To provide an electric power conversion device, an information processing device, and an information processing method capable of notifying a user of a time to forcibly stop operation of the electric power conversion device due to a temperature rise of a cooling structure section.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device has a power device (a semiconductor diode SD and a semiconductor switch SW), a cooling structure section 190 for heat dissipation of the power device, a cooling fan that blows air to the cooling structure section 190, and a control unit that forcibly stops operation of the electric power conversion device when a temperature (fin temperature) of the cooling structure section 190 (cooling fin section 194) reaches a predetermined standard (overheat temperature), and estimates an operable time of the electric power conversion device 100 until the temperature of the cooling structure section 190 reaches the predetermined standard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
