depth direction in the first stamp surface portion 32 are formed to be substantially the same. The relationship between the length a and the length a' will be described in detail later. Also, at the end of the first stamp surface portion 32 on the side opposite to the handle portion 2, a substantially rectangular connecting portion 34 is provided via a bending line.
[0018] In addition, in the present embodiment, the positions at both ends of the connecting side 221 are provided slightly inward in the left - right direction from the positions of the side portions 35. That is, the width in the left - right direction of the connecting portion between the handle portion 2 and the first printing surface portion 32 is formed to be slightly smaller than the width in the left - right direction of the first printing surface portion 32. In the first printing surface portion 32, a corner connecting the end of the connecting side 221 and the end of the side portion 35 is rounded with an R.
[0019] In the other thin plate member B as well, similar to the thin plate member A, the other single - side surface of the handle portion 2, the second printing surface portion 33, and the connecting portion 34 are continuously arranged in one direction via a bending line. In the present embodiment, the thin plate member B has the same structure as the thin plate member A, but for example, the presence or absence of a margin may be different between the two members.
[0020] In the present embodiment, when the thin plate member A is bent, the one single - side surface of the handle portion 2, the first printing surface portion 32, and the connecting portion 34 form a substantially U - shaped cross - section. Similarly, the thin plate member B is bent, and the other single - side surface of the handle portion 2, the second printing surface portion 33, and the connecting portion 34 form a substantially U - shaped cross - section. The bent thin plate member A and the thin plate member B are arranged side by side in the depth direction as shown in FIG. 5, and are arranged to be symmetric with respect to a plane passing through the center of the card - type printing stamp 1 and perpendicular to the depth direction.
[0021] In this state, the connecting portions 34 of the two thin plate members are adhered to each other, and the first printing surface portion 32 and the second printing surface portion 33 form a single printing surface portion 3. Note that in addition to the role of joining the first printing surface portion 32 and the second printing surface portion 33, the connecting portion 34 can function as the core material of the card-type printing die 1 on the back surface of the printing surface portion 3. For this reason, it is preferable that the connecting portion 34 has a vertically long rectangular shape. Also, it is preferable that the width of the connecting portion 34 in the left-right direction is formed as wide as possible without exceeding the width of the printing surface portion 3 in the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting portion 34 of the embodiment has a length extending to the vicinity of the upper end inside the holding portion 2 in the stored state and has a width slightly narrower than that of the printing surface portion 3. With a configuration including such a connecting portion 34, even when the holding portion 2 is formed of a soft material, the stamping operation can be performed stably.
[0022] The boundary between the first printing surface portion 32 and the second printing surface portion 33 joined to each other is located at the center of the printing surface portion 3, and this boundary becomes the folding line 31, enabling the printing surface portion 3 to be folded inward via the folding line 31. As a result, the printing surface portion 3 can be folded toward the inside of the holding portion 2 and stored inside the holding portion 2.
[0023] Note that if the printing surface portion 3 can be folded inward via the folding line 31, it may be configured by a single member as in the second and third embodiments described later. In this case, a crease or the like formed on the surface of the printing surface portion 3 can be used as the folding line 31. Also, in the above case, the holding portion 2 and the printing surface portion 3 of the card-type printing die 1 are configured by a single thin plate member, and in the state before assembly, one side surface of the holding portion 2, the printing surface portion 3, and the other side surface of the holding portion 2 may be continuously arranged in one direction via folding lines. Although other configurations are possible, it is preferable that at least the connecting portion between the holding portion 2 and the printing surface portion 3 is formed by bending a single thin plate member. This eliminates the need to use a connecting member or the like for the connecting portion, and the card-type printing die 1 can have a simple structure.
[0024] Next, the switching between the stored state and the used state of the card - type seal 1 of the embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 4, when the lower opening 21 is in the closed state and the outer shape of the handle part 2 is substantially card - shaped, the printing surface part 3 is folded inward through the central folding line 31 and stored inside the handle part 2. At this time, the handle part 2 and the printing surface part 3 are in a state of being folded in a substantially W - shape as viewed from the lower - opening 21 side.
[0025] When switching from the stored state to the used state, press the left and right sides of the handle part 2 with fingers from the outside and apply force in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 7. When the left and right side surfaces of the handle part 2 are pressed in the direction of the arrow, as shown in FIG. 8, the left and right sides of the handle part 2 begin to approach each other, and the opposing lower sides 22 begin to separate from each other. Further, when the pressing on the handle part 2 continues, the distance h between the connecting sides 221, 221 of the opposing lower sides 22, 22 increases in the order of h1 < h2 < h3 < h4, and the lower opening 21 opens.
[0026] Accordingly, in the printing surface part 3 that was folded inside the handle part 2, the angle formed between the first printing surface part 32 and the second printing surface part 33 gradually increases, and the printing surface part 3 is pulled out toward the opening surface of the lower opening 21. As shown in FIG. 8(d), when the lower opening 21 is fully opened, the pulled - out printing surface part 3 becomes substantially flush with the opening surface of the lower opening 21, and it becomes a usable state where stamping is possible.
[0027] In this embodiment, as described above, the width of the printing surface part 3 in the left - right direction is formed slightly larger than the width of the connecting side 221 where the printing surface part 3 and the handle part 2 are connected in the left - right direction. Thereby, in the used state shown in FIG. 8(d), by pushing in the left and right sides of the handle part 2 and positioning them on the back side of the printing surface part 3, and protruding the side part 35 of the printing surface part 3 outward in the left - right direction from the handle part 2, it becomes possible to surely expose the printing surface part 3.
[0028] Also, the length a of the side edge 222 is preferably equal to or greater than the length a' of the side edge 35. In the present embodiment, as described above, the length a of the side edge 222 and the length a' of the side edge 35 are formed to be substantially the same. Structurally, the maximum value h4 that the distance h (the opening width in the depth direction of the lower opening 21) between the connecting edges 221, 221 can take in the lower opening 21 is approximately the same as the sum of the lengths of the two side edges 222 (length a × 2). When the length a of the side edge 222 is shorter than the length a' of the side edge 35, the opening width in the depth direction of the lower opening 21 may reach the maximum value h4 before the printing surface 3 is fully opened, and there is a risk that the printing surface 3 cannot be fully expanded. More preferably, if the length a of the side edge 222 and the length a' of the side edge 35 are substantially the same as in the present embodiment, in the usage state shown in FIG. 8(d), each side edge 222 and the corresponding side edge 35 are in close contact, making it easier to keep the printing surface 3 in a flat state.
[0029] When the card-type stamp 1 is in the usage state by pressing both left and right side surfaces with fingers, as shown in FIG. 9, the stamping operation can be performed while maintaining the posture held by the fingers during pressing. After the stamping operation is completed, by pressing the surface of the handle portion 2 with a finger to close the lower opening 21, the printing surface 3 is folded inward and stored inside the handle portion 2 following the reverse process shown in FIG. 8, and it can be returned to the storage state.
[0030] In addition, if a crease 23 extending in the vertical direction from the lower side 22 is formed on the outer surface of the handle portion 2, it is preferable because it facilitates the opening and closing operation of the lower opening 21 and the maintenance of the usage state. The crease 23 in the embodiment has a shape that gently widens towards the tip with the end of the connecting edge 221 as the base point.
[0031] Next, another embodiment of the card-type stamp 1 will be described. Note that the card-type stamp 1 of the second and third embodiments described below has a different shape of the plate-like member before assembly from that of the first embodiment, but the structure and operation after assembly are substantially the same.
[0032] First, the second embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 10, the card-type seal 1 before being assembled in this embodiment includes a plate-shaped core material 24, a printing surface portion 3 provided with a folding line 31 at the center, and a connecting portion 34, which are continuously arranged in one direction via folding lines respectively. Similar to the first embodiment, by making the folding lines at the ends extending in the left-right direction of the printing surface portion 3 into mountain folds and the central folding line 31 into a valley fold, the printing surface portion 3 can be folded inward and stored.
[0033] The handle portion 2 of this embodiment is made of two plate materials. One handle portion 2 is attached to the outside of the core material 24, and the other handle portion 2 is attached to the outside of the connecting portion 34. By adhesively fixing the inside of the core material 24 and the other handle portion 2 to each other, the outside of the card-type seal 1 is covered.
[0034] Next, the third embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 11, the card-type seal 1 before being assembled in this embodiment includes two handle portions 2, a printing surface portion 3 provided with a folding line 31 at the center, and a connecting portion 34, which are continuously arranged in one direction via folding lines respectively. By making the folding line 31 at the center of the printing surface portion 3 into a valley fold and the other folding lines into mountain folds, and adhesively connecting the connecting portion 34 to the end of the handle portion 2 and adhesively connecting the left and right sides of the handle portion 2 to each other, the card-type seal 1 can be formed.
[0035] Next, the fourth embodiment will be described. The card-type seal 1 of this embodiment is the card-type seal 1 of the first embodiment provided with a regulating member 5 for regulating the movement range of the printing surface portion 3. As shown in FIG. 12, the regulating member 5 includes a first regulating member 51 and a second regulating member 52. The first regulating member 51 of the embodiment is a thin plate member including a tapered portion 511 having a tapered shape with a narrower width toward the lower side, a rectangular portion 512 extending downward from the lower side of the tapered portion 511, and a protruding portion 513 formed to protrude in the left-right direction at the lower end side of the rectangular portion 512.
[0036] The second regulating member 52 is a thin plate member having a substantially U shape, and includes regulating pieces 521 formed at the tip sides of two opposing sides, and a sliding space 523 provided below the regulating pieces 521 and formed to have a dimension in the left-right direction longer than the distance between the regulating pieces 521. Further, a side connecting the inner side of the sides extending in the vertical direction of the regulating piece 521 and the sides extending in the vertical direction of the sides defining the sliding space 523 is an engaging portion 522 that can engage with the protruding portion 513.
[0037] As shown in FIG. 13, the first regulating member 51 and the second regulating member 52 are combined with each other and disposed between the connecting portions 34 on the back surface of the printing surface portion 3, and act as the regulating member 5. Specifically, the upper portion of the tapered portion 511 of the first regulating member 51 is bonded and fixed to the inner surface above the handle portion 2. The lower end of the second regulating member 52 is bonded and fixed to one of the connecting portions 34. At this time, they are combined so that the protruding portion 513 is accommodated inside the sliding space 523. Then, the opposing connecting portions 34 are joined together.
[0038] The second regulating member 52 arranged as described above can slide within the range of the vertical width of the sliding space 523 with respect to the first regulating member 51. In the embodiment, the vertical dimension of the sliding space 523 is defined such that the protruding portion 513 and the engaging portion 522 engage when the printing surface portion 3 is pulled out until it becomes flat. Thereby, when the printing surface portion 3 is pulled out downward during the transition from the storage state to the use state, the pulling-out distance of the printing surface portion 3 is regulated, and it is possible to suppress the printing surface portion 3 from protruding excessively downward.
[0039] As described above, the present invention has been described by taking each embodiment as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and can be variously configured. For example, in the first to third embodiments, non-adhesive portions may be provided on both the left and right sides of the handle portion 2 by a length slightly longer than the lower side 22. Thereby, the lower ends of both the left and right sides are provided with cuts, and an effect of smoothly opening and closing the lower opening 21 can be obtained.
